Sir, hdfc sec is fooling demat account holders by charging high brokerage. Similarly hdfcsec has fixed rs.3999/-per annum,for the rate of its online terminal named blink, this is a high amount for a customer who trade online. The fact is that hdfcsec has a trick to earn the money by allowing customers to watch online account for only 45 seconds to 1 minute so that they should be compelled to buy blink terminal to continue the site.
I have seen that the other brokers are providing free terminal to their customers.Viewers of this site may please consider the aspects before dealing with hdfcsec. No doubt the site of hdfcsec is fine and open in seconds. Blink terminal is good for online traders. But it does not mean that hdfc should charge high amount on this accord. Thanks.

HDFC Bank — HOPELESS SERVICE

I am writing this complaint with great regreat having faced with a situation recently with hdfc bank on its withdrawals.
On the 1 st of dec i went to hsbc bank atm to withdraw a sum of rs10000 to deposit into an hsbc account but the atm machine did not process my request twice.
So i walked up to the hdfc bank to withdraw the same and its says you have reached your daily he withdrawal amount.. Furious with this i went to the bank on mg rd where i hold my account and they tell me it will be revered in 20-25 working days as the server has registered teh withdrawal.. But no cash dispenced.
Today i get a call saying it will be reversed on 26th of jan 2009.. The question i ask is are we banking with the right people who are so technology driven that service is overlooked at all junctures.
Its our money and we need it when we want not when you can provide...

Yes, hdfc sec are charging for the blink facility in which i had subscribed, however in blink facility they provide various features as i can place fast buy and sell order in market, to check limits, open positions and i login into the blink in the morning @ 9:15a:m then directly log out @ 3:30 p:m & session doesnt gets invalid in between which is very useful for trader.
Sir, no doubt, blink facility is good and provide various features but the charges are illegal. The fact is that hdfcsec has a trick to earn the money by allowing customers to watch online account for only 45 seconds to 1 minute so that they should be compelled to buy blink terminal to continue the site. Sir, hdfcsec is a hopeless broking house, charging high brokerage in compare to other brokers. Secondly, hdfcsec is also fooling demat account holders by charging illegal amount for blink terminal while other broking houses are providing terminal free alongwith customer account. But hdfc bank itself a good bank providing prompt services to there customers except hdfcsec services which are hopeless. Hence, hdfcsec have been failed to satisfy the actual customers.

Sir, there is no reply from hdfc. It indicates that the bank has no care for its customers. It is fooling customers.in other words hdfcsec is a hopeless broking house, charging high amount for the brokerage in compare to other brokers.
In my opinion, one should not deal with hdfcsec and icicidirect. Yeh ek hee thaily ke chatte batte hain. Both these banks are fooling customers by showing attractive schemes. Reliance money /share khan are good, charging very less amount for various brokerage. I recommend reliance money for share dealings. Thanks

    Dear Sir,

    I hold a HDFC Creditcard no ending with 6143.If we try reaching customer care they always says the system is hang call back later its unbeleivable i called them for continous 1 week but same response.They always fail to send the statements neither Hard copy nor Soft copy.If we as them the reason they reply that it has been already delivered its not our problem if it has not reached you.

    The main problem with them is without customer knowledge they block our a/c because of this stupidity my two cheques has been bounced.As i am working as in media it will be very eassy to bring this all around.I don't want to make this a issue if i ask for the settlement they replies that its not possible you need to make complete payment for which i had not used at all.

    I am ready to pay the amount which i had used from bank but not the late fee or interest its HDFC problem they never send us the details in time.I am very much pissed off with HDFC.

    This is neha. I hav salaried a/c with HDFC Bank since june 2008. HDFC Bank has offered me Titanium Credit Card, which was pre-approved. There agent came to my house in begning of April to collect all the documents, i provided him same at that time and after that i verified my information over the phone twice. After 2 weeks i called HDFC Credit Card dept. and they told me that they need all documents again when i told them that i hav provided that information thrice they told me that i need to do that again or else they would not issue the Credit Card and when i asked what pre approved card means a supervisor named SHISHIR started shouting and was telling me that they dont provide card to every body . I am facing inconveniance because of there unhelpfull Customer Service Dept. I want you people to take strict action against them bcoz this is not the first time that i faced problem bcoz of there banking behaviour.

    This is Neeraj Yadav. I hav salaried a/c with HDFC Bank since june 2008. i had purchase some mutual funds one year back through hdfcbank bank. Now i want to reedeem these mutual funds. i had given the redemption application on 4th may 2010 to Mr.Aakash Kapoor, Palam, New Delhi branch. he told me that i will get my money on my account within 4 days. After 4 days he again told me that money will be credited in my account after 4 days. Again and again he commited me and till now i havn not received my money back. i visited band daily but no proper responce form Mr.Aakash. I am facing inconveniance because of there unhelpfull Customer Service Dept. I want you people to take strict action against them bcoz this is not the first time that i faced problem bcoz of there banking behaviour.

    I hope you guys will take some proper action and my money will credited in my account.
    Dear Sir/Ma'm,
    I had applied for a HDFC Bank credit card in November 2010.I was told that I will be getting the credit limit of Rs.50k.Before i even received the credit card,I was pitched about HDFC AGRO INSURANCE.I was told that if i take the policy approximately Rs.10k will be blocked from my credit limit.I was Ok with it as I found the product very interesting.Now when I received the card in December 2010, the credit limit which the bank gave me was only Rs.20k.Now when the credit limit is only Rs.20k I did not find it logical that out of 20k my limit for 10k will get blocked nad i get only 10k remaining to use my Credit card.I immediately called the call centre and had placed a request for the cancellation in December 2010.Also i have marked a complaint twice for the same and have got no results.Till date the cancellation has not been done and my limit has been blocked for 9k.Everyday i call iam given the same reply that the limit will be released within two working days.This is just harrassing the customers. Also would like to inform that thrice I have got the call from HDFC Insurance team from the numbers[protected]/30967727/[protected] and they have just listened to my complain and have done "NOTHING" as of now.

    i am having trade account in name of pix industries from the past few months its very difficult for me to maintain the AQB . So i decided to shift TO REGULAR account . For This i visited hdfc bank MAQUDA BRANCH, JALANDHAR (PUNJAB ) not my home branch , as it is near to my work place & MEET Mr Pankaj([protected]) & tell him the situation . he understood that he will open the new account in his branch & come to my premises on april 7, 2011 & collected the one cheque of Rs 11000.00 & i signhned the account opening form .he assured me that account will open very next day . BUT After passing so many days when i called number of times he does not answer my call but when he answer he gives FOLLOWING EXCUSES

    1 . ACCOUNT IS DELAYED BECAUSE WE ARE BUSY IN CLOSING

    2. HIS P.A PICKS UP THE PHONE & says sir is busy VERY INTERESTING evens sales representative have their P.A

    3.At last his colleague picks the phone & says he is in hospital at LUDHIANA & will come in next 2 days

    after giving so many excuses he starts avoiding my phone

    Now finally today i.e on 5 th may 2011 when i visited bank & met branch manager ( as he is not in branch) & tell him the problem he favours me calls to him & angry on him & says to him atleast u must answer the calls of customers . But i think that is all in VEIN . now i have called him more then 10 times after retruning from branch & that too at different intervals of time he is not picking up the phone . i just want your favour that you convey my message to him that " THAT HE SHOULD RETRUNED MY SIGHNED CHEQUE & ALL THE PHOTO COPIES OF DOCUMENTS WHICH HE HAS COLLECTED from me "i have get my work done from some other branch . I also request you to take a strict action against him as he is just ruining the GOODWILL of HDFC bank . IF YOU WANT to conatct you can contact me on [protected]

For the confirmation again I called to mr siddique he was the person with whom I had last convo he said no sir ek do bar hoga badd main nahi hoga aap payment kardo...... What's is this ????? If my card was blocked then how cud I swipe the same ,I agree it was my mistake as I fail to make payment which dosent mean I am begger do the needful and try to be honest with customers

        I have visa signature card of hdfc bank, last month i made a transaction from my card for rs.29325.on 10.9.12.within 10days i recived many sms regarding this transaction for EMI.0.99% int.no processing fee. i send the sms for same, but i recived the letter from ur bank which is issued on 24.9.12 which u given the detail 1.25%int & in my statement u charged 586rs processing fee. what is this pls clarify ASAP.

          Hi,my mom went for placing an FDI of 40k ,agent said she wil invest in where it is not related to any market or share,mom said no , but she lied to say that she will invest it in some policy which is market independent , after saying she created a policy ,but it was later known it is market /share dependent,and cannot be canceled after a month , the papers were received after a month , so my mom got trapped by the lie she shoot,we already had a talk with them they are not ready to listen ,i request to please cancel the same,and convert it to FDI , else i will be forwarding the same to concerned authorities , bank branch is girish park kolkata..for evidence i can present a recording clip with the agent, if that helps.

                About 3 months back unfortunately, we applied for EDC machine of HDFC bank Sector 50 Noida. At the time of application we were told it would take around 2 weeks to get EDC machine. But even after so much time we are clueless about the machine.
                We never knew about the "efficiency" of bank, otherwise I would not applied for it.

                We have been promised for more than 10 times about the installation of EDC in another 2_3 days, but as usual all the promised proved lies as they are themselves.

                We spoke to their seniors too and they explained us, since there was delay in opening of current ac our EDC machine got delayed, otherwise they need 4 days to instal machine. I would like to draw attention on a fact that our current ac has already been opened 15 days back. Now what excuse they would put, we don't know.

                Now we are so pissed off that we feel to cancel our current ac too.

                Is there anybody in the bank who dare to listen, or all dumb people are hired?

                Dear HDFC EDC Team,

                Subject: - Operating failure of EDC Machine or (Credit Card Swiping Machine)

                We have obtained a new Sim card based mobile EDC machine for our business and are facing some technical difficulties such as follows

                1. Most of the time after the card is swiped the machine displays a “Open Socket Error” causing great amount of difficulty for our executives who are in the field.

                2. Many a times the mobile tower indicator shows no signal and the machine does not work at all.

                3. We are quite uses to other swiping machines which are connected to a land line and are using them on a regular basis in our shops.

                Kindly solve our problem or we will be forced to return the machine and go for a competitive machine from a different vendor.

                      I opened trading account with HDFC securities & as per my best knowledge & information provided by Bank, the brokerage for intraday is .05%

                      I have done jobbing in Kingfishers airline from 22/08/2012 to 28/08/2012 but the intraday brokerage was not the same as stated above.

                      In the view of above fact when I complaint to HDFC Securities Haridwar branch & Customer Support cell, they informed me that as order was executed in the batch of 500 share & the calculated intraday brokerage was minimum Rs 25, the charges for minimum brokerage of Rs 25 on each batch of 500 share while I had placed a order of 5000 & 10000 share at a time.

                      I have checked some of my old transaction & found that the method of brokerage charging was not the similar as they stated above; so I mail a scan copy of the statement for their reference.

                      Later on they changed their own statement and come up with new statement that if, the share value fall below Rs 10, the brokerage charges will be 0.5%.

                      I was continuously doing trading with the margin of .05 & .10 paise from 22 to 28 aug-12 .The HDFC Securities never told or guided me about above mentioned contradictory statement

                      So please guide me in the view of above fact

                      there is no option for a user to know about the real time share price so how is it useful for a investor and then what is the benefit for being an online user, and if there is any facility like that how much does hdfc charge for it

                          Respected Sir,
                          I have taken car loan from HDFC Bank Loan No: 20784339.I requested for part payment of Rs45000/- but HDFC bank didn’t accept my request and they showed me an bit of printed paper , in which it was mentioned that part payment can be made only after paying my Sixth EMI.
                          At last they collected my part payment on 10th September 2012 and they sent me an document in which they asked me to pay my Next EMI October EMI for entire amount that is Rs.98000.I have raised a concern that I have made my part payment in the month of September and why should I pay EMI for the entire amount.
                          When I raised a concern customer care executive asked me to wait for some time and they asked me to meet their manager. I met their manager Pavithra/Ramya. I told that I want to close my loan account with HDFC bank since I am not satisfied with bank terms and condition and also they are trying to cheat customer by avoiding or ignoring customer Request, by which they can stop the customer from closing the loan and also they can Earn more interest from the customer.
                          When I asked HDFC manager why can’t I close my loan whenever I want .She is telling that customer cannot ask the bank to close their loan account whenever they want, if they force the bank close the request bank will register those customer name in CIBIL. Which will make me to stop have any other banking facility in all over the world.
                          I don’t know whether CIBIL is Government concern to address every individual issues or it is created by Government to work act like a Rowdy or Goondas for Banks and other Money Generating concern.
                          I request CIBIL to make proper rules regulation for registering individual name in CIBIL database. Else MNC banks like HDFC will threaten every Indian Citizen. Stop this kind of fraudulent activities of HDFC Bank.

                          HDFC Bank — Forcing to close account

                          My account no is [protected] in the name of MAHALAXMI TRADERS ( HDFC branch - Riva House,Ring Road) . My account was blocked without my conscience and hence returned two of my cheques .
                          As a result of which I had to face serious consequences in the trading market.
                          After I consulted the branch manager, he regularised my account. Though my account was regularised he is forcing me to close the account but I dont want to close the account. I asked the manager to give me in writting but he refused to do so.So i request to take action about this act which cost me my goodwill .
                          nothing happened in updating the forum..still banks are creating issues in account closure..most of the banks cheating people by collecting over onterest and also government has never taken action against banka..most of the laws related cibil, sarfaesi are used to torture indian citizens personally...every salaried especially IT employees are forced to get loans mainly housing loan which creates personally..

                              I have HDFC bank credit card (HDFC bank platinum plus ) with me and I am charge with annual fee of Rs.448 even if I was assured that there are no annual charges during the time I took this card. Now they have charged this amount to me and not responding when I am trying to call customer support and they are not lodging complain also regarding this.

                                Last month, a customer service personal called my mobile number and told me about health insurance, hdfc ergo based on my credit card, I was not interested and refused the policy. They Force to buy the policy , I have confirmed on phone and so as premium of policy will be deducted from my credit card for 2 years.
                                I am not Interest to continue the policy , and not satisfy their Policy
                                to stop payment credit card deduction form ECS base
                                So, please take the necessary step to resolve the above issue.

                                  I have applied for HDFC Titanium Card through online first then the assurance given by one of HDFC representative Mamta (by phone) on 13th of Sep'2012 that I am eligible for that card. But on 1st Oct'2012 I received a Gold Credit card.So i need clarification regarding this and don't want this card. I have submitted all the required document on that day to a agent sent by Mamta (From HDFC Delhi). BTW I close the card today but for future I have given this complain here.

I have recd my credit card from HDFC bank on 2008. after that customer care people as offer given standard life insurance with unit link base, also they told that they will pay the money Rs.10000/once in a year and the same will debit [protected]@833/- on credit card bill. This will realise only one year later on they paid Rs.10000/from my credit card amount. Later on bills comes with Rs.10000 + interest +financial charges and late fees. even though i paid the entire amount. In between, I went their branch office file complaint about their billing system. Then they avoid the entire penalty and financial charges comes to zero level. later on the entire billing system started the both twenty thousand added on bills and added financial charge, late fees and service tax added. up to sep'2011 card works . Later on the card stopped at their end .they insist to pay Rs.25,000 immediately otherwise they will go for court.. Later their people torturing frequently phoning and asking to pay 1800rupees for temperiorly to avoid interest, Even two month back some representative comes from credit card dept and i paid Rs.1800/- for final settlement.
                                    Note: I supposed to pay Rs.833/- for all ten years. But just 12 month started to marwari practice. Card credit limit was Rs.30000/. Now even after card stopped bill recd arround 26000plus. Now I would to take action against them. I have paid more then Rs.50000/- instead of Rs.30000/- they paid for instalment. Now they says you paid only interest and financial charges only.principal amount yet to be pay. I want to take severe action againt that HDFC credit card department.

                                      I am Mallika from Assam. All I want to say is never use any of HDFC Standard Life....nor ring its toll free numbers....

                                      Some weeks back I got a call from the no - [protected]. The person on the other end of the reciever told he was from HDFC Standard Life, Mumbai and wants to provide some information regarding HDFC Life Insurance products and asked if it was convenient time for me... Since I was not at the moment thinking of going for any insurance I said I wasn't interested. The next day I again got from the same no. I didn't picked up since I was busy. That evening I got call from an another number - [protected]. This time the person told the same thing that he was from HDFC Life and making a call regarding the products. I told him I am not interested. He then told he want my information like age , occupation for data maintenance...I told him if I am not interested why was he asking and I don't find the need to provide such info to him....

                                      Some days later I again got calls from the same nos. At last I received and told not to disturb me.... This time there was a lady... She apologised to me for disturbing and kept the phone. Surprisingly 2/3 days later again got calls but what they did is THEY RANG ME AND ON RECEIVING THEY JUST HANG THE PHONE... consecutively for 3/4 times... and surprisingly gave miscalls.... imazine how many times???? 22 miscalls within 25 minutes alternately from the nos - [protected], [protected]. .... Anather 30 calls within 1 hour which I didn't rcvd and it appeared as miscalls. Is that what the HDFC Standard Life people give training to its employees... to irritate Customers/Prospects on not showing interest or simply not listening to its product information..?????

                                      This much harassment to its Prospects or would be customers !!!!!!! Imazine what would be the condition when one becomes its Customer !!!!!!

                                        Myself Puneet Shukla, Owner of account No : [protected] (HDFC Bank).When I Opened MAX Account in the HDFC bank, There was a policy in this account that if I have more than one lakh FD in this account, I can maintain Zero balance in my account. But Suddenly Bank had changed its rules this year that I have to maintain Rs25000 in my account always irrespective of FD in my account. Bank did not inform me about this change and start deducting charges from my account. I did written complaint in my bank, which I am attaching with this mail. But Bank is not ready to reimburse my charges.
