Insurance Agent working in HDFC Branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat sold me one policy, with annual premium of 15,000. I asked him so many questions before applying for the policy. On 4th of July, i received a message that less then 10,000 Rs in your bank account.
But that time my Debit Card is blocked. And when i discuss with Bank Employees they sayed that 20,000 is withdrawn from ATM.

I am using HDFC credit Titanium credit cards and for last 3 motnhs I am not receiving the hard copy of statement, I tried to call Customer care so many times everytimes they assure me to send it in next 5 days howerver nothing works. I had opted for HDFC CC in 2005. Post that I had purchased few things through this CC.

Don't buy HDFC insurance (LIFE Insurance, Endoment Policy, Young Person Life Insurance Pensions, etc.,) they are fraud company with big name, once you take their insurance... they keep taking money, and staff members keep changing, so you cannot keep track of payment, their payment schedules keep chaning every year... managers keep changing. I lost 1.25 lakhs.

I've been an HDFC customer for more than 5 years. Have my savings account with the bank and also own a credit card (Platinum). I have had a fairly good relationship with HDFC owning to which I also went onto take other miscellenous services from them like personal loan etc.

The staff at HDFC nungambakkam branch are really rude with customers.I had gone to the bank to pay my US visa fee.I was made to wait nearly half an hour before being told that I should go to another counter.The US Embassy should think about online fee payment method or tie up with a different bank....
