This is to inform you that me Sahil Sehgal is a customer of HDFC Bank Ranjeet Avenue branch Asr.
I have been mentally harassed by the employees of HDFC bank as I submitted all my documents on 17 august 10 for a/c opening & my a/c got opened after 1.5 months and now it's 4 months past i didn't received my welcome kit. I visited branch atleast 15-20 times but not getting positive response from any one . There is a lady name Mrs. avneet who is just making false commitments with me & it happened many times. Few days back i visited branch and I again filled the form for kit but when i called up their customer care then they told me that they haven't recived any request . Today I loose my patience after a long time & this is not acceptable at all. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue with in 48 Hrs.

      Hi,

      I have opened an HDFC account (No.[protected]) two years ago for ERM purpose but I was not intimated that they are opening Salary account for me as I already told the executive that our company have tie up with different bank for salary accounts, so I cannot open a salary account with HDFC bank. But today only I came to know that I was having salary account and now it’s converted to saving account because I have not maintained the salary into that account. And this month they have deducted approx Rs.820/- from my account as a fine for not maintaining the balance of Rs.10, 000/-. In 2 years this is the first time they have deducted the huge amount. Why suddenly they start deducting amount for not maintaining the balance and why this was not intimated to me that my account is switched to saving account now? Every month I am maintaining the account of Rs.4500/- because I have to pay my EMI for personal loan of Rs.4420/- but as bank has deducted Rs.820/- from the account I got shortage to pay my EMI and now they will put a fine of Rs.500/-. When I just asked for the ERM purpose then why they have opened salary account for me? And why they have not intimated to me that my account is switched to saving account and it will be charged if I don’t maintain the balance? I want my money back as there was a mistake from your bank and they have given me a wrong information, otherwise I will go to consumer court. I want immediate respone.       Fine, but when i asked your executive to open a ERM account then why he had open a salary account? And when it changed from salary to saving account then why it was not bring it to my notice. I can still follow the procedure what you have for maintaining the account with minimum balance but this time i want my money bak and also i should not be charged Rs.500/- for loan beacuse before due date i have transfer my EMI amount to my account but you guys have debited Rs820/- from that.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I was offered a Corporate Credit Card by HDFC Bank, Pune, some 6 months back as I am working in an IT company. I applied for the same as I was promised a 10% discount on every use of Credit Card(lifetime) and some more lucrative offers like 30% Discount at Pizza Hut for the next 6 months etc.

        Upon receiving the same, I confirmed with the Customer Care Service whether the promised discounts have really been offered on my Credit Card and to my surprise it was a normal Credit Card(not a Corporate Card) with no extra discounts. The manager of the Credit Card Department(a certain Mr. Prashant) assured me that in case of any problems, I should contact him(at the number provided).

        When I tried to reach him(at his HDFC Bank contact No.), I was told that he has already been fired for the malpractices. Upon asking what needs to be done regarding the Credit Card, I was told that I can discontinue the Credit Card if I wished to.

        I understand that the marketing teams are given a target to be completed, but not by unethical means.

        Alas! I received a telemarketing call again from the same person(Mr. Prashant) offering me a Credit Card, a fortnight ago.

        Now the point of concern here is that HDFC Bank is supporting or promoting such unethical sale of Credit Cards as had they not been doing so, this person Mr. Prashant would not be working at HDFC Bank again selling the Credit Cards.

        I feel this is a very sensitive issue. Can you please let me know what can be done regarding this?

            Dear Sir/Madam
            This has reference to my Saving account no : [protected] with HDFC Bank, I am extremely disappointed with the Bank charges
            They are debiting my account without any reason and up on request they are not able to provide me the proper information.

            On 04/11/2010 they have debited my accounts @ 50 x 25 times in one day, when I spoken to customer Care executive they have
            Informed that these charges are telephone call charges which i have made during non maintenance of quarterly balance of 10,000/-
            Which is wrong i might have call twice but they are not able to provide me the proper information, earlier also they have debited my
            Account with 50 and after two days of debit i have sent email to customer care but they have not responded to me.

            Please help me

              Dear Sir,

              I opened new saving account at just opened HDFC bank near to my place, at the time opening new account they agreed to ZERO balance account skim if we make fixed deposit of say 10000 (I make fixed deposited of 25000) Rs till I continue my account with HDFC bank to get benefit of zero balance benefits. But now after 2 years bank charged me 330 Rs from my saving account, telling me for QAB balance charges. When I write bank people then they told me they will reverse off the charges this time but from next quitter u need to maintain 5000 Rs balance or make your fixed deposit to 50000 Rs, then they will not charge me QAB charges.
              I think this bank people are cheating customers this way, when they need accounts they give skims and when they don’t need accounts they increase charges to let them go..
              Pls guide me sir

              HDFC bank has revised quately averaging balance form 5000 to 10000.
              At the time of opening account they agreed to QAB for 5000. Now they go back from their agreent. Can we go consumer court ? pls anybody help me.

                Several time i am complaining for the non receipt of the policy and the original first premium money receipt. my policy no. is 13582251. six month ago i am complaining for the above matter to a staff ( Name Bhaskar Mobile No.[protected] Shyambazar Branch ) . every time they told me that their system shows that delivery is completed and then i am ask for showing the acknowledgement card at the time of delivery but they donot show. what can i do.                       I walked in to your HDFC bank branch on 20th October post asking your customer care for change of bank address and redemption While they accepted by COA and COB and have asked to hold on to redemption till thes changes happens Till now i have no update on the same If they have been rejected which I dont think should be the case i still have no intimation on the same

                      Even when i walked in to your service centre last Saturday and your employee thr has displayed the most irresponsible and non customer centric attitude by puttiing the blame on me that I should have gone ahead and sbmitted my request to Hyderabad since i bought my funds from that city I beleive HDFC is completely unaware about the SEBI regulations and dont know that now i can go ahead and submit all my documents to any of the HDFC branch In last 10 days markets have fallen below and so is the value of my Funds Can you pls explain due to your ignorance who is responsible for my loss and will you be paying me the redemption Amount at back dated NAV

                            Hi,

                            I applied for Hoam loan in HDFC Bank under CDP Plan and I was told that the Loan will be processed and disbursed within few days. I submitted all the related documents and Processing Fees of approx Rs 10500/- . After some days the concerned person told me that Builder project "Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida" is not approved by HDFC Bank under CDP Plan and either I should change my plan or forget the Processing Fees. I cannot change the plan because it doesn't fit into my payment budget, but because of all this Bank is not ready to return my money back. I logged several complaints with Bank's customer Care and Greviences Redressal Forum, but nothing seems to help me.


                            Please help me out on this, because I don't know where else to go.

                              This is with the ref to my credit card(ending **** **** **** 9236) holding with HDFC Credit Card. 3months back got a sales call regarding HDFC ERGO, before accepting the policy I had confirmed with the sales exe 3-4 times (regarding, weather I will get the benefits only if I get hospitalized for any min period). Unfortunately met with a small accident and was suppose to undergo with the treatment, that time ERGO confirmed that I should hospitalized min 24hrs(WHICH WAS NOT INFORMED ME WHEN I SING UP THE POLICY). Since I had given wrong information at the time of sales call I am forced to discontinue the policy, and I should get the complete policy amount. But which is not happen. Regarding the same when I spoke to ERGO, they asked me to talk with Credit card dept. I had spoken to the customer care of CC, they promised me the call back(after listening to the first sales call). Which I never recieved.

                              Today when I called up to the customer care of CC, I had spoken to CC exe Ms. Usha. Since she is at agent level(couldn't been able to comment about full refund of the ERGO policy), I had asked her to transfer the call to the Manager(not to the floor in-charge). She had transfer the call to Manager Ramya Mohan(I don't think so she is the Manager), who was not suppose to be even in customer care agent level. who does not have patience to talk with the customers, trying to disconnect the customer's call. The first time had worst experience with HDFC customer care, I am thinking to cancel the credit card itself.

                                    Dear Blue Dart Team,

                                    I am surprised and shocked to see the inefficiency of Blue Dart Courier Services. My delivery of HDFC Credit Card whose AWB Number is #[protected] was despatched on[protected] and was expected to reach me on[protected]. I also received a sms from the HDFC Bank regarding the same.

                                    I called five times so far from[protected] to[protected] and each time I get the same reply from the customer care employee that it will be delivered soon. It was expected to reach me today between 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. as told by the customer care employee of Blue Dart Courier. But when I called now, she said it will be delivered tomorrow i.e. on[protected] by 12 p.m.

                                    Thus, tired by such promises that it would be delivered soon. I have decided to register my complaint regarding the non-delivery of my HDFC Credit Card.

                                    It is my humble request to you to see to it that my HDFC Credit Card is delivered soon to me, latest by tomorrow. Thus, giving a chance to Blue Dart Courier Services to revive my trust on them.

                                      I am using hdfc bank credit card for more than 4 yrs and used to make payments on regular basis as per the statement sent to me. now for last one year i am not getting the statement from the bank. same things i communicated with the branch office but again i am not getting the statement on time. this is crating problem for me to make the payment on time. inspite of any statement received i made payments regular basis for 10 months but for last one month i am not making any payment. i am seeking for full and final settlement.now i am getting threatning from the collection agencies.they are using abusive language and harassing me mentaly.

                                        NWD DEC CHG - Amount Deducted

                                        Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....
