Mainly Airtel's Customer care, Kerala Prepaid process the executives are behaved like " slaves and more than that " ! . They are indulged to do nine hours continues job without proper break for having food .Or no breaks . They are not getting correct leave for sickness and other needed purpose . GM and PM are just utilizing the customer care executives to the extreme limits for the growth of company . Even in the Central jail we will not find such attitude from the work enviornment . No one in that company is satisfied with the work Force . Also some tyrants has been emplimented in that company to amke all type of pressures . Cruel harrasment is going on there . A single executive is handling more than 230 calls per day without proper break . Even though complany is leading BPO the executives are cruely behaved with no proper food and drinks to have at office in that buzy enviornment with any main Targets that are to hard to handle for an individual . Also the salary is too low to live in that metropolitan city like Chennai. Every month more that 50 + agents are leaving frm that office due to these pressuress. In office enviornment also there is no Centralized or normal Air conditioner not only airconditioner, but also no proper Fans to handle that pressure . In that pressurized enviornment the Systems are dead slow, benith not worthy or proper working one.
Also evry week this hard working executives are been terminated with out any proper reasons or with any HR policies. No clear documentation or records are there for this termination .
