[Resolved]  Home Town — Pathetic After Sales

Hi,

I bought a Bed and Wardrobe from Home town pune which never got delivered even after a month. I called up Home town atleast 15 times in this period every time they say it will be delivered in next week. The call center never seems to know the status of orders and never calls back even after promising to do so. I will never but anything from Home Town again and will suggest others also not to.

Does anyone have a email id or Customer Complaint cell contact of Home Town, to post your miserable experieces to ?
I'm soon to join the people here who've had sad experiences with Home Town.
I have the same feedback for guys plaaning to purchase something from HOME TOWN.

My suggestion is "GO there Watch things But NEVER BUY IT FROM THERE"

THe goods which got damaged is :-

Service is Very Very bad. No one is ready to understand our problems. No customer satisfaction.

Purchasing goods from this vendor is my life mistake.

The person ( Harish Phone: [protected] ) who was fixing the goods was not experience one. while fixing the goods he not only damaged the goods and He fixed it without knowing how he should fix. Which one should be used first and which one next. Still the work is incomplete. No one is helping us.

Its the mistake of the Vendor as well as the person and his manager.

Incomplete work ( There puntch line not today do it tomorrow, If not day after tomorrow, otherwise never ),

No time management ( Coming in there own time and going without completing the work ).

My question is that whether its the same with the all customers ?

The goods was delivered to me on 12th day as agreed during the purchase. But the stationary items were missing during the delivery and the necessary items which was required for fixing the goods was missing . When the person name ( Harish Phone no: [protected] ) from the Home Solution came to our home to fix the goods he told us that there are some goods items are missing.

When he made a call to the his manager he said to him that tell the customer that it will be done after 2 days. What is this we paid the full amount to hear that the work will be done as per them or it should be done as per the customer request.

The person Harish from the home solution some how managed to fix the goods.while fixing the goods he not only damaged the goods and He fixed it without knowing how he should fix. Which one should be used first and which one next. Still the work is incomplete. Outcome was he DAMAGED THE GOODS.

Not only I my family also faced the problem. I am requesting you could you please replace the goods or else return the full amount.

I have visited your hometown at Noida on 22 august 2010, and booked two article vide my order number #[protected] and the delivery date given to me was 11th of September 2010.One of the article was delivered to me on 24th September that too at very odd hours early morning around 6.00 AM and was subsequently visited by a fitter who was non cooperative. All this was logged in the service delivery report but till date nobody bothered to check with us about it.
The 2nd article has still not been delivered and we still don’t have any information as to when it will be delivered, we have made several call the customer center and all that is worthwhile as they themselves don’t know about the status of the delivery. In the above circumstances I would like to cancel my pending order and would like my money to be refunded asap and advice others not fall in the trap of hometown
