Hi,

I have enrolled for design and services from Hometown for end to end interior designing. This was for site visit for measurement, planning and costing. We have already paid Rs.1250 on 2nd of August 2009.
We were told that someone from hometown would visit our home on 3rd of August. There was no call or information till the 6th of August. When I called them on the 6th of August at 1:30pm, they told me that the concerned person had some personal problems and someone will visit my house at 4pm the same day. nobody arrived till 4:30pm. The concerned designer's boss called at 4:30pm saying that he had given some other work to the designer and he wont come to our house today. there was absolutely no regret and courtesy to call and inform us before hand. They then fixed the appointment for today, 7th August 2009, morning at 11:30 am. Till now, 1:00pm, nobody called or visited our home. When I called them again just now, we got the same reason that there was some personal problem and so the designer could not come. There was absolutely no regret or courtesy again from them this time. I have stayed home from office all the 3 times just waiting for them and did not get any response from them.

I now called their office and asked to cancel the order for the visit and refund my money back since I do not have teh time to wait at home everyday for them and they have also refused to visit in the evening after 7pm when I am usually back from office. They did not comment anything on refunding my money and cancelling the order.

I am very frustrated with their service and attitude and will definitely not go ahead with them for my interior work since there is no guarnatee the kind of treatment I will get from them later if this is the case when I have not even commited any work to them.

    We ordered a modular Kitchen for our new flat in Whitefield for a total amount of Rs. 1.2 lakhs. The full payments were made in mid September 2008 and we were prpmised that the Kitchen will be delivred and completed within 45 days. It was not until end of November 2008 that they even started the work. They did part completion and the rest of the work was happening in installments. When they finally finished and delivered the Kitchen in full, it was Feb 2009!
    To our dismay, the parts started coming off, one of the shutters (supposed to be water-proof) started swelling up like a baloon on top. We called and complained several times. Finally it took them 2 months to attend to the call - they came took some "good quality" pictures on someones cellphone and promised that they would send it to the manufacturer and get the parts replaced. Six more months have passed and nothing has happened. The manager of the Modular Kitchen section, Mr. Nirmal, no longer takes my calls. Mr. Vijay, who reports into him is also equally indifferent. What was promised by Ms. Rajini, the sales/design executive at the Kitchen section, has not been fulfilled by Hometown.
    The Kitchen is in such a bad shape that I am planning to go to consumer court for a full refund, so I can redo the kitchen.

    I am currently going through a similar problem with home town store in Noida. At the time of the sale i was made numerous promises and in return i have recieved a delayed and incomplete delivery and i have only had one site visit since day one
    the installation team has stated that this is quite a common practise with this store and they allways botch up their orders.
    I am seeking a consumer court action...please advise
    we cant expect any thing better than this from branded guys. they write rules, but there are small professional guys who wil deliver things as committed.

      I ordered for a Koryo 21inches TV on 24th July, 2009. It is mentioned in the order that I will get a Dish TV free with that order.
      I received the Tv on 4th July but didnot receive the Dish TV. Since then I am calling the customer care of FutureBazaar but with no avail. They now say that the offer was never there and it was an Application error which was showing as if DishTV is free. Since I told them that I am going to cpmplain to the consumer forum they said that they will send a voucher of Rs.500/- as a token of apology.

      But I am not going to accept that as I am feeling cheated by FutureBazaar.Either they should send DishTV or the amount equal to DishTV

      Horrible from customer care number.
      I have purchased one split AC from future baazar- hometown - GIP-Noida, in the year 2011- (in the month of april/may). Unit no- AOKS018A0A11B0818, MODEL NO.- KSI18AO3S, which was installed by carewell electronice pvt. ltd. MB-167A, street no-4, Master block, shakarpur, delhi-92 date 10th May 2011 . The day i have purchased AC, i have not received any bill nor a gold coin of 1 grm as per the scheme, which i was conveyed that there is shortage in gold coin so it will be delivered with my unit. Two / three days later i received my ac unit but again gold coin was not there and i only got an challan to sign and return back to the Auto guy. In that challan also i wrote that i have not received the gold coin. Further to my discussion at GIP-hometown, the executive conveyed me that it will be delivered to my address after 7 to 10 working days as they were yet sort of gold coin. But that day has never came yet??. I have visited two to three times the GIP-Hometown but they were clue less. I have called customer care as well on that point of time but have not yield any solution. I Requested customer care so may time to lock my call and give me some ticket no. or so or make me speak to TL but he denied and again i got "ZERO RESPONSE".

      My simple question to support team is to give me clarity on my bill and my scheme of gold coin, whether i will be getting it or not????? Is this the way to solve problem of a customer??? Is for the sake of saying / misleading customer any scheme is been launched??? Don't the backend team has any data as to whom the scheme has been given and whom not??? Isn't the reponsibility of the stake holders to check the data and call all those customers who have not received their schemes???

      SERVICING IS FUTURE.. IF YOU CAN'T SERVE YOU CAN'T LEAD!!

        I bought this Vacum cleaner Model (KVC 180), at the date of 20-02-08, at Big bazar - L.B.Nagar, hyderabad.
        Thy have been given 2yrs of waranty From date of purchasing.
        On 26-02-09 I got sum problem with that product then i called to the (Jeeves Consumer service pvt ltd. Uppal, B, IDA industrial area, Hyderabad-500039) appearance on warranty card. the called number is[protected].
        Till now i didnt get back my product, and still those people saying that "parts are not Avila"
        So pl.. kindly take sum action on this company and help me.

          Sir,
          I purchased Tiffin carrier(Tiffin box) from Big bazaar of Asian Stylo Hot carrier brand on 19/06/2009.I was told that the gurrenty period of the tiffin box is one year.But within a month the internal Part of the tiffin is cracked and when I went to big bazaar for replacement of the box, the big bazaar is not accepting the product, Instead I was misbehaved by the store manager,
          The product is without any part code or production number.

          Please take some appropriate action.

            Twice has Big Bazaar cheated.
            First we bought wooden closet and then we bought sofa set.
            In both cases, the product was damaged when delivered and never replaced.
            the officials kept ignoring us and giving us dates but till date our issue has not been attended.
            It's over 6 months now since we purchased our last product from them.

            During our visit to the Big Bazaar ( Vashi, Navi Mumbai), we realized there were other customers having the same grievances. So, I could safely say it's happening with other customers too...

              I Prof. F.H. Wadiwalla resident of 16/4-B Sheriar Baug, R.C. Bhatt Mrg. Mumbai 400009 had booked Classic Storage Bed costing Rs.12, 499/- only, by paying entire amount as booking amount on 17/07/09 from Big Bazaar, Home section, Mumbai Orchid City Centre, Mumbai Central. The date of delivery given for the above products was (15 days) 02/07/09 vide Advance Receipt No. [protected] dated 17/07/09.as promised by Mr. Pritam the Floor Manager
              The product was not delivered on the above committed date (i.e.02/07/09). Post the failure, on the part of the organisation to deliver the said items on the committed date, there was not even a courtsey call made by Big Bazaar, Home section to me.
              Once, the committed date for delivery had passed & there was no reverts from Big Bazaar, Home section, Mumbai Orchid City Centre, Mumbai Central, I visited the store to enquire, about the delivery status, to my amazement, I was given assurance, that within the next few days, the booked items would be delivered to me. Since then, I, had repeatedly followed on the status of the delivery over the phone, as well as many a times personally vsiting the Big Bazaar, Home section to followup his case. Every time, I was turned back, with assurance & further committment of delivery.The situation holds now that, I am yet to recieve my delivery from the said organisation. It is almost a delay of 25 days from the committed date by the said company.
              It has been a shere physical & mental harassment for me because of lack of professionalism/promised committments & last but not the least taking customers for granted on part of Big Bazaar, Orchid Mumbai Central Mumbai..

                hi,

                i have bought some furniture, from big bazzar surat, piplod surat. billing date is 03/12/2008. with advance receipt no. [protected]. having cashier id jigneshp, first i have faced delivery problem and after i complaint, furniture which was not fresh (which was keep in your show room) has been delivered to me as confirmed with your big bazzar employee Mr. Ajit. I didn't booked any complaint about that as i was aware that no one will listen to me.

                In next 2 months i started facing problem with furniture's, problem's like furniture was not properly installed all the furniture is loosely installed. Bed which i have purchased making noice while we sit, get up even when we move on it. Bed is having lots of cracked on it. I have asked your branch for replacement of the furniture 3-4 months back but nothing has happened one guy has been sent to my residence and he approched my place at 9 PM night and said we can give services at this time only u can not give us the timings when we have to come, i said ok pls check the furniture and get it done. He check the furniture and said (KYA BAKWAS FURNITURE AAPNE KHARIDLIYA SIR) i will translate the same in English to you what your person has said to me (WHAT KIND OF RUBBISH FURNITURE U HAVE PURCHASED SIR). even then he said i have to send someone else to repair this furniture as i am not able to go so.

                Even i have contacted to ur customer service department at piplod road big bazaar branch but nothing has happened.

                Please do the needful for the same.

                We booked the abovesaid item & paid advance of Rs.5000/-. But when we verified measurements at home, it is not possible to accomodate the above said sofa. Hence we request you to cancel the bookin.
                We are ready to purchase items worth Rs.5000-/ immediately.

                We are regular customer of Big Baazar hence request to consider this application.
                We booked on 16th Aug & intimated to Big Baazar on 23rd for cancellation.Delivery date was given as 5th Sep. We intimated well in advance & no material at godown is available as on date.

                The decision of cancellation will not have any loss at your end but for us it is big amount to deal with.

                This is my sincere request to consider this application & cancell our order for abovesaid sofa set.

                Looking forward for favourable reply from you.

                  we purchased a bottle of limca couple of days back (much before the expiry date!)
                  and to our shock, it tastes funny(some chemical and mudsmell(smell we get during the first rain) smell.
                  I could not reach them to complain. such a popular shop in Allahabad can not afford to sell these
                  adultrated stuff to their customers.

                    Even after repeated reminders I have still not received any revert for my querry.
                    Such negligence on your part pains me alot. If this is the way a reputed concern behaves with the customers then I feel the same would be the case with a majority of the clients. Gone are the days when the focus of any business was sales. In this cut throat competetive market where lot of retail outlets are fighting over a large piece of market share, the service provided by you is poor.So my shopping experience with Big Bazaar is now turning from bad to worse.
                    Firstly the shoe that I purchased was damaged within 2 days of the purchase. And at your end the salesman replied that it was a heavily discounted product and would not be exchanged. Also i was informed that the same was displayed. But i would like to inform you that firstly i did not see any such signboard in the store neither I was infromed about the same. This speaks volumes about your untrained staff and lack of administration in the store where the required information is not only displayed but the staff is not equiped to handle customer grievances.
                    Does heavily discounted product means that it will not be exchanged once we move out of the store that the product will not be exchanged under any circumstances. There can be instances when the customer buys a product and hw comes to know that the product is damaged when he reaches home. Secondly for your kind information the retail sector susutains itself and profits are genereated on thin margins and volumes. So each item purchased form your store necessarily is discounted.That does not imply that the defected product would not be replaced with an excuse as lame as given by your salesman.
                    Also I would like to inform you that in a town like Panipat which is small, a bad word of mouth publicity will earn a bad name for your store and effect your sales adversley. I am of the opinioin that such an act of mishandling of a client is unethical and against a prudent bussiness practice. I am also working in service sector and I understand and acknowledge customer satisfaction and customer delight. So I request to handle my complaint and reply me at the earliest. If not I will be forced to take a legal action and also report the same to local and national press.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have purchased one Innova Sofa Set & Odetta 4STR dining set together for Rs.35, 500/- from your Big Bazaar Vashi branch vide cash memo no T25/11487 dated 30/05/2009.

                      After 3 days I have received a call from Mr. Ravi (Floor Sales Person) from Big Bazaar Vashi branch that there is some problem for delivering the Innova Sofa Set. Hence I visited to Vashi branch to know the problem. I had been told by Mr. Ashutosh (Floor Sales Person) that there is billing mistake done by Mr. Ravi for Innova sofa set and wrongly billed for lesser amount and now it is not possible them to complete the order of Innova Sofa set and given me the option to go for another alternative of sofa set. As the order was finalized by me after Mr. Ravi have checked & confirmed the rates of both i.e (Innova Sofa Set & dining set) i told them that I want to cancel the order and ask for refund. But I had been told that it is not possible to cancel the order and ask to buy another alternate sofa set, but I was not interest for the same. After discussing internally by sales person I had been asked to call tomorrow as they have to discuss the same with their senior person.

                      Accordingly next day I had given a call to Big Bazaar Vashi branch and Mr. Ravi asked me to come down to the discuss the same with his senior. Accordingly I had been visited with my wife on Saturday around 6.30 pm. After waiting almost 45 minutes Mr. Ashutosh attended us and tried to convince for buying another sofa set, but I was not interested for doing the same. After a discussion he had given me offer for another sofa set which was not in display but shown from the catalogue as well as offers me small ladder and telephone stand. I was least interested. Hence at last Mr. Mandar (Floor Manager) came to meet me and tried to convince the same. After discussion the deal was closed by paying additional amount of Rs.2, 000/- for Sofa Roma PVC Black set & Impiana 3 door wardrobe walnut. This transaction is made vide cash memo no T15/43010 dated 04/06/2009. The same day we had been waited till 11.00 pm appx. (4½ hours) to close the transaction.

                      Assuming that everything is now fine I went home in relax mind. But again the problem starts when I received the delivery of Wardrobe on 07/06/2009. Fitter has visited after confirming the time on 09/06/2009 in the morning at 8.30 am and started his work. After some time he realizes that in the packing there are two left side main panels are delivered and right side panel is not delivered. He reported the same to Mr. Mandar of Big Bazaar the packing mistake and informed me that the panel will be sent in 2 days. I spent my half day behind this. After continuously following with Mr. Mandar, Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Vaibhav (Floor Sales Person) and giving almost 5 to 6 six calls everyday they dispatched another full set of Impiana Wardrobe on 12/06/09 and told me that the fitter will visit on Saturday 13/06/09 in the evening around 6.30 pm. On 13/06/09 I also received the delivery of Roma Sofa set. I confirmed the visit of fitter with Mr. Ashutosh for 13/06/09 and accordingly left from the office before time and reached home around 6.00 pm. I waited till 07.30 pm but he not turned up and no one has given call about the status of the fitter. I tried several times and had been told that he is on the way and at last I had been informed that he is not coming and will come tomorrow morning around 9.00 am. The same drama started again next day and he not turn up in the morning, the showroom was not open and Mr. Mandar was not picking my cell. In the afternoon around 12.00 I am able to talk with Mr. Ashustosh and he told me the fitter will be at my place around 3.30 pm. Again he not come and I gave a call to Big Bazaar showroom, but unfortunately by hearing my name no body was interested to come on the landline and talk to me. Around 6.00 pm one sales person informed me that the fitter will be visiting my residence around 8.00 pm. After waiting so long period at home and wasting full day at home I am able to see the face of fitter at 9.00 pm. He started his work and completed around 10.30 pm. After checking it has come to know the side door of wardrobe is not fitted perfectly. There is a gap of ½ inch between side of the main door and side door and if he tries to adjust the same then alignment from top as well as right side of the wardrobe goes haywire. He informed the same to Mr. Mandar. Mr. Mandar informed me that he will check with the stores and will revert on the same. The same day fitter fixed the legs of the sofa set.

                      The next three days I was not in the city when I came back I come to know that the left hand rest of main sofa set is broken from inside and also realized that after seating on the sofa set the stapler pins by which the down side cloth is fitted is coming out and the cloth is falling down. In three days I never received any calls from Mr. Mandar or any other sales person on wardrobe issue. On 18/06/09 I called at Vashi branch to know the status of wardrobe complaint as well as to make complaint of sofa set no concern person with whom I dealt was available and Mr. Mandar is also not available on cell. The job of selling the concept of Mr. Mandar & his team was over hence no one bothers to resolve the complaint and the need is mine I was trying to contact. After giving several calls I am able to get connected with Mr. Mandar who agrees to send his senior fitter for inspection. Sr. fitter visited on 21/06/09 and agree that here is defect in the side door of the wardrobe which is slightly small compare to inches provided for fitting and also checked the sofa set and told that it has to be replace and accordingly he inform to Mr. Mandar from my cell. Mr. Mandar at that time agreed to send the replacement of sofa set as well as informed me he will try for the solution of wardrobe door.

                      Since then i.e. from 22/06/09 I am trying to get in touch with Mr. Mandar on his cell as well all other sales person but no one coming on the line by hearing my name. The other sales person were telling me that your query has put forward & will receive the sofa set in 2 days but till date that 2 days not completed. Over & above since 22/06/09 Mr. Mandar who gave me assurances & promises even not attended my single call at landline as well at his cell. Since last one month I was the person who is making the calls as the need was mine, receive only 2 calls from Big Bazaar in last one month.

                      Even making complaint at Big Bazaar Customer care on 29/06/09 till today no revert has been received. While lodging the complaint it has been promised that I will receive a call within 24 hrs and the will solve the problem. I think every one is passing the ball and avoiding taking action to resolve the complaint.

                      As I am almost everything (Bed, Fridge, dining table, TV and all other day to day needed things) is purchasing from Big Bazaar since last 4/5 years, I have never come across so much horrible and disgusting experience. The well managed showroom name is getting spoiled due to such low manner behavior of the sales person and after sales services. After spending the hard earned money to see the dream house, if any customer receives the negligible low level treatment from so called reputed brand, it is really way to downgrade the reputation of the brand.

                      As a customer my humble request you to kindly look in the matter and solve the complaint. You intervention is highly appreciated. Before going forward for any corrective measures I would request you kindly revert with your remedy.

                      I had purchased a bed from Big Bazaar, Highland park(FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LTD)P.S.Jadavpur, kolkata-75 on 15th Aug. 2011. It was delivered within 10 Days, but while assembling, it came to notice that the rot iron bed was defective. So the assembling could not be done properly, and it laid in the corner of the room(unusable).

                      Since that day, we had been trying to contact the couple of numbers, provided for any assistance needed. But we are yet to receive any remedy from their side. They have been providing false promises and dates, whenever we give them a call. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick up the call. And what's most disappointing is, one of the number belongs to the Furniture department. your departmental staff has been the biggest liar during all our communications, and has been providing false promises. And notably, also threatened saying that, we are trying our best, and nothing would happen even if we try to speed up the process from our side by escalating it to higher authorities, or even go to the Consumer Forum.

                      I have made the full payment for the furniture as I needed it badly, and yet suffering to the whims of one of the employees of the so-called-esteemed brand.                           Last Saturday I visited BigBazar located at Tikiapara Howrah. I wondered that commodities those are being sold are not up to the mark. I found many deospray at extreme right side of ground floor those are already expired. Even I found some discounted specially a packaged HeadnShoulder shampoo that is having manufacture date sometime near mid of 2008. Also quality of dress materials are also not good. Reason is same - Those are manufactured long back. I need to know one thing ... If Retail chain like BigBazaar can sell such bad products then even if any complain comes then who will be responsible ... BigBazaar ? Perticular Brand like Nike / HeadnShoulder or We the common people.
                          I completly agree with this one, same thing also happened with me at bigbazaar store at sahara mall.

                            Dear sir, I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood [protected] booked by Dilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no.T39/25327 at Big Bazaar, Katriguppe, Banashankari, Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday .It was promised to be delivered in 10 days.But I was surprised to recieve it within one week.To our surprise when the technician came after 3 days to assemble it we found that we had recieved a different coloured Rack(booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey & the product sent was Dirty Oak ), the person then contacted his seniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days.But till date even after contacting the concerned persons & after making more than hundreds of CALLS, either they are not responding or they have been giving only excuses

                              I have purchased a footwear from Big Bazar Panipat mittal Mega Mall on dated 06/06/2009 through my debit card.
                              After Passing of just 2 days i am shocked when my footwear got broken. i have logged a complaint to big bazar official but they do not logged my complaint and not giving me any replacement/repair/ satifactiory answer.

                              it is very shockable a new footwear purchased from a reputed oragnisation have been broken after passing of just 2 days.

                              Request to concern authorites to repalce my footwear or get back my money other wise i will go for a legal procedure also compensation for harassment

                                I HAD BOOKED ONE CHOPSTICK TABLE FROM BIG BAZAAR ( HEBBAL), BANGALORE, VIDE RECIEPT NO. 4866 ON 1/6/09 (MONDAY) IN THE NAME OF MS SONAM AND PAID FULL AMOUNT OF RS. 5000/=. THE TABLE WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED ON 5/6/09( SATURDAY). WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM. WHEN CONTACTED ON 6/6/09(SUNDAY) THEY SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY BUT DID NOT DELIVER AND AGAIN DID NOT INFORM. FINALLY THEY DELIVERED THE TABLE TODAY AT 14:30 HRS. AND SAID THAT SOME BODY WILL COME TO ASSEMBLE IT BY 16:00 HRS. BUT NO BODY CAME. AGAIN WHEN CONTACTED THEY ARE TELLING THE PERSON WILL COME TOMARROW.                                 You go to the Showroom and complain to the concerned perone when there are other customers nearby.This will not only make them understand what a customer dissatisfaction can lead to but also let others also know what may happen to them.                                   From whatever we read in the media... the gradual shutting down of the retail sector isn't owing to western economic recession but rather a spiralling effect of closer to home shoddy missions, visions and service ethics adopted by many indian chains such as HOMETOWN - a Kishore Biyani enterprize.

                                  They want to rake in their dollars on false comittments and poor service delivery; a falty business model on the drawing board itself that has obviously forced thier business to crash in less than 2 years of operations.

                                  I purchased a piece of furniture from HOMETOWN - Ahmedabad based on promises on specific delivery dates having made full upfront payments but I am now forced to spend days in a frustrated waiting game trying to call them up and ending up insulted and injured on telecalls too.

                                  I AM NOW DISSAPOINTED ENUF TO ADVICE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM SUCH UNETICAL RETAIL CHAINS WHOSE BUSINESS CRASH SEEMS WAS SCRIPTED IN THEIR BUSINESS PLAN ITSELF BY THE BEST KNOWN MANAGEMENT GURUS OF THE COUNTRY... UNLESS THE PLAN ENVISAGED A "FLY BY NIGHT" EXECUTIVE SUMMARY... IN BOLD.

                                  I have bought a new Wardrobe from Home Town in the end of August. After almost 10 days it was delivered ..on 5 of Sep. After a few more days a fitter came to assemble and then we found that two sheets are in absolute bad condition and need replacement. we lodged a complain in the customer care desk around 15 th of September.                                   I ordered a mocca queen bed and 3 door wadrobe on 25 may 2012 from thane with advance payment of 12000 and remaining to be paid 2 days before delivery which was supposed to be on 26 june 2012 . I paid the remaining a mt on 25 june 2012 and was promised to get the delivery by 27 june. I was told that the goods were defective and the delicery wuld be delivered after four days, then aft four days when i contacted i was told that it was delayed due to stock intake at their nagpur branch and so it would be delivered 1 week later then when i contacted 1 week lated they said the goods were yet not reached their godown so it would be delivered 1 week later then 1 was told that the goods are defective once again which seems to be their favourite lie. Todays 15 july and yet i havent got my delivery.

                                  They say a retail chain's attitude towards customer service is best gauged in the stores. Unfortunately, I got a nasty taste of the bad customer service attitude at Hometown's Martahalli, Bangalore store today afternoon.

                                  I had gone to the store along with my family today afternoon to purchase some home cleaning products that Home Town stocks. To be specific the incident happened today (28th July 2012, Saturday), sometime between 02:30 and 02:45 PM in the afternoon.

                                  I was directed by the staff to talk to the person manning the customer services desk, about my inquiry about the availability of one of the products. While I waited at the customer service desk, the gentleman in white shirt manning the desk was busy chatting away on the phone (though the discussion was in Kannada which is not a language I understand very well, it did not seem to be an official discussion and most definitely not something which was serious). When I made my presence known, the person acknowledged that someone was standing there, and said he will get back to me soon. He never bothered even after I waited for few minutes. It REALLY irritated me, and left. What was astonishing that the "Customer Service" (??!!) desk person did not bother about my leaving at all.

                                  I wonder why Home Town employs such people and that too as "customer service" personnel(??!!!). Dont they have any value for the customer or the customer's time??!!!

                                  Hope the concerned person manning the customer service desk, is reprimanded by the management, if you really care about customer service!!!

                                    Bill No T 49/9027 dated 07/06/2009, Big Bazaar, City Centre, Durgapur, W.B.

                                    I had booked two double bed and one single bed (Rot Iron) along with 3 mattresses on the above mentioned date. The goods have not been delivered yet. The store had promised that the goods will be delivered latest by 11/06/2009. The department has failed in its committment. This is for your infromation as I am proceeding for legal action as your comapany is playing with my money. I have visited this store for the second time and have been cheated on both occasions.

                                    Another point worth mentioning here is that the sales person shouts in the premise to ofcourse boost sales but the decibel level is beyond human consumption. This will have adverse on human ears. You can be sued for causing harm to human health.

                                      I booked a LG AC at Electronic Bazaar in Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad on May 10, 2009. The sales person told me that it will be installed in three days. At the payment counter, they informed me that it will take one week and May 17, 2009 was given as the delivery date. On May 17, 2009, after waiting for whoke day, I called up Electronic Bazaar in evening to enquire about the staus of delivery and was informed that it cannot be devlivered on that date. The person on the phone said that they forgot to inform me about the furhter delay. I had wasted my whole Sunday because of them. Then, I was given May 21, 2009 as the next date of delivery. On May 20, 2009, I called up again to make sure that they are delivering the AC next day. The person on the phone told me that he will return back the call after checking the status, but never called back. I am still waiting for their response. It seems I have to waste more days waiting for them to deliver and then install the AC.
