Date of expiry of voucher in "Terms and Conditions " on the reverse state the same as 9 months from the date of issue, whereas on the front in the bottom right it is mentioned as 6 months.This is misguiding.As a consequense
I missed the date of expiry.Please explain the ambiguity.

I am a regular customer of Big Bazar since the year 2003 and purchase all monthly provision from Lower Parel unit which you can check with your record as well as the staff on ground floor. .

This is against the Big Bazaar branch at Rave Moti, Rawatpur, Kanpur. Once they bill the items they seal the bags but it becomes diffcult for the customer to open the seal packing again to verify that the number of items they have been chareged with the number of items delievred are the sam e.

I have ordered a bunk bed from Furniture Bazaar at Big Bazaar, Kathriguppe Bangalore. The item is supposed to be delivered in 6 days but it is three weeks now and it is still not delivered. I have made several calls to the customer service but they make blind promises to deliver "by tomorrow!". They will never call you back updating the status of your order.
