I purchased kitchen products on 21/01/2009 from Big Bazaar Edm Gzb . when i opened the spice packet of Kali mirch purchased from them (Vendor was Os Spice) a cockroach was found. I complained about it at their outlet I was assured that I would get a call on 29/01/2009 as they would call the OS people. Till date waiting for the call to come.

I just want Mr Biyani to understand that before mentoring other businesses he should consolidate the quality in his present buisenss.

    Date of expiry of voucher in "Terms and Conditions " on the reverse state the same as 9 months from the date of issue, whereas on the front in the bottom right it is mentioned as 6 months.This is misguiding.As a consequense
    I missed the date of expiry.Please explain the ambiguity.

    These are big cheaters ... they should be out of business. No ethics no business. And their products are expensive and poor in quality compared to other competitors...

      I purchased a fridge on the 3rd of November, 2008, from Hometown at Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. The model is Electrolux 190L OP Luxur.

      Warranty period: 5 years
      Please note that this receipt does not have a receipt number starting from 204. As a result, I was not even entertained intitially when I made my complaint. They insisted that I didn't buy it from their outlet.

      The fridge is defective, as the freezer and refrigerator compartments do not work, right from the beginning.
      When I called for the service numbers, they gave me three wrong numbers and made me wait, or promised to get back to me, but you didn't. A person from Hometown said my complaint was registered, but the techinician is yet to come.

      I am appalled at their poor customer service, lack of responsible staff and the audacity they have to sell me a defective fridge. I have run out of patience. What should I do?

        Sir,
        This is to bring to your kind information that, i have been provoked to participate in the Future Group - The Great Indian Shopping Festival (Khul Gayi Sabki Kismat) starting 13 dec.2008 and ending 11 jan 2009 and they now not declaring the results of Lucky draw and every time we go and ask they reply that the Lucky draw has been cancelled...
        we consumers feel like cheated, as we have spent lots of our money to win car in Lucky draw. Now they are not giving anything and not even announcing the results of draw.

        kindly help and take strict early action against them.

          Home Town from Ishanya Mall, Pune had advertised on 16th Jan a scheme, wherein customers could buy a Poloroid camera and on that get a ASSUS laptop free.

          I immediately went to the shop on 17th JAn and bought the Poloroid camera through the scheme. Actually I was expecting a delivery of both the products (camera and laptop) the minute I bought the camera of both the products. But so was not the case. The staff told me that thou they have advertised about the product, they have none to display.
          If I wait for some 90 mins they will arrive and I will be able to see the product. I agreed, came in after 90 mins. the staff called some number and advised that I will have to wait for 90 more minutes. By this time it was quite irritating but decided, that I will wait anyways. I exited the shop and and arrived after 90 mins. Much to my stiock now the product was out of stock. The staff, saying that as I have been here for a while will give me the last piece which is available. But delivery will be given later. I was amazed at the sudden disappearance of the stock. But I still agreed, as I have to travel 2 hrs to get to this shop.

          I was given a date, of 30th Jan to come and get my products. Before that they will call me. I did not receive any call, so I visited the store myself. They promptly told me they did not anything about it, I had the receipt of the full advance I had paid, so finally it clicked in their dumb heads. Promptly they told me that the stock had not yet arrived so I call later. It was enough to test my paitence. As such a big shop and cannot deliver on time. I was given the number of one Mr. Jeman Shah, and he was supposed to cordinate with me.

          30th JAn, I come to the shop after calling Mr. Jeman. He gives me the information that the camera is available but not the laptop. The obvious reaction was that I have spent rs. 15, 000/- if d not get anythign at al, I better pick up the camera. I was given a further date of 3rd Feb to pick up the laptop. I call Mr. Jeman Shah and much to my surprise, a product which has been bought on 17th Jan is still not delivered on 4th Feb, from the much touted shop of Future Group.
          I ask Mr. Jeman shah to give me a further date, he suggests me to call after one hour. After one hour Mr. Jeman Shah has put off his cell phone and I have no idea what to do next.

          I feel Hometown and Future Group do not wish to deliver the product and do false advertising to sell their stock of Camera's, they create pseudo schemes.

          Anybody readying teh write up pls, refrain from visiting thsi shop and buying anything at al!

          I had purchased a LG microwave from hometown on May23, 2009. They promised to deliver the microwave with the startup kit (which contained 5m/w safe utensils like idli stand, steamer etc).They also promised to do delivery the next day (Sunday). Since, me and my husband are both working throughout the week, it sounded like a good idea to buy it - bcoz 1) They gave the startup kit . 2) They were ready to deliver on Sunday. 3) Installation and demo on Monday late evening.

          On Sunday, I did not get any call for delivery until 2:00PM. Then I myself searched for their number and called them up. After much follow-up, the delivery came at 5:00PM. But then I realized that startup kit was missing. I called them up again. The person at other end, asked me to come from Warje to ishanya Mall (which is 1hr drive by car) to pickup the startup kit. I was shocked to hear that, there was a mistake at their end they were asking me to come and pickup the startup kit. I asked to connect to their supervisor. The supervisor promised us that they will deliver the kit the other day and they will call us again tomorrow.
          All this costed me 5-6calls already.

          On Monday also, I did not receive any call until 1:00PM. Again, I called them up and asked for an update. But I could not reach Mr. Deepak & Sameer, with whom I had been contacting all this time. The girl at the other end told me that those people come after 12:00. Nevertheless, I told her my whole story and also informed that I did not get any call for installation & demo.
          By now, I decided that I will go to Ishanya mall and return he microwave and get my money back. DASS electronics was a better choice I guess. I had purchased my TV, fridge, DVD player from DASS and received delivery on the same night. Also got installation call other day and a customer feedback call in a month.

          Anyways, after 2 hours, I got a call from hometown and the person asked me to come down to Deccan (half way to Ishanya mall) to pickup the product. The reason he stated is that he has to consider the "comfort" of the delivery guys too. He asked to to "Please try to understand".
          Isn't it surprising that such a big group, Hometown I looking for comfort of "delivery boys" and not of "customers".

          I have already given 10 calls, wasted my time, my money and my energy!

          Till now (2:30PM), those guys haven't finalized how they are going to do the delivery! I have kept the option open for them, they can take the product back.

          I will update on what happened next.

          But, for now, I would advise all intelligent people to" Be wise" avoid any purchases from HomeTown.
          Another incident at hometown


          • At Ishanya hometown showroom we were lured to a discounted sofaset which was displayed at 64.28% discount (140000 sofa available for 49999). The sofaset is soiled and a little defective, only to find that the same was available for 42000 elsewhere.
          • When we were billed for the amount the sales person did not mention anything about the return policy saying only “aapko pakka lenaa hai naa” . I was given a receipt which was stamped no return/no exchange but I had no chance to say no to the same since I came to know about the same only after it was given to me. He also claims that he has taken a signed note from me but I do not remember signing anything with a note on it.
          • We were also adviced to use future card to get a 5% discount. So in the light of same I thought of buying the sofa at a loss only to find that the same was kept in display area without the note sold and was continuously used (passers by, staff) making it more soiled.
          • We asked that if the advance cannot be refunded can the ‘credit notes’ be issued but customer service did not agree.
          I had recently visited Ishanya, Pune. looking for a sofa .I finally found one I like in Home Town I told the sales person Wasim Qazi I would confirm with my husband and be back next week . In the mean time before going I had spoken to the sales person Wasim Qazi several times reconfirming the product. The shipping charges were working out to expensive to ship the product since I live out stationed.So I had decided to take my own truck to pick up the sofa which by the way was an 2 1/2 hour drive . The sales person Wasim Qazi told me he would be giving me a "Brand New " out of the wrap sofa from the show room because they had just put it on display and the others would take time to get from the warehouse. Which I said was fine since he promised that the sofa is brand new.Once I got there I find out that the sofa he is trying to push on me is the Same OLD display sofa I had seen before. I had driven 2 1/2 hours to come to this disappointment. At the point I asked or rather yelled my anger at this sales person Wasim Qazi and his associates, Safaraz and the manager who's name I lost in my anger they have lied and shouldn't have wasted my time . Then Wasim has the audacity to tell me that he made no promise of a new sofa these people are absolute liars and thieves and have no regards for customer service they are trying to adapt to the West with there big malls but don't have the brains or coif to do this. I told them at this point they need to give me a discount or ship me a new sofa at their charges or (reduced) as any customer service would blindly do in the West with no question asked . They point blank said they wouldn't do it . I cursed them for wasting my time a whole day to be exact of driving... ( I was fasting that day also that day ) >secondly when I asked to speak to a higher authority they wouldn't give me a name or number . I really CURSE the people of Home Town and I hope they go out of business SOON... For people or rather a business who operates like they are should not be allowed to do business... Nadia Sunesra
          PUNE HOME STORE IS A FRAUD STORE

          I've booked a Digital Camera for paying advance cash of Rs.300 at your HOME TOWN store, Ishanya Mall.The Advance receipt number is [protected] dated 01/01/2010 and cashier name is Abhidan.

          While booking they have told to come and collect it next day(i.e 02/01/2010) . I went and looked on the next day they showed me a seal opened pack also it's look pretty old. I've waited almost 4 hrs to see that damn old camera.To buy that camera they are offered free for additional components like camera pouch, extra two 4 MB memory card and rechargeable battery. Even after all this i don't like to buy that camera because of their cheating business. So i asked that camera department person to cancel this order and refund my advance amount. They replied back saying you'll get a call within one week for your credit note. two weeks almost over, still i haven't got any call from the cheating Home Town store regarding my advance amount.

          So guys please don't go and buy any product from this store, just go and check the store and come out and buy it some where else.

            Where the hell did this offer go and when is the hell (UN)LUCKY DRAW CONTEST gonna happen and

            Of late future group announced that the Lucky draw for "The Great Indian Shopping Festival" has been declared and prices are already given to the customers.

            If it is true then why this has not been published in newspaper or any other medium so the consumers can knew about it or it is a complete furse from Mr. K Biwani pls confirmed
            I think Future Group has created the BIGGEST FRAUD in India by means of this shopping festival. I haven't been able to find out who the WINNER is or was.. I am sure this has been rigged. Also I have 60 SKC and haven't received the Vacuum Cleaner which I was promised by Mr. Gaurav Kothari of HOME TOWN in Ishanya Mall (Pune). Ever since Mr. Gaurav has disappeared due to some mysterious accident and now his Father expired, but what is the Consumer supposed to do? Wait till the fat lady sings?

            I am very disappointed with this ignorant attitude of the Future Group and all its stores, Big Bazaar and Home Town included in not even following up with customers who rightfully deserve an Answer.

            Whoever this so called "Customer Care" is, I demand an email on [protected]@gmail.com from proper authorities and full explanation to my problems and also my gift!

            I've purchased an Onida microwave and bajaj food processor more than 15 days ago, since then no one has visited for demo of the productsThey are still in unused and packed condition, I want to return the
            products as I am not satisfied with the services .After calling on customer care so many times and also complaining through mails no one has appeared

            Future Group — pf transfer not happening

            I was a employee of FutureGroup till 30th Jan,2008. now i am at wipro for the last 2 years. But still my pf is not transfered to my wipro pf account. i have submitted form 13, yet no effect.

            This is to bring to you notice that I made a purchase worth Rs.40000/-from E-zone Kstar mall chembur,Near dimond Garden ,Sion trombay road .on15/5/2011.Cash memo no.#T6/7946 Tin no.[protected]V .As per the purchases they offered me 400 points and told me to redeem those points at any of the Big Bazar stores or Home Town stores.Accordingly I went to Big Bazar Vashi.There the gifts that i wanted was out of stock.They told me to go to other big bazar stores or Home Town stores. I therefore went to Vikroli home town store to get my points redeem and to get gifts those were assured to me. However there also no stock of gifts available.The store people however noted my request of gift in their dairy and told me to come later on .I visited the store 2/3 times after that but received only Spalding 19 trolly bag worth points100.and other 2 gifts namely spadling set of 3 trolly bags and sensei video camera was not available.They told me that these gifts are still out of stock but do not worry we will give you a call as soon as we receive them. I was worried because the last date to redeem the points was 31/5/2011.I told them that what should I do if I dont get the call from u till the above date.They told me that even though the last date is over those people whose name is registered in our diary are sure to get the gifts. But till date I have not received the said gifts.On enquring with the E zone Chembur store they have taken my details but no action is taken so far.I strongly think that Future group is making fool of innocent customers who believe that on purchase of goods customers will get assured gif.Kindly register my complaint

              We regret to inform you that the company( Sumeet) of your Washing Machine purchased in 2003- has closed down



              Pls refer to your above stmt. It clearly indicates that the Washing machine purchased in the year 2003 i.e.

              1) the machine itself is 5/6 years old which you sold without any check (whether it is in working condition) .

              2) We were not told that the company has been closed down and after sales service will not be available

              3) We were not told that there is no guarantee or warranty on the machine

              4) We were not told that it requires direct inlet/ outlet water connection and should have fixed place.

              Since there is no authorized service centre and the original part are not available, it is your responsibility to get it repaired. We would not have dare to purchase the said washing machine if above information reveled to us while sale.



              My sincere request to your organization to consider the initial repair charges and make it in working condition.

                Hi,

                We did shopping in Big Bazaar Kalyani Nagar Pune on 31-01-09 evening. There are no limits in cheating the customers such as these big names.

                1. We bought Channa Dal - 1 kg where as the attendant printed barcode of Toordal - 1kg and fixed to the pouch. By this we happened to pay extra 23 Rupees for this item.

                2. There was a scheme going on where if you make final bill of Rs. 999/- or more you will get bedsheet of 349/- in 99/-. We have not asked for this, but still this is part of the bill and this was done intentionally by the person sitting in the billing counter.

                We were surprised to see the bill amount as we were expecting the bill should be with in 1000/-, how on the earth we end up making a bill of 1100/- plus. After careful examination of the bill, we found above two discrepancies.

                After insisting repeatedly that we want to talk to store manager about this issue, finally customer service agent managed to get the floor manager to address our issue. He then called this billing counter person and enquired about the concern no.2 and to our surprise, he started arguing that we asked for the product and hence he billed the same. For concern-1, it seems the person printing barcode is new to that area and hence could have done that. Finally I managed to get the refund for the extra amount paid.

                Also I observed that the MRP shown and FB (Food Bazaar) price shown are different as FB prices are discounted, but they print MRP price on the barcode. It is customer responsibility that you should ask at the billing counter for the FB price otherwise you end up paying MRP price. So, eventually you are paying MRP price and not discounted price where as you could have anyway got at regular grocery shop with a phone call and got delivered to your door step with 1 month credit.

                My learnings / observations from this transaction are

                1. Staff are not trained properly and not educated enough to behave with customers appropriately.
                2. Check your bill before you leave the area w.r.to contents, Qty, Price etc...
                3. It seems the management has certain indirect policies and are closely involved on how to cheat the customer and make more billing and make more money.
                4. Even though discounted prices are displayed, the barcode would have MRP price and if customer is not careful enough he would endup paying extra money than the market price at times.

                My fellow citizens and customers, be vigilant and careful on whatever transactions you do.

                  I am Subhajyoti Chakraborty a regular buyer of your Big Bazaar shopping complex of Kharagpur (West Bengal). I have made a purchase of Rs. 1412 on 26th January 2009 (Cash Memo No T33/28956) at 21:26 Hrs. In that bill there was a mistake by your billing system staff of a double entry on single commodity. I have visited to the customer care desk along with your sales personnel and got the credit note (Cash Memo No T40/5263) immediately. It’s obvious a customer shopping regularly will not buy anything again at around 10:30PM; but your customer care leady made a note on repurchase on the excess amount of Rs. 349/-. I have asked for the refund amount and they asked me to buy something but at time of 10:30Pm I was not in a mood to buy anything. Then they advised me to visit any day within 15 days from that day for purchase or refund. Today I have gone to the customer care desk and asked for my refund but they said it’s not possible at any cost and I have to utilize the in shopping. I have reminded them for their words given to me on 26th but they denied and asked me to buy anything to get utilized the credit note.

                  This is very common and unethical practice within the industry. Rs. 349/- is not a big deal nether for any body nor for me but the way they have communicated is not a way to fare business practice. I am having both the Bill and the Credit Note where it’s clear that the fault is at your end and hence you should come for the solution.

                  I bought Mobile sim card no-[protected].Every month I go for shopping there with credit card they gave this over when i gave the offer slip and i the counter they said you go home we will do it but i waited and also ringed but they said that you have to come in the couter.After getting apportunity i went they activated one saying ither is expired, But it was not our fault.now my sim is indicating u registered SIm.We are very harshed their sales man forcefully motivating people to get that sim but service are very poor.In shopping food Bazzar also sevrell time doing blunder mistakes and being harshment we had to leave it in losses.As between their was a big offer os but one get one but they packed one item leaving the other.we had to be fully depended on their packing and we had to belive it.There also found credit card billing too fault.
                  In cosmetic some girls surround and motivate to take certain product.On saking the want product they say we dont have this you take this product it works more effective.as I asked the sales girl to give astrigent she gave telling it works toner and astrigent but found on reading deeply at home that it is only Tonner.Disgusting,
                  Starting Hotel of food bazar was very cheap and best but now it is seemed the cost is too high and quality is down. where is slogan is sabse sasta sabse accha!
                  offer In Basmati rice 5 KG Oil5KG Sugar 5kg was purchased by me .When we came home and cooked that basmatee rice it was worst then Boiled rice good quality, They fraudly made the Basmatee rice packet putting Boiled rice bad qulity rice .
                  I have also went to big bazzar at Bangalore wher my son is staying but this kind of comlain we never get.

                    The email contains the situation which led to this complaint :

                    To whom it may concern,

                    I dont know if it will concern anybody in BIG BAZAAR but believe me it really concerns the customers.

                    This email is the report the inconvenience I had to go through in order to get a home delivery from your esteemed Big BAZAAR Banasankari.

                    Action :
                    I recently purchased a dining table worth Rs 5000 (cash memo # T39/22363, Chakan # 2171) on 25th Jan and at the time of purchase I was told that since the volumes are high delivery will be madew on 27th Jan which was pretty fine with me.


                    Result:

                    On 27th there was no delivery nor on 28th or 29th Jan and I stay just a kilometer away from BIG BAZAAR.

                    Pathetic response on phone:

                    I called at [protected] to enquire about the matter on 27th Jan, just to speak to a rep I had to call 3 times after that I was told that the extension 160 for furniture was engaged and I need to call back. Then I call back 3 times but was not able to get connected to [protected] so I gave up.

                    On 28th I call again and after a few attempts I get to connect to the furniture department and I get a response after describing the situtation that I will get a call back within 5 mins but there was no call back made.

                    on 29th I call and get the same response that I will get a call back within 5 mins but since I insisted the lady replied quite convincingly that I will get the delivery by evening.

                    on 30th I call again a bit frustrated, I get the response that I will get a call after 5 mins then I asked to speak with the manager and I get the response from someone else who informs that manager Pradeep is not present.

                    Reaction :

                    I was determined to cancel the order due and went to Big BAZAAR to cancel the order but the rep said that the manager is not present so I asked him to cancel the order, after about half hour they made me speak to Mr Bharat Khubchanadni ASM Operations and he promised me after enquiring that I shall get a delivery 5 -6 PM on 30th. I am still awaiting delivery.

                    Common Pattern :

                    I experienced the same thing when it came to home deilvery when I purchased a refreezrator. Same response on phone, had to call eight times. Delivery was made two days after the due date only when I threatened to cancel the order.

                    I know that BIG BAZAAR is BIG and customer orders woth[protected] might not matter to BIG BAZAAR but it matters to the customers. I understand that BIG BAZAAR has relatively lower prices that does not mean that it is cutting down on it margins and it can lower its service. Personally I am ready to pay more to get better service. Not only me, I am sure that we all hate, having to call 5 - 10 times to get a delivery for which we have made payments in full and in advance.

                    Lesson I learned :

                    NEVER TO ORDER HOME DELIVERY FROM BIG BAZAAR whcich means NEVER TO BUY things which I cannot carry in my two arms.

                    As said by you in your mail itself Big Bazaar offers at a lower price when compared to other stores just by delaying the money paid by customers (in turn late delivery of goods to customers ) to the manufacturer and this money is used for rotation to procure other quick selling goods like groceries.

                        BIG BAZAAR Shakti card — Unnecessary extra charges

                        Though normaly our due date on 21st of every month Statement dt Sept 04`2008 Bill received on 17th Sept Local Cheque submitted same day. Still Statement Date Oct 04`2008 You have charged interest +service charge 38.85+4.80=43.65 Extra This type of malpractice is observed for last 6-7 months . PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING ANYMORE.
                        sir, This is to inform you that I have {shakti card BIG BAZAAR} No. [protected]. I was regular user of said card but due to some mistake by your side. The single entry of my cheque bearing no.906620dated 12.8.08 amount Rs/ 1272/ is not showing in the credit card statement which you send to me earilier.so that you started penal interest, late payment charges, service taxes again and again, after that I drop the idea to use the credit card.I have submitted my bank certificate to your office for the said statement but after so many months their is no any action taken from your side. Today I have recieved one more statement showing again late payment, service texes extra. It is readicoulous. It is very clear I will not depositing any amount.First of all you clear the position which I said in my complaint. I am not using credit card from sep 2008.

                          I have purchased 2 study tables and 2 chairs on 4.1.2009 and 8.1.2009 from Bizbazar, Mysore Road and paid the full amount of the furniture on the same date. The date of delivery mentioned is maximum 20.1.2009 and promised to deliver orally on 18th of this month. But not delivered and not communicated to me also. I have called many times to furniture department and enquired about the delivery date. Unfortunately they are not informing the actual date of delivering of the items. I have approached the customer service centre of Bigbazar, Mysore Road, then also no response. However yesterday they despatched only one table, but no body has come to assemble. Still I don't know when they will deliver the remaining table and chairs. I decided not buy any furniture in Bigbazar in future.
                          I have purchased dreamline bedroom set on 4.11.2009 from Bigbazar Kanpur. The date of delivery mentioned was on 7.11.2010. But not delivered on that day. I have called to the athorities and enquired about the delivery and it came in the very next day.but some part of the wardrobe was missing.We called them many times.But no response .Still it is unfixed and lying down here.

                            I had purchased 1 kg Horlicks costing Rs.255/- at about 19.20 Hrs from BIG BAZAAR GHATKOPAR which is included in their Receipt No.000265 St.4712 Tr.26289 today (28.2.2010) Cashier name : Machindra Johare . I asked for the free alarm clock written on the outside cover of Horlicks, to which they told it is inside the pack. But when I reached home and opened the pack, I was surprised that no clock was inside and I felt cheated.

                            It is nothing but blatant cheating by BIG BAZAAR. They should send an alarm clock, if they are honest enough to my residence (C.408, OM VAIKUNTH, Sindhi Society, Near Swami Vivekanand School, Chembur, Mumbai 71). My resid. phone No. is 2529 7494. I do hope they will respond quickly.

                              Just briefing of the case.

                              I am a regular customer of Big Bazar since the year 2003 and purchase all monthly provision from Lower Parel unit which you can check with your record as well as the staff on ground floor. .

                              I had purchased Sumeet Font loading washing Machine during the year 2007. When the installation engineer visited my house, he told me that it requires direct water inlet/ outlet to start this machine for which there was no provision at my flat. I had to wait till 2008 as I had to carry out the special provision in the bathroom. In the month of Oct 2008 my bathroom was ready with necessary provision I visited Electronic dept at Big Bazar they informed me that they do not have Sumeet aftersale Service dept contacts and kept on lingering the issue. After three months they managed to send a service mechanic on 31/12/2008 who after two hours of effort could not start the machine. He has confirmed that the machine is not being used earlier and requested me that he need to take the machine to his service center. On Saturday i.e.4/01/09 he called me and informed me that the machine needs a repair and the expenses will be around Rs.5 k .I was really surprised with call since I had not used the machine and I have to pay Rs. 5k just to start with. On Sunday I visited Big Bazar and met Mr Sanjay Anand and explained the fact and requested for earlier solution in this regard.

                                I have visited the Fair Price shop at West Patel Nagar to know about the draw which was scheduled to be held on 24 Jan. Every time I got the same reply that "we have not received any information about the names of the winners". By not giving proper response they are unnecessary creating a doubt that there is something fishy.

                                  My name is Tabassum Shaikh, I also experienced the same problem. I ordered Months Groceries from Big Bazaar (Kalyan). Its been Three Days NO DELIVERY was made. When i called them asking for delivery i end up speaking representatives who are very rude, no customer handling skills. NO SUPERVISOR available to speak with.

                                  Its been most horrible experience i have ever met with. Even the Stores near by will give me good customer service. I think i made worst mistake for not ordering the groceries from my regular store, i thought it would nice to order from big bazaar. But it turned out to be BIG BIZAARE.

                                  REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM BIG BAZAR UNTILL & UNLESS THE PRODUCT QUALITY & SERVICE NOT IMPROVE
                                  Good shopping atmosphere, nice music, clean and a perfect place for getting many varieties under one roof!
                                  But take care during buying Juice, Cold Drinks, Milk, Ghee. You may get bad and fermented products. I had bought one Mango Frooty bottle -2ltr Party pack in the month of May-2010 and this bottle found with fermented frooty in sealed condition, although the bottle used within 3 months after manufacturing date. I contacted to Parle agro consumer cel by phone and by mail still no body responded about this faulty products. Also Ghee packets are also of poor quality and suspect of contaminated/aultered product.
                                  i purchased one cupboard on24.10.2010. but still it is not installed in my home.my invoice no 14/82394 dt 24.10.2010

                                      I purchased a microwave over from Big bazaar at EDM Mall, Kaushambi bearing brand name KORYO worth Rs 3900/ on 3-Oct-08, I stopped working last week, I lunched a complaint in Big Bazar as they people committed me that they will support me for any fault during warranty period. But now they people denied for the support asking me to go the company directly. I totally disappointed to buy products from Big Bazaar from Now onwards, as they are selling poor quality products and very poor after sales service with large fraud advertisement. I called these people several times, but nobody responded back to me.
                                      I don’t have any other option left other then to go to Consumer court.

                                        This is against the Big Bazaar branch at Rave Moti, Rawatpur, Kanpur. Once they bill the items they seal the bags but it becomes diffcult for the customer to open the seal packing again to verify that the number of items they have been chareged with the number of items delievred are the sam e.

                                        We were charged for 18 items although we received only 17 items.The code[protected] Big Elichi the QTY billed is 3 but packed were 2 that we came to know when we opened the pack at home. The price is Rs 50 each . My bill number is T21/25924 dated 17/01/2009 .
