This is my second worst experience in the same dealership, while i was purchasing my 1st vehicle honda shine i was experienced very bad service for my vehicle, and now when i was purchasing the executives made me to wait for such a long time for delivery that too wantedly.
When i was requesting the executives in showroom, they're not even responding to my queries.
I Request You To Take Severe Action that in future no customer has to face the same problems like me.
I've a Worst experience in this dealership.

I did book Honda Unicorn on 22/09/08 at Sai Point Honda, Thane vide cheque and it cleared on 27/09/08. I was promised at the time of booking that bike will be delivered 30th/1st of 10/08. I did call them on 1st to check if my bike is ready to be delivered and they replied affirmative, but when I reached there I was told that I cannot take the bike as Regn. is yet to be completed.So Mr. Navnath of Registration section confirmed me that he will call me around 5PM on same day and confirm the status.Which he did not do so. I called them to confirm on 1st but Mr. navnath is very arrogant and states that he will call back when he wishes to do so. But noreply.
They are behaving as if they are giving the bikes for free.

I admire the brand Honda for the quality of product.That was the important point I did book the bike. But the kind of treatment i did get from Sai Point has taught me one good thing "STAY AWAY FROM HONDA DEALERS".They are only money minded and business minded.


I feel awkward to comment that HONDA dealers are so pathetic and unprofessional .

Till now delivery is not made.

I will not even recommend my enemy to buy at Sai Point Honda, Thane.

They state their philosophy as "Customer For Life The Customers Is Not Dependent On US- We Are Dependent On The Customer "

Yes they do follow the statement untill you pay them.Once it is done then the philosophy looks like "Dealer For Life The Dealers are Not Dependent On YOU. You Are Dependent On The Dealer. "

In short simply avoid a dealer who don’t even mind to respect you.

sir i am using Honda Activa in visakhapatnam.Here you dealer is Jupiter Honda.There are very very Worst at service.They are not rectifying my bike problem even though i am giving regular for service and they are keeping the bike with them for 3 to 4 days.I never face this type of problem with any company service from first in my life.I am using 2 diff cars & kinetic honda since last few years but i have not seen this type of problem.Here every one is are use less fellows.so please try to rectify myh problem at the earliest.my vechicle no is AP31AS7687 & my cell no is [protected].

HONDA BIKES AND SCOOTERS R SUPERB IN INDIA BUT IN VISAKHAPATNAM THE STAFF AND THEIR SERVICE IS TOO WORST IN INDIA

I took Honda Activa on 08/01/09 at anakapalli jupitar honda showroom, and the executive told that temporary regn, invoice etc will give by the next 2 days but till now i didn't take even temporary regn . I met the executives Mr. Naveen at Visakhapatnam( sales manager) phone no:[protected] and mr satyanarayana at anakapalli .
I called Mr. Naveen at least 20 times and he is telling the temporary regn and etc will send today, tomorrow, today, tomorrow the days are going till now my docs and registrations r not come.

They are behaving as if they are giving the bikes for free.

i leave my vehicle for general service at PURANI HAVELI YOUR SERVICE CENTRE, But that area staff is very worst, they dont know how to talk to the customer, and their service is very bad, when i am leave my vehicle with the problem of battery fuse, they tell me replace complete wiring to the vehicle, then i accept and i told them to replace it. before i came to the service centre i ring to the office for the delivery and they told me to collect the vehicle with some adjustment, becasue i am very much far away from your service centre near MEDCHAL, from there i take Auto hire which i spent Rs.125/- to your service centre, after i reach the staff told me problem are not rectified.

now you told me who will be bear the charges of transpotation. and one more thing they cant handled the situation .

please solve the problem and teach some lesson to that staff. give me reply.
I don't know if this complaint reaches the concerned authority or not but everyone must know what a big mistake it is to buy a honda bike, not due to operational problems but due to problems faced from the dealer.
I bought a HONDA SHINE BIKE on 13th october 2008 from KRISHNA HONDA CHANDIGARH.My bike suffered an accident on jan14th 2009 in which tank and 2-3 more parts were damaged.Till date the dealer is not able to arrange for the new tank.Every time they say they have placed the order to he head office but they are not sending the required parts.
If th company cannot replace an accessory why did at the first place manufacture he thing.They don't understand how big problem the customer is facing.
If anybody listening kindly take the required action so that i am in position to receive my bike at the earliest

I definitely agree with you. I had a similar problem with the Planet Honda showroom in Rajainagar, Bangalore. They are completely stupid, they dont even know a thing about the vehicle. They are only interested in the payment. Their service is the worst of all. I would never reccomend any persons to Planet Honda showroom in Bangalore.
Very bad service at Honda's Pilot Service Centre at Govandi. They told me to collect thevehilce at 5.00 pm.To my surprise the scooter was unattended. First i was told to wait foe some tme. Even after one hour they did nothing. They finally started working after 7 pm only after i had hot talk with them. I could get the vehcle at 8.30 pm.

I gave my HONDA SHINE Bike for service at JSP HONDA, KUKUTPALLY, HYDERABAD. The service is too too worst. Before giving the general service(OIL CHANGE ) it was in good condition.But after their service is done, chain is making so many sounds. and handle is too tight. they did n't check the head light and break . JUST WATER SERVICE THEY ARE DOING AND GAVING BACK THE VEHICLE TO THE THE CUSTOMER.

One more last thing is that, when i went to collect my bike at the time they given, At that time they started doing the service infront of me. and they did in 30 minutes. you can imagine their service.

Better to monitor this Honda Dealer, otherwise it is going to spread very bad name for the Honda company itself.
I want to purchase a Honda Activa. By going through these complaints, i am shaken and harrassed.
Why the honda company is not understanding practical problems of common men. They should open a training centre for mechanics as Hero Honda company did. Since the sales of Honda Activa is rising day by day nothing just for its basic comforts like cycle. The comapany should improve in choosing their dealers and should appoint one or two of their trained mechanics at these service centres. This will solve all the above issues.
I am priya from madurai I took Honda activa in Lakshmi Honda Madurai.Very much shamed to take in this dealership why Honda goes down in selecting the dealer.If it goes on honda will reach very poor response even though it is good product.Very worst service and there is no workmanship in their showroom and they are intrested in booking and delivering the product itself, not considering the coustomer satisfaction in service area.

Kindly change the money minded people and give the responsibility to the originality.

40110+5000+5000(extra components like fut stand, side stand etc ) for my sister birthday but he gave me rong bills means rong billing address and when i am saying to him for correction fist he don't take my phone after i am trying from another phone
and then he pick my phone and say "TU KE DECY lageya jekda main teyra phone chula" what is this yaar a normal person don't do any thing about these kind of people

I had booked an Honda Activa simple model with your Nagpur Dealer Mascot Motors on 29/10/2009 wide booking number 1929 with assuring us to be given the delivery within 120 days. Inspite of our lots of reminders they have been failed to do so. Yesterday was our festival day celebrated as Gudhi Padwa (New Year Day). We believe the new start on this occasion. We have also requested them to deliver the vehicle on this occasion day. But they refused to deliver as saying that the final payment should be deposited instantly. But the delivery of the vehicle shall be given next month. This is the matter of concern as I am badly in need of vehicle right now. But in like a Nagpur city how can I do the day to day works without a vehicle. So you are kindly requested to look into the matter & arrange to solve my problem.
i agree with all above mentioned complaints. i am an owner of bajaj, tvs, hero honda and honda activa vehicle. however, i got worst experience while getting my honda activa servicing in its authorised servicing center. honda activa staff is not at all trained to deal with customers. wake up honda activa. its costomers world.
I m Akash Deep & i have one HONDA CBF STUNNER BIKE DL5SAB 2537 which is only 7 month old & i have done 5 services but on every service they people insisting for some extra activity that they can get extra money first of all the service charges are very high then at the time of every service they get changed the parts without customer consent & they people insist tto the customer for doing that & i have already gone there three times after servicing & the service also is the worst service i have baja bike also in which i didn`t spend single penny till 1 year......so i would like to complaint against the company that they are making customers fool & taking more money from the customers ..................MY NUMBER IS [protected]

JSP Honda Kukatpally Hyderabad is the worst bike dealer in Hyderabad in Nov 2010 i booked for HONDA ACTIVA Gray color and till now i didn't got any response from the dealer about the delivery of the bike.
when i was booking the vehicle i was told it would be delivered in 45 day but till now there is no sign of delivery.
Even now they are not sure of when they are going to deliver.
I had bought a Honda Unicon bike from EVM Vyttila. I am servicing my bike in Muthoot Honda in Vypin-Elankunnappuzha. In my third service i had register a complaint regarding the front handle cone, but they did not rectify the complaint. In fourth service also i registered the same complaint and the did not rectify it. I returned them the bike to rectify the complaint, only they checked it and still the problem is not been cleared.

I booked a Activa of grey colour on oct 6, 2010 which was on the booking of four months. now, 4 months are over. we still didnt get the activa. Dealer told me that the the price has been increased by RS. 800 and i ahve to take the Activa of Black colour. Now i want to ask you that why the price is increased as we have booked it. first the delievery of activa is so late and i still didnt getting the colour which i was booked.

My Name is M.N. Ahmed from Periyar Nagar-Chennai. I bought a Honda Activa- last month from Balaji Motors-Chennai. First of all they have not handed over My RC book till now its been 2+ months now. The next thing is I gave the vehicle for 1st Service, the staff are so much arrogant that they dont even consider to note down the issues. Next morning i got my vehicle. not even reached home hardly 2 kms the vehicle was off..i tried to start but in vain. when i tried to use the choke the choke was not working at all it was literally hanging out then wat did they do with the vehicle when i called the service center and reported they wanted me to toe the vehicle ..Is this the service honda gives me ?--- and bring it there...and they say it is my mistake when i have not even drove the vehicle more than 2 kms after service..Iam not satisfied with this Sir..HONDA is a very very good company so pls try win customer's hearts and not lose them by handing over business to such crap dealers.

I have purchased three Honda Activa from BU Bhandari Autolines Pvt Ltd. My last experience while purchasing the Honda Activa scooter in August 2011 was horryfing. THE SALES STAFF IS WORST AND ARROGANT.

Sir,

I had booked Activa Scooter on 9-12-10 after having paid Rs. 1000/- and paid the balance amount on11-10-11 and was informed that the delivery would be effected within approximately one, to one and a half month. I had accordingly made my travel arrangements for the first week of December 2011.

21st November2011
I contacted Om Sai ( one Mr. Rajesh tel [protected]) who informed me that I had to contact M/s Shetty (Tel [protected]).

24th November 2011
I called M/s. Shetty who assured me that I would be allotted one from the consignment arriving in the last week of November 2011, provided I am prepared to accept any colour. I agreed for the same.

On 29th November 2011
I submitted notorised copies of my pan card and voter ID card and was informed by Om Sai that the delivery would be effected by 6th December 2011.

6th December 2011
I approached Om Sai and was informed that the vehicle is already loaded on the 29th of November and would be arriving in a day or two and that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11.

9th December 2011
I called Om Sai - Mr.SUNIL to confirm; after confirming with M/s SHETTY, Mr.SUNIL informed me that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11 by 6 pm.

10 December 2011
I went to collect the vehicle; after deliberating for 40 minutes M/s. SHETTY informs me that vehicle is not ready AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE VEHICLE ONLY ON 25-12-11..

I am giving below an account of the events that enfolded in Om Sai's Mahim office.
I urge you to carefully study the contents and initiate appropriate action as I believe this experience was shared by many of your clients at Om Sai's Mahim Office

I am forced to bring this to your notice due to immense inconvenience and trauma caused to me due to the callous nature of staff;-

1. I was to travel on the 6th of December.
Om Sai's office was informed well in advance.
This trip had to be postponed.

2. On 09-12-11 I was told to collect the vehicle on 10-12-11.
On reporting at om sai's office I was told that the vehicle is not available.

Kindly request the staff concerned as to:

a) where the vehicle is (as according to om sai's office the said vehicle was despatched from Delhi on the 29th of November).

b) has it been diverted to some other party?

3. Now I am told to collect the vehicle on 25 December 2011.

This, inspite of informing om sai's office that I am not available in Mumbai till the 3rd of January, 2012

Kindly intimate the arrangements your office intends to make to deliver the said vehicle and how will I be compensated for the trauma, loss of time and financial loss incurred by me.

I kindly request you to assess the situation in an unbiased manner and placing yourself in my position.

My name is Nasir Arafat from perambur. I Purchased a HONDA TWISTER bike from a dealer on 8th November 2011. I gave my bike for 1st service on 16th December 2011, from the day when it was serviced the bike was not in good condition but it was good before the service and i was promised that the bike will give 70kmpl but it gave me only 59kmpl before service. But after service it gave me 51kmpl, i told the same to the service person but he did something in my bike and it started giving me 53kmpl, also i lost the smoothness and the power of the bike. Today(28/12/2011) i went to the service center and told the same but he said their's problem with the CHAIN NOISE & HEAD CAM SHOT problem..
I want to complaint on the HONDA company for making such cheap parts where after 1 1/2 months the parts will go off and giving authority to such Franchises who doesn't know to service the bike, Secondary i want to complain on the service center where they screwed my bike

maine apni honda activa 22 apr 2012 ko j.B honda, jhandewalan, delhi se purchase ki hai.Maine usse abhi tak 100 km he chalaya hai.Maine tank full kara rakha tha bcoz tank empty hone ke baad average ka pata lag jayega .But aaj jab main apni honda activa ko lekar nikla tab thodi dur jaane ke baad usme se petrol laek hone ki smell aane lage. Jab maine piche dekha to road par petrol girta hua aa raha tha.To maine usse side laga kar chek kara to uski petrol supply karne wali pipe nikle hue the aur usme se sara petrol gir chuka tha .Mujhe kisi ko dekhne hospital jana tha but main ja na saka.Mujhe confirm hai ki yeh manufacturing defect hai company ko iska claim dena hoga ya phir mere activa ko change karaya jaye.Abhi se yeh problem aa rahi hai aage kya hoga ...

I have Buyed Honda CB Shine on 13/05/2011, at Balaji Honda (Old Washermenpet) My registration no is TN 18 F 7650, Am having wobbling, Gear Shifting, suddden Over Hide ling & Engine Block in Running. More than 4 Compliant service were done, till date the problems were not Properly Identified & rectified from the service center, Because of these my Physical Problems were Arise Like Back Bone Problems Etc.,
Worst Service for all the customer & no proper response. I personally requesting to take care this Issues & sort me down as soon as possible.

Spare parts are not available they have no system at all to serve customers. I found a customer no.[protected] from some web site but no body picking the phone after a long try.

Whenever i called the service people(At Trivandrum) have some story to justify their delelay. Last 10 years i am using (Honda car) outside india so that i know how the company (Outside India) giving after sale service to their customers.

If they not solve such problems, they cannot succeed in Indian car market since customers are the best advertisement for Car market.

I recently moved from vijayawada to visakhapatnam for job purpose, One day I went to give my HONDA ACTIVA To the service center named JUPITER HONDA, Near Dhabha garden. The staff response I found is very arrogant and irresponsible. When I requested to have the trail run find out the issues to the person who is taking the complaints he straight away said that to find someone in garage and get the help, he is not going to call any mechanic for trail run. When I went into the Garage, Nobody is not in sense after my lot many requests one guy came along with me and did some formal trail run gave the some complaints, When I came to receive the my bike in the evening, the activa is not moving correctly and speedometer is not accelerating . no signals are working, with these additional complaints they handover ed it to me. When I checked it after 50 meters and came back regarding these complaints they murmuring me that it was 7PM they need to leave if I can leave the vehicle they will rectify it and give it tomorrow. When I blasted on them they did some temporary repairs as fast as possible, And hand over it to me. The Activa not ran smoothly, but the mechanic told me that it is running corretly and handover it to me. After next day I went some other mechanic, found that my activa front wheel break is getting freezed, and there is problem with fork and few more issues. I paid additional 1500 for these activities.

FINALLY I CAN SAY THAT JUPITAR HONDA SERVICE CENTER NEAR DHABHA GARDEN IS USELESS SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF IS USELESS STAFF...

I never such kind of issues in VIJAYAWADA, the Visakhapatnam HONDA SERVICING CENTER VERY BAD, if Honda authorities can take any action on them and rectify those issues that would be greatly appreciated by honda two wheeler ownerns.

HONDA VEHICLES ARE GOOD BUT VIZAG SERVICE CENTERS ARE VERY BAD..
shine is very nice bike. while we are riding the bike we feel like we are in a car.

    From very begining am facing some problems in normal operation of the scooter...like rear wheel is making noice while moving and handle bar is giving back jerks while turning. I have concerned to the service manager & superviser while the first service and accordng to them its a common technical problem in the new models & not found in old models & it can not be repaired. Am not happy to hear all these things and want my scooter fully repaired upto my full satisfaction or else change the whole unit.

    Kindly look into the matter and provide assistence to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.

    I have purchased Hond Activa Scooter on 17th 2007 from M/s. Delta Honda Kolhapur, State Maharashtra.

    My sixth free servicing is over 15/09/08. Then after some days I came to know that there is a leakage from gearbox housing. Then I gave my vehicle for repairing at your Delta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 17/12/2008. But I shocked by their service as mentioned below.

    They have charged service charge on a/c of gear box overall purpose.

    Let me know how they can charge this service charge though my scooter is in warranty period.

    Please clarify, otherwise I will launch this complaint in consumer court.

    I have Booked Honda Activa (Delux model) from Delta Honda, Near Sangam Talkies, Kolhapur on 31st of December 2009 on full payment of hard cash for given model. The Dealer told me that activa for this model will be available after 2 months. and as per i have paid the full amount in cash the dealer is supposed to avail me the given model as early as possible without the long period of time. and as per they are always giving me improper & unsatisfactory answers regarding the delievery date and day. As per the rule the dealer should not take advance full payment of any vehicle until and unless the model is available to deliever to the customer.

    I want to know is this true or should i have to wait for given period of time?

    Dear Sir,

    This is regarding the service related issue of my honda activa scooter from your authorised service center in Agra.
    I got it serviced on March 10th, 2010(service invoice # 09IW13092) from People's Automobiles Byepass Road Agra. Please find the below probems that I faced even after servicing:
    1). There was a problem with the horn and I was suggested to get it replaced.
    But even after the horn is being replaced the probem remains the same.
    2). Brakes are still malfunctioning despite paying full service charges.
    3). Adding to my woes a new problem has cropped up after the service, the self
    starter is no more functioning normally.
    4). There is a continuous nagging noice from the front part of the scooter even
    after the problem was told upfront before the service.

    I am extremely unhappy with the service of my scooter and would appreciate your quick intervention as a good gesture to your customer.

    Kindly look into the matter and provide assistence to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.

        respected sir/madam...with due respect i beg to state that I am the customer of your company before 12th months in nov. 2009. I bought an "HONDA ACTIVA" two wheeler from Frontier Honda(1356) Wright Town JABALPUR. After 6 months we got the problem of "BATTERY LEAKAGE" because of battery leakage bike's mudguard paint is being damaged so we complaint against this problem to your branch office but they didn't provide the satisfactory service and reply about this matter. Even they told for money during warrenty period for replacement of its BATTERY PIPE and we paid money for it. After some time this problem was repeated again so we contacted to Mr. Bhattacharya (M.D.) but he didn't give any satisfactory answer. Right now we suffered from this problem.

                After servicing two times my body vibrates and it could not be repaired by the mechanics of Rohan Autoriders and they told me it is there in every bike and cannot be repaired.                   i Had Purchase Hero Honda CBZ EXTREME on 8th of Oct2010 from BIKES AUTO - VIJAY SQUARE, than within a week Average Miter ( Miledge Miter ) has been DEAD , i told them to change my Miter thay told me sir when u gave for first service we will change the Miter. i had given my bike on 1st of Nov2010 for service, in report card i had told them to change my Miter , but than also they won't done my Miter change. about 8th of Nov2010 i showed them that my Miledge Miter is not changed by your side. so they gave me time of 25, i agreed , than my Miter changed on that day, today i feel that in My Bikes Engine, there is no OIL so i checked for OIL, and really OIL is not there, so i took Engine OIL from market and feel in my Engine. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HERO HONDA BIKE AUTO.... BCZ I PAID FOR OIL RS.170/- BUT THEY DON'T FEEL OIL IN MY BIKE, KINDLY TAKE ACTION..... IF IS IT POSSIBLE MAIL me on patil.[protected]@gmail.com.

                      Hello there,

                      My name is Parag Agrawal, and my father Parshotamdas Agrawal recently purchased a new Honda Activa on 23rd November, 2010. We had booked the vehicle more than 6 months back by submitting deposit of INR 1000, and finally received the delivery on teh 23rd of November.

                      IMP thing to note here is that since Dahod - my home town - does not have a proper Honda dealership, we had to purchase the vehicle from Godhra's Honda dealership. Dahod has a dealer who provides these vehicles, but does not provide "Service, Warranties, Repairs" for the vehicles. So we had to purchase the vehicle from Godhra.

                      However, we were not handed any documents for the vehicle and were told that the same would be sent over to the Dahod's Honda agent. We were asked to pay for the temporary passing so that the vehicle remains road legal in the mean time.

                      However, since then, I have contacted Godhra dealership, they say they have already dispatched our documents, but the Dahod's dealer denies receiving any such document. He claims, he does not have any of our vehicle documents, but can arrange for the vehicle registration. How can he get our vehicle registered if he does not have our document?

                      This clearly shows that the agent/dealer is holding our documents, so that we get the vehicle registration process channeled through his associate, which we do not want.

                      This is poor professionalism on the part of Honda dealer and clearly leaves a sour taste as this was my first purchase for a honda vehicle, all my past purchases being of Bajaj vehicles, where I had never had any such problems.

                      I am running out of my temporary passing and might need to spend additional money to keep my vehicle road legal, whereas ideally it should have been registered by now. But for the unprofessional behaviour of Honda dealers, we are still to get valid documents to take the process further.

                      Please advice what course of action can I adopt here as I feel left high and dry after making a purchase of 50000 worth of my hard earned income. A major question also remains about the commitment of the dealers in providing proper service and support as am not sure what to expect from them now since as it seems, after sales, support of any kind is non existent.

                      I do not have an understanding as to what all documents might be required to support my claim, so please advice and I will definitely try to provide the same.

                          i have bought a hero honda hunk, panther black in colour, in the month of august this year from Pratham Motors, pune....the no. for the same is MH12 GE 1730. On 21 oct, i met an accident and the bike was damaged...for repair and insurance claim i had given the bike in Shreyas Automobiles, lonavla. The repair of the bike more than one month, scarcity of spare parts was the said reason. They kept on saying that the parts are not available in panther black colour, incidentally the bike was fitted with the normal black colour fiber parts.
                          pathetic state of affairs...without the spares how does the company survives and on top what about the customer satisfaction...chairman speech last year claims 11 growth in sale. it also insists on its objective of customer service which is not met at all.

                          before one week i gave my motorcycle to subham motors jaipur for service and for repair on the basis of claim. one day they take for service and after that the next day claim officer done his formality.after that today one week latter, still they are saying "sticker order kiya hai 2-3 din me aa jayega". three or four time i make call every time they reply "with in one or two day". Then I visited next week, again they given me the same reson for not my repairimg my bike. each week they ask me to visit next week and say that haven't got the parts. Today is 11/dec/2010 and they haven't repaired my bike till now. So I want to file a case against them for showing no value to their customer, Harassment and for inconvenience which I am facing due to them. AND I feel that I would get justice and strict action against them.

                            I would like to inform you that on 02.10.2011 purchased a HERO HONDA PLEASURE from the dealer at Jamshedpur (Bistupur). But unfortunately I am not getting the registration number card till today. For which i have met with the dealer personally for two times and phoned them for several times. They have told me after one month within two or three days will get the same (Whenever met or called them), but till now I am not getting the same. Without registration number card i am facing lot of problem to drive the scooty in city as well as on Highway.

                            Therefore I am request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as possible as early please.

                            i have purchaged a hero bike from auto needs showroom gurgaon on June 2012, however i haven't got any good life card till now. also i have visited more than 4 times to collect it in their showroom, but they were unable to delivered me the same. so i think they should return my money as soon as possible if they could not give the good life card...

                                Two months back i bought a hero honda cbz from Bellad agency in Hubli.

                                Problems are from the day one
                                1. Extra noice - producing while ride in 1st and 2nd ger with less than 20Km/hr & a tup- tup sound is coming from silencer
                                2. alignment- Tyre alignment is not correct ( i was told the dealer is that 'some manufacturing defect in the tyre
                                3. Handle bar is very tight
                                4. Milege is LESS THAN 40KM
                                5. Gear lever is not smooth

                                  I have met an accident while riding aviator, which was skid and fall down. As the road is at construction stage, its right side had some scratches, and right side rear view mirror liver broken and detached. As I have given the scooter for the minor repair at Aryabhangi dealer at Alwaye, they have advised me to have insurance claim. I have given the scooter with insurance claim and agreed me to give the vehicle as soon as possible. After twelve days, I have contact the dealer, but harshly told me that it will took more time,even they have stopped service if I am not agreed to their term. Sir I am working in a Major Fertiliser company in Kerala, and after my deal too many people came to know, and buy your scooter/motor cycle. I s this way your dealer reciprocate with customer it will effect Your good reputation in this field. So I request your good office to interfere with the dealer to maintain good relationship with customer'

                                    I have purchase a 10 year to hero Honda bike because i am trust hero Honda but this time i have thing way i have chose hero Honda bike so i thing i have set my mind advice my all the friend not to bye hero Honda bike.

                                    I bought a passion pro bike in middle August, 2010. After one month a sound comes from silencer or engine when stop the bike after running one or more kilomiter, which i do not understand this sound has come from where silencer or engine.but i thing this sound is generated in engine, i dont know but id thing a problem will be time change are loser or tapped loser i dont knew i have complaint every service time but he dont listen my complaint.but, i knew it a problem.i requist please replace a part arly as possibully sir.

                                        I HAVE PURCHASED ETERNO SCOOTER FROM OM SAI HONDA ,MALAD,MUMBAI ON 12/03/2009.BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE PRODUCTION OF ETERNO WAS STOPED. I AM DOING MY SERVICING REGURLARLY AT OM SAI HONDA'S SERVICE CENTRE AT KANDIVLI WEST, MUMBAI, AS I AM HAVING COMPANYS EXTENDED WARRANTY VALID UP TO 12/03/2014. ON LAST SERVICING ON 09/11/2010 I TOLD SERVICE ENGINEER THAT MY SCOOTER IS BEING POOLED AT ONE SIDE & AFTER EXAMINING HE TOLD ME THAT SCOOTERS STEARING CONE SET HAS TO BE REPLACED & HE TOLD ME TO BOOK THE SAME WITH SPARES DEPT.WHICH I DID ON 09/11/2010 BUT TILL TODAY (23/11/2010) THE PART IS NOT RECEIVED.
                                        NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT 1) WHEN WILL I GET THAT PART. 2) IS THIS MY DUTY TO BOOK SPARE A PART .
                                        I HAD PAID ON 25/08/2010 RS.1041/- FOR STARTOR COMP PART NO N 32588 & RS.275.75 LABOUR CHS. TOTAL OF RS.1317/- VIDE BILL NO SP316647 TO OM SAI HONDA. WHAT IS THE USE OF COMPANY'S EXTENDED WARRRANTY?
