i have purchase Honda shine vehicle in your authorised delear sri.Kanaka Durga Honda in Vijayawada, date:31/06/2010. sir iam not satisfied in your service. vehicle was jurking in 40 above speed, we told 3 times in same complaint but that problem was not rectified and rectifed some new problems in my vehicle(engine sound). so please solve my problem

i have a complaint about the muthoot honda service center kochi.i have given my bike on 25-02-10 for changing corn set and delivery date given for me 26-02-10.When i called service center on 26th and asked they told me to come by evening to collect the bike before 6pm.The bike was not ready and cornset was not changed.They asking me one more day to chane the corn st.Is the time of customers is not precious?.You can find so many complaint against this service center

Dear Sir,

I am BALAKRISHNAN from Moonnumury,Thrissur, Kerala. Bought Honda - Shine RED COLOUR from JOHNS HONDA CHALAKUDY, Thrissur, and Kerala on 5-October 2010. The gear-shaft transmission system is so defect that I could not ride the bike peacefully.

Issue No.1

The gear got totally disengaged with shaft while on 1st to 2nd making big sound, 3rd to 4th and 4th to 3rd gear not going properly... The result is very dangerous that speed got reduced and bike stops immediately and creating panic situation on road.

This issue reported in JOHNS HONDA CHALAKUDY service centre from my 1st free service to last free service. I have explained the issue clearly in 5th service (Pay Service) also, and then taken my bike for work and find out the problems (Technician said its spring problem). They done something and given back I pay the bill. After 15 days same problem raised and it cannot solve till now.
Issue No.2

One month before self start not working properly, I show in JOHNS HONDA THRISSUR branch. They said that battery not taking load and request to replace, because it’s in under warranty. Then removed battery and fixed one temporarily.

Issue No.3
Last 15 days chain making sound again I given my vehicle in JOHNS HONDA THRISSUR branch on 20.09.2011 for changing chain lock.
They told me your battery ready that also will change. After 10min. Vehicle given to me and given one bill also for new chain locks. Actually I surprised because battery changing and new chain lock changing done within 10 min.
I trust in their job and taken the bike away to home. And from next day onwards the problem is re-occurring and occurring till now. Next day I checked battery and chain lock and find out both of them not changed. It clearly shows none of the technician had not analyzed the cause and nothing resolved.

Sir, I am a Business man I using my bike min. 120km to 150km per day. I like the HONDA bikes so I bought Honda and I suggested to my close friends also. It’s very nice and smooth running and very silent engine. But how can I ride my bike with above Issues
I hope you’ll look into the matter and solve my problems and maintain my belief and interest in Honda Company.

I have taken a HONDA SHINE motor bike from MA HONDA (05/07/12), TRICHY, india - 620 017. TN45 AU 8230 MY BIKE

Last week I hav given my bike for servicing. The servicing is not at all satisfactory to me.

It is taking along time to giving the customer and as well as to the all.

Now also I didn't get any response.

Customer Care is also been very bad in sense.

I need a quick response from your side.

Hello already i send my vehicle Honda Shine TN 45 AU 8230. In service purpose but your service iam not satisfied because you are not checking perfectly especially for air also i have simple example remaining things you only consider.
Suppose you continue like that i inform your head office. already i will inform head office what is your position of your service..

i am customer of honda. my bike reg no is AP31AT1969 .I purchased honda shine bike in 2007.in this time my bike is working in bore syantomous. so i want to repair bore. problems is fifteen back i ask the showroom honda spair parts section.he tell bore kit is not available in visakhaptnam showroom dabagarden brach .till to date not come bore kits. please enquiry bore kits available not not.

    In Ambala, Honda activa dealer SD Honda selling Activa in black market.
    This dealer is charging about Rs. 3000 extra ( the dealer claimes to have added accessories worth this amount to the scooter witch is complusary) to sell the scooter in ready delivery.

    similarly another dealer in Ambala Auto World says that this is company policy to sell accessaries worth thousands of ruppees with the vehicle. this dealer is also delivering scooter out of turn with a premium
    on 19 October 2010, Auto World, dealer of Honda in Ambala Cantt. Haryana sold a sky-blue coloured Honda Activa scooter with the temporary registration number 5286 out of turn without any prior booking.
    I When I lodged a complaint at customer care and insisted action against dealer, they blocked my email ID.
    company officers are are getting a portion of balck money.
    Honda should be spelt as HOUND

      I am Ramachandran Nair, visited the Thiruvananthapuram dealer, M/s CHERAN AUTOMOBILES, to day.
      Me & my wife were there for more than a half an hour with no one to attend us. And all the sales persons chairs were empty. When i found a person in sales, she got angry for asking product details regarding the HERO HONDA SCOOTER. I was planning to purchase a scooter for my kid, no responsible person was found. Any way i was forced to find an another scooter dealer & purchased MAHINDRA RODEO. For your information, the sales persons at MAHINDRA was very nice. I wonder how this sales persons from CHERAN AUTOMOBILES, can perform under the great name of HONDA.................

      Dear sir,
      i bought new CBZ Extreme before 35 days. when i was got the bike back after my first service from service center i have a oil leak problem, i complained against the same to center but till now im not get the correct solution for that. They give the replay that is "there is no neutral switch in engine case and now we dont have stock also so come after 10 days". Please solve my problem. i got low engine oil level i thought it will make some problem for engine.

        Sir, I purchase Honda city Vtech modal car in Sundaram Motars Vijayawada,on janauary 2009, because of a minor accident ( Engine lower post hiting the road devider ) i have given my car (No ap 16 bl 2007 ) on[protected] sundaram Motars Vijayawada.Tha company manager prepared on estimate for 6000 rupees only.But still date my car not repair.The company work manager told some part of engine not available. Sir allready above 40 days i am waiting. The SUNDARAM MOTARS VIJAYAWADA not responding.please take my compliant and nesary action please sir... valluru latha

          Dealers of activa creating black market for activa and all honda scooters...dealers are cheating openly
          to people by creating shortage first and than giving that stocks to local auto dealers..
          In baroda city area so many auto dealers giving new activa i[censored] give 10,000 rupess On which means 51,000 plus 10,000 dan u gan get ur activa on the same day for 61,000...........that auto people selling all activa colours..they are all labled with c.r.scooter which is the main dealer for honda in baroda..........i dnt think this is a incident..i saw more than 10 auto shop selling all colour activa with c.r.scooter labled..on top they are giving baroda pass and first owner activa.......
          i think c.r.scooter its cheating people and creating black market i m gathering all the proof and will pull him in court for cheating people by creating shortage first and than selling with more value.

              1. I have purchased Hero Honda Pleasure with Regd No KL-31A-2366 in the name of Rajasree R Nair, (my wife) on 03 Jun 2008. We keep in mind with a good response and consumer satisfaction about your company at the time of purchase.

              2. Now I am in a trouble regarding poor response and miss management of your Service Centre in Elegant Motors, Thattrambalam, Mavelikara (Kerala), Phone No[protected], where I purchased the same. As mentioned in my earlier compliants, your company and service centre not showed any response. I am totally confused. The vehicle is at the Service Centre for one month.

              3. The Service Centre ordered to change the following parts and they have not the same, and they asked to purchase the same by us and give them for replacement. This is not a good response of Hero Honda Company. So please order your Kerala branch to take action accordingly :-

              (a) Front Cover (b) Lower cover (c) Break Assy (d) Handle cover

              4. If your companies response is like this, I will approach consumer court and it will produce to the media and periodicals as a hot news. Also I will take action through RTI Act 2005 for the same, as I am a serving Non commissioned officer in the Indian Army.

              5. So you are requested to take necessary action towards the compliant and take favourable action at the earliest.

                from the last 2 service of my bike ,i am really surprised the Honda service centre not able to provide spare part for bikes, My bike no is KA03 -0726 service date[protected], Chainset is not available at service centre , they told us that it will come in next 5-7 days , but now it's over more than 21 days that they are not able to provide chainset to my bike,they promised that they wil call on my cell when they will receive the same in thier store,No calls

                Now when I am calling on thier service centre at around 12 30 pm ,no one is picking the phone :[protected]

                Honda Shine — Chainset Problem

                I have purchased Honda shine on May.2011. After 5000 km I am getting problems with chain sprocket. I have given complaint in showroom , they are simply telling have to change new one. Any two wheeler chain , will change after 20000 km only, why should I change now. If there is any remade, please solve my problem

                    I had booked for a new Honda Activa Scootter in my wife's name on 21/04/2010 when the delivery period was specified as 4 months. But 6 months have elapsed now and the company has not even cared to inform my booking status. It is learnt that lots of other factors viz., recommendations, personal obligations and fancies play a big role in reducing the delivery period. Full payment bookings are given preference over bookings made with Rs,1000/. (If the staff had asked me to remit the full amount at the time of booking, I would have done that).

                    The vehicle has captured the market, no doubt, but no product can maintain the monopoly beyond a reasonable period.

                    I am sure that I will not get even a courtesy reply from the Company (Honda) but this is just to have the satisfaction that I have expressed my feelings!!

                      My HONDA SHINE bike has problem with the chain spocket got loose & getting noise while driving ,

                      I have Complained this problem to the HONDA service , there comment is that to change the chain spocket ,but they dont have the spare to change ,

                      I have tryed for the spare at Kannur city & Thalessry city ,no were i got the spare

                      For the past one & half month i was trying for replacment of my chain spocket till now i had not get changed ,This Makes VERY VERY BAD IMPRESSION on HONDA BIKE & HONDA Service

                        I, Mr Hari Krishnan, Radha Bhavan, Umbernadu, Kallumala(PO), Mavelikara, Phone No- [protected] (Hero Honda Pleasre black colour, Regd No KL-31A, 2366) was given to Hero Honda Service Centre at Thattarambalam, Mavelikara, Alappuzha (Kerala) on 25 Sep 2010 for changing Front Cover, Lower Cover, Handle Assy. They firstly agreed to repair the same within one week. After one week I have not recd any information regarding the same. Then I again asked for the same, by the service Centre at Mavelikara saying that they have no any spare parts of Hero Honda Pleasure with them to change. After approximately a one month duration, today I again went to them and asked the present position. Their answer is same. I am totally harassed by your servicing centre for service and poor response of your Centre held at Mavelikara, I am totally worried. So you are requested to held me and info me in the mobile No cited above for my further necessary action. Your kind co-operation in this regard is deeply requested.

                        Dear sir,

                        I, Mahadevan Sasidharan Nair Purchased a PLEASURE @ HEROHONDA show room in Kerala state shop name: SMART MOTORS UCHAKKADA. On the date of 13.03.2011. I have to say some thing about my Vehicle to you. It’s my Kind request to you dear sir. I have 3 HERO HAONDA bikes of my own I own this company because I trust in this good service and life long level. I am facing some major problems with your new branded HERO HONDA BIKE PLEASURE KL 19B -1552

                        1. When I purchased the vehicle it’s too smooth to drive I really got 3kms per liter. How is this possible? I went to the showroom and deal with the Manager he opened the whole vehicle and said, there is a small stone inside the petrol tank which came UN known by the company. I am happy to say am getting a km of 51 now days.
                        2. My first service is been done on 09.06.2011 on 939kms job card no:23522
                        3. I met an accident in that time and came some scratches on the vehicle on 26.07.2011, I approached the showroom and they took 650rs for repainting the vehicle, Till today date they dint do this so. They say it’s my fault that I dint give them time to paint the vehicle I kept the same vehicle for 2weeks and 2 days in the showroom nothing happened. Now days they says the time has expired and we are not ready to do this so.
                        4. Good this gives the company to a good level of costumer satisfaction.
                        5. My second service is been done on 06.08.2011 on 2540kms job card no: 24960.
                        6. From the date of second service after next day I lost the battery power which and where I suffered a lot in the middle of the road in trivandrum central. I thank you for this too.
                        7. When I approached your manager he, says that’s not our fault, we can’t do any thing I charged the battery @rs 150.00 from the place.
                        8. I am so sorry to say that your branch office and the officers are nit in good hospitality to do the service or care takes the customers in good manner.
                        9. My third service is been done on 10.10.2011 on 3224kms job card no: 26575. when ever I go to consult the realer they makes service.
                        10. On 16.01.2012 I bike to Trivandrum on the way to my job the vehicle burst and smoke appeared from the front side, I was not able even to ride or just move the vehicle.
                        11. I approached the same center in an auto carrying the vehicle from Trivandrum to your esteemed concern. They opened and said the wiring connections got burned and should be replaced and will charge 800.00 rs for the new wiring set.
                        12. I waited 2 days and the answer from the concern was no new wiring set and it take time more than 3 – 4 weeks, they replaced an old wiring kit but when I opened the whole body in an pother service point they replied its just a small pieced wire now on my vehicle.
                        13. I really think that your concern is not good to be in real service with the customers.
                        14. They say that if I complaint to any other s they don’t have any problem and I would be made no service or any other service to this vehicle.
                        15. Am too dispersed to go there and I am going to sell the vehicle its my unlucky vehicle with HERO HONDA.



                        16. I f I dint get my bikes whole body cover to be changed to new I will give this copy and publish in main news paper in trivandrum edition and via facebook.
                        17. I know the cover will charge of rs: 1200.00 for the bike. I enquired with the showroom manager he itself told me on the date of 26.07.2011. On the time of second service.
                        18. Nothing happened till date.
                        19. Do the needful which you can do with this GOOD customer.


                         PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS LETTER AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL.
                         I am not so rich to buy another bike in other company TVs or Honda Aviator. Which gives more than 56 kms per liters?
                         It’s too smooth as Hero Honda Pleasure.


                        I have taken this vehicle in the name of my mother smt: Vijaya kumari.
                        The old address has been changed and I dint change the address because if nothing is given as a good reply I have to sell this vehicle. So sorry to do this.
                        Surely you will loose this customer. My luck came from when I took HERO HONDA CD DELUXE.
                        Second is Splendor
                        Address is “KEEZHE VEEDU” Kacheri nada, Kollemcode Kanya Kumari Dt, Tamil Nadu.

                        Think of loosing a customer or being keep in touch with the same company to drive in good way.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am very much frustrated of the behaviour of the personnels of the HeroHonda Showroom (Bharat Motors). I want to purchase a Pleasure since last 2 & half months. Always I am getting the reply that there is no stock, and contact after 7/8 days... But till yet they are telling the same. Even though 2 times stock has come to their show room. I don't know why they are doing like this. We are ready to pay full amount, but why...

                          The company is showing so many advertisements in TV, hoardings, stageshows etc.

                          If I want to file a case in the conusmer court. Can anybody tell me the procedure to file this case.

                          Please help.

                          The complaint is absolutly right. It is alover Orissa. I am from Jhrasuguda and trying to get the vehicle since last one and half months. every time the answer from the dealer eithr no stock or they do not know the status of availability. They are even denying to take any bookings also. Hero Hondapeople should look into this. It seems either there is problem in production or the dealers are creating a vacuum.

                          I am very much frustrated of the behaviour of the personnels of the HeroHonda Showroom (vishnu motors ekkatuthangal). I want to purchase a Pleasure since last 2 & half months. Always I am getting the reply that there is no stock, and contact after 7/8 days... But till yet they are telling the same. Even though 2 times stock has come to their show room. I don't know why they are doing like this. We are ready to pay full amount, but why...

                          The company is showing so many advertisements in TV, hoardings, stageshows etc.

                          Please help.

                          it's 1000% true...I am from rourkela and trying to purchase this from sep'2010...but DUA Motor (dealer) is telling that they are out of stock...i just cant understand this...because here in rourkela only pleasure is out of stock...other hero honda vehicals are all available...
                          I HAVE PURCHASED CBZ XTREM BIKE FROM HERO HONDA DEALER AT RAMPUR ROAD, HALDWANI, DISTT. NAINITAL, UTTRAKHAND 2 YEARS BACK.

                          I HAVE BEEN REGULARLY APPROACHING HHML DEALER AT HALDWANI, DISTT. NAINITAL, UTTRAKHAND TO GET MY BIKE SERVI CED WITH HHML GENUINE SPARE PARTS.

                          BUT SORRY TO SAY THERE IS NO HHML GENUINE SPARE PARTS IS AVAILABLE AT THE DEALER SHOP.

                          FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN CONTINOUS TOUCH WITH HHML DEALER AT HALDWANI, DISTT. NAINITAL, UTTRAKHAND BUT STILL NOT HHML GENUINE SPARE PARTS AVAILABLE.

                            I have purchased a new "HONDA UNICORN" on 27 march, 2010 from the dealer whose details are furnished below;

                            I had purchased a HONDA UNICORN with engine no. KC09E1137706 on above said date in one time cash payment. At the time of purchased self start was not functioning well and the dealer told me to use the byke for few days after that the battery will charged and it will work well. But after two weeks latter also it was not functioning, then i complaint to the dealer for the same. The dealer told, once the service book comes then they will be able to change the battery and the same story of service book continues for five months. Finally the dealer refused to do the same. Since i did not get the service book, i was not been able to get the free service facility. Also I did not get the free tool kits.

                            Also the lights were not functioning well. Finally I had to purchased the new battery. Since I payed the full amount at one time, the dealer is not listening anything now.

                            Please help me out from the problem.

                                  i had an accident few days ago i gave my bike to my honda workshop to ensure that i will get my bike in good condition + in quick time but it's going opposite of this. they just have to change a alloy and they are taking too long for it first they said it will take around 4-5 day's i said it's ok when i asked after 5 days they are again saying 2-3 day's now it's been over a month now again they are saying some more days they dont know how many more days because they have already placed the order to their manesar branch from where all the parts they get. if they launched the bike thry should have all the parts available at all time . . sir i have to come home at night and you know how difficult it is autos are charging too much money and i dont have enough budgt for that. sir please look into this matter.

                                    I purchased a HONDA STUNNER fro PRAGYA HONDA okhla Ind Area on dated[protected], with the registration number stunner DL-3SBP-0198. i am not satisfied with the outcome of service, i have experienced that this is manufaturing fault not the service fault, i required your help to provide a good techanical support to rectify the defects,
                                    From the date of purchasing of Honda stunner, continuously mileage was 35-40 I complaint to service station on every service and after every service they was saying that now mileage will improve but mileage was still same.
                                    On august 1st 2010 my bike engine seizes and on oct 4th 2010 gave a bike to Pragya Honda service station to remove the engine problem and bike was in warranty period, at that time they was saying that you can collect bike in a week but they took 18 days to solve the problem, on oct 22nd 2010 I went there and after paying bill I took a small test drive of my bike at thet time I recognized that engine was not running smooth and engine was giving a too much sound , and after a 1 km wheel was jam and bike was running on 2nd gear with too much escalator, I told to service station that 18 days you kept bike but this is new type problem overcome service manger told to superviser to resolve the problem and they did something in bike and told me now this is ok, and you never believe, after one day my bike was not running, my total petrol leaked from the tube and wheel was totally jam, I called to service manager regarding the problem he said you can come to hare to I will take care of the problem, and oct 24th 2010 I gave him a bike, they took 6 day again to resolve the problem , I went there on oct 30th 2010 paid a bill and took a small ride, I recognized all the problem was same except petrol leakage, again I told to concern person, he told me your rear tyre air pressure is less so that its not running smooth and I replaced some engine parts after some time it will run better .
                                    After that day I drive 450 km but all the problems are still same as given below
                                    1. Mileage is approx 30 km/ltr
                                    2. At the time of driving any time bike is jam and feeling too much load on bike, some time it jam mid of the road in between huge traffic, I have very much chance of accident.
                                    3. At normal condition bike is running smooth even is stopping at downside of flyover
                                    4. heavy vibration in top gear at speeds above I can not run upto 60 Km/hr
                                    5. ... abnormal noise from engine/gear box at speed of 60Km/hr in top gear
                                    6. ... vehicle seems to be overloaded due to excessive friction in mechanical parts (in top gers also)
                                    7. mileage is just 28-30 Km/ltr

                                    HondaStunner — Engine complaint and gear slipping

                                    I had bought a Honda Stunner from Shymas Honda,Aleppey,Kerala.Before even covering a distance of 300 kms the vehicle had knocking sound from engine and gear slipping.For first service the vehicle was given at EVM Honda Cochin.They gave the vehicle back without clearing the complaints of bike.They are not even keeping a service summary, they are interested only in free service coupons.They misbehaved to me , without even thinking that I am a customer with all consumer rights.Later I gave the bike at Muthoot Honda ,they test drove the bike and rectified the complaint and they said they need 2 days to clear the complaints and they suggested me to give the bike for service at Shymas Honda itself, from where I bought the bike. I gave bike at Shymas Honda Cherthala and told them the same. they said they had rectified them complaint. But the engine sound still existed before even running 200 km gear slipping started again.Finally i gave the bike at Shymas Honda,Aleppey. After test driving the bike they said engine head should be removed and given at laith works. But i don't think that its possible to do any such repairing to a new Bike Which had not even completed running 1100km. i strongly manufacturing defect and the company is responsible for this defect

Krishna Honda Chandigarh..This is ridiculous that after witing for 150 days, now i have to wait for another One and half Month & even more after that. i request the dealer to honour the committment. but., The reason is huge demand & unavailability of stock. that was totally bull , , ,

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        Yesterday I bought a New Hero Honda Pleasure bike for my sister as a gift. She want only RED colour, thats why I asking for the same bike in SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA. There was only one RED bike with all accessories fitted by the dealer. When I asked the dealer that I don't want the accessories, I want only the bike as the accessories fitted by the dealer is too high price then the reasonable price i.e. 6500.00(SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED). If I bought the same accessories from outside the dealer its around 2000.00(TWO THOUSAND). So I asked the owner that please give me the bike without accessories. The owner's wife not agree to sell the bike and said come next month. After several request she agree to remove only the front guard and less 1000.00 (ONE THOUSAND) and said "AUR NEHI HOGA LENA HEY TO LO NEHI TO JAO" and she put the bike inside said "HUM AAPKO BIKE NEHI DENGE".

                                        But I want the bike as today is my sister's Birthday and I promise her to gift a Pleasure bike thats why I bought the bike. But the dealer gave me the cash memo of the bike only 37,581.00, no other bill provided by the dealer. I gave them total 45,500.00. When I asked for the remaining bill they said its not proveded by Hero Honda. And the whole amount goes to BLACK MONEY I think. After buying the bike I have to sign a satisfaction letter. I refused to sign that letter, then the owner's wife angry with me and said "AAP NIKOL JAO SHOWROOM SE, AAP BIKE NEHI MILEGI". Then I sign the letter and write there a comment for Hero Honda that I am NOT SATISFY WITH THE CHARGES FOR ACCESSORIES. They crush the letter and put it to dustbin and forcing me to sing another letter. As I promise my sister thats why I cant go home without a bike. So I bought it.

                                        And they charge for TR- 250.00 (without money receipt) but in RTO the TR fees is 30.00 only. For lamination they charge 591.00 (without money receipt), Accessories 6500.00 (without money receipt), Insurance 981.00 (promise to give the policy today and the money receipt). A bike shampoo 230.00 ((without money receipt).


                                        Now I have few Questions for Hero Honda-----
                                        1. Is the accessories provided by you?
                                        2. If yes, then why you order the dealers to sell the accessories without BILL?
                                        3. Its necessary to buy all the accessories.
                                        4. If yes. Please provide me the exact market value of the accessories.

                                        PLEASE PROVIDE ME YOUR VALUABLE COMMENT THROUGH MY E-MAIL.

                                        This is for your kind information and acceptance please and need action against the DEALER. I think next I will go for CONSUMER COURT "how one can sold items without proper BILL."
