I purchased a HONDA STUNNER fro PRAGYA HONDA okhla Ind Area on dated[protected], with the registration number stunner DL-3SBP-0198. i am not satisfied with the outcome of service, i have experienced that this is manufaturing fault not the service fault, i required your help to provide a good techanical support to rectify the defects,
From the date of purchasing of Honda stunner, continuously mileage was 35-40 I complaint to service station on every service and after every service they was saying that now mileage will improve but mileage was still same.
On august 1st 2010 my bike engine seizes and on oct 4th 2010 gave a bike to Pragya Honda service station to remove the engine problem and bike was in warranty period, at that time they was saying that you can collect bike in a week but they took 18 days to solve the problem, on oct 22nd 2010 I went there and after paying bill I took a small test drive of my bike at thet time I recognized that engine was not running smooth and engine was giving a too much sound , and after a 1 km wheel was jam and bike was running on 2nd gear with too much escalator, I told to service station that 18 days you kept bike but this is new type problem overcome service manger told to superviser to resolve the problem and they did something in bike and told me now this is ok, and you never believe, after one day my bike was not running, my total petrol leaked from the tube and wheel was totally jam, I called to service manager regarding the problem he said you can come to hare to I will take care of the problem, and oct 24th 2010 I gave him a bike, they took 6 day again to resolve the problem , I went there on oct 30th 2010 paid a bill and took a small ride, I recognized all the problem was same except petrol leakage, again I told to concern person, he told me your rear tyre air pressure is less so that its not running smooth and I replaced some engine parts after some time it will run better .
After that day I drive 450 km but all the problems are still same as given below
1. Mileage is approx 30 km/ltr
2. At the time of driving any time bike is jam and feeling too much load on bike, some time it jam mid of the road in between huge traffic, I have very much chance of accident.
3. At normal condition bike is running smooth even is stopping at downside of flyover
4. heavy vibration in top gear at speeds above I can not run upto 60 Km/hr
5. ... abnormal noise from engine/gear box at speed of 60Km/hr in top gear
6. ... vehicle seems to be overloaded due to excessive friction in mechanical parts (in top gers also)
7. mileage is just 28-30 Km/ltr

I unsatisfactly inform u to lack of customer care service of my dealer srivary honda in thrissur dist(kerala)i have fail to pay u r 2nd free service of the bike honda shine.i am producing the bike to perform for the 2nd free service for this week the service eng is tell me to they cann't be entertain the above the expairoy period of 2nd service because i donot got u r service.i bought my bike in 17/02/2011 and i proceed the bike for 2nd service 10/06/11 but i cann't receive any information from u r dealer for the last date of this service.because i am unsatisfied with u r poor customer care facility
I am BALAKRISHNAN from Moonnumury,Thrissur, Kerala. Bought Honda - Shine RED COLOUR from JOHNS HONDA CHALAKUDY, Thrissur, and Kerala on 5-October 2010. The gear-shaft transmission system is so defect that I could not ride the bike peacefully.
Issue No.1
The gear got totally disengaged with shaft while on 1st to 2nd making big sound, 3rd to 4th and 4th to 3rd gear not going properly... The result is very dangerous that speed got reduced and bike stops immediately and creating panic situation on road.
This issue reported in JOHNS HONDA CHALAKUDY service centre from my 1st free service to last free service. I have explained the issue clearly in 5th service (Pay Service) also, and then taken my bike for work and find out the problems (Technician said its spring problem). They done something and given back I pay the bill. After 15 days same problem raised and it cannot solve till now.
Issue No.2
One month before self start not working properly, I show in JOHNS HONDA THRISSUR branch. They said that battery not taking load and request to replace, because it’s in under warranty. Then removed battery and fixed one temporarily.
Issue No.3
Last 15 days chain making sound again I given my vehicle in JOHNS HONDA THRISSUR branch on 20.09.2011 for changing chain lock.
They told me your battery ready that also will change. After 10min. Vehicle given to me and given one bill also for new chain locks. Actually I surprised because battery changing and new chain lock changing done within 10 min.
I trust in their job and taken the bike away to home. And from next day onwards the problem is re-occurring and occurring till now. Next day I checked battery and chain lock and find out both of them not changed. It clearly shows none of the technician had not analyzed the cause and nothing resolved.
Sir, I am a Business man I using my bike min. 120km to 150km per day. I like the HONDA bikes so I bought Honda and I suggested to my close friends also. It’s very nice and smooth running and very silent engine. But how can I ride my bike with above Issues
I hope you’ll look into the matter and solve my problems and maintain my belief and interest in Honda Company.

Last week I hav given my bike for servicing. The servicing is not at all satisfactory to me.
It is taking along time to giving the customer and as well as to the all.
Now also I didn't get any response.
Customer Care is also been very bad in sense.
I need a quick response from your side.

Hello already i send my vehicle Honda Shine TN 45 AU 8230. In service purpose but your service iam not satisfied because you are not checking perfectly especially for air also i have simple example remaining things you only consider.
Suppose you continue like that i inform your head office. already i will inform head office what is your position of your service..

i am customer of honda. my bike reg no is AP31AT1969 .I purchased honda shine bike in 2007.in this time my bike is working in bore syantomous. so i want to repair bore. problems is fifteen back i ask the showroom honda spair parts section.he tell bore kit is not available in visakhaptnam showroom dabagarden brach .till to date not come bore kits. please enquiry bore kits available not not.
