Dear Sir,
This it to inform you that since last 3 -4 months i am trying to buy hond activa. However still i have not got the even chance to book the same. As dealers are saying there is already waitlist of 6 months. Once the same is delivered we will start booking. Hoever the vehicle are sold at premium of Rs.[protected]/- easily in market. This is creating a bad image of your product and also it will have impact on genuine buyer.

@ Ashok Patel, there r so many scooter brands available in market then why people r crazy about Honda activa...try for suzuki access or mahindra rodeo or tvs wego they r easily available plus no attitude problem like honda showroom!

    Dear sirs,
    I purchased bike Passion Pro in April 2010.
    Before the second service of my bike( passion pro) my bike kick has been jammed and Self is also not working then I took my bike for service they serviced my bike and they told me that problem has been resolved then I took my bike to my home before reaching home again my bike kick has been jammed then immediately I called to the service center they told me that bring your bike tomorrow to the service center month of September .
    Then on the next day when I was on the way to service center in neutral after 7 kms my kick starts working before reaching service center . They told me that we will check your bike (After a long discussion with manager and the supervisor) take it in the evening .Now yesterday same problem occurred please let me know what can I do. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
    Service center is Doon valley motors Dehradun.

      Such a WORST SERVICE FROM KASLIWAL HONDA INDORE*****

      We had given the Honda Activa for the Servicing at the service center KASLIWAL HONDA ,M.G ROAD,INDORE.
      The service center given such a worst service,This was the Third time we received back the Activa without " WASH" as all time Excuse water is not sufficient,send the vehicle after five days(we are free for given the vehicle for the servicing only,no other works we are having like dealers employees) They repair the DENT and create the body scratch and at time of repair the BODY Scratch they answered not done by the Service center try some where out,Removing the some spots no response......

      Such type of service HONDA is providing to the customer even though it was a PAID SERVICE not the FREE one,and at time of charging they charged for every thing LABOUR,SERVICING and prepare a bill of RS.540/- without any satisfactory service.       We want the justification why these type of services are given to customer either stop all the dealers to give the SERVICE paid or unpaid......

        i buy new hero honda hunk byke in october 28 2010 major problems i found that every morning kick start works when clutch plate is press after sometimes kick start not work properly and
        i fount that at center bolt at up side of the gear some murmering sound while in doubles i[censored] single no sound will come
        and major problem found kick free at that time self also not works ...i says to service center no one had cleared and that murmering sound at center rod says to the dealer he drop the grease in that part it adjust for 3 or 4 days after again that murmering sound got i thing that hole becomelarger that is manufacturing defect but no one will replacing the new part please replace that part or byke that sound causes irritation to me while driving........... u thinking this problem is very small but i think this irritates me.........please chage my byke otherwise change the part pleaseee

        I bought one HUNK bike on 26th Nov and from the 2nd day onwards, started getting problem in 4th gear, when I visited the dealer (Singla Agency Pul Prahlad pur Badarpur), on first checkup they denied the problem and said that nothing is wrong, but when i protested they tested it again and found that there was some manufacturing defect in the gear box of the bike, later they repaired it for two days (not replaced despite my several requests). Then i visited ARC Agency in Okhla Inds Phase II and after the repair the bike again start giving same problem with noisy engine., Then again i visited Singla Agency the says engineer from Hero Honda came this evening and repair the same. This is the pathetic product line of the hero Honda.
        i buy a new hero honda hunk in october 28 2010 starting i got mileage of 48/lt and after 2 ser
        vicings i got 30-35km/lt after 4th servicing one time i got 55km/lt after present i got 40km/lt in local ...last 6 moths i got the problem that at center bolt having murmering sound while doubles if i go with single no murmering sound will come and hero honda engines hunk are bad than others ...i have a major problem overflowing leads to quick free sometimes so please change my byke my phone no:[protected] my byke no AP31BD6231

          Hi,
          Mine is a Honda Shine 2008 model. After 16000Km, its chain and sprockets are damaged and it is unable to rectifiy since it is totally gone and need to be replaced. Even less priced bikes like splender, victor etc are having more lasting chain and sprocket set. Honda Shine's chain is so thin and not at all lasting in expert mechanics opinion. Shame on Honda, being a NO 1 company, manufacturing such useless, un-reliable spare for its wonderful bike models.

          I am agreeing with ur compliant and this is a regular problem seen in the honda bike models.Its shame for the company that it is manufacturing such cheap and less relied parts for its bikes.

            This only goes to prove that a prestigious organisation like HONDA is a big cheat and fraud, who deceived the customer.



            You didn't keep your promise to pay the settlement amount of RS.5 lac as promised .



            It was your duty to comfirm with your branch manager about the details of the incident before hand.And for your record no service coupons were offered to me.Why would the branch manager tell you the truth as it was his mistake.



            Now when we have written a positive response you have backed out of the settlement .



            I would say a truly unfrofessional organisation who didn't keep its words.

            Honda — harrassment

            this is what honda people had said

            My friend. I have spoke to my manager and explained to him that we should not always believe the store manager but sometimes the customer is right. He agreed but to make himself protected he said for me to only pay on 2.5 lac only. I now have the say if you get this money or not as he has signed off but I need not send to the finance dept.

            You think customer is a fool. I'll make sure I escalate this matter to the consumer court so that a Prestigious organisation like Honda should not repeat such kind of behaviour and negligence towards anybody. We had not asked for charity but you yourself offered the compensation amount.What exactly do you want ,pls let us know ?

I truly say that yours is an UNPROFFESSIONAL organisation who didn't keep words.And this is the second time i had been cheated

              In oppose to the strong perception that authorized Hero Honda service is worst in its class, and carried away by my whimsical thoughts, I chipped in my Passion Plus at M.R.G Motors, Ganapathy, Coimbatore – only to find one of the indicators broken. Guys there were no way ready to accept that it was their mistake. Far afar from listening, literally no ears were towards me. A big disappointment, and perhaps the last deal with Hero Honda ever again. Mistakes happen, but I think there is much better way to deal with it rather than leaving customer abashed. What to do?

                Recentily i have bought one HONDA CB UNICORN in our kovilpatti dealer [SGJ Bikes [p] Limited }

                After 50 kilometeres i have found the complaint for Engine Crank sound and i also told the dealer said

                after first Service we clear the same.But my complaints not rectified from the dealer and again i went to

                the second service the crank sound was increased again the same reason told.Now I went to the Third

                Service on 27.10.2010.Now the dealer point said the crank will be replaced and the Engine will be

                service.I am totally upset for customer service and i will handover the byke to the dealer.I am not ready to

                accept the vehicle for replacement of crank as same as replacement of vehicle

                kindly clear my issue and do the needful

                Sir I am deepak from trichy I buy a cb unicorn bike recently.but I am riding the bike i am not satisfy because I have two complaint 1st one is engine noisy and then 2nd one is front tyre wobling.I go to first service and tell to the manager.but two complaints are not cleared.very very very worst service in tirchy M.A Honda they see
                people like foolish.please dont buy Honda bikes in tirchy.so many peoples are not satisfied the customer service.I inform to all the M.A Honda is a worst dealer in trichy.Very soon Honda Names are spoiled because this kind of dealer doing like this.

                  I purchased a Honda unicorn on 30/10/09 from Platinum auomobiles at Chandigarh.Since the day i bought it , its battery AMCO 048816 is causing problems.
                  I have contacted both your service stations ( Mohali & chd) several times but my problem has still not been sorted out. The battery has been charged atleast 5 times on different occasions(i have got documentry evidence) even when when i have repeatedly requested them of a battery REPLACEMENT.

                  On 10/10/2010, i went to service station to get a paid service and get my faulty battery REPLACED but again they charged the battery (for 24+ hours) and fitted the same old battery with a assurance of proper working this time.

                  But again after 8-10 days the battery stopped functioning. I went to chd service station on 28/10/10 with the same problem 4th time they assured me of a battery change and kept the battery with themselves, and told me that they'll call me in the evening.

                  But I received no communication from them, I myself called them thrice but nobody picked the phone. Therefore, I had to go chd service station today i.e. 31/10/10 but they refused to replace the battery and I was told that it was not their fault as the battery is not manufactured by Honda but by AMCO.

                  Kindly look into the matter, and do the needful

                  Please arrange to replace the battery.

                  Re: Manufacturing defects in Honda Aviator STD Vehicle No. DL-13-SH-3015 A/C Anil Kumar Kukreti. With reference to the above, I would like to inform you despite my repeated requests through Mail dtd. 09/12/2010 and 29/01/2011 on the above case wherein I have expressed my grievances that the battery provided by your organization is not working properly. I have visited your workshop Race Honda, Patparganj Indl area on 09/10/2010 and 30/12/2010 for two services and particularly apprised of the fact that the condition of the said vehicle to ply on the road is not road worthy due some snag cropping into its manufacturing. In the IInd service i.e on 29/01/2010 workshop manager has advised to replace the battery from their exide vendor. I visited the exide battery vendor on the location in person on 30/12/2010 and replaced the same vide their Inv [protected]. Thereafter again visited to your race honda workshop Patparganj and checked the vehicle to them. It has been noticed by me after 15 days of the service that It is showing the same condition prior to the service. When Some of your representative has called me in reply to mail 29/01/2011 that the battery will be only be replaced through the exide vendor and hence I again visited to your exide battery vendor on 19/02/2011 and the battery is replaced by them vide Inv no[protected]. But it is still showing the same problem. I think there is some technical fault in your sold vehicle. The vehicle is run only 750 Kms so far. The problem remain unsolved.
                  I Once again request to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and failing which I have no other option but to surrender the vehicle at your Dealer Race Honda, Jagatpuri Delhi-110051 by whom I have purchased the vehicle vide Inv NO. 10IN02156 dtd 09/09/2010 vide their gate pass No. 5115 dully given ENG/CHASIS No. as JF21E911343/ME4JF213JA8101429.
                  If I do not response from your end within 3 days I have no other option but to surrender the vehicle at your workshop and is constrained to move the consumer court at this peculiar situation.
                  Hoping your favourble reply soon.

                    i had purchased hero honda pleasure before 2years(rao and khan motors) now i am in position to change tuf[censored]p tube for my vehicle but the tube is not available in my city and near by cities also and i experienced worst response for this. do the needful.

                      i am santhosh kumar, i bought honda cb unicorn on Sept 18 2010, the braking system of the bike and balcing of the bike not good. bike having length but no weight for that length,,, this makes uncomfortable.

                        i have bought HH CBZ Xtreme on 15/aug/2010. my bike has run only 1500kms and there is lot of sound coming when i apply front disc brakes. i have complained about it in the authorized service station, and because of very poor service at sai ram motors bannerghatta road, the problem isnt getting solved. HH CBZ xtreme Is great but the service at service station is really very poor. they apply oil to bike after servicing instead of polish. if this continues we might not see CBZ xtreme on roads. But I LOVE MY BIKE so plz someone do have a look at problems in service station.

                        Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme — regarding delay of service

                        hi, i am shailesh having a CBZ Extreme (model VBO). due to some minor accident,i had to give my bike to the service at madgao at Shree samarth Automotive.my bike No.is AP28BK8632. i have given my bike about 1 month ago.that is on 28/08/10. here my bike repair is keep on going forward and whenever i called the answer is SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE (that may true also)and till todate my bike is not delivered to me.i had a good impression about hero honda customer service and i had got good service before.but this is very rediculous.because of this everyday i am facing trouble in transportation to reach office and gettin 1 or 2 absent days also due to late.This is making me feel that weather i ahave purchased foreign bike or what for non available of spareparts.if you can not able to provide spareparts please stop the bike to the market.MOREOVER THATS NOT A MAJOR REPAIR ALSO TO MAKE THIS DELAY.THIS IS VERY REDICULOUS AMD MAKING FAITH COME DOWN ON HEROHONDA.IF YOU ARE REALLY CUSTOMER ORIENTED COMPANY PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND MAKE MY BIKE AVAILABLE SOON.

                        This is shailesh.sir.this conversation is regarding spareparts availability.before two months i had a good faith in hero honda company service.but nowadays i came to know that this is all .i feel regret to say this.but my experience is true.i have own a CBZ extreme bike with the NO. AP28BK8632.on AUGUST 28th i had given my bike to minor repair at samarth show room.margao.till now my bike is not yet ready and the reason is SPAREPARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.always when i call this readymade answer is available.i am not understanding wheather my bike is belongs to hero honda company or foreign company.this is the worst experience i have with the company.atleast after this complaint i[censored] are able to listen my words i will be greatfull.

                        I had given my CBZ XTREME bike for regular servicing at TARANGA AUTOMOBILES (SILCHAR, ASSAM), and they are supposed to be the only authorized dealer of HERO HONDA in this area. I was first told that "it will take 2-3 hours", then they told that "it will take 1 day", and now it's 4 days and still they are lengthening the list of excuses. what the hell has happened to a reputed company...such an inefficient service is really shameful. They should stop boasting of owning a good company.
                        In addition there is no system of lodging a former complaint in this company...they filter every complain at the particular center.

                        Honda — Disc Brake

                        Hi my name is Vishnu,
                        I had a Honda Unicorn bike with me. I take this bike from Marikar Honda. I had too many problems with my bike. Firstly I had changed my Chain Socket after 6months after purchasing my bike. The Marikar motors didn't gave me any consideration while purchasing the goods or in servicing. At that time I also changed my Disc Pad. Now after changing my disc pad my Disc brake worked properly for some days. After 2 or 3 months Disc Brake is produced a sound and now they are asking me to change all the parts of Disc Brake and it nearly cost Rs4000.I don't have much money to repair this part. Kindly take any action regarding this problem as soon as possible. My bike number is KL 01 AW 7562.

                          i have purchased a bike hero honda HUNK on 13/06/2010 and after 800 km bikes chain sproket is making some sound i told the engineer about problem they told me take the bike in 2nd servicing i will sort out ur problem. but after second servicing the problem will again continue.i told again the engineer that problm will continue.he checked nd told me the bikes chain sproket is over and u have to put it in new.i told the whole matters to the showroom manager.he reply's ur late u have to come earlier i cnt do anything.sir now bikes chain sproket is totally over nd hes making so many problems and i m damn sure that he will create a mjor problem in engine like tensioner,timing chain etc.
                          Now I just want to inform you that with in one week if I have not get any positive response from your company regarding my complain then I will filed the case in court against your company also never recommend to any persone to purchase of your companies bike from this showroom.

                            HERO HONDA SPLENDOR PLUS — noise while shifting to second gear

                            I brought hero hondaplus in the month of MAY which I was fully satisfied for using the bike, but as days passed I came to know some sound coming while shifting second gear and whenever, I want to shift the gear to neutral it does not charge smoothly

                              I have registered for a new Honda Activa DLX (Gray color) scooter on[protected] by my name Mrs.Suchitra Mishra at the shop "Shivam Automobiles,797,Sahid Nagar,Janpath,Bhubaneswar-751007,Ph no[protected]". Every month vehicles come and go and we have got information regarding it. They never reach out to us about availability of vehicles.Whenever we contact them,they say we will give you next week or within 10 days but no positive information from their side till date.
                              Yesterday I came to know that vehicles have come in the showroom.Today at the break of the day early morning I reached there to take my booked new vehicle.I waited for 5hours and the owner and manager kept on saying that we will talk to you in sometime but they didnt come up.I am a lady and I was asked to wait 5hrs in vain .This is really frustratinrg and i want to complaint about the harassment I have been through today at the vendor's shop.
                              I guess some black business is occuring there because people came after me and took vehicles inspite of me waiting so long.
                              If the dealer didnt want to give vehicle today ,he could have informed me so but me waiting so long today is frustrating without being informed.Even I am not getting my booked vehicle although its 7months now since booking.
                              I want some strict action be taken against the vendor for the humiliation people like me face.This kind of behaviour is bringing bad reputation to the company also.Customers can't devote entire day without doing any work and without eating and getting so much humiliation.
                              Kindly take this issue into consideration and help customers like us.

                              I have booked one Activa Grey in the month of 26-Jun-2010.At the time of booking,I have paid Rs 1000 to SHIVAM HONDA and got assurance to get the Honda Activa within 2 month from the date of booking. But we have not received the vehicle from there till date. We have called them many times for providing us the vehicle but as they reply, they have not received the Activa from company and it will take some more time.It is almost 4.5 month over still there is no certainnity when they will provide the vehicle. The sales manager of Shivam Honda replies there is no guarantee when the vehicle will deliver and asking me to cancel the booking.

                              Please look this matter urgently.

                                  i have allready advance book a Passion Plus bike at Anas Motor's pvt ltd, Ankleshwar cash receipt no:[protected]/C1/003842 Dt: 07.09.2010 PSN-PLUS A/W Rs 500/-. But still date i don't purchase a bike. last day i have call frm anas motors pvt ltd, they told me, "if you want a bike pls come and get Passion Pro" so my answer is i have book Passion Plus and you request me Passion Pro"? other comment is " company have not sufficient stock (Passion plus)" so what can i do? i am big fan Hero Honda company and their service. secondly i am intrested only in Passion Plus so pls early possible deleivery me.

                                    I am Mr. Mobin Khan, a customer of your company. I had purchased a Honda Activa (Model code : SCV110). I am mailing you again ,since there was no response from Dt:23.10.2010. I am totally fed up with the response of your dealers present here (Dealer code : OR070001) and many other dealers whom I have already enquired. Even after my repeated requests they are not even ready to listen to me. Moreover they are telling me to do whatever I can. Furthermore they are doing black marketing of vehicles and even threatening the customers to take the accessories with it or else the vehicle will not be sold to them.

                                    As I said earlier in my mail Dated(23.10.2010), from day-1 since the purchase of this vehicle, the functioning is not proper. I have done servicing still the problem with the starting coil is not resolved. After rigorous consulting also the problem is not yet resolved. Since last Monday my vehicle is in the showroom and is unrepaired.

                                    This is my final mail and after this I will be bound to take legal action.

                                      This is Sudhir Solankurkar . I brought the Bike in Dec.2009 & I have done my Bike first paid servicing on 03.10.10 in following Authorized Sevice Center.

                                      During the Service I instructed to change the Bike Handle Bar & to do the regular check up as Autorized service center done during servicing as there was no problem in bike.

                                      When I received my bike i realised that during servicing there is dent on Bike Fuel Tank. I was facing the problem during first Start & noise was coming when ridder & pillion on bike.

                                      I show this to guy in service center he told we can not do for this small dent.

                                      After one week I saw that there is no oil in Disk Brake Cap.

                                      We are leaving our bike in Authorized service center feeling that they have all accessories & they do the servicing properly, but it was just our assumption.

                                        I've bought Honda CB Twister self-drum on 5th April'10 from Swarup Honda,its hardly six months & have found defect in shape of front rim causing flat tyre/air leakage, on reporting the same to service centre in patparganj,they told me its my fault & bike has met with an accident hence they'll not replace it & I've to pay for the replacement.Apart from this at the time of test drive they told me that avg milage is appox 65kmpl but its not more than 50kmpl.

                                        i too have a honda twister which i bought a month ago . it is giving me a milage of just 43-46km/l . i always switch off the engine at red signals, drive it at the speed range of 40-50 km/h .
                                        then too it gives me a milage so less .

                                        i bought it from bangalore(silicon honda showroom) . and they are really hell just like any other showroom dealer .
