LTD.delars code no.11158, last month dated14/10/2010,problem is that an engine getting some sound, but delars said to pay RS- 400/- to solve the problem. our question is that,within one months old motorcycle is giving problem how to pay customer? please solve my problem.

STARTING PROBLEM IN MORNING
DEAR SIR,
MY FATHER HAD BUYED NEW PASSION PRO BIKE ON 05/12/2010 IN BHANU MOTORS AT ERRAGADA. THE BIKE WAS NOT STARTING IN THE MORNING AFTER MANY KICKS. AFTER OPENING THE CHOKE ONLY IT WAS STARTING. PLEASE GIVE ME ANY SOLUTION..

    Date of delivery was within 15-20 days of booking date. But till tdate neither I have received the Vehicle and nor getting any satisfactory response from the Dealer. I had called the Dealer several times & personally visited at the Show Room. Every time I call or visit they are saying vehicle has not camed from the company, any also saying to take from other showroom, if can't wait.You can see what kind of response I am getting from dealer.
    I want to complaint about the dealer & want vehicle as soon as possible or to give me penalty for the late delivery.

      mere pass hero honda ke passion plus bike hai.jo maine last year purchase ke thi.but aise problem bike drive karne ka experince mujhe kabhi nahi mila.

      jab mein bike start karta hu to choke dena padta hai. aur jab start ho jati hai to aisa lagta hai kise ne piche se ise pakad liya ho aur phir achank jhod diya ho. chalte time jerking karti hai.thodi se clitch ya race loose karo to off ho jati hai.

      aur race do to instantly fast chal padti hai.bike aise chalti mano iss par bahut load rakh diya ho.
      due to that reason i got two times accident.you will shock to hear that meri bike only 6222 kms chali hai aur mein 4 service karwa chuka hu.aur har baar oil change karwata hu.phir bhi problem aa rehhi hai.at every service I thought that this is new bike when it get old or run some kms it will be ok but ye aur kharab hoti chali gaye.

      I know hero honda is brand name aur people trust you but i[censored] will continue deliver this kind of bike to customer then u very well know what happens.

      So, please you are requested look this matter into seriously aur apke engineer ko meri bike test karwaye.I will be very thankful to you.

      Mai last 20years se Hero Honda ka customer hoon present me Mere pas hero honda super splender bike hai jisme last 2 month se starting aur pic-up problem hai jise maine bawa auto sales Balrampur UP par kaee bar dikhaya aur meri bike Five time ek-ek din ke liye agency par rakh li gayi but mere problem ka koi solution nahi hua aur sahi problem jane bina kuch part bhi change kiya gaya.         I visit to Sanjib Motors Bhadrak, Orissa every times in a month. but His ex-ecucutive manoj tell me no stock is available . There is No such Response.

        If It is very bad impact to Good Life Card.
        Plz solve this Problem ASAP.

          Amit Joshi owner of Honda CBF Stunner is facing problem of non availability of Chain Sproket kit from last 4 months and not able to use my bike from last 2 and half months, I have crossed checked in Bhopal, and other cities also, now tell me after buying such a costly bike, the after sales back up and non availability of parts, what should I do, either I burn my bike, and whosoever ask about how is honda bike i suggest him never to buy, Kindly suggest, and arrange me the part immidiately.

          this is the sane problem i am facing from past five months...not only chain sprockets no spare part of honda stunner is available in showrooms...its dam waste of buying honda stunner and honda bikes...
          Yes, I do agree with the post.

          I was denied that the chain sprocket kit is unavailable in the stock and need to order at Pashankar Honda, Pune Showroom.
          They some how removed 2 links from the chain.

          I urge Honda to make spare parts available at least at authorized service center.

            I have purchased honda cb twister bike on 14 july2010 from RAJPAL HONDA INDORE .From day one
            there is a problem in gear shifting ,when i try to shift gear up down some times it remain in between like
            in neutral phase.I have registered this complaint in first as well as in second servise at rajpal honda indore but
            those people did not rectified this problem .I am very much disappointed by this.

              Hero Honda should feel ashame of themselves that they sell their bikes in abundant and when customer wants to get the bike part repaired or ask for new part which remains unavailable in stock. I purchased the Hero Honda bike only for this reason that the parts of Hero Honda bikes are easily available everywhere, but I didn't know that I will have to face the shortage of my bike parts of this reputed company "HERO HONDA". My bike has been standing in a company for last 20 days due to shortage of body parts. I am really disappointed with this behavior of company. Is this called a customer service?

                i purchased herohonda pleasure from Varalakshmi Motors in August 2009. I notice that the vehicle is having very poor mileage. I complained it to the dealer, but every time they said the vehicle is fine. But i find the abovesaid problem is still existing. The dealer should test the vehicle mileage and rectify the error.

                I have purchased a pleasure from local dealer in Junnar ( Pune). After many complaints he send my pleasure to their pune branch. But still I get an average of 25 km/litre.Please guide me how to solve this problem.

                  We had very bad experience with Hero Honda pleasure. We have purchase bike on 28th Sept 2010 from Dealer Name : Dhaval Auto Pvt (AUTOLink) - Dealer Code : 11300 and did first service at AUTOLink Borivali Workshop in October 2010. Total KM Run less than 450 KM as of 15th Nov 2010
                  Within two week after 1st Service – there was some initial Auto starting problem and within few days bike can’t start by Kick or Auto Mode. We have contacted to Local Dealer (AUTOLink - Borivali) via Phone and no responses after taking down address and contacts details. We have started following up aggressively and got Supervisor response from AUTOLink – Borivali (Prabhakar and Patil) that we have to bring Bike to their Workshop in Truck or other means…they don’t have anybody to come over to check bike problem.
                  I’m really surprise – Hero Honda is losing their brand with such a bad customer service from their Authorize Dealers
                  Before Purchasing Bike we have review comments from various bikereview website about Bike starting issues in Hero Honda pleasure and we thought it may be one- off issue because we have full confident on “HERO HONDA Brand” and now we realized …that was our Mistake. Suzuki or Honda Activa would be better choice then Hero Honda Pleasure.
                  So friends – Please don’t buy Hero Honda Pleasure and Caution to Purchase & After Service Service your new bike from Dhaval Auto Pvt (AUTOLink) - Dealer Code : 11300 and AUTOLink Workshop.
                  Today – Ms Dipti (Autolink Workshop Borivali – Tel[protected] has taken my compliant again and promised me give followup call on the same issue by End of day .
                  I will share my customer experience with you all on the same issue by next weeks.

                    hero honda (splendor plus) — back wheel problem

                    i have brought hero honda splender plus ( black colour bike . vbk bearing engine no.HA10EA8GG01045, chassis no.MBLHA10EJ8GG07333 )from sahib motors panipat, 4 month back. Its back wheel is bubbling . i complaint about this to the dealer, they checked it around 17 time, but nothing happend. it is still bubbling. and the dealer is not listening any thing. kindly help me in this regard so that i can use my bike convently.

                      my vehicle handal noice.I gone SANGAM HONDA in Sahibabad Ghaziabad (up 340001) them said to me that of your bike consat have been damaij. I said change the consat underwarranty they said to me it is part not warranty but I know very well it is come to part in warranty.
                      While my bike runed 2800Km & 2service is complet in propar time.

                        Booking Receipt No. is 72471 and booked by Name of Rajesh Sharma & the booking Amount is One Thousand Rupees.

                          I am purchase Hero Honda Splendor as on 27.01.2010. I said that to Company Supervisior " Sir, 3rd Gear vizzile sound coming plea check & solve the problem". He said that "Ok, give me ur book and come to evening I can solve the problem". I am going at evening that day He said that " Sorry sir, spare parts not available in showroom, next time I can solve the problem".
                          Again I am going on 6th Service (last service) same problem, same answer, same response. Next January Last month for varenty. Varenty completed then take money for spare parts.
                          i think honda is going to loose its customer because of poor showroom dealers. since i bought splendor +bike on 26th june 2010 at gem motors coimbatore. but when i took bike they talked nicely but during service i thought why i have bought bike, since no proper response.let it be consider during free service time but after 6th service they are not doing the proper service.i think they dont even have touched the bike during the service just did water service and changed oil it seems. and other complaints and all they cant rectify.if this persist in future nobody will purchase vehicle only for this reson. they dont have spares with them, unsatisfied service, etc.even i wont recommend my fri friend to buy the vehicle now.

                            I booked for Honda Activa black colour vehicle on[protected] at Vishnu Motors, Karaikudi and was told I will definitely get the vehicle latest by 15 days . I waited for almost 25 days and then went and asked, they said, black is in demand and I will get it the next week. Again I went next week and they said the next day. The next day I went and the company worker said owner is in Madurai to bring the vehicle, I waited and then he said next day. I went next day and again he said owner is in Madurai but when I called the owner, the cell was switched off. Then this happened the next three days ( I had to travel around 6 km to the company). Then last sat I called and the owner surprisingly took the phone and said RT office is closed and so monday I can take at 2 pm. In fact I went on mon at 6pm and the office man told me owner is in Madurai. I called him and he said, he got the vehicle and will be in karaikudi in 30 min. I told me friend he is not reliable and asked the office boy to call him after vehicle arrives. Then we went home and he did not call at all. When we called the office boy in cell at 9.30 pm, he said he has not arrived yet. Then finally next day for the first time, the office boy called us and said, he has gone to Madurai to get the vehicle and we will call once it arrives. That was yesterday and finally he has not called yesterday or today till now.

                            In fact, I forgot to add that the Karaikudi branch demanded full amount payment while booking for the Honda Activa vehicle and said everyone pays so. So I paid Rs.49000 on[protected] and the balance was only around Rs3000 or so and today is 5-9-2009 and yet I dont have the vehicle.

                            i am also facing the same problem i have booked my vehicle on 2 Aug 2010 and paid full amount on 27 April 2011 and not yet received the vehicle .

                            Booking No 1018 and Advance payment receipt no is 3400, Full payment receipt no is 861 .
                            Dealer name is Sri kanaka durga automobiles (p)ltd, Vijayawada .
                            I have booked Honda Activa White on 21-04-13 vide booking no 1089 through Venetian Honda, Dahisar (W) Mumbai. At the time of Booking they have commited to me that delivery should be before the 2 months.

                            After 2 months I have asked to them that u have commited to me that delivry should be before 2 months and now u are saying that it will take another 20 days why? Then they said that still your two months has not finished, i am surprised to listen that i have enquired on 22-06-13 after 2 months and they saying it is not finished.

                            I have send mail to Honda Customer care but till date they have not replied of my mail .

                            Please take necessary action immedialely and revert back me.

As dealers are saying there is already waitlist of 6 months. Once the same is delivered we will start booking. Hoever the vehicle are sold at premium of Rs.[protected]/- easily in market. This is creating a bad image of your product and also it will have impact on genuine buyer.

                              @ Ashok Patel, there r so many scooter brands available in market then why people r crazy about Honda activa...try for suzuki access or mahindra rodeo or tvs wego they r easily available plus no attitude problem like honda showroom!

                                I purchased bike Passion Pro in April 2010.
                                Before the second service of my bike( passion pro) my bike kick has been jammed and Self is also not working then I took my bike for service they serviced my bike and they told me that problem has been resolved then I took my bike to my home before reaching home again my bike kick has been jammed then immediately I called to the service center they told me that bring your bike tomorrow to the service center month of September .
                                Then on the next day when I was on the way to service center in neutral after 7 kms my kick starts working before reaching service center . They told me that we will check your bike (After a long discussion with manager and the supervisor) take it in the evening .Now yesterday same problem occurred please let me know what can I do. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                                Service center is Doon valley motors Dehradun.

                                  We had given the Honda Activa for the Servicing at the service center KASLIWAL HONDA ,M.G ROAD,INDORE.
                                  The service center given such a worst service,This was the Third time we received back the Activa without " WASH" as all time Excuse water is not sufficient,send the vehicle after five days(we are free for given the vehicle for the servicing only,no other works we are having like dealers employees) They repair the DENT and create the body scratch and at time of repair the BODY Scratch they answered not done by the Service center try some where out,Removing the some spots no response......

                                  Such type of service HONDA is providing to the customer even though it was a PAID SERVICE not the FREE one,and at time of charging they charged for every thing LABOUR,SERVICING and prepare a bill of RS.540/- without any satisfactory service.                                     i buy new hero honda hunk byke in october 28 2010 major problems i found that every morning kick start works when clutch plate is press after sometimes kick start not work properly and

                                    I bought one HUNK bike on 26th Nov and from the 2nd day onwards, started getting problem in 4th gear, when I visited the dealer (Singla Agency Pul Prahlad pur Badarpur), on first checkup they denied the problem and said that nothing is wrong, but when i protested they tested it again and found that there was some manufacturing defect in the gear box of the bike, later they repaired it for two days (not replaced despite my several requests). Then i visited ARC Agency in Okhla Inds Phase II and after the repair the bike again start giving same problem with noisy engine., Then again i visited Singla Agency the says engineer from Hero Honda came this evening and repair the same. This is the pathetic product line of the hero Honda.
                                    i buy a new hero honda hunk in october 28 2010 starting i got mileage of 48/lt and after 2 ser

                                      Hi,
                                      Mine is a Honda Shine 2008 model. After 16000Km, its chain and sprockets are damaged and it is unable to rectifiy since it is totally gone and need to be replaced. Even less priced bikes like splender, victor etc are having more lasting chain and sprocket set. Honda Shine's chain is so thin and not at all lasting in expert mechanics opinion. Shame on Honda, being a NO 1 company, manufacturing such useless, un-reliable spare for its wonderful bike models.

                                        This only goes to prove that a prestigious organisation like HONDA is a big cheat and fraud, who deceived the customer.



                                        You didn't keep your promise to pay the settlement amount of RS.5 lac as promised .



                                        It was your duty to comfirm with your branch manager about the details of the incident before hand.And for your record no service coupons were offered to me.Why would the branch manager tell you the truth as it was his mistake.



                                        Now when we have written a positive response you have backed out of the settlement .



                                        I would say a truly unfrofessional organisation who didn't keep its words.

                                        My friend. I have spoke to my manager and explained to him that we should not always believe the store manager but sometimes the customer is right. He agreed but to make himself protected he said for me to only pay on 2.5 lac only. I now have the say if you get this money or not as he has signed off but I need not send to the finance dept.

                                        You think customer is a fool. I'll make sure I escalate this matter to the consumer court so that a Prestigious organisation like Honda should not repeat such kind of behaviour and negligence towards anybody. We had not asked for charity but you yourself offered the compensation amount.What exactly do you want ,pls let us know ?
