Poor Service of The Dealer

Sir,
This is regarding about the poor services of your Jagdalpur Honda Dealer, I have booked a Honda Activa Scooter giving advance of 20K and the dealer said that the activa will be available with in 1.5 months, when we went to get the delivery the dealer is trying to sell a scrap product which we refused to take,

Pl. take some actions regardings this to the dealers.

This is regarding about the poor services of your Channel Patner ( Dealer) Karishma Scooters Rampur Road Moradabad, I have booked a Honda Activa Scooter Colour Jainy Gray In the Name Of Gaurav Sethi On dated 2/04/2009 Booking slip number (13439), But I have not Received the Scooter Till yet, Your dealer contact person ( Miss Jyoti ) Says that Company Have not stock honda scooter colour jainy gray since a long time, if company is unable to provide me the honda scooter colour jainy gray then I go for another company, I am sending you the scan copy booking slip,

sir i booked honda activa in name of lav kumar garg( ref.shrinath jeweller)on 24.04.2009 at gurukrupa automobile, thol road, kadi, dist.-mehsana, gujarat, phone no-[protected](this is sub dealer & original dealer is hightech honda, mehsana, gujarat)Colour Jainy Gray .this dealer promised for 25 days waiting.I am following him since 20.05.2009, & i am getting answer that it is not availabe.Sir i have doubt hat he has given to some other person & i am not getting .
I dont understand, why you are loosing your goodwil in market because of such dealers!!!.Let me know from your side what i have to do???????I want justice.I want full detail, when i had to get scooter, whom this dealer has given & details of punishment to be given to this dealer in case if he is found guilty.

I have also faced same problem, I have booked from Down town motors at Baroda (Gujarat) on 22/04/09.I booked the new model 110cc and colour I selected was purple .Continiously I am following up to know the status, and from day one they are saying that there is scarcity of purple colour vehicle, now all of a sudden yesterday i came to know from the dealer that the company has stopped the Mfg. of purple colur activa, and now forcing me to take the another colour vehicle, but I donot know what is the fact.I have not received any lettter from company directly that the company has stopped Mfg. the purple colour vehicle, I want proof from company .Same case happened with my colleague Mr. Sachin. I had a mind set with that colour and if all of a sudden u come to know that it is not available it hurts. Hence I have decided to cancel it & go for hero hona - pleasure.Really very bad experience.

i booked honda activa scotoor at kanaka durga agencies, vijayawada on 30/04/09 and paid 1000 rupess.

They sales manager said that that sccotor will diapatched with in 60 days. Two days ago i went show room and asked about the delivery date. He said that he will deliver the product on 29/6/09.

To day i decided to pay the remaining amount and went to show room and asked about the scooter.But he said that it will 10 more days to deliver the product.

i dont know why they are not able to full fill the promises made about the delivery. They said that honda motors not giving the delivery.

differnt employee giving different anwers about the deliver date. Show room manager ICQUBAL not responding propery. I Have not time to wait for more days i need it urgently i need to travel 35 km per day. i belive active is right vehicle.

When i asked about the product they recommending Suzaki Acsess.

so i request to kindly cooprate for fast delivey

i have given activa for my first free service at rahul motors and that fellow misplaced my orginal key and asked me to second orginal key when i gave him the second orginal key he made a duplicate key and return me as orginal key
he has also not given me the service book till now he says we are not giving it anybody

tomorrow if my activa can be stolen then whose responsbility it will be as there is duplicate key is manufactured by your service center

Sir I am residing in Nasik and when i thought of buying Activa and visited show rooms in Nasik it is said that there is shortage and two months waiting period for Activa. It is also said that there is a strike in Gurgaon plant and manufacture is short. I kindly request u to inform me if I book in October 09 when will i get my Activa. When will be the shortfall will be over.
hallo, This is vrs rao from chennai.my honda activa had been serviced with JSP honda THIRUMANGALAM CHENNAI on 22 nd of this DECEMBER 2010.The Major problem was / is the petrol is not coming from the fuel tank even there is the petrol in the tank.while on the running all off sudden bike will get stopped automatically.after opening the side sheild to to check the fuel condition is perfect and i cant understand why it is giving such a problem even after changing the new petrol tape also.which honda service dealer will resolve the problem

Even after shown the total full payment of IOB DD for Rs 51941/- to your show room staffs they have asked to book vehicle after paying Rs 1000/-(recipt No3289 dtd 19.05.2011) and asked to wait for 20 days for grey color. Mr.Vignesh([protected]) informed me that 20 days is a maximum time before that I will give the vehicle. Now on 31.05.2011 your staff informed that there is no gray colour vehicle, if you want we will give you black colour otherwise you cancel advance amount paid by giving a letter. They forced to take the vehicle. That is not good. When I am paying Rs 50000/- it is my decision to choose my colour. Even after waiting so many days I have not been getting to my colour is not good. Your other entire dealer is ready give the colour within a week time why don’t you. I am expecting an honorable decision form you. (Payment in DEMAND DRAFT THAT TOO IN FULL is not equal to pay Rs1000/ advance and waiting). After knowing facts from you only I will ask the bank people to change DD in the name of Prasanna Honda by giving their quotation. For your information I am sending the Xerox copy of IOB DD & your receipt.

      Dear sir/ Madam

      I was purchased Hero Honda bike from KD Auto, Bhuj.

      During that time They are done a by mistake Engine was writen in bill and accordingly RTO C book as KC12EB9HJ00120:

      But original as per showing in Engine : KC12EB9GJ00120. There is a small deference in between

      KC12EB9 G J00120.

      The same issue i have discussed with Mr. Vijay who was that time sales officer, and the same RTO broker Mr. Dharmesh.

      But till date they are not respond. Writenly they are not commited any against Engine no change in RC book, And also it effecting bike Insurence also.

      By mail also i have gien writen complaint to Mr. Vijay personal ID. They are not given any company mail id.

      Requsting to you pls rectify the same as early as possible.

      Becasue with three days my bike insurence is completing.

        Hello,

        I bought Honda CB Twister in May 2010, the problem occured after the first service, the Fuel guage (petrol meter) and Horn stopped working.. My repeated complaints to the showroom did not yeild any results, everytime i called i was told that the spare parts are not available, they are not getting the supply from Haryana, it may take more than 2 month.. My question to the company is Does an automobile is produced and no spare parts are made available to the showroom later, if yes.. then i made a big mistake by buying Honda product. If no, then appropriate action needs to be taken on the showroom. In fact i was also told by showroom manager that its a known issue and about 400 bikes (including Activa) has also got similar problem. Please look in to the matter.

        i agree with all statements because from last 3 months i am finding the spare parts of honda cb twister like (wiser, meter and garnish)but still not got it from now me or any of my family members or either any friends will not purchase the honda bike.
        I purchased CB Twister in April 2010 and its Speedometer & Odometer are not working, the mecahanic says the cable is faulty & needs to be replaced but the part is not available and will come in 15 days. Now its 45 days & still the part is not available. I really have to think next time before buying a HONDA product.

        hai friend, make a complaint about that particular dealer on Honda2wheelers website (in the contact page). Immediate response will be given by the company to you.Bcoz i got some problem on my dazzler. In this same way I got the new spare part directly from the company.

          My name is ashok kumbhakarn. i am purchase the HONDA CB TWISTER which was bought from ATUL HONDA IN AURANGABAD on 24th MAY 2010 The bike was good, Then in first month i got a one problem in my bike that is in shockup problem... i am goes to the in service center where i purchase the my bike' but at that time atul hondas staff will not solve my problem. her says to me this problem is solve in company engineer then after 2 month this problem was solve in atul honda ,, at atime another problem is faced that is block pistan problem,,, this problem is solve,,, another next problem is faced for me that is the self start ,,, my bike is not start self... i am goes to solve this problem in atul honda cars in aurangabad .. there her engineer says to me charge the battery ... i am charge the my battery but my problem is not solve... today that is in 11 octomber i can send the mybike to solve this problem...

          this my honda bike is very defected . in 5 month we have face many problem. i am very boared for this bike... this bike is very defected.. then at a time iam thinkig to
          change the mybike.
          i am requested to you please change the my bike,, if your company is not able to my bike change then i am goes to in a consumer court to complent on your honda cb twister company..

          Dear sir,
          I am reminding you about my complaint of Honda Cb Twister. What are you doing? You can not solve my problem. Only 3 month’s before I bought this bike and the parts has been damaged bcoz of your bad service oil was not supplied in engine then it has been damaged. N last one and half month bike is in your Honda service center. You are able to sent the parts. And the service center is demanding the money on the behalf of parts but it is in guarantee why should I pay to them? Will you plz do something for me. Your service is so bad n so late. Other bike company is giving very good service as compare to you. Why you told me you will get a good result you are liar, n now just tell will you help me or not?
          Ok no problem I will wait 2 days more otherwise I am coming in your Noida factory for talk to you n for the parts of engine.

          I hope you will not make promise to anyone like you have did with me. I’ll wait your bad n late service for two days.

            5 months back I purchased CBZ Extrene from Shubhyan Motors Pvt Ltd in Hadapsar. However after 3 months there was some problem with the engine. 3 times I left my Bike in the showroom for maintenance but problem remains the same. The Forth time when I left my bike with Shubhyan Motors, they didn't even informed me that how long it will take & continuously for 4 days I had to go to that showroom to to check if the engine was repaired or not. After 5 days I got the bike however when I drove it for 8-10 Kms again there was the same problem. This is the worst service that I have ever seen in my life. By this they are spoiling the Brand name of Hero Honda.
            Each time when I left my bike for repair, there was something New Damaged in my bike. Due to this my bike looks like 10 years old & I have spent my hard earned money on this bike which seems to be a waste or my mistake.
            Just because of this I would always advice my friends & near ones not to go for any Hero Honda Bikes as their Authorized Dealers are providing the worst service.

            hello sir, am srikanth, my bike no is 6804 ap 10s, from the past 2years i have been going this to servicecentre for yours address : SAI RAM MOTORS authorised spares & services# 12-13-/1282/G1&G6, mehtab Arcade, opp.Ganesh temple, tarnaka ' X' roads, tarnaka, secunderbad-17. the staff over there is totally rexless, when i used to tell about my problem, and made them to write in their job cards, they used to write, when after the completion of the servicing, i was surprised to know, that the job was not done, when i enquiried about, they used to tell me in a very soft manner that today there was so much work, and too many major problem vehicles are their to attend sir, that we couldn't attend your vehicle, sir, next time when i went for servicing, too give me an eye wash they used to attend one or other problem, of my vehicle, and agian they used to say we' ll attend the major problem's next time sir, when u come for servicing, i used to ask for my spareparts which they replaced, they used to say ho sorry sir, it mistakely take away by service person dummped in scrap, ill make sure ill collect it for you sir, every now and then, they got something or other to say, even, the mechanic, the incharge, and the main head manager of this particular dealer of your, sir, i used to give my vehicle to this servicecentre because my house is nearby, and farest is nearly 5km from my residence sir, kindly do take some necessary action aganist this SAI RAM MOTORS, serveice centre, particularaly from mechanic's to the head manger of this branch thanking you

              Respected Sir,

              There is no Dealer available in Dibrugarh District, Assam. So that we facing the problem. In SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA the customer service is VERY VERY POOR condition. There are not sufficient space for servicing, no customer waiting room. After sale service is extremely poor. No mechanic is in proper dress. By which we have problem that which one is the mechanic. After all how you (Hero Honda) can award them. Please visit the dealer and find the customer problem in SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA.. Its far better the PASUPATI TREADERS, DIBRUGARH and JUNALI ENTERPRISES, DULIAJAN as a dealer or customer service then SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA.

Ray singh kandiyal.i have booked a honda aviator(black color) on 2 month booking from a honda dealer in rishikesh(only 1 dealer in rishikesh).last date of delivery was on 30.09.10.but still i have not received the scooter.After calling to dealer it is said by him that he do not have black color.for that i will have to wait for a uncertain time.then he offered me grey color.can you pls help me to short out this matter ,what is reason for delay after booking a long period.whether dealer is not able to place properly order to honda or honda is not able to give delivery on time to dealer.at the end only customer has been suffering.

                Mr. Amit kandiyal, Your are lucky because you are out of problems giving by Aviator Honda, They dont provide proper service, with in 3 months aviator gives lot problems.I bought aviator last year, its just 11 months old, handle cover fall down, indicators not working, it gives onli 24 to 26 KM per Litre.Tyres has problem, my aviator got pumchered for which i changed new tube.so there are list problems in AVIATOR from Honda.Please dont buy
                Aviator honda is waste buying, buy other but dont buy problems...

                  that spairs parts were in wanted. From the last three months above.I was suffering very............ badly.So i want to complint to consumer court.Without spairs parats what the company was duing and services towards the customars is very bad.

                  Very poor service. No spare parts available. My Bike (CB Twister) has been given for servicing in Shivam Honda, but after one month they have the same reply that wait some days , bore piston is not available .

                    Bellow mention are problem in the bike from the time i had purchased & many visits to the so called authorized dealer v j honda work shop, i was harassed by keeping the vehicle for days & .
                    I want to know what work has been done for the mention bellow problem till date, the bike is free of any defect, if so please put me in writing, 3rd free service has been done or not & this is the policy of honda to replace the defect part by scrab one, many times the bike has been at the v j honda work shop for problems mention bellow & what scrab spare has been fitted to the bike.
                    Mr Prashant Shinde don't forcefully make me bring the bike to the work shop at your convenient time for deliberately you had replace the existing parts by scrab one of the bike & harest me many times, as i had experienced bad work quality of the dealer v j honda & don't ever hang the phone on me like that. I has experience the policy of honda & its dealership, from a mechanic to service engineer & you mr prashant shinde also, the last telephonic conversation 2,3 days ago by you, i was in embarrassment how can a honda personal like you cannot let me speak & justify all the deliberate mistake caused by honda dealer, despite every time you cannot solve the problem i had trust some senior personal will solve, but from mechanic to service engineer, the defect cannot be clear, at the last visit to the workshop i was told the clutch was check & the clutch plate & pressure plate guage was also check, but the clutch was not check or open, the person who worked on the bike conform that it was not opened, every time you guys has lied i don't have any trust in honda. I had suffered a lot, I don't want the defect product & cannot bear.

                    The problem i am facing with my bike mh05at1716 are mention bellow:
                    1) Front Disc Brake Failure, work done by replacing the existing with scrab one.
                    2) Both Front Suspension Leakage, done
                    3) Clutch Jerks, Not Done
                    4) Cannot Neutral In Stop Position, Not Done
                    5) 5th Gear Slips, Not Done
                    6) Engine Stops While Driving When It Is Raining, Not Done
                    7) Headlight Deeper Does Not Work Properly, Not Done

                    On 19/07/2010 Sunday near about 3:30 pm i received a call from arti madiwal (vj honda badlapur) to bring the bike mh05at1716 to sought the problem i am facing for past four months in my bike & i have weekly off only on Sundays, as it was not possible for me on the same day the appointment was fixed on 25/07/2010 & the lady had promised to deliver the bike same day evening, as the problem has not been sought for so long i suggested her to go throw the earlier job cards & make sure the necessary spares are available, she has committed.

                    On 25/07/2010 Sunday as it was fixed i was there with my bike mh05at1716 the lady arti madiwal introduce me to mr veviek mishra (service advisor), i explain mr veviek & shailesh (technician) the problems i am facing with my bike which mr veviek & shailesh knows very well as the work has been done by them for past 4 months, i was asked wait, till 4 pm nothing has done the bike was kept aside & not a single work can be done & i had to take my bike return, i had waste whole day with prior appointment which was meant for my kids. As the bike is major defect the work cannot be done. I request you to take the defect piece of metal junk & please give my money back as i have enjoy the quality of humiliation, enjoy the quality of mentally torture, enjoy the quality bad service

                    Dear Ramranjan Kumar for how many rounds of humiliation, mentally torture, waste of time i have to bear with you guys, please return my money i cannot take it any more.

                    Honda Motorcycles and Scooters — Problem in the engine of the motorcycle

                    I had purchased a HONDA STUNNER cbf 125c.c. motorcycle in july 2009.And I had maintained its services on time according to the company's requrements given in the handbook.

                    After 3 months of its purchasing I noticed a leakage in the packing of the engine.
                    And on the time of its 2nd service i.e.probabbly in OCTOBER 2009 at HONDA authorised dealer Ms. Autoworld Kurukshetra,
                    I put this problem to their notice but the problem could not be retified.

                    On next service have told them again about the problem and they reapeted the previous behaviour.

                    On next sevices I had again told them about that problem but they are not responding clearly.
                    The bike is in the period of compony warranty.
                    yes he is right they do the same because i have stunner in which more problem are occuring after three free services & they people ask for amount to do anything in bike...

                    Honda Motorcycles and Scooters — Defective service

                    Dear Sirs,
                    I had submitted a complaint on non replacement of parts AS PER TERMS OF EXTENDED WARRANTY.The dealer has replaced the switch assembly at my cost on 10.11.2010, but the problem still persists.

                    I have something more to add. When I reported First the symptoms they changed bulb, lens, ball assembly steel etc.of the left winker light. When reported the persistence of the problem ,they replaced 2 fuses. When reported that the problem is continuing they replaced the switch assembly - ALL AT MY COST. Now the problem has surfaced in new avathar i,e,m THE HEAD LIGHT AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES ON WITHOUT A TOUCH ON THE SWITCH. WE CANNOT SWITCH OFF THE HEAD LIGHT WITH THE SWITCH BUT IT WENT OFF WHEN IT DECIDES. THE HORN IS WORKING ONLY NOW AND THEN , IF WILL BE DEFUNCT WHEN REQUIRED..There is "click' sound when the dimmer switch is pressed while the vehicle in switched on position. I am visiting the dealer tomorrow (Monday, 15.11.2010) for rectifying the problems.I think some thing is wrong with the relay switches. Please instruct the dealer, M/s Purackal Honda, to rectify the defects as per the terms of extended warranty and also to refund the amount collected from me due to their wrong diagnosis earlier.

                    Please note that I had to visit them thrice for drumming sound from the sprocket area. The route cause I thank is that people without any skill or expertise or proficiency in English language fill job cards by translating the defects/malfunctioning stated to them in vernacular. The mechanics who attends the job- they are matriculates or under without enough knowledge in English give back the vehicle after putting some grease or oil in the chain charging heavily.(Chain greasing Rs.60 Consumables Rs,25 General Maintenance Rs.280 etc....)

                    The dealership is doing brisk business despite the fact that those who visits the workshop for 20-30 minutes to get attention of the people filling job cards.

                    I think a deep look into the affairs in the dealership is urgently required to satisfy and retain both existing and future customers.Quality of the vehicles alone will not retain customers if the after sale service is sub standard.

                        Im writing this mail to you regarding the new honda city that i bought on 30th march from ring road honda peeragarhi.i am so disappointed with it that im never gonna recommend honda to anyone in future.the first problem started even before delievery of the car.i booked a white colour car by paying Rs10000 everything was fine.when i went to get the delievery the salesperson mr siddhath said to me that the last white honda was sold yesterday so we dont have that colour anymore and if you want we can get the silver colour for you today otherwisw from tommorow the prices are increasing and you have to pay the increased amount.the thing that i dont understand is that why do they take booking amount if they cant hold the car for the customer and is it not there duty to call up and inform the customer before selling the car which is booked for them.nevermind we settled for the silvercar thinkin that we had bought 2 cars fom them already so lets maintain the relationship.anywayz then after agreeing for the silver colour we were told that the car is in gurgaon so it will take some time and we will deliever the car at your place.around 8oclock the same guy siddharth came at at place with the car and after askin him that its night time we cnt check fr scratches and things is the car ok, he said yes its fine ive checked it for u dnt worry.morning i took the car for pooja and driving the car only for 10 mins. i found out that the car is pulling on the left hand side.i called him regarding the same and he said that take the car back to the showroom and we will have a look.as im working with virgin atlantic airways 20 days a month im out from my home so i cudnt take the car he next day but i informed him the same and he said that when you come back then we will check it.

                        3 days before that is on 13feb i was going with my family from rajouri garden to vikas puri on the way just after 15 mins. i was at the red light and suddenly the smoke started coming from the engine as if its on fire.my 4yrs daughter got so scared that she started shouting and she is not sitting in any car.the car stopped in the middle and i had to push it aside.i then called up the showroom and they sent the tow truck and took the car back to the showroom.i had to wait more than an hour on the road with my wife and daughter and i hope you know the incidents happening nowdays on the road and we have to undergo and emotional phase because of that.on top of that when i went in the morning at the showroom the guy showed me the job card sheet in which there were 5 scratches which were not there when i gave the car and to prove that i had the vehicle condition sheet with me which the guy gave me at night after inspecting the car when he was about to put it on the tow truck.seing this the guy at the showroom simply teared his sheet sayin g dnt worry ill make a new one.yhis means that they had banged the car and after seeing my recipt he got scared and teared his but i took it from him and i still have both the recipts to show the concerned people.i also showed it to the general manager of the showroom whose name is mr ravi bhardwaj.he said that he will look into the matter and after diagnosing the problem he will decide what to do.

                        Today 15 feb i went there again and they said that there is leakage in the radiator and we will check and repair or replace the radiator and when i asked them about the scratches they said we will replace the bumper as well.i just want to ask one thing why am i suffering because of there fault.now it looks like the car already had a defect that is why they were keen on giving me the same car.i need a replacement of my car and will not settle for anything less as i was cheeated and have gone through emotional and financial stress.i just wanted to inform you and check if anything can be done before i go to the media and consumer affairs.would really appreciate if you can help me in the same.

                        i had purchas ed honda city ivtec on 24 sep fron ahmdabad from land mark dealer and run 2249 km in 3 month .durng 2nd free service service dealer at indore has insisted for change of eng oil stating that iol change during 2nd service is mandatory other you will forego warranty and they had changed eng oil but on seeing maintenance chart itis clearly MENTIONED THAT ENG OIL BE CHANGED AFTER 5000KM OR 6 MONTH .THE SAME WAS TOLD TO SERVICE STATION BY ME BUT THEY TOLD THESE AE THE INSTRUCTIONS OF HONDA CO.PLCLARIFY WHY SUCH VARIATIONS. I BELIEVE THAT SERVICE DEALER HAS CHEATED ME.

                        I would like to inform you that I have purchased a car on dated 16.10.12. I have given my car for some maintenance work on dated 16.11.12. Now, as per telephonic report all work has been completed except one fog light and due to it delivery is pending. I am talking daily and getting assurance of waiting.

                        I have taken delivery of the said car from M/s Stallion Autosales Pvt.ltd. –Lucknow on 16/10/12 and the first service has been done on 11/11/12. Again I have given for some denting painting work on dated 16.11.12.

                        In view of the above problem, I request you to arrange the fog light at urgent basis.

                          Honda Activa.

                          I am Sahil Naikwadi living in Kolhapur. I inquire about the Honda Activa in kolhapur city but both the authorised dealers convey me the massage that Honda company quit the production process of the Honda Activa scooter therefore we were unable to sell the same.

                          As i already booked the scooter with Rs. 1000.00 at one of the dealer at that time he told me that it will deliver in 3 months now he gave me above massage.

                          I just want to confirm that is it true or not because there is black market for the activa in all over india. Dealer demands more money if the delivery wants in before 3 months.

Verma booked honda activa on december 29 jan 2010 grey coloured but on 13 april 2010 Black colored activa was alloted to me.On the very first hour I complained "Handle not straight .On first service I complained On of Service Official that One of my scooters panel is changed On this no satisfactory reply they delivered.On second service I showed the staff a lot of dust and sand setteled down in diggi.After 2 services my activa drives very hard.I dont know why.And last complain is that there is a sound of metal when I cross even a small breaker.
                                I got fedup with the service and if situation not sorted I left activa to service centre.and In future I never believe in Honda.

[protected] in morning to the dealer but I am sorry to say that the dealer has handed over the scooter with BROKEN in parts the PINION part of the Scooter to my son in the evening which is highly disappointing.The DEALER asked my son to sign the JOB card Without writing anything about. the Broken PINION against the dealer please instruct the dealer to REPLACE the ORIGINAL PINION which was installed earlier in my SCOOTER at the EARLIEST HOPING for BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES form your side otherwise i will be FORCED to go to the CONSUMER COURT/POLICE authorities against the CHEATING/THEFT done by the Dealer.

                                  I purchased a HONDA Activa (Model SCV 110 – Frame No. ME 4JC 445 F 9812 2037 – Engine No. JC 44 E 012 1685 – Color W Purple) Scooter in 27.06.09 and the vehicle was registered on 16.07.09. After a rainy day on 15 / 16.11.09, I was stuck on road, when Ignition Key refused to come out of Ignition Switch. With great difficulty, I freed the key and returned home. On 17.11.09, the same thing happened and M/s Lakshmi Honda (Your Dealer at Madurai) took the vehicle to their shop and changed the Ignition Switch on warranty.
                                  Now we are having rains at Madurai, and every day it is a frustrating and time consuming thing to switch off the Engine, as the key is stuck in place and am unable to turn it off. I think, in the name of cost cutting, you had used a poor quality Ignition Switch where Tumblers are pressed out of MS Sheet. When it rains, due to design of Ignition Switch position, water pours into Ignition Switch and the Tumblers and Switch Body are rusted easily. I have to flood the Switch with 3 T Lubricating Oil and struggle to take out the Key from Switch. During this time, Engine is running; wasting precious Petrol. If this is the Quality of accessories used in your Scooter within a year, I shudder to think, what will be the position after, say, three years.
                                  Kindly advise your Dealer to take necessary steps and solve the problem once for all under warranty

                                  sir, I have a honda activa scooter , some time the key is not entering into the ignition switch and the key is stuck . i lubricate the switch key and not ok for this time. please give me an advice to clear this problem

                                    I m Omkarnadh driving Honda Unicorn Since 2007, till end of 2009 spare parts are available. 4 months back i crossed 40000km so i had to change my Rear Wheel Drum, i usually give bike in showroom, but they are saying stock is not available,

                                    I m Omkar, I have been using unicorn since 3+ years, I am really happy with the performance aspect, and roamed almost 50,000kms, from 40 thousands I got to replace few parts as it is quite normal, since last 4months I have been trying to replace my Rear wheel drum in Hyderabad, Vijayawada,

                                    Can anyone help me in getting new Rear Wheel Drum, I had to change my break shoes for every 1month as the drum is totally wearied out.

                                    I am Having the same problem in chennai. I have been waiting for Honda unicorn back wheel hub for past 3 months. when ever I call to show rooms they say no stock.

                                    i have a complaint regarding the availability of honda unicorn in sri koduri honda at rajahmundry in andhra pradesh they are saying that there is a scarcity o[censored]nicorn bikes they have assisted me to book the vehicle and i have paid an amount of rs4000 and my receipt number is63/83 they are saying to wait for another 4months for delievery of bike iam fond o[censored]sing honda bikess so please assit them to provide me bike as soon as possible

                                      I bought a new Honda Unicorn bike in the month of April 2010,
                                      After getting a bike , bike is very cool but i have facing some problem due to your services.

                                      Whenever i park my bike at your SACHI Honda Showroom near college road , after servicing i just facing prob. regarding self start for my bike.
                                      So, do the needful & try to mention your all service activity in all servicing.

                                        dear sir,
                                        i have booked activa honda new model from your dealer chakradhar motors,surat.
                                        i gave 1000 bkg.amount on 22 april to chakradhar`s sub dealer at kim.but till date i have not rec.my activa delevary,
                                        on inquiry to chakradhar they are not giving proper reply.last week they told me to give full payment and told me that you will get within 15 days.i gave a chaque dated20th sept.but they didn`t encash the same.today they told me that now there is strike going in company so we cant del.you .so now wait for strike to called off.
                                        so please let me know the waiting list of my bboking,and when shall i get activa.?
                                        i feel some mischief has been played some where.because i know the people who booked in june and got the scooter.
                                        so let me know the truth,and guide me if i can take help of caurt of law.
