SIR AS PER THE DETAILS OF THE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED I HAVE PURCHASED AN HERO HONDA PLEASURE FROM M/S GOKUL ASSOCIATES JAMNAGAR. ON THE NAME OF MUNKES JAMNADAS BARAI ON THE DATE 08/10/2010. AS WHEN I PURCHASE DTHE BIKE THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE BIKE FOR WHICH I COMPLAINED THE BROKER IN THE MITHAPUR CITY FOR THE SAME BUT THERE WAS NO RESULT AFTER TWO SERVICE OF THE BIKE SO NOW I HAVE GIVEN THE BIKE TO THE M/S GOKUL ASSOCIATES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM SO I WANT OT GIVE AN CONPLAINT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I got my Honda city zxi vehicle no. DL 3BCE 0110 serviced at Prime Honda, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 8th Jan 2011. In servicing the Honda representative Mr. Amit requested me that we do dry cleaning , alignment and balancing of the vehicle as well, initially I did not agree as I have had a experience before as well they do not do work properly but Mr. Amit said this time it would not happen, so I agreed for it. They told me that your car would be ready by evening but I told them cars are never ready by time so better do work properly I could take the car tomorrow, Mr. Amit said ok you can take the car tomorrow at 10.30 AM but when I reached there the car was not ready at that time, it was given to me around 11.25 AM and that too not fully ready as the seat of the car were still wet due to dry cleaning, they had put a polythene on driver seat so that I did not notice the wetness their but later on I noticed all the things as I was in a hurry for a meeting so I paid the bill of 9527/- Invoice no. 1027680 as they had already wasted my time. Since that day I am feeling what a mistake I have made by getting my car serviced by such cheaters as my car is smelling bad due to wetness , the quality of drycleaning is worst if you look at the roof , bars and doors nothing has been cleaned, do not even know if any alignment has been done at all and to top it all my ignition lock which was working properly before servicing is not at all as it started having problem right after the service.
      If somebody could suggest me what can I do with these Honda people because this is not the first time they have cheated me, I will be highly oblidged.

      Dear Mr./Ms.

      I had purchase a Honda Amaze car from Prime Honda Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I had paid for extended warranty and road side assistance. But after six months also they have not update these two things into the system. I am requesting them several time, but they are not up dating the status. My contact person name is Mr. Mukaram Khan. If somebody could suggest me what can I do with these Honda people because they have cheated me.

        With reference to the above subject i would like to informing you that this is K.VASUDEVARAO from visakhapatnam i purchased HONDA SHINE (DRUM )On[protected] FSC NO: 449261 from JUIPITER HONDA SCOOTERS SHOW ROOM, Dabagardens Visakhapatnam. Andhrapradesh, india
        after 05 months I.e., on[protected] my byke got back side jockers problem. when iam doubted for this problem. One fineday afternoon at 1200 hrs. i brought my byke to honda service centre. then there consult supervisor said your bike is having back wheel right side jocker have replace, i[censored] leave ur bike hear, we will replce the part and we will rectified the problem, but it will take 2days. (OR) i[censored] give ur byke tommorow morning hrs we will ur bike within before evening of the same day.
        then i agreed and feel happy then waiting for the call from service centre. time is became evening 6 'o clock but nobody called me by phone. then i called to service cenre but nobody wont lift the phone. i went to service centre there that supervisor said this issue is belongs to under warrenty. so we have to take permission form company through mail. we sent mail we have to wait for their agree.

        then i leave my byke in service centre . next day i called to service centre for status of my byke, there is no result, then again next day evening i went to service centre at the afternoon we got theire agree. but we dont have that shine bike jockers stock.

        then i said i am taking my byke now. when that spare part came to u just call me, i will bring my bike. they said u give the required spare part detail in our spare parts division then they will call u. then i went to spares devision and i gave my details. that spares part division supervisor said we will call u!


        iam waiting for there call, after one month 13days i called they said u bring ur bike we have stock. then i went immediatly, to service centre. there spare parts divison supervisor came and checked my byke colour, that is grey colour then he told me, we have grey colour byke jockers, no problem we have stock. u handover to hear we will replace the part . i said ok.
        then i went for handovering my bike there is customer relations manager he said ur bike will rectified but u have to wait for two days, igot very angree about this irresponsible employees i told my full story of my byke problem but after liten my problem then also he saying neglectly, he is trying to escape from my problem. but so much orgument then agreed to give my byke after 5 hrs.
        in the same day evening around 5:30 pm hrs i got call from honda service centre. we have the stock of black colour jocker we will replacing that u pay the jockers cost. I sudenly suprised for his talking.
        then i directly went to the who is the customer rellations manager he replyed for this issue this is my supervisor fault, he is mistakenly said to u.

        he said we will confirmly arrange the required jocker for ur bike with in next servicing o[censored]r byke.

        but iam feel very bad of your service. afetr 15 days i bring my byke for servicing, now also same reason no stock. the customer relation manager transferd to another branch. so far my your persons didnt call for my replace the jocker in the same. From october -2010 on words i riding with single alone only my bike is not supporting two persons.due to backwheel jockers problem.

        Now i got another problem that is, my byke self starter is not working, that part also no stock in your service centers,


        Please kindly answer /advise me for my below questions

        * when my problem will rectified?

        * why your not providing spare parts to service centeres?

        * why are you makng bikes with these type of failure parts ?

        * why are u recruiting like this empoyees in your service centeres?

        AND FINALLY, I would like to know from the HONDA 2 wheeler company is very proud of giving quality to consumers. please keep your faith, and goodwill in consumers.

          I kindly inform you that about your poor service from Shah alam branch, APEX honda, Ahmedabad, India.

          Really very very poor.

          I have activa which number is GJ1LA1623.

          The key has been removed while ignition ON. It will not happen you know..

          but they didn't reply me with good nature and good conduct so i am very frustrated regarding your service.

          I have talked your Dealer bur they told us that we have already send it in the company that approval for lockset.

          and what is your responsibily?? do you know??

          I am very happy with Apex honda.

          We have also called HMSI from hariyana and pune but they replied me that "We are not (lock set is wear & tear item)provide this part in the warranty". so engine parts is wear & tear item but this parts is warranty covered. so pleas your technical section reprentative talk to me.so i was working HMSI.??

          I was working in th HMSI in the past, and now i am currently working in the Hyundai so Do you want to teach me a warranty??

          i have read the owners manual but i didn't find the lockset which is not covered in the warranty.

          Do you don't give authorities to your dealer?? thats a surprising.. really surprising..

            there is no starter relay is available in ernakulam district . I am searching for the parts for 1 month.
            every service center officials says that there is no stock. why the honda not providing the parts ? what should i do to get the parts. is there any online purchase option.

            I am from Bangalore. I am facing the same problem. My byk is just 45 days old but the starter relay has gone and service center officials says that there is no stock and no warranty on electrical items. Let me know i[censored] find any solution.

            i am also facing same prob after that i was replace relay from tha local garage & it's was nice working than S Center other thing when u giving u r bike for service center mechanic not fullfill the oil in bike & if necessary replace any electric part they bought by out sided means the local garage this happened is real in mumbai's borivali service center.i see d honda sc worker buy a part from outside

              The company is suggesting me to purchase a part of Speed meter with whole assemble instead of That child part and i am getting complemetry plastic part of the speed meter separately and i talked with all India service and spares Managing person MR. V.K. Upadhyah and with Mr Arun Shirohi and they are not taking care of customer complain and they are not able to solve the problem.and they are behaving rudely...

                Hello, I got Honda Shine in the month of August. I used it only for a month. The chocobajar had a manufacturing fault because of it it broke. The result was I was threwed out of the bike and I had fracture in my leg in 3 places. By God's grace it didnt happen in the road, instead after reaching home from office while parking the vehicle it happened. Otherwise the loss would be even my life. My Frame # ME4JC36 and Engine# JC36E I purchased the bile on 23.8.10. Can you please help me out to get proper reimbursement from the company??

                I have bought a Honda Shine bike with disc wheel on 23rd August 2010 from the dealer Lodha, Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai Tamil Nadu.
                I would have hardly used it only for a month. On 27th October after retruning from offfice, I wanted to park my vehicle inside my house, but within compound. Before I could stop my vehicle, there was a huge sound after which I found I was thrown out of my bike and my leg got into the wheel. I was admitted in the hospital immediately and found that my leg had fracture in 3 places. By God's grace it didnt happen in the road, Otherwise the loss would be even my life. My Frame # ME4JC36 and Engine# JC36E I purchased the bile on 23.8.10. After returning from hospital after a surgery, we found that the shock absorber rod has broken because of which the spring action threwed me out of bike. A newly bought that too not even full 2 months, had a manufacturing fault, we really dont understand how this can pass through quality??

Right from first day bike had a problem of BUBBLING & it used to VIBRATATE while driving. The bike since than has under gone Second free servicing, I had complained to the concerned staff of problem in the bike but nothing has been done till date and that problem still exists. Earlier they used to say that problem is due to defective Back Tyre & Tyre Dealer has deny & said that problem is due to faulty Alloy Wheel. I'm writing regularly to them but it seems nobody bother to their customer. I have takled with compay Help Line no action.

                    I have purchased Hero Honda Pleasure in Feb'2010 and total KMS covered is only 5000 kms till date. The third service was done in[protected] and now it is noticed that the front upper cover got detatched and is causing severe shaking while driving, I am surprised to note that the issue has happened not because of any accident or rash driving. When contacted the dealer MS&S, the response of the concerned staff was very bad and could not give a satisfactory reply and it is told that the same has to be replaced which will cost Rs.750/-. I seriously doubt the quality of the vehicle and the ability of the service dealer MS&S in solving the issues. The matter has been brought to the notice of the senior official of MS&S, Mr.Sreekar Kamath and filed a complaint in this regard. It is told that the Engineers of Hero Honda will examine the issue during their next visit.

                      The mail specifies a job opportunity at Honda and also requests for an interview deposit.

                      I have also read about the spam mail by another user who registered a similar complaint.

                        Dear Sir,
                        This if for your kind information that I have taken a two wheeler (Honda Aviator, Grey) from EVM Honda, NeeramankaraTrivandrum showroom on 30/12/2010. I had booked my vehicle on 22/11/2010 and got response from their side that I will be informed about the delivery of vehicle when the load arrives. I didn’t get any call from them for one month. So I made an enquiry back in the showroom on 27/12/2010 (Monday) and got the reply that I will get the vehicle immediately after I pay the full amount. So I rushed to showroom the same day (Monday) and made the full payment against the vehicle. I was informed that my vehicle will be send for registration the next day (Tuesday) and will be delivered that day evening itself. But they didn’t send the vehicle for registration as promised. It was shocking for me to hear that my vehicle has not been send for registration and that too was not informed to me. They send the vehicle for registration only on Wednesday.
                        After the registration of the vehicle, I was again informed about the delivery time the same day. But I didn’t get any call from them. I made a call back to them again on Thursday to know the status of my vehicle. They told again that I will be informed about the delivery time again. I waited again for their call. Till evening 6’o clock, I didn’t get any call from them. Then I decided to go directly to the showroom to know the status of vehicle. I got a very bad response from the customer service people. I had to fight with them that day to get my vehicle delivered on the same day (Thursday). They didn’t keep the promise to me. They didn’t care for the customers or even worried about the difficulties faced by people like me because of their mistake. I have taken the vehicle from this showroom just because of the reason that the showroom is very near to my home. I am terribly disappointed with the service provided. That is why I am writing this letter to you.
                        In contrary, my sister had booked the same vehicle and same color in Marikar Honda, Statue, Trivandrum the next day I booked my vehicle(23/11/2010). She was well informed about the status of her vehicle at appropriate intervals and got a very good customer support from their side. As promised by them, sister was delivered the vehicle(KL 01 AZ 9901) on time without any delay and she got it well within 12 days from the date of booking whereas I got my vehicle after one month of booking date without any response from EVM Honda.
                        Now actually I regret my decision of taking the vehicle from EVM Honda due to the bad response I got from their side. If you consider customer goodwill, I request you to take the necessary action against the dealership so as to ensure that you won’t receive such bad experience shared by me from other customers.

                          I KALASH CHANDRA AGRAWAL purchased a hero honda passion pro black n red ENGINE NO "HAIOEDAGG57897"CHASSIS NO "MBLHAIOAGG04343" KEY NO "2699" BATTERY NO "9EOOO97397".
                          From "CHOUDHARY MOTORS "CHOUDHARY COMPLEX AT/P.O.BAMRA-768221DIST SAMBALPUR (ORISSA).
                          During my 1st service of the vehicle when it has been taken to the service centre for it's service to "KADIA MOTORS" RAJGANGPUR PIN 770017 . As said by them that the parts used in the engine is the duplicate one . The owner said that u bring the the parts & we will operate . The parts which i have changed are part no (1) 30410kwa9318 & (2) 31120kwa9315 purchased on cash from "DUA MOTORS"GURUDWRA ROAD'ROURKELA'SUNDERGARH'769001'ORISSA .
                          So I m writing this letter to inform u that such a big company doig this kind of third class job. Really it's a shame on u . I have been harashed by all u'r three dealers . as if I had comitted some sin to them mis behaved me didn't respond to me . As per I know that during warenty period if there i a fault in the engine of the vehicle they use tto give the free treatment to that .
                          So this is my humble request to u to look into this matter .Hope u 'll look into this matter n respond immediately .

                            problems in the bike

                            1. Petrol tank color faded
                            2. bike gets hot after say 5 kilo meter 3. tale light shakes and makes sounds 4. head light gives some crazy sounds the movement you climb any speed barker
                            5. the bike is very uncomfortable with double seat you feel bike vibrates
                            6. there is no proper pickup

                            I am owning a HONDA SHINE from Bilaspur on12/10/10. After two months the battery got damaged on guarantee period.When i went to Korba agency he said that the battery will replaced by the the Bilaspur agency.Then i submitted the battery on 27/12/10 to Bilaspur but i not got the battery since that day. They are saying that 1 months of time is needed to replace the battery.I am living in a coal field area where big vehicles are running continuously and the area is also dusty. It is not possible for me to travel without horn and light. So, i want that the battery should provided as soon as possible from Korba because i am not able to visit Bilaspur many times.


                            So I request to take needful action for satisfaction & pl. changed the battery as soon as possible.

                            I am Madhusudan my vehicle name is shine and vehicle number is KA 04 HJ 1682 here i am inform u that in jaymahal service center yesterday i have service the vehicle but not wash the vehicle properly washed and did the vehicle damage and scartches(head light doom And right side indicator) key bange chain broken service center do not have space to parking in service area they do not do any adjustment in mirror and starting problem please cancelled the service center and close that service center

                              Sir,

                              I want to log a complain against Silicon Honda,,Bangalore I have booked Honda Activa 109 cc(Grey Colour) scooter 6monts back and paid Rs.1000 as booking amount. The salesman named as Syad booked it conveying 45-60 days of wait period to get the delivery.
                              1 I got the bike after 6monts with White color . I was surprised to see the white color because I booked Black/Gry colour without my notification thy registered my Honda active white color

                              when I had fight WITH salesman, salesman is telling that he will change the color by changing the cover parts by black color, but the bike is resister for white colour in the RTO office.(Illegal way he is telling to change )
                              2 They are asking 200 extra for bribe (Reson they are telling to give RTO office ).
                              Could you please guide me how to take this .

                                Dear sir,

                                Since I brought Hero Honda Passion Pro I found that my front tyre air leakages and every 2 days I need to fill the air in it. One day my tyre got puncher and it was informed by puncher repair person that tube air valve side puncher and it can’t be repaired then I had buy new tube. Again after 2 months later the same problem arises and again I brought new tyre tube of original company on both occasion but the result was so poor.
                                In this connection I want to register a complaint that it seems that my front tyre alloy wheel having not standard setting that’s why it got same problem after few months.
                                I had launch the same complaint to Hero Honda vide my query no. 13010477 but no response so far.

                                Kindly arrange to rectify the same at the earliest as it is not repaired on Hero Honda service station.

                                Spare parts specially Chain Sprocket for NXG is not available in Trivandrum for last Two months. We are compelled to go for other dealer/company where we get speed service and spares.

                                  I Abhishek Periwal owner of Hero Honda CBZ Reg no. RJ14-ST-9200. I am a regular customer of Akar motor since i purchased my bike, it has been arpound 5 yeras and till today i am not satisfied with the services done by them.

                                  The service done by them are not according to the standard set by Hero Honda, in washing they use local products instead o[censored]sing Ambay product as recommended by the co.
                                  If we have any technical problem they just tell use to get that product replaced instead of getting into the deeper details of correcting it.

                                  My bike Hero Honda CBZ Reg no. RJ14-ST-9200 was making some engine sound. I approached them for this they said its Engine is making sound and you need to get that whole engine fixed for that ( that includes CRANK, PISTON, SHAFT, TIMING CHAIN , ) all product related to it.
                                  Later i approached a local Service centre they just replaced the timing chaing of my bike and it was equally good/ perfectly fine.

                                  Either they themself dont have proper knowledge or they are misguiding there custome, if i would have gone according to them it would have cost me arond[protected]/- but i ended in spending to[protected]/- so that is a lagre difference.

                                  Please take strict actions against them . As they are enjoyinh there monopoly in the market , which shouldnt be.

                                  They are spoiling the brand name of the company also, if i wont get after sale service then its no point in buying hero honda. just of because of this reason i purchased Bajaj Pulsar 66000/- and Bajaj Avenger 83000/- .

                                  Its just affecting the co in the end.

                                  I Anurag budhouliya owner of Hero Honda GLAMOUR Reg no. MP-20 ML-5198. I am a regular customer of GURUKRIPA motor JABALPUR(MP) .


                                  My bike Hero Honda was making some engine sound. & the mechanic of SUDARSHAN MOTORS told me that the tensioner spring/pin which makes the tension on timing chain is faulty I approached them for this they said its Engine is making sound and you need to change the tensioner spring/pin but even during servising on 15/05/2011 they only tight it not replace it and today when i complend the same problem thet again tight it instead of replacing it so iwant to know the meaning of warranty given by you & if such part is not covered under warranty so why it not replced by taking money .

                                  Please take strict actions against them .

                                    My name is K I Narayanan Namboodiri from Taliparamba,kannur.I have bought a new honda shine bike on October 2010, vehicle no.KL59 C4515 from the honda dealer PEEYEM honda, Kannur,Kerala
                                    I faced these problems-
                                    Gear shifting is very tedious, difficult change gear from 2nd to 3rd,
                                    The visor of my bike making noise while driving.
                                    Heavy petrol smell is coming near from the petrol tank,mileage is also low... etc.
                                    I registered these complaints in first service,the complaints were still there when i got the bike back.
                                    They told the gear shaft and visor was complaint and they will replace it,also told that they will call me if they got the parts from company,but they didn't called me until the next service.
                                    After 3 months of buying I given my bike for the 2nd service on December 31.When i consulted for getting back my bike they told the complaint was not done,they are lacking of parts because company is not sending the parts on time.Also the response of service rs is poor.
                                    Sir it is going to be 4th month after buying,but still i didn't ride my bike satisfactorily.The dealer should take the responsibility for giving me a defected bike like that,and should replace my bike or parts.
                                    So i humbly request you to take necessary action about my problem.
