Hi,

I am Manoj Kumar , I have purchased Hero Honda HUNK from VINUTNA MOTORS, in first week of November 2010. Just after two weeks the speed-o-meter suddenly stopped working. I have asked them to solve this issue at the time of first servicing first week of December 2010 . I have received a weird answer from the Authorised service centre that to get it done at the time of second servicing or I have to get it done outside in any motor shop and pay for the product. This is very improper response expected from the Authorised service centre. Please look into this issue and help me to solve it asap. My contact number is [protected].

Dear Sir,
I'm new user of Hero Honda Hunk i brought it resently from focuz biweelers 10087 Kadavanthara, Cochin[protected] . Within two days the speedometer stoped working and i immidetely informed focuz and still now it is not replaced.
i'm working in Associated Trading Company ( Colgate Palmolive delear for kerala ) as a computer opperated i purchased Hero Honda bike because of the brand image they had maintained in the market for a long peroid . And these kind of things to customer will damage the company image .

Speedometer Not working
Hi,

I have purchased Hero Honda HUNK from Sun MOTORS, Faizabad road, Lucknow in 03red November 2010. Just after two months the speed-o-meter suddenly stopped working. I have asked them to solve this issue at the time of after service in 03rd Jan.11. i have to time revived the compl. but till date not solve the problem. Please look into this issue and help me to solve it asap.

hi,

i have purchased hero Honda hunk from hero Honda showroom sohna, In 03 November 2010. just after three month my bike parts got rusting like silencer, rear arm, guard dress, foot rest and poor welding quality.

Few days i faced gear shifting problem, running time 3-4 gear if suddenly stopped gear are not down, i complained in service center but no improvement.

Please look into these issue s and help me to solve these problems.

i am working as engineer in sankei India bawal, we is made paint/ plating products of bike like silencer, Rear Arm, GSL, PCB etc of hmsi, smipl, Yamaha,

    Dear sir

    I Ranjit singh buy a Honda Activa on dated 07/10/2010 engine no. 0940156, chasis no. 9KA8063499 from Bal Honda, Batala. I received two keys from the dealer but when i come back home and see both keys the keys was not same and when ask the dealer to change key and give me original key he refused to change it and ask me to make a duplicate key from outside. so i requested you to pls solve the problem so that i can get theoriginal keys from the dealer.

      I am Having a Honda Unicorn Bike .These days its a night mare to drive it problem started when my chain socket got damaged and have been visiting the Honda show rooms(Arya bhangy Honda Aluva, Muthhoot honda Cochin and Shymas honda Alappuzha regularly the always saving no stock is available .I cannot understand how a big company like honda can not provide enough spare parts to its service providers
      i have even register a complaint with the honda by ther website and they said they will send spare parts soon

      Parts Unavailibility:

      My Honda City (AT 2009 Model) met an accident on 24th November 2010 in which the front right tyre was hit and knuckle and bearing damaged. The car is at Honda Point, Lahore, since November 26, 2010. Due to non-availability of the above-mentioned knuckle it is going to take another indefinite period for repairs.

      It is unfortunate that the car manufacturing facility is in Lahore and part is not available.

        I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA STUNNER A MONTH AGO AND I FACED MANY PROBLEMS.AFTER 4-5 DAYS THERE IS NEW PROBLEM IN THE BIKE I M NOT SATISFIED WID THE BIKE AND THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM THAT WHEN I START THE BIKE USE RACE PADEL IT STOPS THE ENGINE AND BY PUTTING IT ON RESERVE IT GOES ABOUT 3KM. AND STOPS
        I SUGGEST U MY FRNDS DONOT BUY DIS BIKE

        Honda Stunner — colour problem

        I have complaint against my honda stunner Reg No. GJ 1 LB 7559 related there is colour difference in my petrol tank.so pls rectify this.

          I buy a activa dlx model from ahmedabad Innovative Honda. I wants to say its worst ever experince to buy a vehicale from this delar. At first when i book activa he give me date around 10 to 14th feb. I wants to gift this to my wife as per that i book and that time i ask then he tell me that there is a delay in delivery and give me a delivery on 3rd of march. even no one give a proper ans to me at that time they say me sir i[censored] wants so much urgent then please take Honda Dio. I say no then also inquiry for is there any way to take there i know that they are sale on more money take from coustemer and give before time. It means who pay more they got early.

          Thats worst ever experince to buy activa from this delar. And there service is also very very very very bad.

          These people don't have sense of humor. I have also booked the vehicle from the same dealer and now they are saying that, I have to pay the complete amount 10 days before the delivery stating that, registration details etc. will take this much time. They are keeping liquid cash from each customer for 5-10 days minimum before delivery.
          Image 60K/ customer * (70 customers per day) * = 42Lakh liquid cash for 10 days. This is all people's money and they are using it for their benefits. This is unacceptable.
          In my last post I wanted to add that, this is happening in Honda Showroom near Mekhri Circle in Bangalore

            I have purchased a Honda shine motor cycle in 2008. But was dissatisfied by its performance.
            Rear Brake problem, Chain sprocket Problem, when exceed 50 kmph engine gets more vibration and chainb cover silencer are completely corroded.Even though i am using the bike. My complaint is I can't get even a disk brake pad from the dealer who is in adyar by named KUN HONDA. They are selling lot of motorcycle. but after all they can,t able to keep only one no of brake pad.

              I purched New Honda Activa For the Year of 8/4/2009.Still iam facing problem that speedometer not working proper dealer not responce well at last three service i complaint at speedometer not working but not do any thing at dealer to day also i sevice at dealer (11.12.2010) same problem at my scooter & change my speedometer cable but no any change also they told that problem in speedometer so need to change iam agree but they told that speedometer not covered in warranty .so you please do anything for customer .I have also another Honda Activa that scooter perfomance is very good.

                i purchased a honda dio from b u bhandari,pune, but in just 15 months my vehicle refuses to start. i serviced it on october1st 2010,from the esat street,b u bhandari,service centre.the person there by the name pramod was very rude.ut after that my vehicle is in a pathetic state.it just doesnt start.i complained to mr ajit at the service centre,then i made a call at the customer care and spoke to mr prassana, and last i made a call to haryana also and gave my complaint at their main head office but to no avail, my honda dio is just lying at my garage and is not operational, i dont know what to do in just 15 months they made me change the battery also,i paid for the new battery also.i just dont want anyone else to face these kinds of problems so am writing that maybe someone might read and be warned before being in a problem like mine.my vehicle no is fm 6399

                  Dear sir I bought Brand new Honda Dio on 19/10/2010 & My vehicle Engine No is: JF11E4066402, Chassis No: ME4JF118KA8066502. Honda Two Wheeler dealer at Hubli Shantesha Honda Authorised dealers. But Now i want it to be replace the vehicle. But they are telling they work on engine make it proper. But i do not agree with them. Hence I want the vehicle should be replaced. Do the needful.

                    Hi,
                    I am from Chilakaluripet in Guntur dt. We have Honda 2 wheelers showroom in our town. Ideally it takes minimum 3 months to deliver Honda Activa after booking.
                    But the manager of this showroom promised that he can deliver the byke in 1 week time and collected the money from approx. 15 people. He didn't give any recipt also.

                    After he got the money he escaped from the city and non-reachable. All the victims approached the director of that showroom. The director is not returning the money back and simply saying that he need some more days to return the money back.
                    Its been 2 months over but till now he didnt return the money back.

                    Please let me know what further action I can take on this showroom to get my money back.

                      Honda — PF not refunded till now

                      Hi, this is Chirag Dhingra this side and i had submiitted my PF FORM in Gurgaon office in Oct., 2008 month, but till now no update is there to me .
                      Sir,
                      I had a Honda dio reg no. Kl27c5461, I didn't get the spare of this vehicle. Already I ordered the parts on December. Still I didn't got any response from concern dealer. ( muthoot Honda). My vehicle is now in warranty period, but I want to pay the amount of parts but spare didn't available .
                      The service in charge and spare in charge were insulted me In front of customers and entire staff.
                      I had a repeated complaints of seat lock stuck (3times).
                      they did not give us the parts.
                      Kindly provide us a solution for this.

                        I have purchase Hero honda splender+ bike 2 month ago from Vikrat Automobile Hisar. After ridiing the 150 kms i have face the problem in LH side switch winker module (Problem: Winker knob stukup) I compliant this problem to Vikrat service centre but there are no boddy listen to my complaint and ruddly behviour with me by Vikrat service manger even he say, we can't change the switch whatever you go.so please logged my complaint againt him.

                        Hero Honda Splendor+ — About service centre

                        I gone hero honda service centre (Patliputra service centre, Patna) for 4th service where at the time of service one ur mechanic has broken down safety cap/tool cap. after this the service centre has demanded the money for that, which is unfair becos my bike is still under gurrenty period. i have already submitted my complain at that service centre, bt i know it is waste less. so i complaining here. I want to know why the company recruits those mechanics who doesn't know to how it handle and broken down the parts. and the coustmers have to pay for that.

                        Hi i am ubendrakumar my bike splendor+ model 2007, my bike pickup is not well so i change clutch plate even-though i didn't get the pick, can i change the old splendor silencer to get pick up i select the old silencer as newly can i get good mileage and pickup...

                          i have taken hero honda passion pro before six months.but their mistake on my engine but service centre solve my properly. till i have so much promblem they told that i change ur block piston accerioss but they have not change my accerioss in warranty period they have taken 1400/-- rs. pls take action as soon possible. my no is [protected],
                          This is Achal Pratap Singh an Engineering student from Ghaziabad(UP). I have a Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme which i had bought 8 june 2009 and have covered 12000 kms, from last week i am facing a problem with my bike's main lock. It has been checked by authorised hero honda service center and they told me to replace it but problem is that they are not replacing it in warranty . The reason what they are telling me that you have not done your all services from my service center ( vasant automobiles, ghaziabad) so they can not replace it. Beacause as i am a student i have bought my bike from bareilly(UP) and seviced it from different hero honda authorised service center in different cities.

                            there is a starting problem with my activa. it doesnot start even with kick. if it by chance starts it stops in the way & never get stated over there & i have to drag in on a rickshaw.
                            For this, i made complaint to the rahul honda karnal, the karnal honda dealer on 24/11/2010. he send 2 persons & they dragged my activa to the service center. in evening i made call to the service center & they said your activa is fine now, you can pick it away.
                            after examining he gave me a bill of rs 580 with labour fee & home fee of rs 200, rest are some parts replaced by them.
                            i then took away the activa & as soon as i reached home it stopped & never get started.
                            again i logged complaint to the dealer on 25/11/2010, he send a person & he said that a part is to be replaced but it is not with them. he said they'll bought it to this saturday i.e 27/11/2010.
                            i made enquiry about the part on 29/11/2010 but they said that that week the part will definately come.
                            today i.e 07/12/2010 i made a call to service center but they said that the company is not sending the spare parts & did not talk to me well & banged the phone down in the middle of conversation. i am very annoyed .
                            They are not even talking of when they will bought the part now.
                            plz. make them learn a lesson & ask them that either they refund my rs 580 or replace the part as soon as possible as i am totally handicaped without the activa & the honda company is requested to take action against them as they are not only damaging their reputation but also the company's.

                              On 6-12-010, I have taken by Bike to Hero Honda service centre to register by bike minor complaint like poor average, vibration and starting trouble.
                              I left the bike with tool kit & first aid kit in the bike tool box. In the evening when I collected the bike, I found that tool kit was removed from my wheel. when enquired, the service people were very arrogant and said we are not responsible.

                              Once a wheel is given to any private mechanic also, they don't do this type of work, but at Hero Honda authorized showroom & service centre, we do not expect this type of activities.

                                I purchased one Honda Dio on 4th Nov2010 through AERO WHEELZ Pune. The side stand for the same became defective after one month i.e. 5-Dec-2010. Due to urgency, my daughter got it repaired by nearer garage, of course on pay basis.

                                On 23-Nov-2010, I purchased one more Honda Activa in the same month. When I was taking my vehicle's delivery, I found one lady, who was there complaining about the side stand for the vehicle she recently purchased. The dealer AERO WHEELZ was asking her for payments for this defective part.

                                I was waiting for my vehicle to come out of their workshop for a long time. Then I found that, they are replacing my vehicle's side stand also at it was broken there in the workshop before delivery.

                                There is something very wrong with side stand quality of these vehicles.

                                Need to be fixed urgently.

                                  please dont't buy that bike...they are cheating customers...buy any other good company bikes...honda no.1 cheating company that is their label...only they can produce new model everyday not produce quality product...tear the bill and threw to face of honda manager...that will be the good way
                                  All honda unicorn dealers are frauds. May be Honda is entertaining them this way. I booked a honda unicorn and paid cash in full. It is 7 months and I am still waiting for the bike to be delivered from KUN HONDA, Adyar, Chennai. There is no response from any of them when I call. Everytime I ask them they have a different answer saying that load has been delayed, lorry carrying the load met with accident and all sorts of rubbish. Please beware of these cheaters. There is no system in India by which these cheaters & Frauds (Dealers) would be punished. We consumers have to take the pain until they deliver.

                                    I did book Honda Unicorn on 22/09/08 at Sai Point Honda, Thane vide cheque and it cleared on 27/09/08. I was promised at the time of booking that bike will be delivered 30th/1st of 10/08. I did call them on 1st to check if my bike is ready to be delivered and they replied affirmative, but when I reached there I was told that I cannot take the bike as Regn. is yet to be completed.So Mr. Navnath of Registration section confirmed me that he will call me around 5PM on same day and confirm the status.Which he did not do so. I called them to confirm on 1st but Mr. navnath is very arrogant and states that he will call back when he wishes to do so. But noreply.
                                    They are behaving as if they are giving the bikes for free.

                                    I admire the brand Honda for the quality of product.That was the important point I did book the bike. But the kind of treatment i did get from Sai Point has taught me one good thing "STAY AWAY FROM HONDA DEALERS".They are only money minded and business minded.


                                    I feel awkward to comment that HONDA dealers are so pathetic and unprofessional .

                                    Till now delivery is not made.

                                    I will not even recommend my enemy to buy at Sai Point Honda, Thane.

                                    They state their philosophy as "Customer For Life The Customers Is Not Dependent On US- We Are Dependent On The Customer "

                                    Yes they do follow the statement untill you pay them.Once it is done then the philosophy looks like "Dealer For Life The Dealers are Not Dependent On YOU. You Are Dependent On The Dealer. "

                                    I called Mr. Naveen at least 20 times and he is telling the temporary regn and etc will send today, tomorrow, today, tomorrow the days are going till now my docs and registrations r not come.

                                    i leave my vehicle for general service at PURANI HAVELI YOUR SERVICE CENTRE, But that area staff is very worst, they dont know how to talk to the customer, and their service is very bad, when i am leave my vehicle with the problem of battery fuse, they tell me replace complete wiring to the vehicle, then i accept and i told them to replace it. before i came to the service centre i ring to the office for the delivery and they told me to collect the vehicle with some adjustment, becasue i am very much far away from your service centre near MEDCHAL, from there i take Auto hire which i spent Rs.125/- to your service centre, after i reach the staff told me problem are not rectified.

                                    now you told me who will be bear the charges of transpotation. and one more thing they cant handled the situation .

                                    please solve the problem and teach some lesson to that staff. give me reply.
                                    I don't know if this complaint reaches the concerned authority or not but everyone must know what a big mistake it is to buy a honda bike, not due to operational problems but due to problems faced from the dealer.
                                    I bought a HONDA SHINE BIKE on 13th october 2008 from KRISHNA HONDA CHANDIGARH.My bike suffered an accident on jan14th 2009 in which tank and 2-3 more parts were damaged.Till date the dealer is not able to arrange for the new tank.Every time they say they have placed the order to he head office but they are not sending the required parts.
                                    If th company cannot replace an accessory why did at the first place manufacture he thing.They don't understand how big problem the customer is facing.

                                    I definitely agree with you. I had a similar problem with the Planet Honda showroom in Rajainagar, Bangalore. They are completely stupid, they dont even know a thing about the vehicle. They are only interested in the payment. Their service is the worst of all. I would never reccomend any persons to Planet Honda showroom in Bangalore.
                                    Very bad service at Honda's Pilot Service Centre at Govandi. They told me to collect thevehilce at 5.00 pm.To my surprise the scooter was unattended. First i was told to wait foe some tme. Even after one hour they did nothing. They finally started working after 7 pm only after i had hot talk with them. I could get the vehcle at 8.30 pm.

                                    I gave my HONDA SHINE Bike for service at JSP HONDA, KUKUTPALLY, HYDERABAD. The service is too too worst. Before giving the general service(OIL CHANGE ) it was in good condition.But after their service is done, chain is making so many sounds. and handle is too tight. they did n't check the head light and break . JUST WATER SERVICE THEY ARE DOING AND GAVING BACK THE VEHICLE TO THE THE CUSTOMER.

                                    One more last thing is that, when i went to collect my bike at the time they given, At that time they started doing the service infront of me. and they did in 30 minutes. you can imagine their service.

                                    Better to monitor this Honda Dealer, otherwise it is going to spread very bad name for the Honda company itself.
                                    I want to purchase a Honda Activa. By going through these complaints, i am shaken and harrassed.
                                    Why the honda company is not understanding practical problems of common men. They should open a training centre for mechanics as Hero Honda company did. Since the sales of Honda Activa is rising day by day nothing just for its basic comforts like cycle. The comapany should improve in choosing their dealers and should appoint one or two of their trained mechanics at these service centres. This will solve all the above issues.

                                    I had booked an Honda Activa simple model with your Nagpur Dealer Mascot Motors on 29/10/2009 wide booking number 1929 with assuring us to be given the delivery within 120 days. Inspite of our lots of reminders they have been failed to do so. Yesterday was our festival day celebrated as Gudhi Padwa (New Year Day). We believe the new start on this occasion. We have also requested them to deliver the vehicle on this occasion day. But they refused to deliver as saying that the final payment should be deposited instantly. But the delivery of the vehicle shall be given next month. This is the matter of concern as I am badly in need of vehicle right now. But in like a Nagpur city how can I do the day to day works without a vehicle. So you are kindly requested to look into the matter & arrange to solve my problem.

                                    JSP Honda Kukatpally Hyderabad is the worst bike dealer in Hyderabad in Nov 2010 i booked for HONDA ACTIVA Gray color and till now i didn't got any response from the dealer about the delivery of the bike.
                                    when i was booking the vehicle i was told it would be delivered in 45 day but till now there is no sign of delivery.
                                    Even now they are not sure of when they are going to deliver.
                                    I had bought a Honda Unicon bike from EVM Vyttila. I am servicing my bike in Muthoot Honda in Vypin-Elankunnappuzha. In my third service i had register a complaint regarding the front handle cone, but they did not rectify the complaint. In fourth service also i registered the same complaint and the did not rectify it. I returned them the bike to rectify the complaint, only they checked it and still the problem is not been cleared.

Next morning i got my vehicle. not even reached home hardly 2 kms the vehicle was off..i tried to start but in vain. when i tried to use the choke the choke was not working at all it was literally hanging out then wat did they do with the vehicle when i called the service center and reported they wanted me to toe the vehicle ..Is this the service honda gives me ?--- and bring it there...and they say it is my mistake when i have not even drove the vehicle more than 2 kms after service..Iam not satisfied with this Sir..HONDA is a very very good company so pls try win customer's hearts and not lose them by handing over business to such crap dealers.

I had accordingly made my travel arrangements for the first week of December 2011.

                                    I contacted Om Sai ( one Mr. Rajesh tel [protected]) who informed me that I had to contact M/s Shetty (Tel [protected]).

                                    24th November 2011
                                    I called M/s. Shetty who assured me that I would be allotted one from the consignment arriving in the last week of November 2011, provided I am prepared to accept any colour. I agreed for the same.

                                    On 29th November 2011
                                    I submitted notorised copies of my pan card and voter ID card and was informed by Om Sai that the delivery would be effected by 6th December 2011.

                                    6th December 2011
                                    I approached Om Sai and was informed that the vehicle is already loaded on the 29th of November and would be arriving in a day or two and that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11.

                                    I called Om Sai - Mr.SUNIL to confirm; after confirming with M/s SHETTY, Mr.SUNIL informed me that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11 by 6 pm.

                                    I went to collect the vehicle; after deliberating for 40 minutes M/s. SHETTY informs me that vehicle is not ready AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE VEHICLE ONLY ON 25-12-11..

                                    1. I was to travel on the 6th of December.
                                    Om Sai's office was informed well in advance.

                                    b) has it been diverted to some other party?

                                    My name is Nasir Arafat from perambur. I Purchased a HONDA TWISTER bike from a dealer on 8th November 2011. I gave my bike for 1st service on 16th December 2011, from the day when it was serviced the bike was not in good condition but it was good before the service and i was promised that the bike will give 70kmpl but it gave me only 59kmpl before service. But after service it gave me 51kmpl, i told the same to the service person but he did something in my bike and it started giving me 53kmpl, also i lost the smoothness and the power of the bike. Today(28/12/2011) i went to the service center and told the same but he said their's problem with the CHAIN NOISE & HEAD CAM SHOT problem..

                                    Dont buy any honda car in India, I have very bad experience in service people. Last one and half months my car in Honda Garage for a minor repair at Trivandrum. Spare parts are not available they have no system at all to serve customers. I found a customer no.[protected] from some web site but no body picking the phone after a long try.

                                    Whenever i called the service people(At Trivandrum) have some story to justify their delelay. Last 10 years i am using (Honda car) outside india so that i know how the company (Outside India) giving after sale service to their customers.

                                    If they not solve such problems, they cannot succeed in Indian car market since customers are the best advertisement for Car market.
                                    ont buy any honda car in India, I have very bad experience in service people. Last one and half months my car in Honda Garage for a minor repair at Trivandrum. Spare parts are not available they have no system at all to serve customers. I found a customer no.[protected] from some web site but no body picking the phone after a long try.

                                    Whenever i called the service people(At Trivandrum) have some story to justify their delelay. Last 10 years i am using (Honda car) outside india so that i know how the company (Outside India) giving after sale service to their customers.

                                    If they not solve such problems, they cannot succeed in Indian car market since customers are the best advertisement for Car market.

                                    Iam Anwar sadath malappuram.I boght honda activa from malappuram shoroom kerala on november 2011. and they didnt give proper services for my vehicle. they foul play in their service ie they says we changed oil and I pay for it. but when i checked it was lie.and other service also very poor. totally i am very upset in their services and dealings. and they compel to purchase accessories when we purchase scooter.so really i am very sad tosay honda company iam not stisfied with your dealer.So I expect any solution for this problem

                                    On the day of servicing I got a call your vehicle battery is not god..so replace it..for that I have paid 1059rs. Bt still the same problem is going on. (Self start & handle going towards right side)

                                    I recently moved from vijayawada to visakhapatnam for job purpose, One day I went to give my HONDA ACTIVA To the service center named JUPITER HONDA, Near Dhabha garden. The staff response I found is very arrogant and irresponsible. When I requested to have the trail run find out the issues to the person who is taking the complaints he straight away said that to find someone in garage and get the help, he is not going to call any mechanic for trail run. When I went into the Garage, Nobody is not in sense after my lot many requests one guy came along with me and did some formal trail run gave the some complaints, When I came to receive the my bike in the evening, the activa is not moving correctly and speedometer is not accelerating . no signals are working, with these additional complaints they handover ed it to me. When I checked it after 50 meters and came back regarding these complaints they murmuring me that it was 7PM they need to leave if I can leave the vehicle they will rectify it and give it tomorrow. When I blasted on them they did some temporary repairs as fast as possible, And hand over it to me. The Activa not ran smoothly, but the mechanic told me that it is running corretly and handover it to me. After next day I went some other mechanic, found that my activa front wheel break is getting freezed, and there is problem with fork and few more issues. I paid additional 1500 for these activities.

                                    FINALLY I CAN SAY THAT JUPITAR HONDA SERVICE CENTER NEAR DHABHA GARDEN IS USELESS SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF IS USELESS STAFF...

                                    I never such kind of issues in VIJAYAWADA, the Visakhapatnam HONDA SERVICING CENTER VERY BAD, if Honda authorities can take any action on them and rectify those issues that would be greatly appreciated by honda two wheeler ownerns.

                                    HONDA VEHICLES ARE GOOD BUT VIZAG SERVICE CENTERS ARE VERY BAD..
                                    shine is very nice bike. while we are riding the bike we feel like we are in a car.

                                      i have purchases a activa on 28-10-10, at the time of first service when i take delivery after service there was a lot of dust at the scooter. no one person was there for give proper responce about the service.

                                      Am one of the unfortunate buyer of the honda activa scooter.

                                      This is regarding my newly purchased honda activa scooter which i bought on 12th may 2008 from your Jodhpur Dealer (Arora Motors).

                                      From very begining am facing some problems in normal operation of the scooter...like rear wheel is making noice while moving and handle bar is giving back jerks while turning. I have concerned to the service manager & superviser while the first service and accordng to them its a common technical problem in the new models & not found in old models & it can not be repaired. Am not happy to hear all these things and want my scooter fully repaired upto my full satisfaction or else change the whole unit.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and provide assistence to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.

                                      I have purchased Hond Activa Scooter on 17th 2007 from M/s. Delta Honda Kolhapur, State Maharashtra.

                                      My sixth free servicing is over 15/09/08. Then after some days I came to know that there is a leakage from gearbox housing. Then I gave my vehicle for repairing at your Delta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 17/12/2008. But I shocked by their service as mentioned below.

                                      They have charged service charge on a/c of gear box overall purpose.

                                      Let me know how they can charge this service charge though my scooter is in warranty period.

                                      Please clarify, otherwise I will launch this complaint in consumer court.

                                      I am Zahir N Mirajkar from Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
                                      I have Booked Honda Activa (Delux model) from Delta Honda, Near Sangam Talkies, Kolhapur on 31st of December 2009 on full payment of hard cash for given model. The Dealer told me that activa for this model will be available after 2 months. and as per i have paid the full amount in cash the dealer is supposed to avail me the given model as early as possible without the long period of time. and as per they are always giving me improper & unsatisfactory answers regarding the delievery date and day. As per the rule the dealer should not take advance full payment of any vehicle until and unless the model is available to deliever to the customer.

                                      I want to know is this true or should i have to wait for given period of time?
                                      Please do the needfull ASAP

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is regarding the service related issue of my honda activa scooter from your authorised service center in Agra.
                                      I got it serviced on March 10th, 2010(service invoice # 09IW13092) from People's Automobiles Byepass Road Agra. Please find the below probems that I faced even after servicing:
                                      1). There was a problem with the horn and I was suggested to get it replaced.
                                      But even after the horn is being replaced the probem remains the same.
                                      2). Brakes are still malfunctioning despite paying full service charges.
                                      3). Adding to my woes a new problem has cropped up after the service, the self
                                      starter is no more functioning normally.
                                      4). There is a continuous nagging noice from the front part of the scooter even
                                      after the problem was told upfront before the service.

                                      I am extremely unhappy with the service of my scooter and would appreciate your quick intervention as a good gesture to your customer.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and provide assistence to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.
