[Resolved] HP Compaq Laptop — Free gift offer | |
Non receipt of free gift offer I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks. But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd. For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest. Problem:

monitor screen usually shiver .
=>2 :Dvd drive problem
And whenever i run any kind of cd/dvd in my dvd drive, my computer gets hanged.And mouse and keyboard don't work and that time my dvd drive and speakers both make loud sharp sound.
Expactation:
.HP&compaq is a favourate most company mine(consumer).And i expact a lot from it.i hope that it'llprogress in near future more and more.
Description about our problem:
• .Before this time i complainted same problem and you sent an engineer, he replaced the sata cable of dvd drive .but he didn't make my problem sort out . that engineer was saying that he was only see the dvd/cd drive and some other parts .He suggested please again to make complaint to the Hp web side .
So please this time do send such type of engineer who can sort out my problem both.Please...

Dear Sir,I purchased a compaq presario laptop Model :CQ 60 104TU, sl no.2CE834MV62 FromGreat Eastern Trading company, 56/27, SN Bannerjee Road, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700122 (vide Buyer's copy memo no. 1009 dt 13 Jan 09- learnt to receive a free gift of Kodak camera from HP.
Subsequently, on advice of the Great Eastern Trading Company, I sent 02 mails to HP Redemption support and accordingly received acknowledged mail that my problem will be reviewed shortly but no action in this line was taken.

I have purchased HP Pavillion Laptop from HP retail center on 25/10/2008 and as per the promotion offer within 6-8 weeks they have to send a digital camera (Make: Kodak) by submitting DD of Rs. 990/-.I have sent the required amount of DD on 26/10/2009 and got the confirmation on 30/10/2009 from the recipient but till date they have not send me my gift item.

HP TX-1301AU — System Board Faulty, Screen Display OFF
The laptop was initially submitted to HP authorised service station ASHTECH INFOTECH PVT. LTD. on 26 dec. 2008, they reported to indent the parts from inside/outside the country and for the same they have never committed us any period when they would resolve, meantime the screen display also stop working completely. The second time i submitted with the same refe. no. but yet not being replied by them for the status of resolution.
