Non receipt of free gift offer

I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest.

I have purchased HP Pavillion Laptop from HP retail center on 18/10/2008 and as per the promotion offer within 6-8 weeks they have to send a digital camera (Make: Kodak) by submitting DD of Rs. 990/-.

I have sent the required amount of DD on 20/10/2009 and not got the confirmation email from the recipient but still they have not send me my gift item.

Twelve weeks have elapsed since I recieved the approval for the claim of kodak digicam which was offered with the purchase of hp pavillion notebook pc, but yet I have not recieved the said gift.
During the month of december 2008 I recived a phone call from hp redemption cell, Delhi for address varification and assured me that the gift will be recieved within 10 days, but I have not recieved it yet.
So I cordially request you to let me know the reason for the delay and send the said gift to the already mentioned address at the earliest.

HP DV9223 — Faulty 512 Graphics Card and metal pieces inside LCD Panel

My Pavilion High Definition Laptop dv9223tx suddenly stopped display on its monitor from 11.01.2009. I took it to the Rourkela Service Centre on 14.01.2009, after trying out all the trouble shooting options suggested by the Tech Support Team, both online and by phone. At first the service centre guy told me that the TFT monitor needs to be changed. He handed me innumerable tiny plastic and metal pieces found inside the LCD Panel of my monitor, suggesting that there could have been a short circuit inside the LCD panel owing to the metal pieces found inside. I returned me the laptop, without any repairs, since he suggested that I take up the issue with HP. Simultaneously he also suggested changinf the mother board, since he felt it could also be a mother board issue. ..( similar to the post on[protected] by Majid Hoosain) I tried connecting my laptop to an external monitor, it worked but only after disabling the video graphics card. Various forums mentioned the incompatibility between Nvidia graphics Ge Force 7600 and the mother board. HP never responds to my CCHS complaint with any solution, neither is it able to pin point the cause of the problem. Service Centre wants to solve by trial and error..although it has failed in all other cases with similar problem. HP Care doesn't work..no one ever bothers to call back. They neither accept nor reject the technical flaw in their systems. Ideally they should protect their reputation and replace all such Technically flawed Laptops, but it doesn't.

NEVER BUY ANY HP PRODUCT IS ALL THAT I CAN SAY!!

HP Tablet PC — WARRANTY ISSUE

In spite of every day, call, email to HP and reply from Hp it is quite surprising my work under warranty is not being solved . It is quite surprising that in spite of the being a two months passed if you cannot solve my warranty issue, I have no options other that taking the issue to consumer forum with H.p.

Further it is quite surprising that no body picks phone at your number, this shows that redington is not at all interested in giving capable services and this matter is very serious .Further when my representative visits he has to sit for more than half an hour after taking the token from your side .Don’t you think it is ridiculous to find out the status in warranty, a person has to sit for half and hour.

If this is knowledge of HP, I would take a oath not to buy any HP products in future and also shall never suggest any body for same .

May it be a request from HP to please reply with a immidate response.

On 25th Dec'08, I have bought Hp Pavilion notebook ( Product no : (1P) FZ730PA#ACJ ) from a retail shop . They told me to register in to Hp site to get a Free Philips Home Theater 5.1 and it will be delivered by Hp itself . Today I have registered but I haven't got any information like this . Was their information true ? if true then what is the procedure to get it ?

HP DV 5200 TX — Extension of warranty after lapse of 2 months at HP care centre, Kochi

Hii Guys,

i bought a laptop in Sept. 2006. HPDV5200tx for about 60, 000/-. i got the warranty extended by 2 years, so total of 3 years bcoz had a bad experience with my last laptop. The screen ceased to work last dec 1st (2008) and i gave in the laptop at the HP care centre, Kochi on the 3rd of Dec. The laptop remained at the HP centre for almost 2 months...i just got the laptop today. My laptop was not usable for 2 months for no fault of mine...The HP people say, The part came but it was faulty, so had to be ordered again..If its genuyine problem from their part, they should atleast ahve the courtesy of extending the warranty.
The service i got from the HP, chennai (parts office) too was very bad. They never cared to pick up the call too.A HR/complaints person was nice but he was good in just pacifying, nothing more..Please don't ever go for HP. Its real bad service..They just have promises and nothing solid.

Compaq laptop — promotional offer Kodak camera not yet received

I purchase a Compaq Laptop. I followed the instruction and created a redemtion code i.e. K4L0ZZFCCI, and send all details along with Rs.1299/- bank draft for handling chardes to Ms Integrated Services Ltd. Redemption cell, Okhla, New Delhi. It is already a month passed but no correspondance has been received by me. plase let the company to send an acknowladge throug a mail atleast.
