[Resolved] HP Compaq Laptop — Free gift offer

Non receipt of free gift offer I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks. But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd. For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest. On that there was free gift offer, was given that was 9.2 megapixle camera. but still i didn't ecieveved. my laptop serial no. is CND8362L5C, and DD of Rs. 1299 union bank dated on 31st dec.008 and no. was 412462. pl send my gift as soon as possible.

i tried on net to get the audio driver of concerned brand but that does not helped

HP Laserjet 4700 — New Cartridge Q5950A not working

Have bought a new cartridge Q5950A Black for our printer HP4700 from your dealer SUNIL ARTS at 165, Bazar Gate Street, 1st Floor, Fort, Mumbai 400 001. Tel: 66558234/35.

HP / Desktop Computer (Pavilion A1510in) — Terribly bad services from HP

We had purchased this PC in 2006, I called up the service provider on 09 march 2009 - Target Marketing for a regular service to the machine as it is working slow and to put some anti virus in it. he said the engineer will visit in the evening, which never happened, i again called the same service provider he confirmed the engineer will visit on 12 march 2009 by 11:00am which again not happened, naw when i called up the service provider he bluntly refused by saying " your machine is out of warranty period and we are not willing to give you service, look out for another service provider of HP.

Target Marketing is the same vendor we purchased the machine.

Now what should i do as the customer care number provided are also not working [protected]

Model HP OfficeJet J4580 — Complaint No. 8021665617

Coming to the point I bought HP DESK JET J 4580 Serial No. CN850121CP on End of Nov 2008 (less then 3 months) for home use with my HARD EARNED Money and hardly able to use it, in Month of Dec (just 8 printout hardly, the same cartage are still in use came along with the printer that shows the uses) and due to some demise in the Family I was not in my house for the month or so in the absence unfortunately something gone wrong with the unit, when I tried to use it for my work, I found it not detectable by my PC and as such launched my compliant with HP Customer care on 13.02.2009 (complaint no. [protected]) and one of the technician visited me on Sunday 15.02.2009 and checked it thoroughly and found no clue why it is not working, so he told me the unit will be replaced and he informed me the bulb is not moving and misguided by telling me, he will talk to his senior and get back to me, but there was no response and when I contacted "RT OUTSOURCING SERVICE LIMITED" they informed me that the warranty is void as the printer is physically damaged. It was a shock to me. I requested to check in this matter and again the new technician came and he made the statement that this printer is suspected to damaged by the rats & it is not in warranty any more and asked money for the same.

I am helpless at this point of time as to what shall I do. This damage is not done intentionally and in my absence but I am sorry to say my hard earned money turned out to be one junk box of no use now. I can only request you to help me in this regard

I can only leave this matter up to you and request you to bring this matter to the Hp company of this small end user with your kindness.

In hope that at least this matter get some attention.

HP Laptop DV2000 — after foreclosing loan still ECS is getting debited from my a/c.

I took a lona from Bajaj Auto Finance. Last month on 15 Feb I issued a cheque in their Punjabi Bagh Branch for foreclosure of my loan A/c. They told me to give a cheque of Rs. 8169/= which I did. After that they tolld me that they will cancel the ECS of my loan a/c. After that this month on 12/03/09 they took the payment of Rs. 1858/= again. I called so many times in their Delhi Punjabi bagh branch but all is in vain.
