Non receipt of free gift offer

I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest.

I suspect some foulplay in the promotional offers of hp. The terms and conditions if read carefully will show hthe unlawful trade practice adopted by hp. The model No DSP 2200 given by hp for 5.1 philips home theatre is not there in the llist of Plilips. The customers may verify the genuiness of such offers to avoid getting cheated.

HP PavilionDV41133TX Notebook — Ihave not recive my gift.

I have Purchased HP pavillion DV41133TX(SERIAL NO-CND8361DQ7) on 23th January 2009 from Infocare solution, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar and that time HP was offering Phillips home theater on it, for which customer need to send cheque of Rs 1499 to HP redemption cell and i have tried HP redemtion cell phone no.[protected] several times but no one has picked up the the phone.

and according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6 weeks to process any request, but still i haven't recieved my Phillips home theater or any acknowledgment message from their side and it has been almost 30 days since i have send all the mentioned document and Draft of Rs 1499(Dated :1st Jan2009) to them, and i have tried HP redemtion cell phone no.[protected] several times but no one has picked up the the phone

1. Bar coded product serial number sticker (original) pasted on the

On january 11, 2009, I purchased a Compaq Pressario Notebook CQ45. A Kodak Digital Camera was free along with it. I was asked to make a payment of Rs 1299.00 and send it to Integrated solution marketing limited. I did the same. The notebook/laptop was sold to me saying that the Kodak Camera is free with it. But till today I have not received the same even one month after I completed the formalities.

Please look into this.

Compaq — laptop not working properly

I have purchased a Compaq Presario C795 TU on 16 Aug 08. Within 3 months of purchase it started restarting itself. The service desk has claimed they replaced the Hard disk on my first compliant and the same problem continued.The second time they claimed they have changed the RAM. However the same problem continues. And I have come across people with the same problem on this model.

My laptop is still in warranty. Compaq should recall this product.

Please help me get over this as the very purpose of buying the laptop is not served.

There is general feeling about this company that after selling their product, dont bother even to look at the customer and similar approach is shown by the dealer from the whom the product is being purchased. This is going on in order to make quick bucks by the company .

i have not got the drivers cd with this laptos so please provide me the drivers cd of model no v6409tu.
I regret the day I purchased an HP desk top... I sent it in for repairs, and recieved it back after a month in a torn up box the same tape I sent it in and then the earsed my Norton and explained I need to call Norton. The customer service is horrible and it takes a 10 hrs to get no where. They reps have no sups, they told me they do need to transfer me and hung up on me... There is no way to contact higher management, my money 1500 was wasted. TRUST ME! Get another computer other than HP! It is not worth it, any of it. My computer still doesnt work, no understands or cares what I am trying to say to them. They sent me two sets of wrong disks, they had me take my computer apart while in instructed me over the phone... It just gets worse and worse.

i brought Compaq presario cq40 108TU laptop in december 2008. the problem with my laptop is: webcam audio is not functioning from the time i purchased and till now. i told about the problem to service center and im trying for this problem to get solved from 3 months, but until now there is no response from HP service center and i contacted the TOLL FREE NO, but there is no response from them.
