I have been a Customer of HP for more then 6 Years now...Last Year I bough a new HP Compaq V3000 and was really happy till the time someone told me there was an offer which I was supposed to get on my Laptop however due to lack of communication I missed out on. This Year in the month of Feb I brought a DV5 1102TU and the retailer + the sales rep told me that I have an offer of claiming a Home theater as gift with this laptop. Some kind of Bonanza roll out from HP. I was really excited about the same. Then I registered my account online on 16th Feb 2009 and got my redemption code. Now the last thing which was left was to send the decoments to the HP redemption cell in Delhi. After that I got a call from HP verfification dept. and the gentleman told me that I need to send my documents before 31st March to claim my offer. Well till now I was really feeling happy and proud of being connected to a Customer Service Oriented Organisation. I sent all my documents to Hp redemption cell by 17th March and then I tried to vget in touch with them for next 3 days however no success via phone or e-mail to get a response from them. Today I got a mailer saying that my claim has been rejected as the last date to submit the documents was 15th March.I would request from the Team to please investigate in the matter and get my issue resolved. HP pavilion DV6846 — dvd rom replacement
Hi,My name is Mangal, and I am a student of Assam Engineering College, Assam. Few days back, I left my dvd rom drive for replacement in HP Customer Care, Guwahati. Soon I got my drive replaced, and when I learned that it was not the original HP dvd drive, I questioned the serviceman, but they replied me blank that it was all the way sent from HP center, and that they have nothing to do with that. But my laptop is still in the service period range, and I have all the rights to get original dvd drive as it cost me huge amount including the service terms. Later I learnt that it has been happening long since with the HP customer service. So I am bound to think that HP has got a very poor service ratherless of thier promise of brand pride. I should have known that earlier had I not bought this Laptop. And to add to that I noticed that they had a certificate that displayed thier service term of HP care expired on the 31st of March 2007. That is a plus point to their rude service care.

As per requirement, I sent a DD for Rs.1299/- with all the required documents such as bill photo copy, original cardboard piece containing sr.no. sticker etc. After obtaining a number (for Registering with Your redemption code is 712WQO7VMJ) from hp redemption which was noted on the registration form. Sent its print to hp redemption cell, Delhi, on[protected] with these documents and as per conditions -the item will be delivered after 2 days[protected] means before[protected] with delivery report. But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. serv. pvt. ltd. First Floor, A – 2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – I New Delhi – 110020 Phone[protected] lines) Fax[protected] update me your claim has been rejected due to incomplete documents received And not given offer and my issued DD in favour of him till now.
For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that incomplete documents received which is not correct. The same should have been intimated to me and not sending the gift as per the conditions. Kindly advice me on the same issue at the earliest.

I had taken an extended warranty of my product. As my wifi and sound is not working i am suffering the problem from last 4months only the reason explained to me is PART (MOTHERBOARD) is not coming
Its high time for me the company is not giving any response. I had tried at their customer cares also but their is no one who can speak for a issue only reply is coming that officer is busy. hi!I m CHIRAG TANEJA and I have a Laptop model number HP PAVILLION Dv5-1002au.I am having a problem that i wont be able to use JDK software for my java programming.whenever i used to install the JDK, for that i have to change my path in My computer setting.when i changed that than my WI-Fi was not work.and also when i increase or decrease the volume from front panel then the screen of volume display on the screen continuously and my DVD Rom automatically opens without giving any details.And also i need a recovery DVD as my recovery DVD is corrupt
Please help me.its very urgent
