, i had bought compaq presario CQ 45-106AU from croma outlet at mulund on 5th april 2009 .
within six months screen problem occured on my laptop then i got repaired it in your service station my older case no. was [protected] on 8 july 09 ,
now again screen plus camera n mic problem occured in the laptop. i have given it for repair at your service station case no.[protected] dated 3 november 09 .
i have bought the laptop seeing your market goodwill only i wasn't knowing that buying your product will create that much inconveniance for me . my friend has a acer laptop of which cost lesser than mine and working nicely since past two years .
sorry to say but i strongly regret purchasing your product. i really appereciate your service but the laptop which i got is defective and giving problem within six month then how it will work for next some years?. please make my laptop replaced .

HP Laserjet Printer P1008 — defective toner provided

I just bought the HP new laserjet printer P1008 , to my shock it printed only around 50 prints.

after that it had faded prints, i took it to service centre, they asked for documents so i went next day with all the documents.

The next day when i was taking the printer to them it leaked a bit, the hp service centre rufused for replacement saying the toner is overused.

This is , i would never use a Hp product from now on, also i would not recommend it to any one , CANON is way better !!!

Compaq — DELAY IN RECEIVAL OF FREE GIFT

i am sorry to say that on the month of january i have purchased a
laptop of compaq with model number(CQ40-108TU) and serial
number(CND8453R2H),according to the offer i should get a kodak digital
camera with it by post which i haven't got till now.Though a number of
confirmations came to me still i have'nt got any solutions.Finally a
mail(given below) came to me and gave me a little bit of hope,but
similarly it also went in vain!So i want to know whether there is any
solution of this?because the market price of the gift is falling day by
day,as a result it is not matching with market price at the time of
purchase.

HP — non receiving of gift offer

HP redemption claimed to send gift within 6 weeks but six months are going to pass.........
My redemption code is VEV770VP4J with FID no. 623773 ....

after thousands of attempt i got HP chandigarh no. [protected] on which i contacted Miss Asha , she told to send my new address so that i could receive my gift.... on [protected]@innovativemail.in , again after 6 weeks when i contacted her again after thousands of attempt , call was received by lady , when i again complained , my complain was received with laughing gestures...... as if they are not serious.......... I have been complaining through this email but still i have not received any reply till now.

It is not redemption cell to be complained for but the HP company itself which does not receive claims and says the entire responsibility lies with redemption cell.......?
My question is HOW COME HP BRAND NAME IS BEING USED IF HP IS NOT HANDLING CUTOMERS ON REDEMPTION CELL" and "WHY HP HAS OUTSOURCED ITS WORK to non responsible COMPANY" , mere transfer of authority does'nt mean HP has no ultimate responsibility .
Such a big brand but no website to handle claims or to show status of the complaints........... this shows how irresponsible the company is ?


DO they have any mechanism of ombudsman ? Answer is NO
DO they have proper delivery mechanism? Answer is NO
and what about lakh of money which redemption cell is getting........ which they are not returning after failure of their work. - this shows that the corporate responsibility is not there
WHAT IS THE USE OF OUTDATED GIFT WHICH THEY SEND AFETR SEVERAL MONTHS.... WHEN real valuse has fallen ( LIKE MOBILE PHONE)
dear sir /mam,
if i have to say that give me money for the product now ( of the current techonolgy) but will be delivered after years ...........what is the use of that product.
This is my 5th laptop from various companies ........... but the worst customer service is of HP(comapartively)
why dont they handle this work to dealers........... themselve , why to centralise so much ....... when there is delay.............. i really laugh on the managers who have been taking lakhs of money as salary...... but are of no use.......... they have lost customer loyality ..... and its not the customer himself but also the publicity which he gives to there near and dear......


If any body can solve my problem please help me...........

Compaq — not sending the assured gift that is a mobile

before 6 months i brought a Compaq laptop there was a scheme going on that time which asked to send DD of rs 3999 to their office and they would send us Motorola Q8 in 2 months but 4 months have passed and there is no response from there side

i have bought a compaq laptop in july and i had opted for an offer where u have to pay 5499 rupees and you will get a motorolla q8 phone but for the past 4 months i'm waiting but it's still coming i wonder whats wrong which such an company, soon i'm gonna file a case on compaq india for cheating their customers, and harssing them, i'm calling thecompaq area sales manager maharshtra and goa "MRSACHIN SHAINEY" but he's still not responding, i think such offers provided by compaq is total fraud just to sell their products..if any one's listening than plz mail me

HP 3650 deskjet Printer — fail in service/not refunding the amount

Dear sir,
I have a HP 3650 printer. Today I am facing the repair problem because of part unavailability.So I contacted at HP service center at Nagpur which is Redington services.
They told me "we will repair your printer at cost of Rs. 750 for Power board and Rs 350 for service charge". Then I got it repaired for the above said cost and with Warranty of 3 Months as told by Mr. Anand (Service engineer of Redington). After one day, the printer LED was continuously blinking and printer was not working. So I told the problem to engineer at redington. But the engineer refused to repair the printer due to unavailability of board. So I requested him to give back my money if he cant fulfill the condition of Warranty. But the service center manager Mr. Anil Singh and Mr. Anand denied for giving money after billing and misbehaved with me.
So, sir what should I have to do now. Please reply as early as possible.

If they can't provide the service then they dont have to give warranty to the customers.Otherwise they should have to wind up there service center business...

PURCHASED A LAPTOP COMPAQ NB CQ40-301TU DURING May-2007 AND I WAS ENTITLED FOR A FREE GIFT OFFER. AS REQD. I SENT A DD FOR RS.3999/- WITH ALL THE REQD.DOCUMENTS SUCH AS BILL, ORIGINAL CARDBOARD PIECE CONTAINING SL.NO.ETC. AFTER OBTAINING A NUMBER FROM HP REDEMPITON WHICH WAS NOTED ON THE BILL AND SENT IT TO HP REDEMPTION CELL, DELHI, AS PER CONDITIONS -THE ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER 8 WEEKS. I WAITED FOR 8 WEEKS.

For assured gift I have sent a DD of Rs 3999 in favour of Compaq ITD With SNO 131836 CBI udaipur payable at New delhi.
