[Resolved]  HP Compaq Laptop — Bad service

Sir,
We due respect I would like to inform you that there is one servicing centre name Computech System and Service owned by Mr Sumit Modi(Contact No.[protected]).In last January 2008 I have reaplaced my mother board.They took me Rs 13, 000.00 and Rs 1000.00 for fitting of total Rs 14, 000.00.But later I came to know that actual price is Rs 9, 500.00.So, I feel they cheating with me.
So, I kindly request you to take necessary action for that servicing centre.

HP Service — Bad Servicing

Geeting into the servicing with one problem coming back with another and getting no servicing or literraly cold shoulder during warranty period. Also very bad customer care service . They take no time to woo customers for service care packs, for which we do not receive any form of documentation for what part it is valid or invalid, only when you go for servicing one answer pops up " Sorry this is supposed to be payable ."

HP-COMPAQ/LAPTOP — MY LAPTOP IS VERY SLOW

sir, i have a compaq laptop powered by intel dual core processor, with 512MB RAM, n windows vista as os, the problem is its very very slow...suggest me in all the ways by which i can make it fast...also kindly suggest me whether i have to 'pay' to upgrade my RAM to 1GB in any HP-COMPAQ SERVICE CENTER n if i hav to pay how much bugs shud i mend for it...
keenly waiting for ur sugestion...
type "services.msc "in run cmd, now disable the programs that u dont need as these programs make cpu uasage a lot!upgrading ram can speed the pc a lot.disk clean up & defragmentation is important factor for speed up!

COMPAQ-HP — MY LAPTOP IS VERY SLOW

I hav HP dv9000 series laptop, as i had some problem with it with the hinges of the screen, i had given it to the service centre, they just hav told tat it has to be replaced, but its almost 2months passed my laptop is handedover to service center ppl, dey r not yet able to get d screen replaced...and they r not even giving information properly...
it is very bad, india shud boycott HP products,
is there not something we can do about this ??

Compaq — bad service

i have purchased a compaq cq50-100em model laptop from abroad with international warranty. i have submitted it for service after it had crashed its motherboard. I had to wait for many months to get it replaced with a new motherboard and that after fighting it out with the service centre people. Now after almost 3 months it had the same problem. What shall i do now.? Ima na MBA student and i am awaiting my placements and need to submit my project report shortly. Iam frustrated by the service that they offered me and swear that will never purchase a compaq or HP laptop in my life nor would recommend to anybody.Thanx Hp for whatever you have done to me.

HP Compaq Laptop — Stiffed on a warranty

I called HP service center, and they re-directed me to another number, both indian might i add. The first one was helpful, the second..HA! I got this labtop last year for christmas....so i haven't even had it a year, but someone had bought it before me, and returned it to walmart! The year warranty still ran on! almost 6 months of warranty i wasn't allowed to have..So i called them, and the man said that the warranty had expired, and that it was out of his hands. I asked him to transfer me to the manager, and first he said they didn't have one. Then i said you have to have someone over you, i'm sure you're not your own boss. Then apparently they magically had a manager, but he couldn't transfer me because it was an ivalid escalation, and he just couldn't do it! So i asked if i could be transfered to anybody else besides him, and he still wouldn't do it!! I got cheated out of a computer, that was a lot of money, and they won't do a damn thing for me!!!!
sir i want i to complain that i give my laptop to service center bcoz my in built speaker was stop working they take near about 10 to 15 days and after they said we cant repair it because you use vlc player .and i think is invalid point and they not even give me suitable answer to my query pls take some action about it.
