I have procured a compaq laptop with serial no CNF7484MKJ amd aTHLON - X2 in mar 2008 from a local dealer of HP Mr Nitin from Lucknow. Now i have noticed a problem with the caps lock. its not functioning properly. Further the drivers for the laptops driver with windows xp are not functional and available. I have informed the problem of this product to the local dealer for almost 20 days and no action has been taken...

On March 8, 2008, we purchased a brand new computer and printer. The computer came with Vista already pre-installed. The Microsoft Word was a 60-day trial version pre-installed on the computer. We are writing to file a complaint because we have not been able to use Microsoft Word for a combined total of 5 whole hours, if that much.

The first problem we encountered was that this brand new computer would not accept the WalMart...

the worst company ever found is compaq, they have goods to sell at shop but they dont have stock for redeemption.my redeemption code is 7mfbae9075, my delivery due date was on 25th january but they have not delivered the goods till now[29-april-2008].how frod company they took the dd as begger and they cant send the gift.the due date given by them is 10 may & if not delivered then ill take some actions...

Airtel post paid connection i am using from past 3 yrs but two days back taken one more post paid SIM at evening 5:30pm, sales guy said it would be activated max by 11.55am on the same day, yesterday i called the agent on his mobile & i had informed him still its not activated, airtel sales person said i will call u back in 5 mins yesterday afternoon @ 1:30pm since then he never call me back, i had given him atleaset 20 calls yesterday...

I had purchased compaq laptop model no.C702TU and serial no.CND7320TU. In this purchase there was aprovision of a gift of a webcam & a headphone.I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is K1T9A31MDK. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 350 and from HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached at Jan 3, 2008.

I bought a Printer No HP 6318 All-in-One for Rs.13000/- with 1 yr warranty. After about 30 months the printer's logic card malfunctioned...

i complained to the Hp helpline nos...they said its out of warranty but i said i can pay for the repairs but it must be repaired as they never mentioned while selling that they have non-serviceable parts inside !

I purchased a HP Pavilion Laptop from Computer exchange, Park Street, Kolkatta. The service provided by the sales outlet was callous and rude. Their sole aim was to sell the product and not provide good customer service. As the outlet was dealing with so many brands, I feel that with their service they are tarnishibg the image of the brands like HP, Lenovo and others....

I bought a Compaq Presario V3133AU notebook from a HP reseller in Trivandrum in November 2006. In December 2006, after one month of expiry of warranty, it went dead. When I enquired at the reseller's office, they told that almost all the 3133AU systems that they sold were coming back with the same complaint exactly after the expiry of the warrranty period. Is HP manufacturing such products to last just one year? I got it repaired...
