i am consumer of hp gas no.607155 hanuman gas agency since lost 6 months they are very poor service but the celebrates 4th anniversary when i book gass lost 3 months ago after 44 days they deleverd & this time i book before 26 days' but still not receving cylinder what can i do because i have onle on cilender even the manager toled the deleverd boy they are taking 15 days after manager's order but the blok 450-500 & mt cylinder[protected] they are sellig plz taking action sirioiusly... thanking u sir

HP Gas — Stove is Mandetrary?

I am staying at Airoli, Navi Mumabai. HP gas distributor is Balaji Gas service.
They are forcing us to buy a Stove with a new HPgas connection and saying that it is mandatary from HP.
I have all the required papers for a new connection.

HP. Gas Cylinder — To book a gas cylinder on Telephone

I have been using HP. Gas cylinder since last 21 years and since last year I am having a serious complaint against the Dealer in our locality, Distributors of Gas Cylinders.. M/s.Maruti Gas Agency at Bowenpally, Secunderabad.
The booking telephone numbers are continously engaged from morning 8 a.m. to evening 6 p.m. and it takes almost more than 20/25 days just to book a cylinder. Everytime, whenever we inform this matter, they give us addtnl. one more number that you can get this no. very easily but that is not the case and the same problem I have been facing.
Its really ridiculous as time time, I am trying the telephone numbers for more than a week but all the nos. are coming engaged.
Please do the needful urgently as facing lot of difficulty in booking a gas cylinder.

HP Gas — Late delivery of Gas with their monopolly

I am a consumer of Hp gas under Titilagarh distributor.
There are so many troubles for HP gas, the official staff misbehaves to consumer for asking of why the gas delivery late.
After the 20 to 25 days of booking the refill cylinder delivered to party.

HP Gas — Still to receive a New Connection.

I have applied for a new connection with HP Gas (HP - Aundh Gas @ NCL). First visit they said new connection is available and you need lease agreement and the connection will be given in 8 days and i said i have got my lease agrement can we complete the formalities, on this they said thier computer is down today and being a satuday the maintaince guy will come on monday so please come on tuesday. Since i couldn't go on tuesday i went on wednesday morning and told them that i need new connection then they told me new connection is colsed since we don't have stock. They asked me to check by next wednesday same story on that and then finally after a month they got a form filled form filled from on 06 August, 2008. but no money was collected for the deposit or allotment they said next week we will get stock and then you can pay the amount and take the regulator and pipe and they are also forcing to take the GAS stove which is optional and which is written on thier notice board too but they force to take gas stove saying we can't give connection without gas stove. And since then i have been going every week on the Agency office for my connection and hearing the same line "Stock nahi AAya hai, Agale hafte Aayega. Aap next week aayeya".
Its been 2 months since they got the form filled and no sight of new connection. What can i do in this situation.

The complaint is you try these no. from Hyderabad, preferably from his area, and I assure you, you will not get the line through even after one week.

One has to go personally to book the gas.

I suggest that the booking should be through phone as well as net, and this agency not even bother to reply on the net.

HP Gas — Not getting Satisfactory service by your agency

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We are the customer of "HP Gas" from so long with your agency located at Dhankawadi, ["Shiv-shanti gas Agency"]. i would like to mention bout them is the way of giving their service is very poor n bad to all of their customer located in this area. They are not capable to give cylenders to so many peoples at same time even after they have a huge load of new connections. after 21 days as per your rule we get a cylender at home [ As per Home delivery Rule] but for getting that cylender we have to remind them for so many times. The office staff is very arrogant they dont have value for their precious customers. this is not my personal complaint but this the true picture of every subscriber of Dhankawadi who they are providing cylenders. I want to request you that please take some necessary action against this picture. {This is not happens for once but every time} we have to face this problem for getting cylender. I hope your organisation will take necessary action agains this situation. for getting one cylender we have to stay in a long que for an hours. for home delivery customer staff always gived an answer that they will send within 2/3 days at home but for that we have to remind more than 2 times. also on the telephone they didnt give satisfactory answer or most of the times they dont pick the phone [ this is the reality] how many time we should visit their for getting cylender??? apart from our official work n time?? they dont care dam for their customer's time n money. So i heartly request you please do the needful against this horrible situation. And try to improve the service in this area.

Dear sir,

If we buy gas stove from common market not from HP gas dealer, then is it necessary that we have to make a routine Stove check by the dealer by paying charges(Rs. 250.00).

HP Gas (Domestic Connection) — Non issue of regulator for more than two months

Sir/Madam,
I got my gas connection transferred from Bharat Petroleum Gas Agency at Boileuganj (Shimla-5) to HP Gas Agency M/s Shiva Gas Service, Govil Niwas, Opp. Himland Hotel, Shimla-171001 on 28th July 2008 consequent to shifting of my accommodation.However, I was told to make the necessary payments at the agency and that the gas connection will be installed by the authorised service agents of the agency. I was delivered two cylinders the very next day but neither the regulator was delievered nor installation made (obviously there is no question of installation without issue of regulator). Ever since then, I have made many phone calls and visited the agency at least thrice. Everytime I am verbally assured that the regulator will be delivered by tomorrow. However, it has been more than two months already but I have yet to receive the regulator. In such circumstances, I had no option but to approach your good office through this online facility. The receipt no. vide which I was charged installation charges by M/s Shiva Gas is receipt no. 821 dt 28/07/2008. I shall be extremely grateful to you if you could kindly direct M/s Shiva Gas Service, Shimla to do the needful.

I Transferred my HP Gas Connection to DURBO GAS, initially they acted like they are the best distributors and the very next day they started troubling. I asked for the refill Gas and they said that i need to come next day to get the refilled gas. This was continued for 10 days. According to them, every day the Truck used to start from the Godown at 10:00 am... but even after waiting for 5 hours at there distribution center, the truck never arrives... or i should say the truck can't cover 13 km distance even in 5 hours.
That was one instance, now when i asked them that i need additional cylinder, they said booking is closed, and i completely disagree to it. They also says that even if i book second cylinder, it will take above 8 months to get that which is a ridiculous statement.
I want to know how can we work on this issue. This is the worst distributors with HP Gas, the management should do something about it, if can't should cease there license or at least give them a tough warning.
I sincerely request you to visit this agency and see there work, if possible, go as a unknown person so that you may know there style of work. The details are as follows:-

HP Gas Cylinder — Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder & never picking the phone

It is a regular problem being faced with the distributor located at Sheikh Sarai (Near Malviay Nagar), New Delhi.

The various phone no. of distributor[protected], 26012540,[protected] are never picked by them. It is almost become necessary to personally visit to book the cylinder. I after trying a lot to book on phone, atlast visited personally and booked the cylinder (custermer no. 679378) on 29/09/2008. It was informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 to 3 days. It is now 10 days have passed but still the cylinder is not delivered. They are uncatchable on phone.

It is really has become a headache to get the cylinder everytime.

Can someone look into the matter and take approprite action against the distributor.
