HP — NON DELIVERED GAS ALTHOUGH BOOKING IS ALREADY

sir,
i m the consumer of hp gas. my consumer no. is 814933 my connection in sahnewal hp gas agency (Punjab).i booked my cylinder on[protected],but i don't received my cylinder till now. i phoned our field officer but their response is very poor. The behaviour of agency man and helpers is very rude they talk very nonsense. I am not sure that they sells cylinder in blacks or not, but I heard about it lot. Apart from it as my observation it can be true because no delivery on timing is proof for this activity
Moreover I want to say it is major problem of not progress, am belong from middle class family and so I have not another way to fight with them and write this letter. Because of these kinds of people are responsible for whole corruptions which are occurring in India. Please take a effective action for this agency so we received our cylinder in time and also others.

HP Gas — gas cylinder not received

Dear Concern my gas consumer num is 518723 on name of Pardeep Kumar, i have booked my cylender on 20Dec10 but still i have not recd my gas cyllender .when i called this[protected] always busy if conected then , they told me it will take 10-12 days more i have only one cyllender connection kindly look this matter & do the the needfull.

Dear sir/madam,
I am santosh prajapti, i had booked my new refill on 31/12/2010 but till now it is not deliverd. When i contact to agency on 08/01/2011 then person told me that it will take AT LEAST ONE WEEK.In summer season gas is sufficient for 33-35 days but in Winter season it is not sufficient for 25 days. I would like to know that Is there any corruption in gas cylinder? It is very serious that how we cook our food if it will take 15 Days to deliver. Is there black selling of cylinder? if yes then take action against them.

I strongly recommend that take necessary action to the Agency So that they deliver it 3-4 days of booking date and customer should happy.

My booking number is 328088.
Which i booked on 3rd January and today is 12th.9 days and still no response.
Despite talking to paschim gas agency manager Nitin i have not received gas even after his promise.This is completely unacceptable that i am gas less and no one is bothered about it.I am your customer at least respect your business.I don't think i need to explain importance of gas in family.Though this is not my first complaint.This has become my routine.I book gas and after 10 days file a complaint then u get response if you are lucky enough.
My complaint number for last month was 10032466.
and response that i got from this service was:
Your booking is of 3.12.2010 delivered on 13.12.2010 as per record and the connection is in the name of Ramesh Chander.
Is this enough?
will i get my home food cooked with this response.
Please try to understand my dilemma and help me out from your great service provider vendor.
Though i want to speak with someone in HP.
I ensure i will talk to you soon and not just send you written letters.
I hope concerned authority will look into the matter.

I didn't get the cylinder for over 20 days and after lot of calling and calling.. when I got them on call.. the receptionist says I have already received it just a week ago and can't book another one in this shoft period :)

I said .. wow .. did you sell that cylinder on my name to someone at higher? .. no answer

I booked for cooking gas by online vsnl on 25/12/10 vied refill booking no. 16, but till today 18/1/11 non delivery. whenever i make phone call to their representative , he says tomorrow must be delivery.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it's regular happening with us by HP agency.

Jayshree Gas Service — Phone always engaged

My custmer ID is 624649 amd I am HP gs user. I allways feel problum to book the gas on Phone Nos.[protected] / 28114879 / 28127074 to Jayshree Gas Service. Every time we are calling for booking the Ph. either engage or if ringing no body there to pick up. It is very serious issue.Staff make private calls or hooked up the receiver. your service branch is named with "nandhinee gas agency" in thiruvanmayur-chennai district-tamil nadu
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problems from the service.i have booked on consumer no 616986 3.01.2011 but still on 21.01.11 i have not received the delivery.i called many times & also went straight also but no response from their side.

EMARSONS — delay in LPG gas supply

I had booked gas on IVRS no of HP gas call centre no:[protected] on dated 6/1/2011
They have alloted booking no: 407594 dt. 6/1/2011 till date i have not recieved my gas cylinder. when i had contact the hp gas call centre on dt.22/1/2011 they have alloted me another booking no. i want to know why they have not supplied me gas to my previous booking no.

i am still waiting for the gas to come.i humbly request you to look into this matter urgently. my Consumer no 682319

HP Gas — Gas connection

This is Naveen and Vijaya. we are recently married couple.Here the complaint is we went to HP gas agency& asked for new gasconnection(that is near to my home).But they are telling that now we closed the new connections and choose Bharath gas connection (that is far from my home)but i hear that they are giving gas connections if we pay some more money than the actual cost.
