Gas delivery man is asking for tips each time he delivers the gas from rupees 20 to 30 extra than the MRP of the cylinder. Should we have no other way than give the money asked for? Should we have to give the money? Is there any rules for that. He threatens to take the cylinder away if the tips is not given.

HP Gas — Non delivery of refill after 15 days and np phone pick up
Refill was booked on 29th sep and i was told that max delievery time is 15 days but it has not been delivered till 14 oct. it been 15 days now. I dont have gas at home and ordering food from a hotel.Agency has been non responsive and not picking up despite several phone calls. Please address.

The Gas refill booked with Adhoc Renuka Gas Agency at Hubli on 29.10.2010 has not been delivered despite 15 days, which shows negligence and Defiency in service. Kindly advise the concerned look into the matter and arrange to supply the refills timely to avoid unnecessary complaints, which ultimately spoints the name and fame of the Co., resulting some times facing untoward incidents with Consumer Redressal forms. HP Gas — very late delivery and no home delivery
this is the the complaint about hp gas station at rewa which also known as PUSKAR GAS SERVICE located at nh-7 , bara rewa. they used to not deliver the gas on time always and most of time distribut the gas cylinder at the the park located behind the office. paople in copultion go there and make a large queue there.if there is home delivery charge included in the amount, they should go for home delivery. at present the gas cylinder charge is rs 396 but they charge it rs 400, and if we ask about it they tell us that go the end of the queue.
sir, it is most serious problem and frequent problem for the consumers, please take necessary action.

I booked gas for home delivery on24.03.10 but till today 16.10.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, They says we will send, some times they put down phone reciever(so many times i saw ), while we callin the phone is busy, so many time i told to the in-charge of the agency they are not responding. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

HP gas delivery boy Mr. Manoj Sharma (Priya gas agency's boy) used abusing words to customer like "Joo ho sakta ho wo kar loo mein too cylinder black he karunga" please change this boy because he doesn't know how to speak consumer and what's the manner? I had complaint many times in Priya gas agency[protected] but he had not take any action please give me some solution for this complaint. (please change this boy)

GANESH GAS SERVICE ;Kanjhawala Road; Bawana; Delhi-39 . I had booked my cylinder on 9th Oct 2010 but I feel sorry to inform you till today i.e 24th Oct 2010 I have not received my cylinder. and yesterday when i went to the gas agency to inquire about my cylinder the attendent of the Agency replied with very bad attitude that it would take a months time from the date of booking. This attitude of the attendent of the agency shoked me as i m the very old customer (about 25yrs) and had experienced this type of reply for the first time. I had never asked to deliver my cylinder before completion of my 21days. As i stay in a joint family i require my cylinder on time. Kindly take the necessary action against the same as early as possible.

dear sirI booked gas for home delivery on14.10.10 but till today 2/11/10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. and i also talk in kurla (E) agency branch but they are also not considering my problem at all.
i have also talk that delivery guy as well as staff maneger that tivari gi in bail bajar kurla (w) branch but they dont reply as they should be as
i have hear that as seen many where blacking of hp cylender at the rate of rs 450/ in kurla west mosty in hotel and tea stall .........

HP GAS/CYLINDER — Not delivering gas on time every month
HiThis is regarding the delivery of HP gas.
Everytime I booked the GAS and it is not getting delivered on time. Then I have to call and scold many time and go n personally meet the manager, after that only they delivered. and this is happening from the begging that is for almost 2-yrs. I seriously this this agency is doing some black marketing of HP cylindera and need immediate attention.
