HP Gas — After booking, no delivery since 15 days
Dear HP Gas,We have booked the gas on 29.11.2010 but till today we have not receive, & when ever we call to the agency, they say today we will send, & if we call next day they say they is no stock it's takes another 2-3 days, & sometimes they say we have sent. they keep on telling the reason, this happnes for everytime dont know why, I request if you take some action, that will help all the customer who is facing this kind of problem.& it will be much appreciated.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I am a regular HP gas consumer. I am staying in Jahangirpuri and the dealer is Smriti Gas service a few days ago we had gone to our gas agency on 12.11.2010 for Appling of new cylinder there was a requirement of some documents like residence proof, receipt slip of first cylinder. All required documents we had submitted but receipt of first cylinder has lost so could not submitted that slip but owner of this agency said to us that make a affidavit for the same and after that you will get new second cylinder. But he has written on our gas book that documents are missing. We have submitted all documents that required by gas agency owner alongwith affidavit but there is not any response till today.
From then, our cylinder is not booking by internet booking when we went to gas agency for asking reason, why internet booking is not booking our gas but he is began to say that bring that person whose name the gas is booked for sign verification, our gas is in the name of our father Shri. Anand singh so we presented our father in the gas agency to talk to owner of this agency for solve this problem and verification purpose also. But when my father arrived with my younger sister in gas agency they saw there was owner of this agency abusing to others and he was talking very badly to other and me also there HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arrogant, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person, Is this type of work right with clients? He was not giving any kind of information to me and other also he don’t know with this behavior we all clients have to bear too much trouble. he should not do this type of work with clients because by us he do business its his ought to client if he cannot provide gas to client and not taking responsibility of supply cylinder to client at time so he should leave this agency and give to another person who is handle well

HP Gas — no delivery of HP gas cylinder
I am consumer of HP gas and my dealer is MS ragubher gases, ramadevi, kanpur.On 13st november 2010 I booked gas and they given me No 17170, Inspite of repeated calls (50-60).Til date ihave not recived my gas cylinder.I think MS ragubher gases is indluge in black marketing of LPG gas, it has caused lot of trauma and agony to consumers of old age. Moreover people are very rude in responding. i booked gas for home delivery on 13.11.2010 (booking No. 238828) but till today 09.12.2010 not deliver. i visit to HP (Anand Store) on 03/12/2010 their representative says tomorrow must be delivered. I did call again to helpline on 08/12/2010 but i shoked my booking has been cancelled and new booking number allot to me i.e. 240904. I am sorry to say m facing much problem due to this non deliver the gas. I hope you do the needful. thanks

I am Shobhit Khanna, residing at 65/22, Chitwapur Road, Lalkuwan, Lucknow (U.P-226001) & have transferred my old HP connection from Sultanpur to Lucknow (due to my job transfer) into a new HP gas connection in July 2009 from Vijay Gas Service, 278/10, Aishbagh Road, Lucknow an authorized distributor for HP. My Consumer No. is 614094.
I am in private service (work from 9 am to 7 pm) and don’t not get time to do proper follow ups. I’m writing this with extreme pain that since my association with this distributor he has been troubling my mother & wife in following different ways:
1. The problem starts at the tele-booking level itself. Since last 1 year their phone is not working properly. Either they don’t pick the phone even after multilple rings or quite frequently they have made such settings on their number that phone from our side gets picked up, our balance gets deducted and no sound/response comes from there. Even after several complaints on this, the problem still persists.
2. My mother asks for only one refill cylinder in a month. That too requires her to make atleast 10 phone calls to this distributor. All other gas suppliers take the booking after 21days of last booking but M/S VIJAY Gas Service have made their self created norms of booking. They say we don’t follow 21 days, rather we book after 21 days from the date on which the cylinder gets delivered to your home. And what an irony, we again wait for 15-20 more days for getting the delivery of our last booked cylinder refill.
3. On enquiring on phone, they usually say with huge surprise, “Oh, cylinder has not reached yet, we’ll get it delivered today.” But again sleep on their fake words. Due to the worry of gas being exhausted, my mother has to travel 3 kms to convey that, “Sir, we are waiting for the delivery.” To a live example, we have booked for a refill on 25th Nov 2010 and today being 9th Dec 2010, we have not received the cylinder yet and cooking on stove. Even, I personally have intimated them, that my baby is small, my wife boils her milk-bottles which consumes a lot of gas. Even this has not melted their heart.
4. They also say, if you have any hurry ask your mother or someone else in your family to go to godown and collect the same. At times we have seen that he possess good stock of refilled cylinders in his godown but still deliberately he does this delay.
Request your kind intervention in this matter as this distributor is causing such harm to HP’s brand image, we don’t want to indulge into any fight rather we have decided that if things, don’t improve, we’ll hav no option left rather to surrender the connection. Pls help..

I M Asrar Ahmed Khan from Moradabad (U.P) i have a connection of hp gas. I bokked my gas on 26th of October but till today i.e 11th of december i have not received gas when ever i make a call to distributor he promise to deliver tommorrow... i m facing much problem by this my customer id is 19456 my distributors name is Navjeevan Jyoti Gandhi nagar Moradabad.. my booking number is 35446... kindly taking a acyion against this problem... thanking you.

This is not good for a company which is having good name across the country. I sincerely request higher authority to take necessary action.

I had booked for refill of cyclinder on[protected] vide booking number 628200 at Ravi Gas Service, Jalesar Etah (U.P.).On persistent phone calls to the agency(the number is always Switch Off), I got connected somehow and was replied to wait for 8more days.Other option was to collect the same personally that too after phone call and avaialbility confirmation.On calling next day[protected] I was told that there is a holiday.Plz confirm the next day.I donot know what and where the problem lies in.Earlier it used to be very prompt service from HP in other cities like Hyderbad, Mumbai(my previous residences) but I feel the Pune centre needs to be revved up!
Plz look into the matter and do the needfulI donot want to bother anyone this way but I see no other option to wakeup the agency!

I arjuna chhura booked for gas cylinder on dated 13/12/2010 by telephone to my nearest gas agency SWEETA GAS Agency Yehlenka, Banglore ( For HP Con summer gas) but till date the agency unable to provide the gas. When I call to day they did not entertain me and replay you should told to the Gas supply boy and ignore my call. In this way the agency ignore me . I am a central Govt. employee and have not time to go the agency. please guided me Dear Sir

I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. When agency confirmed that I must sent the cylinder then take leave from my institute therefore, I have lost approx Rs 20, 000/-from my salary. This is mentaly and finential harassment. It is humbly request that look in to the matter and try to send my gas cylider other wise I will go consumer forum.
It is very shameful that HP Gas announce that agency will supply the cylinder within 24-48 hrs after booking but after 50 days I have not receive the cylinder.

HP Gas Connection — Taking extra money.
Iam using HP gas connection, Actual gas cylinder cost is Rs.343. But deliveryman is taking Rs.350. I had given compliant many times but dealer is not caring about compliant.
