hpgas — Booking complaint
My consumer ID is 600542, Last all most one year I noticed that delay in supply domestic gas more than one month.According to the dealer's(Bagnan Gas Agency (ADHOC[protected]rule, they don't accept new booking within 15 days of last booking & supply the gas after 25 days of booking.So it results that...HP Gas — Booking cylinder not deliver till date
Dear Sir,My Name is Bhageshwari Devi resi V 4 telecom collony Vivek Vihar Delhi 95. I am H P gas consumer no 618598 of SHAWNEY GAS AGENCY NO 22501615. I Booked my cylinder on 12/01/2011 booking no is 491290 12/1/2011 but this booked cylinder not delivered till date by gas agency dealer.
Kindly take the action on dealer and deliver my gas cylinder on priority basis.

I booked HP GAs on 11. 01.2011. the complaint no. is 441478. it is not yet delivered as on 27.01.2011. It will be horrifying if my current cylinder will get empty and refilled is not delivered yet. phone lines are giving busy tone in agency and anytime service is giving the same booking no. message every time.

HP Gas — non delivery of gas after booking
I have booked my gas on[protected].Ihad send complaint to your consumer zone also but they did not delievered my gas.please send my gas quick. Please see my complaint and delievered my gas.
My consumer No.is640571 with Kiran Agencies, 9, Anchor House, Pune 411040. I am told by them that booking on 12665 is not acceptable to them though the bill they give states Booking No 12665. After much difficulty I managed to book through them on the 13th of Jan 2011. but to date I have not received any intimation or the refill cylinder. It is now 20 days. Their tel No. 65615222 does not work though also given in the bill. I have coplained earlier to HP Gas but there is no action to address consumer grieviences.

HP Gas — Black selling of Gas cylinder
I have to complain against HP Gas suppliers in bhiwandi that they are not supply gas celender on time due to this we were in trouble and they also selling this celender in hotels and other shop in black at high prices, and they also collect 10 rupees extra on deleivery which is not permissable.I request you that please take immediate action against HP gas Supplier.

My consumer No. is640571, with Kiran Agencies in Pune. Today is the 28th day since I booked my gas, there is no way of contacting the Agency on their given Nos 26830470, 26832970 or 65615222. They do not accept gas booking on 12665.
I have complained before but there is no Action by the Co.

sir main sultanpur lodhi ka rehne wala hu aur main har bar cylinder refill karvne ki home booking karwata hu par mujhe kabhi bhi cylinder ghar nahi pohcha .plz mere ye problam hal kare They are the real mother who knows only making false promises... Its been a week i received a text from hp gas quoted that i will receive the cylinder but I think it was just a prank message sent by HP...
I am unable the get the phone no of HP India head to congratulate about the pain of their consumer so my humble request is to you all if you have the no kindly post on this blog... I will be highly obliged ...

We booked a gas cylinder to lekshmi narayana gas agency alpy, kerala, india in the name of mr Jerome T C.Still now we didnt recievethe gas cylinder.so we call to the agency the receptionist is shouting towards to us.They are making mis behaviour to us.Now they are not picking up the phone.Kindly solve the problem otherwise we arer planning to register a compliant in consumer court.

This agencies telephone remains always busy. Even sometimes when the telephone starts ringing, they do not pic it. The telephone operator is rude to every customer and talks like he gives the gas without money.
The refil is given after 1 mnth or more only although we have connection of 2 cylinders. No checkings made for proper working of regulator or pipings.
we sometimes feel cheated by Hp gas as we sometimes remail short supplied of refill for even 8-9 days. now also it is more then 8 days we have not recevived the gas refill
Please give us some solution
