[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

dear sir,

my consumer number is 606728, i am a consumer in Maa Tarini Enterprise, Sambalpur, Orissa. i had booked a cylinder on 6/10/2010. they assured me to send the cylinder in 7 days. but for the last 20 days i have been repeatedly calling them but being ignored by the dealer. neither they are sending the cylinder nor they are paying heed to the concern of consumer. really it is unfortunate. after this complaint i believe appropriate action would be taken against them.

HP Gas — GAS CYLINDER NOT DELIVERING ON TIME REGULARLY

SIR,

MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 611058, I HAVE BOOKED GAS CYLINDER WITH POONTHY GAS AGENCY IN TRIVANDRUM KERALAM. I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT AGINST THIS AGENCY AND AFTER THAT I GOT A GOOD RESPONSE FOR TWO/ THREE MONTHS.

NOW THE SITUATION IS GOING REALLY BAD. I HAVE BOOKED FOR MY NEW REFILL BEFORE 24 DAYS. TILL NOW THERE IS NO REFILL ALLOWED TO ME FROM THIS AGENCY. I SUSPECT THAT THIS IS THE PURPOSEFUL ACT FROM THE AGENCY BECOZ OF THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT I HAVE MADE AGAINST THIS AGENCY AND ITS DELIVERY STAFF.


PLS TAKE INTO CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT AS A SERIOUS ISSUE.

PANWAR GAS AGENCY, SHOP NO-10, SEC-14, G.D.A, MKT RAJ NAGAR, GHAZIABAD(U.P)(DEALER CODE -632510), I have booked gas on 13/10/2010 but want to know you till today I have not recieved cylinder. when I want to know the delay by Gas agency then he suggest me pl come to agencies throug all gas documents and Address proof, then i went to the agencies throug same requirement they told me your address was wrong, while I submitted all address proof (flat registry copy, ID proof)at the time of taking connection, also want to know u his behaviour of talk to consumer is not good .so you are requested to kindly to take action against him at earliest

I booked gas for home delivery 10days back but till today 10/11/2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even, i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My name is Danish Ahmed and my customer number is 601471. I have a poor service for hp gas in our town.

I had book the gas on 29/10/2010 and the reply from the agency for the delivery is 7 days.
From today 13/11/2010 i haven't get the delivery, i call daily to the agency but there is no response.
Kindly requesting you to pay a little attention to my complaint.

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, nobody attend call. if by chance attend our call then he says tomorrow or day after tomorrow must be delivered. Quick Gas Services — Non delivery of cylinder beyond 45 days

I don't know whether you really take action against any complaint received by you. My consumer No. is 613416. I booked a refilled gas cylinder on 1.09.2010. Till today I have not received the delivery. I got the information that the owner never deposit the money in time for delivery of cylinder to its consumer. Hope you will take it seriously and take some action.

SAVITHA GAS AGENCIES — non delivery of gas cylinder after 25 days of booking

Sir / Madam,
I booked the cylender in the month of October and I have been told that the same will be delivered in a weeks time and today is 17th and till date it has not been delivered and the booking number is 998. From last one week Iam complaining and the respond Iam getting is that I will make arrangement to send it today itself. But till now it is not delivered. Time and again we are facing this problem. Every time we book for the cylender we have to chase the office to get the cylender. When we go to the office they say that you have taken it 10 days before only we cann't booke for the same. I have the intension that the cylender is being sold in black.

Pls instruct the concern to get the cylender delivered at the earliest.

Gas cylinder supply is not proper after booking 15 days also we did not got the cylinder, Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered, but now they are very rude telling that we cannot help for u wait for other 5 days. I BOOKED MY GAS TO PANWAR GAS AGENCY GHAZIABAD TWELVE DAYS AGO BUT STILL COULD NOT RECEIVE THE CYLINDER. THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING MY CALL.I REQUESTED TO THE SUPPLYER OF MY AREA VAISHALI. HE SENT HIS FRIEND (BABLU) WITH A GAS CYLINDER . BABLU TOLD US TO PURCHASE GAS IN BLACK BY GIVING HIM 500 RUPEES. IT IS RELLY SAMEFUL OFFENCE . PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS OFFENCE.

I have booked a gas on 12/11/2010 and they was told that it will be deliverd after twelve days but I did not receive till date and told that your booking is cencil. if you want gas re booking must that it will be delived after ninteen days. I have got cylinder from M/S Pawar Gas Agency, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad.I never recieve gas in a time.No one agree to talk on this topic .They show rude behaive a single quare.They did not booked the gass at the call and say if you want to booking the gass so come at Agency. But I want to conform that the gass agency so for to our house . So please conform me what is the solution of this problem ?
