Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

Distribute HP GAS Agency, Praveen Gas Agencies, D.No.6-9/4/B, Old Telangana Spinning Mills, Chintal, Hyderabad-500054.

My Consumer no.658784 at above the address, I booked gas for home delivery 20 days back but till to day 23.09.10 not yet deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative says it will be delivered today. Even I made personel visit to requested them having one cylinder. They say it will be delivered today evening. I am sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP DISTRIBUTOR PRAVEEN GAS AGENCES.

KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THEM AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.

the agency does not gives gas properly, it also does not givs home delivery to us.to take gas we have to face too much difficulties, first we have to stand in line since morningminimum for one or two-three hours,

I received last cylender on Dt.19/07/2010. I booked for refilling befoer 25 days .
But I have not received it as yet. My Both cylender are Blank now this time.

The agency cannot attend any call of customer.

Kindly take any action against the delivery. We believe they are selling the gas in black also. The gas agency name is:

We are customer of HP Gas. And our Customer No. is 605625 & BAWANA GAS SERVICE

We are facing problem in delivery of gas. Every time we have to wait for more than 25 days and we have do 6-7 phone calls. I have sent a complaint on HP Gas website before 2 months approx. But still the problem is same. and i have not been contacted by their Customer care centre or by anyone from HP gas side to confirm the problem.

Now we book our gas on 10.09.10 and our BOOKING NO.366507. and we have done 4-5 phone calls, but still we are waiting for gas. Every time over phone they said OK we will deliver tomorrow, but next day no response.

Kindly tell us the right way to solve this problem

Dear Madam,

Reference my complaint. I finally managed to get through to 12665 and they booked my cylinder on 14 sep 2010, giving me a No.2. Thereafter I heard nothing from the Kiran Agencies. After trying for all these days I finally got through today 23Sep 2010 and they gave me a fresh No.1582 as my booking No. They also stated that 12665 is non functional and they are the only authority that one can book for the cylinder.

If what they say is true it is about time one changed the receipt that is given with every cylinder high lighting us to contact 12665 for one's booking of cylinders.

H. P. Gas — non delivery of home service

I have a gas conection from Amar Sons, Amrik Singh Road, Bathinda of HP, Gas company bearing no 618904 in the name of Vikramjit Singh. They always try to avoid home delivery. They want that custmer take cylinder from their gowdown, so that they keep the carry discount.They always keep a difference of a week or more for home delivery and delivery from godown, to press the custmer for delivery from gowdown.I contacted many times the agency but they never care about it. so pl solve this problem and take n/a aginst the agency.

HINDUSTAN GAS COMPANY — Difficulty in Booking Gas Cylinders on Telephone and Much Delay in Supply of Gas Cylinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. I am submitting a few complaints for your kind information and an early appropriate action please. My nearest Gas Outlet is at Alwal, Secunderabad.

2. 1st Complaint: - Whenever I try to book Gas Cylinders on telephone, I always get their Phone Nos. engaged. If at any time any Phone rings, the Handset is lifted and disconnected. One day I, intentionally, went to my Nearest Gas Outlet and saw that Handsets of both the Phones were kept aside. When I objected to that, they simply told me that they could not attend so many Phones in a day. Their Phone Nos. are –[protected] and[protected].

3. 2nd Complaint: - I booked 2 Gas Cylinders – Consumer Nos. 509525 and 516312 on 16 September 2010 but till 03 October 2010 Cylinders were not supplied. 3 times I personally went to my nearest Gas Outlet and requested them. Every time they assured me that Gas Cylinders would be supplied on the same day but the Cylinders were not supplied till 03 October 2010.

4. 3rd Complaint: - Many times it has been observed that Gas Cylinders have got slight Leakage from the Nozzle and the same are underweight. On this, when the Delivery Persons are asked to replace the same by good Cylinders, they force us to accept the same defective Cylinders.

5. On the whole, the Service of this Outlet is very poor. I, therefore, kindly request you to scrutinize these Complaints and take an early suitable action so that Consumers are not suffered. You are also requested to kindly let me know the action taken to my E-Mail Address mentioned below.

I booked gas for home delivery on Many Time but till today 04.10.07 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. And also the delivery boy Name Ankush he is using command like .

Their is no way we can do anything about it, , , I similarly had booked for a refill on 18.09.2010 at laxmi gas service in Kurla (E) Mumbai and till today i am yet to recieve the same, , , dont know to whom should we complain or should we stop using gas stove and go back to primitive kerosene ones or simply stick to microwaves. moreover their phones are always busy you have to keep redialling at least 20 to 30 times to speak to someone on the other side, , , and their emergency no's [protected], [protected], , , 32929440 and 32929465 are always switched off, , , Plz Help if anyone at the HP admin can look into this, , this is now a pain.

I am requesting u kindly take the matter seriously because since last 3days I am regularly going to your gas agency called M/s. Lingaraj Gas, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. Odisha. That person who is giving token to the consumer assuring me that today u will get the gas and our person will deliver the cylinder but till date I have not yet received. I am kannan. my consumer no.601523. I booked my no.befor 20 days but no delivery at the time. I Call to the agency no response from there. but they are sale the booked refill excess prices to other person & commercial shops.

I have also booked my gas before 10 days but till date i have not recd. my gas. Gas agency name is Trehan Gas Agency in Punjabi Bagh. service is very bad. I have big family withn 10 days my anoter gas will finished and gas agency will not take booking before 15 days. we are facing lot of problem. please help.

This shows that gas agency holders are not only properly doing their duties but also mis- behaving with customers. there is a need to take a very firm action against the gas dealers as the credit of the hp gas is detoriating due to irresponsible dealers. i was also trying to complain but already in existence of several numbers of complaints, i thought, should i complain?

HP Cooking Refill Gas Service — non delivery of refill gas

I , Gokuldas S. Borker, am the consumer of HP gas service with dealer M/s Aurora Gas Service, margao and my consumer number is 606803

I have booked the gas for refill on 29 sept 2010 and was not delivered till 5th October 2010 where it was rebooked on 6th october 2010 and till this date the gas is not reached home (11th Oct 2010)

This is the story which is happening everytime and the dealer is giving evasive answers

So I refered my complaint to the officer incharge Mr. Murty on the Mobile phone [protected] for the regularisation but I found he is more supportive to the dealer rather than the costumer

I do not know the company is for costumers or dealer and constrained to write to you. Please register this complaint and solve the problem

My self Mr. Umakanta Kar, Rajendrapada, Balangir, Ph [protected]. After my transfer from Cuttack I got 2 nos cylinders after a lot of persuation & after Mr. Behera yours Sales Executive at Sambalpur' intervention on 16.07.2010. My Cylinder become emty on 26.08.10. On 27.08.10 I booked for refill vide no 2483. The Gas agency is M/s Chandra Jyoti Gas, Rugudi Pada, BALANGIR, Orissa. But Till Date i.e 10.10.10, it is not refilled. Always they are giving false commitments over phone & when I met personnaly. A lot of time is wasted in getting a gas cylinder refilled.More ever that agency is never giving reciepts.In Cuttcak I was having Indane gas connection & i never faced any difficulties. Within 7 days of booking(after 21days of previous booking) I was able to get refilled. Please look into this matter & help us in getting gas easily.My Customer no is 605051.

The service of kang gas agency is too bad in chandigarh, Sector-7
