I booked gas for home delivery on17/02/2011 at 5.45P.M. but till today 22/02/2011not deliver. When i go to their office they told me our delivery van is breakdown & we can deliver cylinder after two day.when I enquiry about complaint book, they told me CO. is not allot complaint book. Before this complaint I had written complaint dated 4/09/2010 for same.yet i have no anser from compitant athority .

I have booked the gas before 18 days we didnt yet received d cylinder till now.every month we are facing same problem.they are saying that tommorrow we are going to send.four days are completed & they are telling the same thing.every time the phone will be busy or swiched off.every month they are delivering 20 after booking we are facing lot of problems with one cylinder plz try to resolve this problem as early as possible my consumer no is 505590,new venkateshwar nagar,tukaramgate,north lallaguda

i have booked my gas 2 times by online but i m not getting the delivery from the last 15 days. every time there is problem in delivery of gas. the person who came for deliver the cylinder always missbehave with us. my gas agency name is NOBLE TRADERS near rajouri garden, delhi and my consumer no is 692972. so i request u to visit the agency to check their delievrey system

Dear Sir,

I have faced a really bad experience from Siddivinayak Gas Service. I have booked a Gas 4 days back and they assure me of the delivery in 2 days, but till date I have not got the gas, I have only 1 cylinder as if now and I cannot effort to go for the purchase of the 2 nd one at this moment. The staff at the Andheri East, JB Nagar office were very rude and this is not the first time. As specially, I had a very bad encounter with Mr. Vaishnav, he used such an unpresentable words- He said that he is not concern about our problem whether we have gas or not, at this I felt so unaided about where to go for help and I felt that they don't care about the customers they are just bother about thier business and money, I have been trying to find a proper contact person where I can address my grievance to and find a long lasting solution from this agency. i am the consumer of HP gas for the past 5 years and recently i am facing problem in getting gas delivered to home on the said time. this problem is bben facing for the past 3 months and i have been to the agency and complained abouth this bit it does not seems to be resolved. i am realy frustrted by the service in recent times.

We r coustomer of sagunthala gas agency sadurangapattinam. Kalpakkam Actually we lost the cylinder before six month till now there is no action r remedies are taken by management today we call her and asked wat is procedure to change that cylinder she just simply replying we dont no anything if you need cylinder means u apply one more its really hurting us

I booked gas for home delivery on25th feb. 2011 on phone. A asked about booking number but i wasn`t given and neither cylinder was not reached upto 5 march 2011.i call them everyday but they said gas delivery today. but i donot receive it.
I m very sorry to say we are facing much problems due to this type of service and it`s regular happening with HP. My gas Agency Rastogi gas Agency, Mansarover, jaipur, rajasthan.

whenever i do calls to book for cylinder gas, they never attend my calls n they suggest to do computerised booking which is too useless just like them.....

rastogi gas service mansarovar jaipur is not delivering gas regularly and their employee is not good in nature.

at veer tejaji road mansarover jaipur
1. road and street light is not proper although veert tejaji is main road between mansarovar to link main gopalpura by pass to muhana and other main area.
2. sabji mandi is not at proper place, many seller put big stones beside the road and many motor cycles, etc got accident due to stones and dark area.
3.many encroachments are there on veer tejaji road, it may be risky for the slums as well as for the peoples.

We have not got the delivery of cylinder till date 13/03/2011. Please send cylinder very urgently.The poor service of Hp gas in our area Foujy Colony Sultanpur Lodhi . HP Gas Cylinder Agency — Non-delivery of cylinder even after booking

I hold HP cooking Gas connection with the agency Southern Gas Limited located at Ground Floor, Kossambe building, Behind Damodar Temple, Vasco-da-gama, Goa. I booked for gas cylinder replacement on 23rd February, 2011 and was promised of home delivery within 8 days. It has been 20 days (today is 15th March, 2011) since booking and I am still awaiting the delivery. Upon enquiry, I was brusquely told that load has not arrived and delivery will take place in a day or two. Couple of days ago, my wife had enquired about the replacement and she was told that delivery will take place today morning. Today morning, the lady told that delivery will take place tomorrow and when I told them about their previous replies, the lady immediately revised her delivery date and said it will happen today afternoon. This has been the norm of the agency and the ladies who carry out bookings at the agency behave irresponsibly and talk rudely to the customers. I have been witnessing this practice since the day I got my connections with them. Initially, they were providing the connection only if I were to buy their gas stove and relented only when I showed them the rules of HP company which was on display. I would like to know what will it take for me to get my cylinder delivered in time. I hope I dont have to grease any palms here.
