we have a very poor service of HP gas in your distributors

i booked gas home delivery 31.3.2011 my booking no.is 48 but till today 1.5.11 not delivered whenever phone call to representetive he say it will be delivered today, made i am a very sorry to say we are facing much problem to this type of service and it is reguler happining with HP, my gas agency distributors is located.
so you are requested to take earlist action & oblige.

Murali Enterprises is worst at providing services.. I have booked on April 3rd and still its not delivered.. What the [censored] HP is doing.. they are not taking any complaints...

i apply for the new connection for hp gas at EEM KAY GAS, NEAR BABA THAN SINGH CHOWK, SAMRALA ROAD LUDHIANA but the staff force me to purchase the package worth of 4300rs. which contain gas stove, apron gas lighter etc.
When i told them i just require cylinder and the compulosry accessories than they refused this and say we will look after in this matter.

HP Gas — Manipulation of AUTO meter

I traveled to Hyderabad on 10th night and got down from the AEROBUS after the flyover at Medhipatnam. I had to go to hotel Merriot. I hired an auto standing there. The distance of travel was told to me as ~ 4 Km. However the driver of the auto manupulated the meter (operated some lever/ switch below his dashboard) so that the meter started running forward every 20 meters. The meter at Marriot showed Rs. 84. I asked the driver why the meter is running so fast. He did not have any answer. When further probed, he said you give me 5 Rs. less. The driver name was Mr.Mujaheed and the auto registaration no. AP13YO577.

Hope RTO takes some action on such cheats.

I am a consumer of Hp gas under Geeta Gas service, Pali.
There are so many troubles for HP gas, the official staff misbehaves to consumer for asking of why the gas delivery late.
After the 20 to 25 days of booking the refill cylinder delivered to party.

Sir i have book my gas refill no 650415 on 30/04/2011 and still on 16/05/2011 i could not got delivered the gas while i ask the gas agence(kamal gas service ) he told m u got the gas after 21 days of booking day .
how much time i wait for the gas .they r sold on black(other people) on much amount.
will u take any action ....

I booked a gas cylinder on dated[protected] to the Apex Gas Service Bahu Plaza Jammu but there is no supply of gas cylinder is made till today i.e.on[protected].

Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
yaur service branch is named with "shree gurudeo gas agency" in multai distt betul-madhya predsh.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.
Now the distributorship is given to some other person on contract basis they are not working properly.
they book the refill after the 30 days of the previous delivery and then they say that at list come after 4 or 5 days to get a refill delivery.
A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.we cn see o ong row during the booking time and then at the time of delivery.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

HP Cooking Gas Supply — Delay in delivery even after delivery confirmation by Online SMS

Hello,

I have booked cooking Gas for refill on 25th May 2011. The booking reference number is 234349. On 26th I had received the SMS saying that the cylinder would be delivered and the Cash memo number is 246218. Even till dated that 5days after the SMS the Gas is not delivered. When i caled the Distributor, they say the stock problem. My question how the cash memo would be printed without stock availabe with them? Since all are online and the delay leads to leak gas to black market. The Authority should enquire promptly and get the delay fixed soon.

They given that a massege on[protected] we will delivered within next 48 Hrs.
And on[protected] I received one message that gas already delivered cash Memo No : 429.
But still now i have not received Gas and the gas agency also not called me about delivery.

I Think HP Gas company has no control over its dealers may be due to high end corruption involved i bookded a cylinder after 25 days of booking and previous cylinder lasted only for 22 days may be due to less hgas supplied The dealer INA gas jalandhar say you cant book immediately after the supply there should be gap of minimum tebn days and hence they did not honr my booking dated 16th May and booked only on 26th may almost 15 days after last supply.While i understand there is no such rule will some one look into the matter the cylender is still awaited and attitude of the staff is hostile towards us now.My consumer no is 614934

yes. i have also booked my gas refill no212512, consumer no 610842 on 1st june. as per the agency ' Abhishek gas agency' the same will be delivered in 1 hour. but the 1 hour end does not come.
most probably they have sold the gas in the black market. please take action..
