[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

have gas connection from HP with two cylinders. The booking has been done on 4th June 2011, my consumer no:619957 and still now we have not received any gas cylinder. This is horrible supply from HP and it happens in almost every month. The dealer is Kamala Gas Ramaiah Layout, T.Dasarahalli Bangalore.They are telling from 4 days today we wil deliver. But still they have not delivered. Please help me.

Dear sir,
I am a consumer of bihar circle. but it is very shameful that after 40 days of booking & 62 days of delivery i have not received my refill L.P.G. Wheather a Hawker received 15 to 20 cylender of L.P.G But an authorized consumer has to wait a long time, this not fare, no one to care after him.
My consumer No. 603111 . I had received my refill 21/04/2011 & booked my refill on 14/05/2011 but as yet i have not received my booking.

I am Hp Gas Consumer from Last two years. my consumer no.609012 from kalbadevi gas agencies. I got two Cyliendra in a Month its not sufficent to my family in my family there are 13 members in my family but two cylindra is not enough.we require one more cylindra in a month i.e.03 cylindra i requried in a month pls consider my application.
pls also give me information about how much days required after getting one cyliendra in month.pls give me favourable reponse as soon as possible

I booked gas for home delivery on 20-06-11 but till today 26-06-11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and simply says transporter is not available. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, & I have call record my mobile cell my & gas ageences, he says tomorrow must be delivered & they are deliverd 16 to 18 JUNE. it is incress rate of gas 50/ per cylender,

I am currently residing in Vasai and facing some bulling issues by HP LPG gas distributors.



We had ordered for a refill cylinder on31st May and were advised that it would be delivered by 15th June. Since it didn't arrive by that date we gave a call to the distributor which is in Manickpur.

On 20th June the cylinder delivery guy came to my residence however, my mom had gone to church. Hence my neighbours asked the delivery boy to give them the cylinder and he refused to do so.



My neighbour too was awaiting for refill cylinder which arrived on 25th June (for which booking was done on2nd June), when they inquired about our cylinder he said its already been sold out.



Then I went to the booking office in Manickpur on 25th, was instructed to go the HO which is in Vasai Goan. Did go there next day morning and the staff first mentioned that cylinder was delivered when we asked for a receipt than they corrected their sentence saying that cylinders are not in stock and would come next day morning by 11am. When I called up next day they HO staff was rude and said it would take another few days for the cylinder to be delivered as its not in stock.



I have recorded the initial conversation with the staff on my blackberry. Now its been over a month, they have not delivered refill cylinders.



And there is no one who is paying heed to this situation. Could you please help me or direct me to someone who can help me.

HP Gas — Delivery of refill cylinder not yet even after booking before 1 month

I am the resident of Amravati in Maharashtra State. I am having domestic LPG gas of Hindustan Petroleum . My dealer name is Amravati Gas Company, near balaji mandir, Amravati. My consumer no. is 2449. I have booked my refil cylinder before 1 month. But till date i have not received my refil cylinder. Whenever I phone to office they said that we will send within 2-3 days. I have phone 3-4 times uptill now. Every time same answer. The most hopeless service in amravati is Amravati Gas Company. There are other dealer of HP in amravati. But their service is not like this. Will company executive look in this case. Otherwise tell us how to shiftover from one dealer to other of HP gas. This dealer is oldest of your company. That why this is reason. Other company dealer gas refill delivery is within 2-3 days. Amravati Gas Company every time his answer is not available of stock. Or shortage or delivery person not available.
