I stay at Vasai but my gas agency of HP is at Nalasopara. 365 days there is gas shortage. Since I stay at Vasai (evershine City) I cannot go to Nalasopara. So i need to call for making a booking. You won't believe after 50 to 60 try I get connected, but it is ringing and ringing and no one picks the line. I am really fed up of this. I understand in 3 months there is a shortage but everytime????????. I will give u an example. Gas came on 5th July, after 22 days i can or i must do the 2nd booking. I did call up on 27th July and did the booking. they just told me that i will get the gas after 25 days. How is it possible? Gas does not even last for 20-25 days. So I have done my booking on 27th Juy, I need to get it by 1st week of August. Today is 16-Aug. Uptill now I have not got my gas. I am already in trouble since I am a working woman. I have been calling and calling and no one is picking my line. I am very serious about it. I am going to upper head to do this complaint. My mobile # is [protected]. I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but till today 16.8-2011 not deliver. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

I am a senior citizen and i have booked for cylinder on 2nd august 2011.on line and my booking no. is 225150
Our dealer Shakti enterprises had told it may take 10 days. Today being 19th No supply. I tried on phone to shakti enterprises, but not lifting phone. Online no. is only for booking and no provision for lodging our complaints of delay. There was not such delay when we were directly booking with the dealer in last 20 years. Is it a progress of the Company taking over booking and not supplying?
Please let us know when will be the delivery

Sir, We the consumer of your gas would like to intimate you that you have started the verification of documents, which is appreciable; But the consumers are facing difficulities which can, t be ignored viz1.The different agencies have different parameters. 2. The timeing for chacking is very limited i.e from 9.30am to 12.30.am.3. You can see big quees outside the agncies daily & in specifed period not possible to get checked documents in one day & on the next day the same postion again there.4. I am also a consumer of one of your Agency namely Jagat Ram Gas agenciy Near Guest House Talab Tillo Road Jammu enquired over phone and requested the way out to ease the consumers The attendent while showing her attitue said that this is your problem to come after one year. 5. The have insisted for Ration card, supose the consumer have no ration card what he will do, any alternative if so may kindly instruct the agency. 6. I booked gas for home delivery on1/8/2011 but till today 20/8/2011 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

1. Faulty telephone line
2. Telphone busy continuously
3. No response even we complain to the distributer

i stay in Pune in Dhanori near by Pune airport,I have HP gas card and i am using HP Gasin my home but whenever i go for gas collecting at gas agency they are taking 3 rs extra and not giving any receipt for that.

i agree completely with you all . i am also facing such non- delivering problems from hp gas agencies . even after 15 days of booking, they have not send a gas cylindr . and when i called them, they speak so rudely, it seems that we are in fault . They really dont know how to talk . Its a shame to HP COMPANY who give a agency to run to these kind of people .

I[censored] WANT TO COMPLAIN FOR HP RELATEC PROBLEMS THEN GO TO THE ABOVE LINK I HAVE MENTIONED

I am a resident of Mumbai. Our gas consumer no is 606664. Please let me know the proper way of how to book the gas because as per my information once the gas is delivered then there after it has to be booked after 15 days and we must receive the gas in next 2-3 days. But here the problem is when i had received my delivery on 12 august 2011 then i must book my next gas on 25 august 2011 but when i called to book the gas on 25 aug i was informed through computer operator that our last delivery was made on 20 august 2011 and they are processing their next delivery by considering 20 august inspite of 12 august. Please look in the issue its really being a trouble for us.

Also the delivery man sometimes asks for extra 10 rs including in actual amount they say they charge for making delivery to chawls. Please look in to the issue.
