HP Gas — No Response whatsoever

Dear Sir,

I had done my booking (refill) on 04th October, 2007 and my consumer no. is 630737 (Aundh Gas, NCL Campus, Pune). The confirmation no. is 1469. While doing the booking I was told that it would take about 10 days to deliver the cylinder. But till date I haven't received the same even after 18 days. What was alarming was that, we were give two land line nos.[protected] &[protected] to contact them in case of any queries. But unfortunately I had never been successful in getting those nos. since last four months. I had my self visited couple of times to do the booking and have witnessed the offcials not responding to the calls at all despite of ringing continously.
Due to this lethargic approach of the officials, i am always forced to go all the way to the agency to book the cylinder. Could the recipient of this mail takes appropriate action against the agency and do the needful to many consumers like me. Also we would like to know where to lodge complaint in case if they do not response even to this mail. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

I am a customer of H.P. domestic Gas. The distributor is M/s Brij Gas Agency, nirman vihar, delhi-92, ph no. ph no. [protected], [protected], [protected].

The distributor is not supplying the cylinder in time. I have booked for refill on[protected]. Till date[protected] I have not received the cylinder. The distributor is harassing the customers.

H.P. should cancel the dealership or instruct the dealer to supply the cylinder properly/in time.

HP Gas Tyagi Gas Services has a poor service. He never send the LPG gas before 15 days after booking. I advise that his license for supply should be cancelled.

I have transfered HP gas connection from (Vaishali Tyagi Gas Agency) to Sen gas service, Ghaziabad, UP . according to sen gas service person told that he will delivery after 20 days. But now 20 days passed gas did not delivered till now.
he has given me two land line number which is laways kept on busy. Moreover is there any helpline number is there for HP gas who can help to understand which agency the consumer falls under in case of change of Area because I had a big hassle in understanding the agency which covers pratap vihar, I almost went to each and every HP Gas Agency in Ghaziabad from Tyagi Gas agency in Nandgram to Pawar gas agency and they sent me to sen gas agency who tells me that pratap vihar is not covered under their region and does a favour by getting it transferred to his agency. I tried to reach Jay Prakash sales officer but the number which was provided is also kept busy all the time. Can anyone help me .

Please note that I am working in Engineers India Limited (EIL), New Delhi & leaved in Janakpuri. I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Customer No. 26210). I have purchased a house in Abhay Khand - IV, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad (UP). I want to transfer my connection to any bharta gas agency situated in Indrapuram. Please suggest us for further necessary action.

If this is possible to transfer bharat gas connection to any other agency please suggest.

dear sir, i avnish sharma wants to state that i have gas connection under tyagi gas agency nandgram, ghaziabad.my consumer no. is 621015. I booked my connection on[protected] till now i have not received my gas cylinder. This thing is happening every month. When I called him today on[protected] he pick up my phone and cut it. I again try and ask him for my cylinder he said me that it may be delievered in 4-5 days. Now i want to know that is this the right time for delievering the refill cylinder.If we ask him for delever cylinder today they say it will cost Rs600-700 is this right.
please take action and solve my problem as eagerly sir.

Tyagi gas service Ghaziabad is not responding for 15 days, I already booked my refilling request but Gas cylinder has not yet been delivered.

The Tyagi Gas Agency, Nandgram, GZB has the worst custmer service.
I am trying agency number, printed on pass book (2870333, 2871150) for the refill gas cylinder, from last 7 days repeatedly and every time i get "dialed number is busy, please dial after sometime" message. It is really irretating experience. I have family with me here and i have only one gas cylinder connection. Why this thing is happening? is it problem of HP gas connection in GZB only? Because before GZB I was in noida and in noida this facility was exellent.
Please do needful. I am very sick of it.

I am trying the numbers printed on the pass-book (2870333, 2871150, 2779744) repeatedly from five days for refill my cylinder but axcept 2 or 3 times every time I got the message "No. is busy PLS try after some time" .The 2 or 3 times when the bell was ringing there was no response .Please help me how can I book my gas.I got irritated . Yes, I am also facing the same problem from TYAGI GAS AGENCY, Nandgram, GZB. I am trying their number from last 15 days and still no response. No one is picking up phone on any of the numbers (2870333, 2871150, 2779744, [protected]) printed on consumer book.

Is there really anyone who is looking after thiese complaints? If so, its the humble request to please take immediate and serious actions against TYAGI GAS AGENCY.

Service from TYAGI GAS Agency is really irritating and humiliating, the name of Hindustan Petroleum is on stake. No one here like to have HP GAS Connection because of TYAGI GAS AGENCY.

Hi,
My consumer number is 617074. I also have a similar complaint against Tyagi Gas Agency at Nand Gram ghaziabad. Have been trying to get in touch with the agency for the past fortnight and have been getting the IVR which states that the no u have dialled is busy and to try again later. Else there is no response if the call goes through.

Incase any of you know of an alternate gas agency for HP which service the Indirapuram area would appreciate the info at [protected].

Seems like the consumers don't have a choice but to go through this hassle with no response being shown from the HP authorities as can be seen from the above wall of comments which only shows the consumer woes.

Hi this is Gaurav. Consumer no 618884. I have been trying to Tyagi Agency since morning on numbers, 2822801 & 2825032. It's ringing but no one is picking up the phone. I want to book the gas and register complaint that the cylinder I have changed this morning is leaking.

I, Ram Kumar Singh, resident of A-06, CISF Colony, 5Th Reserve Battalian Indirapuram Ghaziabad (UP) has been using the services of your gas agency for the last four years (Consumer No-619400). As per the last four years your agency has been delivering gas cylinder at above mentioned address to me. But when the book the cylinder last month, it was not delivered to me when i inquired the reason for non delivering i got to know from your agency person that my residence address has been changed at your end without any intimation from my side. As my current address is same as mentioned above but i got know it has been changed to Sahibabad, due to the negligence on your part i have been suffering for the last one month as the cylinder has not been delivered to me till date after giving so many reminder to your gas agency.
