On 08.02.2008 my wife gave call from landline 6505311 to Ramlata Gas Agency, Shop No. 3, Ma-Krupa Building, Shimpoli, Near Gokhale High School, Borivali West Mumbai -92 on their landline no.28989757 for booking one refil of LPG cylinders. On specifically asking from the token number against booking of cylinder purposely the phone was disconnected. After a long wait of one week we again called the said agency on 15th, 19th and 22nd Feb2008 however in vain. The common replies were `Appka card special case mein nikala hai aur aaj cylinder ki delivery ho jayegi. Even all our neighbours are facing the similar harassment from this agency. The fact is than the genuine consumer who books the cylinder does not get the same on time and there is under the table transactions demanding extra money from the people in urgency which is between delivery boys and staff members at agencies.
This has happened third time with us which is not at all expected from Corporation like Hindustan Petroleum.
We need your help to take up this matter with said agency and want justification in writing from them. If this also does not work we will be loding a procedural police complaint against HP and their agency above for such lapses.
