[Resolved]  Hp Gas — non-delivery of gas cylinder

My consumer No. is 690021. I booked the for gas cylinder on 23-1-07 on Phone No. 1716. Gas Agency is Trehan Sons, Madipur- phone no. 25212275 & 25213269. Till date (i.e. 5-2-08) I not received gas inspite of repeated phones to Trehan Sons.

I am satarkar M.F.A.R., (Consumer No. 603373, ) have booked a gas cylinder on 16th Feb.2009, on phone to my HP Gas Agency, Amit Gas Agency, Shop No. 13, Madina Complex, at Po.Goregaon, Dist. Raigad. and It's Distribution Code is 127180,

After the booking gas cylinder till date i have not received the cylinder inspite of my kind request continuously this agency. I have only got replied in today, tomorrow we will send delivery of gas to you, also, i have been advised to carry the cylinder on bike, which risky and illegal, In Case of gas leakage condition immediate service is not provided.

As a last efforts to get enough service i am sending this mail to you. with a big hope

I booked for gas cylinder on mob.no.[protected] on 30.9.09 vide refill booking no.205060 and was told that delivery of cylinder will be made within 24 hrs but I regret to say that cylinder has not been delivered so far i.e. till 5.10.2009. Please do the needful. - Ram Bhushan

I am consumer of your H.P. gas services my consumer number is 602583 in Narela city Delhi. I have booked my gas on 14/11/2009 on my residential address but I yet to receive this gas when I called the agency regarding this problem they haven’t answer my phone. When I meet them in there office they said we are not giving home delivery to your side. This agency has such big area, which they are not able to provide services properly. we booked a gas cylinder on 23rd Feb 2010. There is still no delivery of gas cylinder. The consumer number is 611537. We are facing this problem for the last 6 months. We also feel that there is black-marketing/hoarding of gas cylinders in this area. Also, noone attends the phone calls at the agency.

Plz. note that consumer no. - 657369, cylinder booked on 06th Jan. 11 (no. - 1635), but not recieved till now. Kindly take it as a note that earlier there was not any problem with this (Pragati Gas service) supplier.
After getting info. regarding price rise, cylinder supply is getting delayed.
