H P Gas — Delay of Gas Supply

Dear Sir/madam,

Govt has promised to people that there is no shortage of gas, everyone will get cylinder after 3days of booking. Even you also saying there is no shortage of gas. But Dealers are taking 15 days time deliver the cylinder.

Why don't you annouce to your customers that you will deliver cylinder after 15 days or whatever.

We are facing a lot of problem with the same. We have one cylinder connection. we expect our cylinder will be empty after 10 days. If you are delivering after 15 days what people have to do remaining 5 days. There is no gurantee dealer will give after 15 days.

Please look into this seious probelm.

We are living in chetpet (PIN 606801) thiruvannamalai Dist. there no gas distributor but the guys seling from aliyabad(kalambur) pin: 606903 Devi gas Agency they are not supplying properly already I have spare cylinder 17/12/2008 till we have not received gas please do the needful for us.

I have booked to provide the gas cylinder against consumer no. 602926 to HP Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, 24pgs.(N) over phone nearly 20days ago, till date, it is not matured. As my relative, Sh.Amarjit Bose is not well, so, I, myself took initiative for booking. Sh.Amarjit Bose is a retired Asstt. Head Master. He and his old wife are living at Agarpara. There is none to look after them. We can expect better service from a renowned company like HPCL. Moreover, as a senior citizen, Sh. Amarjit Bose and his wife can expect the proper service as they are the bonafide customer last 20yrs.
You are requested kindly look into this matter and provide the better service to those old people.

shresth gas service — gas celender not send in proper address

i book my cylinder 04/01/2010 after booking she tell me day after your cylinder delivered at your home, but not send till four days. Today (09/01/2010 )our cylinder send to wrong address please take action in our complaints

I am Dr.B.J.Rani. I booked my gas with gopal rao agencies on 9th Aug 2010.Once in every three days i am enquiring but they reply that you will get within three days and the same answer continues every time.We have several other works and we are unable to spare all the time around the gas station . Even Last time when I booked they said it is booked and within 10 days you will get. I forgot to take the booking number and after ten days I asked for the delay they replied your gas was not booked at all and I again had to book for the second time. So Iam facing so many problems with my gas booking. They reply harshly and reluctantly and for 99% they never lift the phones .I want necessary action in this regard.

Dear Sir,

I beg to inform you that, I am Laxmi rani Shreshtha, staying at Sodepur, Ghola. My consumer No. is 611697. And the our gas centre name is "HP GAS CENTER", Sodepur. 24 Pgs(N).

That gas centre is not properly supplying after booking for gas cylinder. I have been booking last one and half month ago. Till the last date they were not supplying the gas cylinder and no responded. I thought some problem was there. But There were no problem. I think they would be black our cylinder.
Please, note my complain and do the needful.
