[Resolved]  Hp Gas — delay in gas delivery

poonam gas agency, khajpura,jagdev path patna. is not supplying gas on time, everymonth i personally complain to the manager of said agency but he is not taking any interest.my booking date is 23.8.2010.

H.P GAS DISTRIBUTOR AT ALWAL SECUNDERABAD -10
FACING REGULAR PROBLEM WITH THE DEALER AT ALWAL HP GAS SERVICE.
24TH REGISTRATION DOUBLE CYLINDER DELIVERY NOT DONE.
EVERY MONTH THEY DELAY AND REGISTRATION ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS ONLY.
RESPONE IS STOCK SHORTAGE
AUTO DELAY.
EVERY FESTIVAL TIME SAME PROBLEM
THEY SAY GO DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO

POOR SERVICEE OF GAS AND RECULES RESPONSE BY THE LOCAL H.P GAS DEALERS OFFICE
not getting cylider after refill booking ,10 days ago.
I booked gas for home delivery on11.09.07 but till today 03.10.07 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency bhavani gas auangabad. my custmer no 611580.
I am Lakshman Singh Negi. I have HP Gas Connection Number 704323. I live at Indrapuram(Ghaziabad). My Gas Supplying Agency is Panwar Gas Service[protected], Ghaziabad. Earlier Tyagi Gas Agency was supplying the gas to us. Suddenly Panwar Gas Agency started to supply the gas from last 3-4 months. I was registered with Tyagi Gas Agency for internet booking. Now when I am trying to register with Panwar Gas Agency it is showing that "This Consumer No.704323 for Distributor Panwar Gas Service[protected] is INVALID.

When we are trying gas booking through telephone their numbers are showing regularly engaged. After efforts of one week I was able to book my gas on 3rd of Nov,2010 but till date (16 Nov,2010) I have not got the gas. Again after 2 days efforts I was able to ask the agency she is telling that it will take another 2-3 days.

I request the concerned department to give us some solution.

Very very poor service .I am TAPAN KR BASAK ([protected]) my coad is 609816.I am hospitalized for 2 week then my daughter booking the gas 11july 1 to 2.50 pm your dealer MAHANTI ENTER PRIES & my booking no-390. After 2 week ( 26july ) we are call[protected] then your employ Biswajit Roy received the call and told your call is not bonking .He just told i am logging your call urgent basic.Again we call 28.7.2011, 29.7.2011, 30.7.2011 again your employ Biswajit Roy told we send your hp gas urgent basic.Till today we are not received your urgent basic gas .

And it is just not this mouth every mouth we are harass .
So plz told me what is your action ?
