Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that Subhash Kar Verma S/o Shri Ramkishan Verma is the permanent resident of Village-Thapkhera, Post-Dadri, District- Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.). I have taken the HP Domestic Gas connection (Consumer No. - 607489) from the Sahil Gas Agency, G.T.Road, Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Our Thapkhera village is located approximately 8 kilometers on-road from the above Gas agency.

From the beginning( Dated[protected], I am facing lot of problems (like that threatening of False FIR in Police station, Non-providing the home-delivery at our Thapkhera village, termination/transferring of Domestic Gas Consumer Gas connection from the above agency without any intimation to the consumer, Black-marketing of Domestic Gas Cylinders to Non-Domestic Gas Consumers at entire Dadri city, Provide the Domestic Gas cylinder within 25-30 days after the date of booking, threatening of murder, & taking more price as compared to actual cost of Domestic gas cylinder without giving the cash paid slip etc.)to get the refill of Domestic Gas Cylinder from the above agency.The dealer Ms. Neelam Kumar of the above gas agency does not provide the home delivery at our village.

Regarding the above major problems, i am continuing informing in writing to all concern HPCL Officials, Administrative officials Noida & U.P. and Ministers from[protected] to till date but no prompt action has been taken against the above LPG Gas Dealer Ms. Neelam Kumar & she is taking undue advantage as being a female also.

Dated[protected], Ms. Neelam Kumar had tied-up with Mr. Nitin Shrivistiva(Sales Executive HPCL) & Mr. V.K.Goel(Chief Regional Manager HPCL Loni Plant GZB.), hifted the above gas agency from the dadri city to Sadarpur Ki Jhal, Near Wine shop, Badal Pur, G.B.Nagar(U.P.) which is far away (appx. 5 kms. ) from the Dadri city without any official notification and HPCL guidelines , due to that all the domestic consumers are facing lot of problems.Regarding the same i also inform to the all concern officials but no prompt action has been taken yet against Ms. Neelam Kumar.
Ms. Neelam Kumar has snatched my domestic gas consumer Gas card by force into his custody has has not returned to me to till date.

I request you to kindly take severe & quick action against Ms. Neelam Kumar(Owner of Sahil Gas Agency, Dadri) & cancel the license of the above Gas Agency which is name of Ms Neelam who denied giving any facility to the Domestic Consumers and re-established the same at Dadri city.

Most humbly I beg you to take necessary steps against the same & do the needful to cancel the license of the above Gas Agency as soon as possible for which I shall be ever grateful to you.

hindustan petroleum ltd. — Late delivery of domestic gas connection

I have booked a domestic gas riffil on 12/07/2011. with the dealser of HP Gas M/s.S..A. Todankar & Co. Parel, Mumbai - 400 012. vide Hpgas booking No. 221275. On enquiry i received an email on 27/07/2011 that the refill will be delivered to me within 48 hours. Toady it is 01/08/2011 and i have not been delivered the refill.Let me know the exact reason of delay.

    I have booked for a HP Gas cylinder 2 months back in Sheetal Nagar (Mira Road (E)) office. Till today they are not delivered the cylinder. Niether they take the phone when somebody calls (as seen in the time of booking at their office) nor they act on the customer complaints. Instead, they are selling on the road side and asking more money for a cylinder say Rs. 500/- instead of Rs 350/-. My consumer no is 638364. Kindly look into the matter urgently and take the necessary action for the selling gas in the Black market.

      Dear Sir,
      My Gas connection no is 626779 at swasti fuel center,bhubaneswar.I am facing a lot of problem due to delay in delevery in each month.I had booked on 26.11.10 but till today ie 13.12.10 not received.They confirmed today it may take furter 3-4 days.
      If this is the situation how can general public will sustain.

      Kindly look into the matter.

      H P Gas ( L.P.G ) — Delay in Delivery

      Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
      I booked gas for home delivery on 30.01.10 but in there record delivery date was 03.02.10. till 14.02.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 965870

        firstly heartly greetings to you,
        i dayaram s/o sh. ratan singh wants to draw your attention to the poor gas delivery system in our colony together with a live example. our consumer no. 645318 & 649082. we have made booking on dated 12/11/2010 & 16/11/2010 respectively. in this way two months have passed.today (11/12/2010) our cylinder is empty. we have visited there many but no result. even their behavior is unsatisfactory.
        you are heartly requested to take some suitable action in this regard.

          I shri gulab chandra dubey living in bhandup tulshet pada. i have regestered my gas no. 20 days back.
          but still i have not received. i have talk to the office they tell it is delivered from here. after that i have also talked to mr. prashant jadhav but he also not solved my problem.
          that is why i am regestering complain.so please do neceesary things as early as possible.my consumer no is 608918.

          Hp Gas Agency — non delivering gas

          Dear sir, we had booked our hp gas on 26/6/10. we did not receive it from last15 days. when i called back to them, i was told that they had dilivered the gas by today. i have called them five times, but they keep telling me that and some times they allso surprice that till toady i have not received my lpg sylinder. i am 101% sure they are selling the gas cylinder at a higher price to someone who hasnt booked it. kindly take strict action against them. consumer no -605776.

THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR M/S INDUSTRIAL GAS SUPPLIER, LOCATED AT SHAKTINAGAR, ROURKELA ORISSA PIN-769014 HARRASHING ME FOR DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLENDER.             HP LPG — Erratic delivery of refil cylinders

            My HP LPG Gas consumer No. is 901030 with Dealer "K.S.Entreprises, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur". I have booked for refil of cylincer on 2.12.08 and still awaiting for refil despite repeated phone calls to the dealer at No.2522286, 2520150 but the man on the Board always say that he will send it tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes. Please look into the matter and instruct the dealer to send the refils timely and also deliver the cash memo of the refil cylinders with weighing machine regularly.

            we are HP LPG Gas custmers with Dealer "kamala gas agency, 8 th mile, bangalore, ". I have booked for refil of cylincer on 08/10/09 and still awaiting for refill despite repeated phone calls to the dealer at No.[protected]/28393732 but the man on the Board always say that he will send it tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes.             HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM LPG — HP LPG delivery problem

            We booked on 22 March 2011 a LPG but yet not delivered to my home. No one pick up the phones of the dealer office. My mother visited the dealer office 5 to 10 times but still they not responding positively.

                Dhivya gas agency, Ambattur -consumer no.619116

                When we changed a new refill, there was leakage.We tried calling the emergency nos [protected]-which is always switched off.The agency nos 26580975 and26585131 are always engaged.After 2 days, we went in person and got a new regulator. Nobody was sent to fix the same.We tried to fix the same, but it was a faulty product and the entire gas started leaking terribly.We had to shut down with the help of neighbours.

                Someone pls advice on how to take action against the agency.

                  RO officer of hpcl is many many support your dealar to attempt to new petrolpump.site disseted by dealer and RO OFFICER make sure and 2nd pump alloted by your dealar reletive.for many many side has been disseted by dealer and RO OFFICER made this side to relize by perolpump side .

                    For me taking new HP Gas connection seems tobe acheiving Gold Medal, i stay at HYderabad, Petla Burz, and we have applied for New HP Gas connection from E-seva, on 17th Fec-2010 with e-seva receipt no. 9296, on the given e-seva receipt its mentioned for HP Gas distributors Name " Kamala Enterprises,D.No. 19-5-9/12, H.B. Colony,Bahadurpura,Hyderabad - 500064,Ph no.:[protected]" its already more than 10 months now, but still no one from HP Gas distributor Kamal Enterprises contacts me regarding new connection and no response at all, i myself went to the Kamal Enterprises regarding the new connection info , as when i went there is no proper response, and the person over there says different reasons, some time says they will come next week, some times says we will send letter to you,and some times some other issue..,. i dont know what this people are doing there, and i cant belive HP Gas how they can issue dealership to such kind of people, they simply destroying the reputation of Hinduatan Petroleum,i request the concerned authority to please have a look on my issue, and insist the Kamal Enterprises to provide me the new connection,your quich action will really help, you can find my address and contact details below

                    Thanks for you reply, i have received letter on 9th December 2010 and i have submitted to dealer on 10th-December-2010, today i have received the HP Gas Connection Kit, i would like to thanks you for your mail and i would like to give my special thanks to the Team of Gas Dealer, and all the HP Gas Team involved in this, i am very much happy to get the connection, once again i appreciate and thanks to all of you.

                      I am Kripendra Mishra and my consumer no. 626250 (which has been given by agency), Really being harassed by the gas agency (Kshitij Gas Agency in Goregaon East

                      PH 26860399,[protected] I have booked cylinder on 29th Nov 10, but they have not delivered till now. when i had booked cylinder they have given me 2 days for delivery time, But when i call to Agency (3rd Dec) they have telling me..I'll give u cylinder after 8 -12 days.

                      I have to purchase the cylinder in black with the extra amount of 250/- (BG), I know the delivery and the agency person do some sort of scam. They are running the black business of gas cylinder, Kindly see in this matter & take the action.

                        This is regarding the forceful sale of stove by Maruthi Gas Co in HSR layout Bangalore (behind HSR BDA complex).

                        I had booked for a new HP gas connection on 9/9/2010 (registration ref. E5781293, wait list no. 163) and was called today as the connection was available. When I visited the company, I was told to buy stove along with other accessories. I humbly mentioned that I already have a stove manufactured as per the industry standards and I would need only the gas connection. Proprietor Mrs. Nalini Kumar wasn’t there, but her husband had assumed the position and informed that I would get connection only if I buy the stove. He denied the connection completely if I don’t buy the stove. The manager Mr. Aaresh too was very rude and was not ready to provide information on formal route of getting a connection without stove. I’ve also seen a strange practice of forcing the customers to buy the stove and then making them sign the document mentioning that they were not forced to buy. This is totally unethical and criminal.

                        I noticed that the manager and the husband of the proprietor were practically forcing all the customers who had come there to buy the stove. Through the MRTPC notification, HP has clearly mentioned that it is not obligatory to purchase the stove from dealers/distributors. But this is not being followed in Maruthi Gas Co. Such activities are spoiling the name and fame of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Hence I request you to please have a look into this issue.

                        Worst service of Maruthi Gas company.5 times I booked gas. I got confirmation sms that the gas will be delivered shortly. But after 2 days it is getting cancelled automatically.
                        Refill Booking IDs are - 275082, 280500, 283531, 286736, 289493.

                        When we call the customer care, they are unable to tell the exact cause of cancellation. They only tell please book one more time it will be delivered tomorrow. I have no idea when their exact tomorrow will come. I am really fade up with the service.
                        I was try to reach over phone from past three days but nobody picking the phone. moreover they have one more agency at Varthur their also both lines are out of order I don't know how to contact these people. Also called Mob [protected] and there is not proper response. So, pls provide me the correct contact person Name and Mobile No.
                        I applied for new connection with Maruthi gas, HSR layout, Bengaluru co on[protected], they asked me to take their gas stove and they'd release the connection immediately, I told them that I had my own gas stove, they said in that case that will send their staff for inspection and it would take 10 days. After regularly following up they gave some number and asked me to contact that person for he will come and inspect the gas stove for ISI mark. I've been regularly following up with them for 15 days not and when I insisted to them on registering my application they refused saying they don't have regulators in stock and that they'd have to register only if they had regulator number. They are saying that they'll return my application and are telling me to come and check with them when they have regulators in stock and then register my application.
                        Very negligent folks with terrible attitude problems. I had reported leakage problems and they did not attend the issue for a week and finally they sent a delivery boy who is obviously a fresher who has no clue of what needs to be done. SO he changed the washer and left, the leakage still continues.
                        Swaroop, I filed a complaint online with HP Gas and it worked for me, I was issue a connection within 1 week of my complaint. Suggest you file a complaint online. Leakage is a serious problem, you should probably report it to HP directly using their portal http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/ComplaintType.aspx.
                        I am consumer of HP gas from ages now. The experience I had with all distributors till now was very good. However I am facing issue with current distributor from last 2 years in getting delivery of cylinder once in 3 months. Below is the horrible experience we face during delivery of cylinder:- We book cylinder- Cash memo generates- We call the distributor to check when delivery of cylinder would happen.- then keep postponing everyday- I take leave for two days just to wait for cyliner- They dont deliver- We keep cylinder in neighbor's place- Delivery man never calls before delivery - He just comes at his wish one fine day and stick a note and leaves- Next day I receive message saying booking is cancelled.The procedure is distributors should try reaching us twice and if if at second instance also we cant get contacted, then cancel booking. But here they try only once.Also we get reply from delivery man tht we should take leave and wait for cylinder which is practically impossible to take leave for unpredictable duration.I am having high time problem with this, Kindly resolve this.Thank you, Kiran

                          THis is refer to my complaint lodged on 21st june 2010 for gas leakage at 8.00am and distrubutor replied that he will send at 11.00am but nobody turned up till 4.30pm agani i have complaint m/s manjunath agencies at j p nagar thir phase then he sent at 5.15pm to rectify the leakage.This kind of service is not acceptable to anybody in case of gas leakage and it is better swtich over my connection to next nearest distributor or you better black list this distributor why because this not the first time happening to me. I have booked the same for cylinder they replied that i will get the gas on next day but unfortunately till today i have not recieved the gas till 5.30pm moreover i can not wait every day for gas cylinder instaed of they should specifically give the date on which day supplying so that i can wait only that instead of waiting 3 to 4 days without doing any of my work.

                            HP LPG Service — Delay in Delivery and Poor response

                            We have booked for re-filled cyclinder about 20 days back but still it hasn't got delievered. Also whenever we make a call to them, a autoreply says "the phone is faulty". We are not sure how a phone used to answer customer call will be faulty always.

                            The land line number is always busy.Pls try 044.25991828 even though there are very few customers. Even in MNC the landline wont be such busy.


                            I humbly request you to change the dealer to trusted dealer in the same area and resolve the issue. We dont want preya gas agency as we get poor response from the working staff and we are annoyed with the service.

                              HP Gas agency, owned by Mrs. Punam [ Jagdeov Path, Ashiyana More] is engaged in selling gas in black due to which regulary customer are not getting the same in time .

                              Sir,It has become the routine business of staffs. No actions/steps are being taken to stop this.

                              Sir, as you are aware, employed person due to his duty, has no time to chase daily and rush after gas each day. There has to be perfect system of home delivery with online tracking so that genuinely deliveries and date of receipt of gas at the door can be ascertained.

                              In this era of internet, such system should be made.

                                Our booking of gas cylinder for home delivery is on 14. 11. 10 but till today 27. 11. 10 not deliver. The agency has provided four numbers for booking but none of the numbers is made available during the day- the numbers are[protected]/2825032/ 2825451/2895825. Even after booking by chance it is connected, they never give the booking number and advises to connect other number[protected] which is also not available during the entire day. LPG cylinder is not supplied after booking.

                                    Consumers have been cheated by this agency. No explanation is required about the hardship and harassment faced by the working customer of this agency.

                                    I am sorry to say that your company representative are showing a shortage of Gas all times. They are not providing gas even after 15 days of booking. They do not even listen to the customer and hang up the phone. All other agencies are providing ags within 3-5 days of booking. Please look into that matter.

Chunki ghar par meri mother akeli rahti hai isiliye vo bali nahi ja sakti. Jab pahlr village me bus stop par gaadi rok kar supply di sakti hai, to ab kyo nahi, Kya yah laparvahi ka namuna nahi hai.

                                        I have booked my refill online on October 5 2010 and did not receive a refill until date. I have also tried to used the preferred time delivery option on HP gas website. No use at all. I went to the dealer and he told me that it will come next day and waited all afternoon (leaving work as I live alone) and no one turned up.
                                        The biggest problem with Maharashtra gas, Powai is that they never pick up the phone and talk to you very rudely when you go there. I hate this begging for a gas cylinder. I am left with no option. waiting for the gas pipeline to come home from some private company. NO Govt. in utilities anymore please.
                                        HP gas regional office has colluded with the dealers and they are of no help. I have called them many times and the one time they picked up said they don't take complaints and I should go to the dealer to deal with my problem.

                                        I have no hope of action but to complain and go plead the dealer again for a gas cylinder.

                                        I am from hyderabad and am a HP gas customer i want to know that as if i am receiving a cylinder on 18 oct 2008 then after how many days i can booked the other cylender is there any circular for that because by dealer is telling that you cannot book the cylender again after 21 days i should complete 40 days after the date of delivery then only we can book and after that also they are taking 21 days for delivery
