This is regarding the forceful sale of stove by Maruthi Gas Co in HSR layout Bangalore (behind HSR BDA complex).

I had booked for a new HP gas connection on 9/9/2010 (registration ref. E5781293, wait list no. 163) and was called today as the connection was available. When I visited the company, I was told to buy stove along with other accessories. I humbly mentioned that I already have a stove manufactured as per the industry...

I have surrendered gas regulator+cylinders to HP-LPG dealer:Bhagyashree Darshan gas agency,Tarapur tal. Palghar Dist Thane. TV has been endorsed at HPCL office Mumbai (Thane) for a connection transfer to INDANE. This TV was forwarded to IOC office, Ranchi dealer. However, the reply to speed post for confirmation from Ranchi dealer is still awaited....

I have booked my refill online on October 5 2010 and did not receive a refill until date. I have also tried to used the preferred time delivery option on HP gas website. No use at all. I went to the dealer and he told me that it will come next day and waited all afternoon (leaving work as I live alone) and no one turned up.
The biggest problem with Maharashtra gas, Powai is that they never pick up the phone and talk to you very rudely...

I have an gas connection with one cylender. Around one and half month back I went to our HP Gas AGency for booking of additional cylender. But he informed that since the Subscription Voucher Stationery has been exausted they can not book either new connection or additional connection till the stationery is received from HP Co. Even till yeaster day the stationery is not being supplied to the Agency by the Complany.

Delay in home delivery of HP Gas (Refill Cylinder) M/s Noble Traders gas agency, Rajouri Garden , Delhi (India), Tel no.[protected]. I have already got a LPG Domestic gas connection with a single cylinder. This was transfered from Mumbai to Udaipur, At the time of transfer connection at Udaipur, Hathipol I requested for DBC but dealer rfused me & said that it can only be availed after a month only. For a single cylinder only I was charged Rs. 2200 with unwanted accessaries. Now When I asked for the second cylinder he is still saying that it will be charged...

As per your rule, for issue of DBC charges is Rs 1250/-. Instead of taking this amount the local dealer (Pradhan Gas Service, Dealer Code- 302860, Talcher) is charging Rs 3200/- . Is this amount genuine? Kindly clarify.

I am not disclosing my details as the gas dealer may harass me in future....
