hp gas consumer No. sh 31536(Secunderabad Gas Company) booked 22/4/10 for replacement of empty cylinder. According to booking phone attendant[protected] / 274144) gas was sent on 26/april but not delivered due to our absence (which is impossible). However, when i requested delivery again, i was promised delivery next day. Every day i have been listening to same reply but gas has not been delivered so far. , end

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.         I want to take a New HP Gas Connection. I have Rent agreement and affadavit for local proof and Driving License and PAN Card for Identity.
        But whenever I call to HP Gas agency they Call after 2 week call on June 1st Week.
        They are not in mood of giving new gas connection.
        Whenever i Call to gas agency thier behaviour is very rood.

        HP Gas — Gas Agency not giving me connection

        Dear Sir,
        I had transfered my gas from Bombay to Bangalore but the HP Gas agent in the Whitefield area of Bangalore is not giving me new connection.I dont have a Ration Card but I have my resident proof documents.The Gas Agency name is Ganesh Gas Agency, FCI Road, near MVJ College

        HP Gas — not giving connection

        hi i am krishna whose belongs to vill:sanyasi putuga, mon:kaviti, srikakulam dist.. iam having indane gas previous but to delivery problem i tranfered ichapuram to sompeta. before transfer i called up to sompet hp gas agengy(SAI VANKET), they i can tranfer the gas. but now they are saying area we cannot give......due to wrong information i tranfered. so pleas ehelp us

        actually i have it gas shegdi for good condition but this gas agency worker forced to me purchased a new shegdi, i do not possible a buy new shegdi & regulator so plz concerntrate my problem i hope you solve my problem.

          I am a central govt servent of Vehicle Depot ,Panagarh Army Base.I am a consumer of H.P. Gas.My consumer no is 604945. I have refilled my gas cylinder on 30th Jan,2010. Today when I went to refilling that, they said that the time is over. I went there at 2:30 pm. But the service & delivery time is 7am to 7pm,is printed on the cash memo.Now They said that the time has changed.And they treated me very badly & insult me.The most bad thing is they never pick up the phone.I lost my time very badly.If they have received my phone,then there should not arise any problem. The distributer code is - 960870 and the distributer's name is Inder Raj Aggarwal.

            Dear sir,
            My name is NURUZZAMAN SHAMSUZZOHA.I am a consumer of HP domestic gas and my consumer no. is 615807.My distributors name and address is as follows

            VASCO DA GAMA, GOA.

            I had booked a cylinder on the 22-APR-10 and I was told by the dealer that the gas would be delivered within 8 days.During the course of the 8 day period the distributors delivery van came twice to deliver gas to my neighbors.On inquiring with the delivery man i was told that the dealers have not issued them order to give delivery of cylinder to me.After the completion of 8 day i called up the dealer and i was told that the gas would be delivered the next evening.The following evening i waited anxiously for the delivery van but there was no sight of them.On the following Monday ie on 3 -may-10 i went personally to their office and told them about this.The lady sitting there noted my address and assured me that the gas would be delivered that evening,but then the gas was not delivered.Today i called up the dealer again told them about their unprofessional behavior and the hardship i had to undergo due to their negligence but then she just kept the phone saying that the gas would be delivered today.

            This is not the first instance of delayed delivery.Last time i had to call them repeatedly for 15 days twice a day to get the refilled cylinder.There seems to be a serious problem with this dealer as i have seen other consumers complaining about the same problem both in their office and also in my neighborhood.

            Kindly please take corrective action against this dealer and help a number of consumers like me.

            i have booked a cylinder on 14 feb 2012 vide booking no.201515 against consumer number 614885.it is regreated to inform you that after several reminder at your agency at vasco still delivery is pending as to date.please advise your agency to deliver on time and also inform by written mail of time frame of delivery after booking.

                I am suffruing mostly in time of booking over phone, nobody pick up the phone in booking period, not only that, after the booking period the same situation have been continued. So I requiest you, look into to the matter as urgent basis.

                I fully agree with this comment. Booking gas with Paul HP has become a nightmare
                I am suffruing mostly in time of booking over phone, nobody pick up the phone in booking period, not only that, after the booking period your company not supply gass properly, i bookd my gass on 5th july but steel i cant recv. my gas. So I requiest you, look into to the matter as urgent basis.
                I have booked my refill no: 286065. 2 days ago I got a sms that the refill will be delivered within 2 days. But after 2 days I got another sms saying that the booking has been cancelled. What kind of service is this? Apart from this they do not pick up the phone.

                I am going to complain in the consumer court against this agency.
                I have booked the cylinder on 10th March'22 and within a day the cash memo got issued. But today (21st March'22), I am yet to receive the cylinder. The delivery boy (Ramanand) neither picking up the call nor is delivering the cylinder. These people always used to do this kind of activities. We had raised the issue directly at Paul HP Gas's office but all are involved in this. So no action taken and they are happily doing all these.
                Hi, This is Arindam Das. Consumer no : 640927. Today night when I fitted new cylinder, I faced an issue with the knob. The knob was not lock with the cylinder valve also gas leakage from the valve. I have tried around 10 minutes but I failed. After that I called Emergency ph no : 1906 and explained the issue . After that they suggest me please contact to dealer on tomorrow morning . I was shocked .

                Please tell me what is Emergency service? How the ignore this type of Emergency issue? Where is safety? And how is the customers service? What they are doing ?

                Please look at this matter and take necessary action regarding this issue as soon as possible..

                  Faulty regulator valve non replacement

                  There was an accident in our residence New colony Jinadal Saw Ltd , Sanmaghogha, H No B 6/4,due to gas leakage from faulty valve of gas stove , minor fore occured but controlled. Informrd to Nirma l gas agency but no body attended since last three days... Gas is leaking we are not able to use our stove .                     Harassed to get gas cylinder connection, as I transffered from delhi to Pune recently. After checked in Google I got to know there is one agency name i.e SHUBHAM and also got the number i.e [protected]. I called with this number and when I asked for the nearest Gas filling station respect to my living place, they ignore and one who was picking the phone was a lady. Everytime she answered by prompting someone. Rather just giving the right direction and the phone number to contact she suggest me to ask my neighbour to get the info, she told me that she doesn't know the number and place where I will go and place the booking.

                      Dear sir, We have a Consumer card of HP Gas No. 610234 in the name of Ganesh Chandra Nayak, With Mayuri located at Asansol, Distributor Braja Mohan Rudra, not getting any computer generated bill for last 3 months.

                      In home delivery service is delay with 15 to 20 days thats why we collect the the gas from the distributor directly, in a vacant land the gas distributed.

                      When i go to Mayuri for the bill they give me the normal bill but thats not valid for government organization as my father working with ECL and they provide the Gas bill so they want computer generated bill for that reason we not getting any payment from ECL for the gas.


                      Finaly i told to the distributor the hole case they suggested me to inform to the distributing office on that day when i took the gas, so i informed them on the date it was 7th April and they assure me that they will print the bill and i can collect the same any day, i went there on 14th april to collect the same but they gave me the normal bill not the printed (Computeriesd bill), and told as i not colect that within 2 days they spoiled the same.


                      My question is to getting the bill within the month is my fundamental right, and who gave them power to spoiled the bill. I want the solution

                      Hi,
                      My Mobile number is [protected].

                      My Billing date was 3 May 2009 and Bill due date was 21 May 2009.
                      I have not received any Paper/E-Bill yet. Because of which i am not able to pay the bill.
                      I lodged complaints against this number of times before 21 May. One of the Complaint number is 27429865. This is a fault from Airtel side not mine.
                      Also i am getting number of calls on daily basis from airtel, either Manual calls or Automated calls. I am getting very frustrated by this behaviour of Airtel.
                      This is my first Experience with Airtel which is worst and if this continues, probably i wont ever opt for Airtel in future even wont suggest my known people for Airtel and discontinue this connection as well.

                      Please look into this IF POSSIBLE, otherwise i have lots of other options as well.
                      I AM VERY FRUSTRATED.

I have booked my gas on 14/11/2009 on my residential address but I yet to receive this gas when I called the agency regarding this problem they haven’t answer my phone. When I meet them in there office they said we are not giving home delivery to your side. This agency has such big area, which they are not able to provide services properly. GAS AGENCY (APSCSC LTD[protected] HAS NOT DELIVERED THE CYLIDER TILL TODAY. I .E. 25/06.10 WHEN I REMINDED FOR THE DELIVERY THEY CAME WITH THE INSTANT REPLY SAYING TO IMPOSSIBLE!! VERY STRANG!! PLEASE TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE GAS AGENCY IMMEDIATELY AS MY FAMILY IS SUFFERING IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY GAS CYLINDER. KINDLY HELP ME FOR DELIVERY OF MY CYLIDER

                        I booked gas for home delivery on 16.12.2010 but till today 03.01.2011 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. They given booking number is 233856 & given cash memo number is 158652 on 29.06.2012 received this numbers from SMS message. On 02.07.2012 we have received CANCELLED of my booking message from SMS. The above SMS we have received from 52347 number. My customer no. is 600237 & Distributor: Vaishnavi Gas Agency, Sriperumbudur. Still now I have not received Gas cylinder. And I have tried agency mobile and Landline numbers but not connected. Please take necessary action, and fullfill our grievances.

                          we take the cylinder from satyamahalakshmi gas agency in gopalapatnam in vizag. every time cylinders are good .gas will continuously leak from cylinder when stove working we want to ehchange the cylinder or what work we do.please give reply and give correct phone numbers yo cure this.

                              My consumer No. 609515. As soon as new Gas cylinder put on service on dated[protected], heavy Leakage of LPG observed through the cylinder. The regulator was take off and inform to the supplier (Tele [protected]). I am sorry to inform that even after regular persuance with the dealer of HPCL (M/s Nirmal Gas, Mundra) on telephone no one come to attend the leakage of LPG till now.
                              Further, the company telephone remain off from 5:00PM to 10:00AM and no one is available to attend any emergency.

                              In both the cases, the adviced precautions must be taken immediately. Unfortunately, as your dealer is not responding to such a problem you should complain about his to the sales officer of the company, who will surely do the needful. You can get the phone number of the sales officer of your area from the gas agency. If the staff does not give it, you can note it down yourself from the the mandatory board, which is a white colored board on display at all gas agencies.

                                H P Gas — Non delivery of LPG cylinder

                                I am the consumar of HP gas in Kalyan (east) Vijay nagar. My consumer No.is 613794 Chirayu gas Agency Kalyan (East). The agency is not delivering cylinder on my booking for the same on 26.08.2008. Inspite of reminding him daily the delivery has not been done till date.

                                HP Gas — HP LPG Cylinder non delivery

                                Sharma Gas Angency in Swargate, Pune, has a pathetic record as far as delivery of LPG cylinders is considered. Despite doing a booking over a one month, the cylinder has not been delivered. If we go to the Agency to collect the cylinder ourself, their sob story is they do not have cylinder supply while if we tell them to deliver at home they say it will delivered and the delivery date never comes. After making continuous calls from 8.40 am to 4 pm, I was finally ably to reach their representative, and all she does is says ok ok without even hearing my problem. In the past 4 years, eevrytime a cylinder booking is to done, it becomes a battle following it up with this agency and getting the delivery. THe HP Gas AUthorities don't seem to bother how these agencies are harassing people.

                                HP gas lpg cylinder — service

                                I am have HP gas cylinder with a dealer from Jas Gas Agency situated at Wadgaonsheri Pune. Services from this dealer is very very poor. I never get a delivery of a booked cylinder before 20 days and that to after a reminder. To book the gas on 27032515, 27031084 or 27030166 is so difficult that when u try for 15 days contineously u may get through once. For last 8 days i am trying to book the cylinder but i am unable to do the same. Last booking which i had done in month of Aug. end, i reced the delivery on 23rd of sept. by then my cylinder was over and i had burrow from my friend. Now when i tried to book again 8-10 days after receipt of this cylinder (taking into consideration of 20days to deliver new) they did not accept my booking saying that i need to book it only after 15-20 days from the receipt of last cylinder.
                                Now when i am trying to do so i am unable to do. I really don't undrestand since morning 8.30 am till evening 6 pm how the number is continuousely engged? the message is "the customer u r calling is busy on another call"
                                I hope HP will do something to improve their services in this area. I have this connection for last almost 10 years but the problem was not so severe. Now it has become worst.
                                We are trying to move ahead in the service industry but with kind of experience u get a setback
                                Sir,
                                Iam living plot no:8, 125 swarnapuri annexe, salem. I had got delayed delivery and told us load was not oming in time.

                                As i was not getting gas on 29th march, even after 20-days, i went to office and enquired and got the reply us gas delivered.

                                I wanted to catch hold and came silent.

                                And i called for booking new cylinder today, as it is suppose to be done after 21-days of delivery, i came to know that it was booked on 17th april and delivered on 28th april. But i neither booked, nor got the cylinder.

                                People are cheating us. Kindly punish the people and make sure that such things are not happening...

                                  To whom so ever It May Concern:

                                  This is just to bring to your notice that the customers are suffering due to the local distributors….these local distributors are also spoiling the company’s image in front of the customers. No doubt it’s a big group and providing the service to a huge community all over the INDIA and obviously there may be some genuine operational problems.
                                  Generally, they (dealers) guy book the number over phone and give the due date / delivery date approx 10-12 days post booking but does not deliver on time.

                                  Though, there are some other common reasons what the distributors creates themselves for their own greed and benefit like

                                  1. Doing the black on gas cylinder and
                                  2. Provide the less volume of gas in the cylinder while home delivery and
                                  3. Sometimes they fill water in to for carry the filled cylinder up to actual weight. Just to increase their profit.

                                  Actually, we have the complaint specifically against our dealer because they belief in selling the domestic cylinders to the commercial deeds to earn the more n more profit approx more then double amount of money and does not bothered about the already booking of home deliveries. They are not concern if working families are suffering without supply of gas. The delivery persons are more crooks than the staff….. they always run the customer fool every second.

                                  We often face the shortage of gas at our Om Gas Agency/distribution center code 626330 PALWAL. On the other hand two other dealers are providing timely and good service at the same city (PALWAL).

                                  Towards end and solution we would request you to either control/stop/minimize their greed, OR increase the volume of gas supplies from the plant, OR distribute some customers to the other dealers irrespective the zone…. as they are bounded to not issuing the connections as per the Zone.

                                  So, we hope that the system would be reviewed and some solution would be invented and the supplies could be more efficient.

                                  HP — POOR SUPPLY

                                  I am customer of GARGI GAS SUPPLIER ( MALAD ) MUMBAI the dealer of HP. This supplier has apponinted girls who use abusive language. My customer no is 608883. When we book for cylinder they do not give us booking no. If the dilivery is delayed and if enquired we are without any proof . The dealer wants indirectly that customer should carry cylinder at own . Is it safe? The girls always use bad words. Plase take action on the dealer and take away his dealership. The dealer must not be having sufficient man power.

                                    H P Gas — Delay of Gas Supply

                                    Dear Sir/madam,

                                    Govt has promised to people that there is no shortage of gas, everyone will get cylinder after 3days of booking. Even you also saying there is no shortage of gas. But Dealers are taking 15 days time deliver the cylinder.

                                    Why don't you annouce to your customers that you will deliver cylinder after 15 days or whatever.

                                    We are facing a lot of problem with the same. We have one cylinder connection. we expect our cylinder will be empty after 10 days. If you are delivering after 15 days what people have to do remaining 5 days. There is no gurantee dealer will give after 15 days.

Even Last time when I booked they said it is booked and within 10 days you will get. I forgot to take the booking number and after ten days I asked for the delay they replied your gas was not booked at all and I again had to book for the second time.                                     That gas centre is not properly supplying after booking for gas cylinder. I have been booking last one and half month ago. Till the last date they were not supplying the gas cylinder and no responded. I thought some problem was there. But There were no problem. I think they would be black our cylinder.
