Dear sir, We have a Consumer card of HP Gas No. 610234 in the name of Ganesh Chandra Nayak, With Mayuri located at Asansol, Distributor Braja Mohan Rudra, not getting any computer generated bill for last 3 months.

In home delivery service is delay with 15 to 20 days thats why we collect the the gas from the distributor directly, in a vacant land the gas distributed.

I booked gas for home delivery on15.03.10 .I had got an sms on my mobile on 23.03.10 saying my gas will be delivered within 48 hours.I did not get it.i then on 29.03.10 again booked my cylinder and now it has arrived on 14.04.10. I am a consumer of HPCL Gas agency namely " GAS HOUSE, HP GAS DISTRIBUTERS" Nalghar Chowk Raipur.
Despite our regular reminder i have not been deliverd Gas Cylinder Till date while my booking date is 20.03.2010. They are not even responding our call to agency.
Just i want what is the rule in this regard.
I would be obelige if i get justice through this forum.

My consumer No. 609515. As soon as new Gas cylinder put on service on dated[protected], heavy Leakage of LPG observed through the cylinder. The regulator was take off and inform to the supplier (Tele [protected]). I am sorry to inform that even after regular persuance with the dealer of HPCL (M/s Nirmal Gas, Mundra) on telephone no one come to attend the leakage of LPG till now.

I have a complaint about a new Petrol Pump recently erected in our area (Gawade Petrol Pump, Pimpri chinchwad link road, Chinchwad, Pune-33). The quantity offered is less for the amount we are paying. I have noticed it 4 to 5 times and even complained to them but they are adamant.
I wish that government authority should look into the matter and save citizens from the fraud.

This is the serious issue as many petrol pumps in Nagpur are stealing money out of consumer's pocket. The culprit is no other than the consumer itself because they are allowing petrol pumps to do so. Let me illustrate what I mean to say.
