Respected Sir,
myself N.varalakshmi customer of hp gas from the last 1year at VZA & requested the HP gas dealer at vza (SRI DHARAM GAS ENTERPRISES, KRINSHNA LANKA ,VIJAYAWADA)to transfer to gnt.it took more than 3 days to transfer ,we suffered a lot in these days .
After moving to gnt here at MADHURI GAS ENTERPRISES,8-23-32/1,SEETHARAM NAGAR,GUNTUR saying that the documents are not matching.these people saying that "HOW THE PEOPLE OF VZA TRANSFERED TO GUNTUR".The people(HP GAS) at GUNTUR are in a position that they donot know that PAN CARD can be taken as a IDENTITY PROOF as a citizen.My mothers maiden name is BALUSUPATI.I have all my certificates & pan card in my mothers maiden name as BALUSUPATI VARALAKSHMI.These people of GNT are asking for the proof on my mother-in-laws intial,which is not available

"MYSELF IS FRAUD & TRYING TO TAKE THE CONNECTION ON BINAMI NAME.HE SHOUTED AT ME STATING THAT IAM MISUSING THE GAS CONNECTION BY GIVING FALSE ASSURANCE"
NOTE;GNT DEALER (CODE;467080) & SALES OFFICER (SIVA SANKAR) didn't have proper coordination between them .Firstly both of them are not cut & clear of what doc. required for transfer.The information given by your SO is different from your dealer.I called SO ,after listening all to my problem ,he asked me to call after 2 days ,he said that he is busy & he has more imp work than the CUSTOMER'S .This is not the proper way to handle the customers.People trust your ESTEEM Org & come to you for service.You need to show the power of caption (YOUR FRIENDLY GAS) in your work & service
Taking into consideration as the WORST EXPERIENCE,to be taken into the immediate effect I need an apology from the dealer as well as from your organisation,I personally believe this org is a prestigious& respectable org & they do respect & also retain the customers for a long time

HP Gas LPG — Delay in supply of refill bottle for LPG
Despite registering for refill of LPG bottle with Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sanghiv, (the wait list number is 7462) on 18th Aug 2009, (they promised a delivery after 15 days) till date nothing has happened. Their phones are always engaged. If you are lucky to hear ringing tones, then no one would answer it. Even if they pick up by fault, they will say, power is not there so cannot see computer and they cannot tell you when you will get your cylinder. However, if you go there in person you might get the bottle but they will not pay you the home-delivery charges. I never had such experiences with any of the HP gas agency till date (Amrapali in Chinchwad, Vapi gas in Vapi, in Pondy or in chennai) this is the first time i am getting such a lousy repsonse from a gas agency and HP is not doing anything on them.Gopalakrishnan
