[Resolved]  Hp — gift not received

As per their special OFFER, I applied for the gift of Philips Home Theatre to HP Redemption Cell, A 2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi 110020.

I was allotted redemption no. J487AIXIXU.

The date of purchase of HP LAP TOP IS 6 FEB 2009, from M/s Gigahertz, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053.

I have bought a Hp Pavilion Dv4-1412Tu Notebook PC on 16-Jan-2010. Under a special scheme I was offered a Videocon 22" LCD @ INR 9000 (inclusive all). I have sent all the required documents & payment on 18-Jan-2010. I was promised that I will receive this gift within 2 months. Now it has been three months & I have yet not received my LCD. On calling at the number given on their website, nobody answers the phone & I get only a pre recorded message. I have sent number of e-mails at the address provided, but there is no response. On the website it states that the claim has been approved, payment is cleared, etc, but no status when the LCD will be delivered.

I have won a gift (T. Shirt) on probably 10 th August 2010 but yet not receive this gift.why?

I got two prizes from HP Spin&Win program. One is K209a Printer on 9/9/10 and The 2nd one is a Digital Thermo meter. Till this date, i did nt get any information from HP side. I wrote a mail to HP regrding with this complaint, but, no repsponse at all....
