HP is selling Duplicate Batteries through its Customer Service Agents,
I bought a Battery original 6 months before and its not working, How CHEAP HP Works
I request INDIAN Citizens not to buy Accessories from HP and also HP Products

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I have bought new battery as per the below mail in Oct 2012, now its not working.
I went to the same place, where they have sold me, but they are not replacing eventhough there is warranty.
They are routing me to Some other Service Centre and I went to them also, but they are not giving proper response, as I have not bought with them.
They are telling me that my Operating system is wrong and the battery is correct,
but now I am not getting back up also.
Please find attached the Batter Status as per Service Center
Please guide me in this behalf.
Who is the right person to contact as Warranty is still there and Selling Duplicate Accessories by HP Dealers should be caught.
I visited the Place of Purchase, (Micro Peripherals) they routed me to Maha Electronics.
I also visited Maha Electronics on Apr 6, 2013, Service Call Report No L 31, they informed me Battery is good, but OS is problem.

An official from Micro peripherals have taken the Original Invoice copy and receipt from Maha Electronics on Apr 20th itself,
No response still now,
he told he will revert back on monday, but still today is Wednesday -- VERY VERY Poor Service from HP
These People are acting very very smart,,
One has come and taken the Receipt and the original invoice, the other is mailing as if they dont know...
Mr. Rupam,
Please handle this case and inform to higher Officials and take very strong action.
Already 6 days over, still no battery only stories happening

HP Printer — damaged product
I bought a new hp printer model 2050 and it was damaged. I informed it to the dealer but they are not ready to exchange the printer. Dealer shop adress is chinar enterprise , yashkamal complex , bistupur , jamshedpur.
