It has been 4 days since I registered the complaint with HP online through K.Sunil(Technical support). While registering the complaint they said the keyboard will be replaced within 1-2 business days but till now there is no response from HP.I call up the service located at Somajiguda store's name is Maha Electronics.They say that the approval from HP din't arrive them till now but i got a message to my moblile that a part is ordered for replacement.Just 2 days before i received a call from Naresh(Maha electronics,Somajiguda) that he is coming to my house but he went to wrong address.He told me that he will be coming yesterday and he will replace the Keyboard but yesterday when ii called him he told he receive an approval from HP.This is the worst service of HP if my keyboard is not replaced which is under warranty.

HP — Very High TAT

Hi,

I am maintaining a HP gas connection for the past couple of years,and it is to my astonishment that the minimum turn around time ( TAT ) from the booking to the delivery date is not less than 10 days. Whereas the cylinders are regularly seen in the grey market - a video file is also there with me to prove the point.

Recently I called my Gas agency ( Tyagi Gas in Ghaziabad ) to convert my connection from a single to a double cylinder connection he refrained from taking the orders citing reasons that they have been ordered from there back end that these kind of requests should not be taken before the end of March.

Look forward to getting a resolution on the TAT and the conversion premise.

HP product — keypad

hello sir,
my name is vinoth i am working in dubai, i get one Hp laptop in dubai, its warrrenty is not yet finished now but my unluck i am returning inia ,, so i have no time to ive for warrenty period,, the roblem in my laptop the keypad switch "D" is coming from key pad ,,its in loosecondition, so i want to repair this so pls reply me about my problems,,

    As per attached bill copy I bought Hp DV6 -6155TX on 10th December 2011, complaint id number [protected] (registered on 6th June 2013) and previous one are [protected] (registered on 6th April 2013) and [protected](registered on 12th June 2012) was for display back cover damage by Simtech computations pvt ltd pune. As I need to travel on site for some work, I told them to do it urgently but according to them it'll take at least 2 week to process this compliant. This issue was not resolved by them in three weeks and they are not responding any of my calls after this. As per schedule I travel on site. During my stay in Johannesburg I'd tried to repair it from HP center but as it is not cover under global warranty they'll not able to fix it, even if I'll pay them they couldn't because they don't have parts for this model. A month before when I try to extend warranty of this system I was not able to because they don't provide warranty for this system, I tried to find solution from customer care but they're not able to provide any solution to me. During this time whenever I cheeked my warranty on HP website it shows that system already out of warranty before time. When I'd chat with customer care correspondent they told me that this is because HP wouldn't update my system information on their Database with my new purchase date.

    Two week before of warranty expire with the help of my friend I initiate warranty extension from Business automation pvt ltd India. I paid 4700 Rs for 1 year warranty. When I Came back from joahnnesburg, I started new complaint for the same issue, again they're not able to see my warranty extension. For the same I provided all three documents attached with this mail, but instead of business memo from business automation they want a receipt for same. When I asked business automation they told me it'll take some time to update on system. After two month when I personally visited their office, they told me they're not able to extend my warranty because in HP database it is already expired and they return my money back to me.

    I'd word with Lohit Krishnappa one of head in HP department in gurgoan delhi, after a long conversation and mail communication he promise that this issue will be sort out asap, but nothing work out.

    I'd three conference call from HP corespondent in last two week and when I warn them to complaint against them, one of there team member(Ganesh) said they don't care about consumer forum, do what you need to do. Even they do not cooperate from their own HP corespondent. Now its been a year time I am having this issue, you can understand how-much mental trouble I've gone through from it. Please see attachment for the same and advise me what should i do for the same. I like to register a complaint for it.

      i was received 2 Enter blue tooth against 2 toner codes this make is very low quality and worst to use

      and i did not understand why HP send me 2 no. blue tooth.

        I have bought HP-450 laptop on[protected], through flipkart.com. I thought, since I have bought HP branded laptop, it will work just fine. But, it has been having me many issues ever since I have bought it like some keys were getting stuck, unable to boot up, etc.

        Since my laptop is under 1 year warranty, I have already raised multiple complaints with HP customer-care. But the service engineer has not been able to resolve the issues. I have escalated this multiple people within HP support team, but its of "no use".
        1) The approach of replacing parts one-by-one seem "trial-and-error" method. My laptop has been opened many times (completely opened), with no resolution so far.
        2) Due to frequent handling of laptop, there are some scratches on the front-panel now. The laptop doesn't look a new one now.
        3) The part which are used for replacement are all "refurbished parts".So, even though I have bought a new laptop, core parts in my laptop would be refurbished ones.
        With all this, I have been asking for complete unit replacement, but HP team is not agreeing to do so. I am stuck with a laptop which is of no use.

        Please help to resolve this case.

        HP(HEWLETT PACKARD) — Poor Customer Service

        Purchased HP Pavilion laptop and registered my product for the Digi Cam Offer. Sent Demand Draft of the mentioned amount along with all relevant documents. Supposed to receive gift within 4 - 6 weeks. Its past 8 weeks and yet to receive the same. On corresponding with the authorities over mail no satisfied response is coming. Really a matter of shame for a reputed concern like HP to bluff customers.

        HP — Not able to get efficient technical support

        Sir i am really dissapionted by the technical support u r giving.I had a problem in recovering my laptop factory setting using the one i had created initially.I ordered a recovery disc for my notebook . But i couldnot able to recover using the disc.I had informed again & this is the third time got the disc & still i m facing the same problem.I had given my notbook to nearest HP service station & they confirmed as the problem is in the recovery disc which i got from u.When i got my second disc i informed to one o[censored]r executive & she convinced me as the last two DVD which i got were of same type & may not be compactible to my notebook, so she will send another type.But today i got the third DVD & indeed its the previous type only.So please stop playing with the customers .I m really fadeoff of calling u.I[censored] r not able to solve a minor sofware issue the what can i say.I m being in touch with u from last 4 months & till now i did not get any solution from urside.Please do take this matter as an serious issue & short it out.

        Hewlett-Packard — Hewlett-Packard Use Less service

        I purchased a HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC in the year of 2007 September. the mother board of the laptop is burnt (As per the HP service team) on the last day of the warranty of the laptop. I have given the laptop for repair which is around 2 months back and still the HP servicing center people were saying it will take 4 more weeks. They are saying the part is not available in india and saying they are not running the company and asking me to take the laptop back with a rash voice. I am planning to file a case in consumer court on this and will update this issue to the Media as well.

        Hewlett packard laptop — Cheating by Convergent Technologies-Hewlett Packard

        Dear Sir

        I have bought Laptop Warranty extension package in February 2009 for 2 Years from CONVERGENT TECHNOLOGIES-BANGALORE Authorised Hewlett Packard Service provider. They have emailed me that my Laptop warranty is about to expire and if i want i can get it extended for 2 years. After paying them all the charges for Warranty Extension for 2 years they have just extended the warranty for one year as seen from their Certificate. When i contacted them they said it will be done is short while. But it was not extended. I was regularly calling them to extend the warranty but always they use to give me weired reply. I told them that give what ever is the reason for not extending the warranty in Writing bu they are not willing to give the same. They are talking very rudely with me as they think that they are doing any favour to me. I also approached HP to sort out the issue but they were unable to take any action. They are just giveing metal torture to the customer.

        I request you to kindly help me out to get the warranty extended for 2 years as promised.

        Hewlett Packard — HP Service Warranty is a Fake. HP is a cheat.

        I made the mistake of buying a HP premium laptop from the US around 3 months ago. The laptop was : HP laptop HDx 18t 1200. A premium (expensive) notebook.

        HP's sales department assured me (and still says) that the laptop has service warranty in India and if anything goes wrong with it I will be able to get the warranty repairs in India. Even HP's service support chat executive (US) also says the same.

        The laptop stopped working when I brought it to India and the Indian HP service center have absolutely refused to service it. These bunch of losers never gave me a good response. There is some chap named Ankur Sachdeva who claims to the Support supervisor but apparently he supervises nothing, because even after repeated calls he never took any action, and always assured me that he would get back to me on 'Wednesday'. Weeks have rolled by.

        I have chat records of HP's US sales and support representatives who still assert that the laptop is valid for service in India and the local service center should provide service. But the local service center does not care about customers at all.

        Q1. Why is HP India not honoring its commitment to the customer?
        Q2. When the local service center is behaving so badly, why has HP still not fired them?
        Q3. Is it my fault that I trusted HP and brought their laptop? The biggest IT purchase mistake I made?

        Please learn from my mistakes. Do not buy a HP laptop. Their service is terrible, their service representatives are a bunch of jokers who will keep you hanging in the middle for weeks without a reply.

        On[protected] Convergent Technologies, Bangalore collected from me a sum of Rs.6742/ towards Service Extension for a period of two years in respect of my HP Note Book DV3005TX under Quote ID 200810U48 . did not receive any certificate extending the warranty period and I learn that the service extension pai for by me has not been registered at all.

        HP — FALSE WARRANTY

        I HAVE PURCHASED HP PRESARIO DESKTOP SERIAL NUMBER INA8220CQL. AND MODEL NUMBER COMPAQ SG3450IL.

        IT WAS SAID THAT IT HAS 3 YEARS OF WARRANTY BUT AFTER 1 YEAR CD DRIVE PART GETS DAMAGED.

        AND I COMPLAINT TO HP BUT HP SAID THAT IT HAS ONLY 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
        HP company is an useless company. My son purchased lap top of HP make. They gave warranty for 1 year. After 1 year 9 days it was gone out of order. The HP authorized firm at HYD tested it and said that LCD went off and to replace it the cost would be around 24, 000/- rupees. This is ridiculous. You can just imagine how cheap material HP people are using and penalising the customers.

        My suggestion not to go to HP products. Instead we can for a local market where the lap top comes for Rs.20000/- and even it goes off after one year the will be no loss.

        I have given 4 mails to HP customer care to repair it free of cost or at nominal charge. They did not even read my mails and there is no reponse till now.

        Hewlett packard laptop — bad customer service

        I am extremely dissatisfied by the service provided to me by the Hp service center in Hyderabad. I went there for the first time on 15/11/2010 with a complaint in regard to my DVD drive unable to play DVDs. They returned the laptop after 3 days stating that a new DVD drive has been installed. I during that time also complained on there poor, untimely and rude assistance however no action was taken.

        After a few days again on 8/12/2010 I took my laptop as my HDD had crashed and DVD was not still not working. I was told that the laptop will be returned back to me after 3-4 working days however after regular follow ups, calls made from only my side I finally got it a week later after a made a personal call to there Manager

        Even then the DVD work was not done. I was told to wait for an hour in the service center after which they asked me to go home as it was time for the center to close. I complained again and I was told that the Manager will give me a call to discuss the same.

        He called me the very next day and i was assured that follow up will be made and the DVD would be repaired.

        It has been 2 weeks since then and neither have I received any calls nor has my complaint been taken seriously.

        I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The center at Hyderabad has not only made me call them a zillion times without any solution from there side but has also been unable to solve a minor issue.

        The staff has been uncooperative and unresponsive.

        Please help with the same. I have all necessary details and papers with me.

        HP — Poor Service

        We had lodged complaint with HP customer care to resolve the problem with HP make Desktop which is not working for past one week. Case ID of concerned complaint is [protected]. Almost everyday we are getting calls from different sources regarding deployment of skilled engineer to the site to attand the said problem but till this date no one has reported to look into the matter. Such poor service from esteemed giant MNC organisation is far beyond imagination and not at all acceptable by any means. Undoubtedly they are to be listed in deceiver' Q.

        in my lappy, there are many types of problem will found. companey will not provide servive in warrenty period $some issue will create by hp engg. so, plz help me and recover my amount spend at the time of purchase.

We are even purchasing the Printer Cartridge from the same source.


            We would like to draw your kind attention that as per your advertisement and marketing for best costumer services provider it is totally wrong and on ground it is not even 10 % costumers are getting .

              I had purchased my hp laptop nb pc pavilion envy 14.-3012TU
              BATCH : 5C02128TWP, from m/s gadgets and gizmos[protected]nd floor great india place , noida
              invoice no G&G/12-13/03-482 ON 20- Aug - 2012

              for Rs: 99,999.00

              now i am facing prob in this laptop. They had promoted its unique feature of "beats speaker" and they are not working no sound is coming even the ear-plug socket is not working. The sound output is 0.
              Appart from that there USB port is not working as well. it was a gift from my friend Vipul Shrivastav. I was travelling so i got my laptop on april 2013, since then i am facing this problem. i submitted my laptop in h.p service center called :

              and so far i have not received a positive response they claimed that my work will be done in two days and when they called me to collect my laptop it was still in the same condition as i left it. They said that USB port is not available in there store so this work can't be done but your speakers are working fine i asked them to give me a demo of my speakers and the speakers were still not working they said that they will install the drivers n give me in 15 min i kept waiting for 30 min and there was no result. then they asked me to come the next day. Next day before going i called them up they said mother board needs to be replaced, but my laptop is still under warranty and i don't want them to repair my laptop i want them to replace it now. because they have wasted, my time my laptop is still with them.
              I keep travelling so i don't have time to get it repaired and i have to leave Lucknow on 3rd of june for delhi and from there on 6th i am going to Australia for my higher education. please help me. i am graphic designer and my course requirement is of laptop i cant work without it. i will be really obliged if you can help.

              hp / Laptop — Laptop not working

              I bought high end HP Laptop in Abu Dhabi in July 2009 and had to return to India due to loss of job. I hardly used my laptop.Within a year of Warranty my HP Laptop stopped working. I gave it to HP Serivce Center and they got it repaired. After a month or two again it went dead. As I was away in Raipur I could not give it to Service center as I had not taken it to Raipur.

              I have now come to Mumbai and given it to Service Center again. I have not heard from them for 4 days now after i gave it to them.

              I now really wonder about quality of HP Laptop.I vow that I never ever buy HP product I feel that I have been cheated for Rs. 35000 which I paid in 2009

                I bought one HP Laptop from Indiatimes on 23rd May 2013 (order number [protected]). They commited to ship the product by 28th May 2013 but they did'nt ship the product. On complaining they simple registered a case and gave me a case ID They didn't tell me the reason for delay and what they are doing to mitigate the issue. They say the expected date of resolving this issue is 14th June 2013. 15 days to resolve an issue is not at all acceptable. I shelled out a large amount of money for this Laptop and instead of shipping on priority because its an expensive item, they are behaving irresponsibly. Customer care executives are not able to provide any input,they just say sorry and consider their job done. I am fed up of their "It will be resolved as soon as possible". They are not even ready to transfer calls to their senior managers. Now what can a person do who has paid in advance for a laptop. I want my laptop delivered at the earliest along with compensation for the mental harrassment, delays, false promises and callous attitude of the site employees associated.

                  As I have bought a HP G6 2226TU Laptop 39.6cm from Croma Store, Kothrud, Pune on 26/05/2013 and while demonstration sales man Laxman told me that in the laptop there are two slots for RAM and in one slot 4 GB RAM is provided by the HP and one slot is empty, then I asked him to show me so, he said we can't open it only authorized HP store will open it for you.Since while purchasing I told the salesman Laxman that I need only a single 4 GB RAM so I could expand my laptop RAM to 8 GB.

                  After that I went to a HP World,Service Rd, Pimpri, Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019 ‎ so, he told me in the laptop there are two RAMs of 2GB but not a single RAM of 4 GB. So from HP world they told me they can't help me. Then I went two times to Croma Store , Kothrud , Pune.
                  First day the sales man Laxman told me come next day we will ask to HP people , next day Laxman was not present as he has taken leave , so a guy from sales has they told me that it's your mistake, you have to buy a new RAM of 4GB and we can't accept those two RAMs.

                  As I am living near Hinjewadi Pune, it take almost 1.5 hrs to reach to the Croma Store, Kothrud , Pune. Two days I have wasted my money to reach there and spend my so much time for discussion as well. So now I am totally mentally disturbed by their behavior. As I am also a Tata Consultancy Services, Pune employee but we never did such froud.

                  So I would like you to take action against salesman or against Croma store and I only need a 4 GB single RAM.

                    I logged a complain on 26-MARCH-2103 with a complain number[protected] foor my Hp-envy ultrabook in response to that my laptop top cover was changed, but after opening the laptop by the service center engineer the laptop got damaged and is fixed in very bad condition now it has been more than 2 months but the damaged things are as it is and there is no hope for the laptop to get repaired.

                    As said by the Branch Manager of surat service center Mr. Sailesh

                    I don’t have my laptop from last 2 month because it is with service center personnel
                    Recently before one month laptop hard disk got crashed and is not in working condition for whic i logged another complain NO: [protected]. but there is no response from hp team.

                    Still i have have warranty of 16 months with adp.

                    The major problem is that, the service center personal are not able to repair the laptop and they have confirmed me that laptop have manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired in such case I want replacement of my laptop or i want hp to refund my money.

                      I have purchased a printer from a HP dealer at Vadapalani Chennai six months back.After four the printer became useless.I have called the dealer who advices me to contact HP directly. I have contacted them they overpone guided me to service the printer.The next day the printer again troubled me. When I contacted hp they assured me on site srevice is required for the printerand they will contact very soon. I dont know when will they contact me. The service ticket No.[protected].What can I do with this number without an useless printer.Consumer pls be aware before purchasing such type of printers.

                        Firstly,there is a problem in displaying the remaining battery,the value gets stuck at a certain value ,the laptop even shuts down due to low battery,but the icon in the start bar shows 100% battery remaining.
                        Secondly,the light next to the USB port keeps on blinking even after the laptop is shut down.

                          I have purchased a HP desktop, within 4 months of its purchase the sensor is not working(mouse and desktop are connected to the sensor) and i have informed the company about the same my complaint no is CA1278081.                             My complaint case reference HP # [protected].
                            I purchased a HP Pavilion G6-2314AX Laptop (APU Quad Core A8/ 6GB/ 1TB/ DOS/ 1.5GB Graph) on 24april 2013. When I use my laptop it give problem like overheating and system shutdown on very 1st day.I called a HP service centre and lodge a complaint on 25 th april 2013.My problem is not sought out yet and we even did not receive a response from service centre .Dell and lenovo service are far better than you.

                            After 11 days HP engineer come check the system and unable to solve the problem like overheating , shut down problem , left portion of touch pad is very much heat & Battery not charging issue on 19% , 49% , 60 % , 89 %.Technical engineer is not able to solved this issue.I not able to do my work.

                            Now what response I receive from HP support i.e by Rupam Halder ,Customer Relations - India ,APJ Quality & Customer Assurance,PPS CSS,Phone # 91 - [protected] , Email: rupam.[protected]@hp.com .THAT WE DO NOTHING UNTILL YOU INSTALL WINDOWS 8 BBECAUSE THIS VERSION DOES NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS 7.

                            Now check above link which clearly written my model is free DOS.Moreover not a single problem is solved by HP support.They give misguided response , no response and poor service.I have two Dell laptop and the service too good compare to H.P.When I said I need DOA if you are unable to solve my problem.They said we can't give you DOA untill we find any part faulty.And we need further diagnosis only if you install windows 8.For all y problem they said just one thing install windows 8 and then we do further diagnosis

                            I can only say one thing never - never buy a H.P product .A very poor and pathetic response of service centre.

                            I have a product of HP-Laptop.
                            Product had sent for replacement of systemboard but since 12th of jan i havent received my laptop back.

                            HP Laptop — Bad Service & no any reply

                            I had a problem with my HP Pavillion Laptop Model- DV6704TU which i sent to HP Service Centre at Andheri on last 6th Jan 2009, after calling to HP i understand that there was a problem with the motherboard and needs to be replaced and told will get you the laptop by 20th Jan 2008, after repeatedly calling now they are telling that the parts are not available with HP and call to our mumbai service manager after calling her she is telling that speak with someon else. Also want to mention the system is under warranty and still its not getting repaired.now what to do? today is 4 Feb.2009
                            You should call the int'l number you got from Best Buy. I'm surprised that HP wouldn't help you but the warranty from BBY does work int'l you just have to go thru Best Buy.

                            HP — laptop not supported

                            i bought a laptop from canada with extended warranty form best buy store, this warranty is international/global. My laptop got display problem when i am in visit to india.

                            upon showing the laptop in HP india service center, they say that this laptop is out of warranty when the warrenty is till 2010, another thing they say is they wont repair laptop since this model is not supported in india.

                            when the laptop is not supported whats the use of international warranty? am i duped by HP and best buy store? help me out

                            Sir, i am sorry to say that your company service is not bad but it is the worst i have ever seen.i have been running since few months to the service centre in agra branch for certain problem in my laptop but they had simply kept my lappy with them n not returning back.i m getting so much of loss in my studies n wastage of time n money.pls take some strict action against them or else i will complaint in higher authorities...

                              Please note that the sales distributors at GEONET IT MALL, Andheri for HP Pavilian gallery are very unprofessional...After going thru all the series of HP computer and fixing on G6 2228TU HP Pavilion laptop, firstly Mr.Shekhar Halbe convinced me that if i do advance payment (Bill No. 1123 dated 05/05/2013 - Mr.Menino Martis ) before leaving the gallery I could availbel the laptop at a discounted price for which i even paid the advance payment... after two days he calls me up saying that the brand is out of stock and cannot be procure...this is very unethical & false promises done...i spent a lot of time & conveyance to the gallery to pick up what i like and this is what they offer even after intial payment... Requesting you to please note and take action on the same.(I have the copy of the booking form is available with me and can be provided on request)

                                I have bought new battery as per the below mail in Oct 2012, now its not working.

                                        Printer's problem not solved
                                        My printer was not working since 07-04-13 that is out of warranty, the officer told me on site of authorized centre at redington india ltd, your printer’s problem would be resolved within two days. Problem is in print head becz black ink not given impression. The junior engineer from redington india ltd, gurgaon checked many times the problem showing same again and again finaly he said u need to purcahse a new print head.
                                        I said ok and instant i had made payment 3000/- against defective printhead replacement also.
                                        But today is[protected] there is no resolution for the same print head got changed but problem going on same way engeeniers are duffer and loosers.
                                        They have no idea still and giving only rumour things...

                                        This is my bad experience with authorized service centre redington india ltd. Sec-14 old dlf colony gurgaon and also with hp product
