    I have a Hp laptop 630 model,which serialno-Qa131pa#Acj,Three(3) month ago my laptop disturbed due to Hard disc problem in a warranty period,then hp care help and Change the Hard disc,Now I facing another problem,Laptop automatically offed when it is worked in 1/2 hours,totaly I cant do any important work,& in my laptop screen shown Windows recovery error & many more,I am totally in deprived,I think to go cosumer court ,becoz in one year laptop 2-3 times disturbed,HP Branded company look after that this matter.with Regards Amitabha Das,From-Tripura,

    hp/laptop — many things related to laptop not deliver.

    Before 2 months, i have bought hp laptop costing approx Rs.40000.
    (Model no:- hp 540). The Dealer has denied me to provide antivirus, driver CD &operating system CD.

    I hope i will receive all the missing things.For this i shall be highly obliged.Waiting 4 a prompt response.
    on 15th feb. 2010 in evening i bought a hp laptop of Rs. 34, 000/- from VALUE ONE hp dealer in sector 12 karnal.
    and on 16th feb. 2010 my laptop is not working. so i take it back to dealer he told me that there is virus in it so u have to buy original anti virus. on this i bought origional anti virus of Gardian (product of quick hell).
    but my laptop has facing the same problem. when i take my laptop back to dealer and i said him to change my laptop on this he ruidly through it and told do what u want. i have all origional bills and want to take him in consumer court against this.
    VALUE ONE dealer of HP whose shoroom is in sector 12 market KARNAL has no sence of taking with coustemers.

    Aslo there is remote which company is giving but dealer is not giving to the coustemers

    i m desagree for installing track mania...(game)
    so give me some solution...

      Respected sir/madam,
      i have bought hp laptop dv6-6165tx model in march 2012. since the time i have bought,there were lot of problems with that laptop.its battery is not working properly,and when i leave my laptop for a while like a few minutes,it never goes into standby,instead it gets struck...its c.d drive is not working properly...wi-fi is not detected in my laptop. my laptop's memory is 750 gb..bt even when i loaded a 100gb or more...it gets struck all the time when ever i open my open any of those files i have loaded...i have send it to the service center by mentioning all these complaints..but they just told there is a problem in my operating system and they replaced...even after that not even a single problem is rectified...when i complained about c.d drive,they told me that this laptop is like that.how can they manufacture a laptop with problems...? how can i replace my laptop?If anyone knows, please suggest me...
      Don't ever buy hp laptops....

      even i bought the same model..and the customer care is not even responding properly...
      I am facing the same problem... they even changed my motherboard in the the first month only..
      Wish if there is any way of replacing the laptop..

        ISSUE: WHITE SPOT ON SCREEN

        I found a small DOT like WHITE POINT on the Screen, which is on the Extreme Right of the Screen. Immediately when i found this i took my Laptop to your Service Center at Dadar (AFORESEVE.COM LIMITED)Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd.

        There the Person who attended me said that to get a confirmation from HP Center, they will Give You a 10 Digit number.So he intimated me to get the HP Center permission to carry further, he also said i[censored] leave this UN-NOTICED it may spread.


        So i contacted HP Support on [protected], there a person named MOBIN ALEXANDER attended my call. In which i Explained him about the Issue, but the statement he Mentioned was

        "THERE CAN BE 1-5 DEAD WHITE PIXELS. IT IS ACCEPTABLE ONE, SO IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. FURTHER HE ADDED THAT IT WONT CREATE ANY FURTHER PROBLEM, SO USE IT AS IT IS"

        But in our Country, the LAW says if it is "MANUFACTURING DEFECT", then it is covered under warranty. From the above conversation to whom a Customer should believe to the DEMO ENGINEER WHO ATTENED ME AT SERVICE CENTER or THE PERSON WHO SPOKE TO ME OVER THE PHONE CALL.

        also a Lady who spoke 2 me was so rude & she was not ready to tell her name she banged the call down.

                I myself Puneet Kumar Verma had purchase a Laptop from THANE MH last year on 25 NOV 2005.

                So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of one year and some of the battery problem is there on my laptop...

                HP — BATTERY PROBLEM

                Dear Sir,I have a notebook and on the Icon of battery red cross shows and there is also a message that "Consider replacing Your battery" and the Back Up of my battery is less than 1 hour.
                So please give me response as soon as possible.

                HP — regarding battery

                I have purshed mini HP laptop in Dec.2011 and from this december battery is not working properly, but now battery is not avialable anywhere even not on HP showrooms, so there is very poor performance of HP's delivery of batteries and online it is too costly...

                  I have purchased the hp LAPTOP from the hp dealer and was assured that after sending the Scanned copy of Purchase Invoice and the Bar coded serial number sticker they would be sending me the Warrenty extention voucher and the redemption code is 5095060, there is no telephonic help in this regards on HP helpline nos.

                  Till date(18/09/2012) no voucher has been received.

                  Pl. help me to solve my problem.

                    There is some issue with the windows because windows is not booting and recovery partition has been deleted unknowingly as we were not informed by you for making a recovery CD and you haven't provided any CD too for recovery purpose.

                    We have informed you before about the same approx 14 days ago,but the guy from you side said that only HP Customer care can assist us.

                    After that we called HP Customer care several times but there was no assistance from them,even they are saying that the laptop is not of India so we should bear the charges for Recovery CD,otherwise if this model is of India,they can provide the Recovery CD free of cost.


                    The person from HP Customer care we have talked was Santosh and case No is :[protected].

                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I purchased hp photosmart b110A printer ( s.no CN14C4S3HD) on 6-5-2012 from shiney e park pvt ltd ghaziabad an authorised hp reseller.when I first used the printer it's photo quality was not upto the mark so then within a month print head of my printer was replaced then again after using it for 10-15 days it again encountered a problem then my printer was replaced then after using it for 15-20 days again it encountered a problem then again my printer was replaced now after replacing what I found that print head of that new printer is damaged now what next they changed the print head and again the printer did not work since purchase of printer on 6-5-12 my printer has been diagnosed 5 times out of which twice it was replaced..I am fed up of this printer within 2-3 months I am hardly able to use that printer most of the time it is damaged..i even purchased an original hp 862 xl black cartridge for that printer..I never thought that a company like hp cheats customer like this by suppling them with sub standard products...what else now I have come to know the that model number printer has been discontinued by hp and have gone through many reviews online that b110 a printer was encountering problems. That's why model was discontinued..I feel my self cheated..I want the refund of the printer and ink I purchased or some other model printer asap with same features that can serve my purpose for which I purchased the printer that is printing.now its been almost 15 days and nothing has been done from hp to resolve the problem..

                            This is regarding my hp laptop : Pavilion dv4 1131 tx. The wifi of my laptop stopped working all of a sudden. I went to authorised hp service centre. They kept my laptop with them for 1 day for fault diagnosis. Next day they called me and told me that my laptop''s mother board is faulty and it needs to be replaced. They gave me an approximate of around 23500 for the repair. I told them to try replacing wifi card but they said they have tried that and detected problem in mother board. I came back with my laptop after paying their diagnostic fee and thought of buying a new laptop because there is no point of spending so much. So few days latter I went to Nehru Place to buy a new laptop and accidentally showed my laptop to a third party .They just replaced my internet card for 1000 and that solved the problem and now my laptop is working fine. This caused a lot of mental harassment , mental torture and eventually lead to wastage of my time, being an engineer loss of productivity and many other endless problems. This also means that if a persons laptop is out of warranty, hp misguides customer to this extent.This is really shameful on behalf of Hp. Had I not taken the laptop to a third party I would have ended spending 25000 or probably 50000 for a new laptop.

                                    HP redemption cell,Solution Integrated Marketing Services Private Limited for tthe additional warranty extension to 3 years on10-04-12
                                    But till date the warranty certificate has not been sent to my email id
                                    Kindly send the certificate tToyo my email id as soon as possible.i will be greatly obliged
                                    HP India is crap. First they launch a promotion, make people send them money but fail to honor their part of the deal. At the time of promotion they say claim will be acknowledged within 2-3 days post receipt of the documents, cheque or demand draft but it takes more than a month for them to acknowledge a receipt of documents. HP promotions are temporary and the promotion details are removed from their website immediately after stipulated time frame. You are lucky if you print or save webpage in order to use it against HP. Secondly, I have noticed businesses/customer care that operate out of New Delhi are not diligent. I am an IT peripheral retailer and as of to date the HP products that I sold have caused a lot of inconvenience to me & my customers.

                                    In my case, I had to make several phone calls to get things sorted. Unfortunately in India people can not file a class action lawsuit against businesses like HP. It is better to make these losers file a chapter.

                                    For those who suffer in the hands of HP or similar should collect all documents and file a case in consumer court, you don't need a lawyer at consumer court, the fees are about Rs. 100/- for filing a case. In all likelihood you will get your issues resolved and charge HP for agony.

                                      I bought a HP Laptop model no. QG465PA/G4-1201TU and Serial No. 5CD1332R49
                                      on 22-oct-2011.Till date i need to go to Hp Service Center for Five
                                      times.And still it is in the Service Center for a repair from 11/08/2012.

                                      It started giving me problems in the 2nd month of purchase when Laptop's
                                      speakers stopped working.i got it replaced.

                                      then its motherboard got replaced.then its DVD writer was replaced.now it's
                                      webcam stopped working,for which it is still under repair.
                                      Today on 22/08/2012 when i called service center they told me that webcam
                                      is repaired but there is some fault in WiFi.we still have to repair it.

                                      one by one every part is giving problem.although it is under warranty and
                                      everything is getting repaired.but how many times i will go to service
                                      center.i am fed up of all this.Hp Service Center is 30 Km away from my home
                                      town.for every single problem i need to go to HP Service Center twice once
                                      for submit my laptop and then to receive it.

                                      I think my laptop has some manufacturing defect.that is why it is giving
                                      one problem after another.i request to the company plz replace my Laptop.company must
                                      have all details of my Laptop.i hope company will understand my problem but company is not understanding my problem and company is not giving any reply of my complaint/e-mail.

                                      My OS(windows 7) is corrupt and even system recovery did not work.At the
                                      time of purchase i asked for the Operating System's Cd and Serial Key(which
                                      was included in my Laptop ),then i was told that i will get Cd after few
                                      days coz it is sent by company on request but i never got it.but now the
                                      they are asking me for 1000 Rupees for it.

                                      i bought the laptop for my convenience and not for harassment.So i request
                                      you please help me regarding replace my laptop.

                                        An H.P Brand New Model was purchased on Saturday and it was brought in use this morning in our office and within a couple of hours we've started over-heating.

                                        We see to be going in circle and now the unpleasantness is that you've stopped responding to our emails.

                                        Let me assure you the ignorance will not be a solution. I invite you or your engineer to our office. You bet you'd end up burning you left had/wrist - it heats up so much !

                                        How could you determine right sitting in Bangalore that the heat dissipated is also normal as per the product design ?

                                        Did you actually take the feedback from the engineer who visited our office ? Did you thought of calling me back to get the right inputs ?


                                        I don't understand why are you doing this to us ?
