This is regarding my hp laptop : Pavilion dv4 1131 tx. The wifi of my laptop stopped working all of a sudden. I went to authorised hp service centre. They kept my laptop with them for 1 day for fault diagnosis. Next day they called me and told me that my laptop''s mother board is faulty and it needs to be replaced. We purchased HP 1606 DN Printer. after one month it got faulty as paper picking problem. We called to customer care but they are westing our time and checking foolish type of troubleshooting which is commonly known by most of the person. And each n every representative are their own type of troublshooting and reason for logging the complain.
