Dear sir/madam,

i bought hp mini 210 on 4/June/2012 and from the very first day i was seeing a horizontal line at top of the display. Initially i ignored but after 20 days that line increased and keyboard also become dysfunctional.
then on 3/July/2012 i made a complaint to hp service center. The executive came and replaced the keyboard and tried to put new LCD.

Even after assembling new LCD that line continue...

The problem was not rectified. He is not giving any job card or any acknowledgement. If i ask for job card or ack.card, he is not giving any such type of job card. Within 7 day it have some issue and i lodge a complained and simtech service centre have declared tech. issue and go to replace with new.
