In reference to above reference code, your company had to provide the below mentioned Gift hamper (B) i.e.:

(1) Speakers Creative 2.1 SBB A300
(2) Reebok Sunglasses
(3) Reebok Bag
(4) Britannica 5 CD Entertainment Pack
(5) IFB Microwave Oven 17PM1S

However, your company has delivered only one IFB Microwave Oven
17PMIS through the Overnite Courier vide dispatch Memo No. 45386688, which was received by me on 17.06.08. After opening the Cartoon of the Microwave, the following technical and other documentation discrepancies have been found:

(a) The Microwave Oven does not contain the Guarantee Card
(b) The Microwave Oven does not contain the Operating Manuals.
(c) No other accessories have been received along with the Microwave
(d) The Microwave Oven delivered to me is a defective piece in regard that the Front Panel/Operating Panel is literally hanging, which is to be got repaired from the market.
(e) Without Guarantee Card, who will bear the expenditure of repairing of newly supplied Microwave Oven? Will the Company pay?
(f) This Microwave Oven should be replaced on your own expenses.

Further, your company has not supplied the remaining items of the
Gift hamper B (SR. No. 01 to 04) which is also a case of cheating. Your company has not mentioned anything about the remaining items. The remaining items may be sent immediately without any further delay. Kindly ensure that all the items are in good condition and these are not loose, broken, etc. before the hamper is dispatched.

You are therefore, requested to dispatch the remaining gift items from Sr. No. 1 to 4 and the guarantee card, operating manual and other accessories otherwise necessary legal action will be taken against your company.

I do not agree with this persons remarks. i have received all the items and all in good condition. may be his parcel was mishandled by the courier company.
Pls do not disgrace any company like this. I have received all the components of my hamper totally intact and working. I think you sould catch hold of the courier company as they are the ones who are responsible for the delivery of items.
Almost same thing has happned to me. I have not received the speaker. The Microoven does not contain any Manual, Guarantee Card etc.
Guys, within how many days u received your hampers, i have sent almost 3 months back, last one month customer care still say, DISPATCH IS IN PROGRESS, i dont undestand how many day it will take for them to dispatch the goods. could you guys suggest me on this, i aske the contact number, they have sent[protected] number to contact on week days, when ever i try to contact that number, that dosent connect.
