My husband who was working in HP, is no more. HP has submitted pension claim on behalf of me, it is around more than one year now....I send an email and a letter to RPFC but I have not received any response from that side.

Actually I am quite in hardship and need this money as soon as possible. The details of my claim are:

Hewlett Packard — Manufacturing default

I have purchased a laptop which i have not used hardly. the laptop is heating up the day one.
after 1 year of service my laptop doisplay has gone. when i show it to HP service agent they told that mother board has gone to replace this one they quote around 50% of laptop price.
HP dv series computers having this mother board problem and company has sold default laptops

please do the justice foe the same

Hewlett Packard — unfair practice

Dear Sir,

I purchased a HP make Printer/scanner/copier from M/s CROMA in Crown Interiors Mall recently

(3.11.10). The printer was offered with a free black cartridge worth Rs 499.


However to my surprise I found that the original black cartridge supplied wih the printed lasted only for

a few pages only and I had to change it with the " FREE" cartridge immediately.


Now this an extremely unfair practise


M/s HP/India or M/s Croma should have informed the customer that the price of the printer does not include the cartridge or that the cartidge that comes along with the printer will be having low level ink.

Instead they are hoodwinking the customer to believe that they are supplying a "FREE" cartridge.

    This is to inform that my HP Compaq notebook whos speaker had malfunctioned has not been rectified since Oct 14 2009 till date. They dont provide any information about the progress of repairing and keep on post-ponding the date for repairing the pc.
    Please help me getting my pc fixed , I have wasted more than Rs.50 in calling them , Rs.100 in traveling to their service centre(4 times) and lots of valuable hours (2.5 hr per trip).
    I have a similar experience with HP

    i mr t.gopinath, from kota village, nellore district, andhra pradash, south india, india.i purchased hp ljp1007/cc365a, serial number vnen107588 printer froms.s.systems-nellore, cost of rs6, 100/- with one year warranty, on 23rd april 2010.i take nearly 430 prints from the printer.after that prints are not clear.i talk to my dealer .he said to open the top door and remove cortiage, shake well the cortiage, and inshurt the cortiage, close the door and then to take prints.i try to open the top door, the door opend but top door right side link was broken.i take the printer to the service center nellore .
    the engineer told me, this is physically damaged.i did nothing except opening the top door.he used forsips and told to do the same thing every time when it gave trouble.But i told the engineer to arrange spare part i will pay the cost of the part.he told it is not possible, spare part not avilable from company.i think its not physical damaged, it is weakly moulded.i purchased the printer for cost of rs.6100/-i want to use the printer.i will pay the cost of spare part, please arrange it.It is not convincble to say it is useless when it is that much costs.
    please arrange the spare part to use the printer. my friends advise to me purchage canon printer ido not accept it .i purchaged hp printer.service center emploees told me, you take your printer, its a physical damage, i cont do any thing.i told the engineer, sir please ready to use our printer.they have not acccept it, he said, i will put a police case on you, and throu out your printer to street.your staff talk with me too ugly. sir i does not want new printer, i want to ready to use our printer, i pay the cost.sir please, i pray to you, i am too poor, please ready to use our printer.

      Dear Sir,
      I have purchased Compaq 610 laptop no CNU9382WWM from M/s Cost to Cost Computers, Nehru place, New Delhi (India) on October 29, 2009. The dealer handed over me the packed laptop and didn’t checked before me. The Laptop started malfunctioning in display on second day of buying itself. I telephoned the dealer, he called me at his shop, that is 15 km away from my place. There he asked me to go to HP Service centre that is again far away place from the shop. I had produced my laptop to HP service centre on November 14, 2009. They told me that I will get the repaired laptop after 2-3 days. About 20 days are already over, so far I didn’t get my laptop back. Every time on enquiring I get the reply that, “the part for replacement is awaited whenever it will be received you will get the laptop". As a fare practice they must have replace the Laptop being the manufacturing defect.

      hp computers — NEW LAPTOP BREAKDOWN

      I have purchased a HP Compaq laptop Model No. CMQ NB CQ40-601TU, S/No.CND9362VRD, Invoice No. JR09-01589, on 1st Nov-09 from HP retailer ( COMNET VISION INDIA PVT.LTD.) Distt. Centre Janakpuri New Delhi, and after just 1 week of purchasing it is not working, its not even switching on.
      i tried to contact retailer, service centre and HP customer care centre but they are not answering properly about this fault.
      please help us to fight against these service providers.

        I have been defrauded by HP (Hewlett Packard) and its Indian outsourcing unit SIMTECH Computers, first they took money in the name of warranty extension in October (24/10/09)and till date I haven’t received that warranty extension letter(that supposedly should have been granted to me in 20 working days)... despite of several rounds of follow ups over the phone and in person visits. The employees there are big time liars, HP call center executives have nothing to do with post purchase relationships.
        And now when my laptop has some motherboard issues, they have sent me an estimate of Rs. 17000. To add more, the reckless customers executives there had confirmed that the entire expenses would be covered under the warranty card (given the fact that my warranty card has been processed and it’s on the final round) and I will not be charged for that. As well as, they'll be sending me the warranty extension letter by Monday (30/11/09), which again i have not received and as usual they are still lying to me... there's not even a single person who takes the responsibility.

        I am doing MBA in Mumbai and have my final exams starting from 12 December... I requested them to kindly fix the problem at the earliest, but as usual they are least bothered about customers problems what they care about is monetary gains.

        Please help!

        Same in my case...They are charging me 22000 for m, y LCD but the thing is my LCD is working crystal clear and only the hinge has come out a little...still the blood suckers are trying to rip me off...and I being a engg student am unable to pay such a big amount of money for their personal expenses...

          I have purchased HP Compaq Presario on 31st august, 2009. I have registered for student offer philips media player. The amount 1299/- has been deducted from my account. But i have not received any gift. nobody is there to update the status. i have contacted on[protected] & also sent many emails from their website. But no reply.

          Compaq — free gift not received

          i purchased a compaq laptop v3777tu with a promotional scheme of a free a free gift i.e fm music reciever. As per the conditions, i sent a Rs.500 DD (DD NO. 076746) with the orignal cardboard piece including SKU, SN, PRODUCT, OPTION, UPC and MODEL NO. written on it and attached photocopy of bill.it was sent by me on 22/4/08. more than 8 weeks are over, but i haven't recieved any gift.above things i mentioned was sent to HP reemption cell, c/o solution integrated marketing services pvt.ltd., first floor a-2, okhla industrial area, phase -1, new delhi-110020. even the phone lines are not answering.phone[protected].

          I have purchased a compaq desk top on 20th february 2009 from Trait. There were a company offer that, with a compaq desktop, one UPS & All in one printer is free, provided, Rs:999 has to be sent to Incentives &Events Pvt Ltd. Chandigar. We have sent the money and waited for months. After some months, we got UPS alone. We have informed the authorities about the delay of "All in one printer". They were just skipping away.             I bought HP laptop (dv 6735 ee) for Rs. 55,000 and after using for less than 2 years, the Laptop stopped working permanently. I gave the laptop to the HP authorised service centre at Dadar branch (SIM Tech). However, as per their opinion the system board mother board need to be replaced in the laptop. !!

            So, I have to again shell out 50% of the cost of the laptop to just replace motherboard. If the mother board is to be replaced in just 19 months, it means the HP laptop quality is poor quality.

            I was reading the blog on the net and was shocked that the HP customers are facing the same problems. The HP USA technical officer has admitted (reply on my email) that the laptop fan inside is faulty. I request you to spend some time reading the blog.

            Incidentally, I came across with one of MBA student in SIM tech. He was claiming 120 out of 150 HP laptops are not in working condition less than 2 years of purchase.

            I am indeed disappointed with the product and services of the HP. The service centre charged Rs. 300 to diagnose the problem in the laptop.!! It is more than the fees charged by the general physician.!!! If you are in my place do you pay Rs. 300? Pl. let me know your frank opinion.

            I am not going to recommend the HP laptop to anyone. I think HP is fooling people by selling poor quality laptops.I think I need to go to consumer court. I have faced lots of mental harassement in this process. I am really fad up with the HP laptop and services. I know you are going to keep my email in the corner as you are of thick skin HP officers.

            i too have an hp laptop and the same problem happened to me.
            and now they are saying there is no warranty also.

            i thought of shelling out 5k for warranty and 18k for motherboard so i can stay in peace with my laptop for at least an year but warranty is not an option.

            so is it worth paying 18k for motherboard with only 90day warranty?

              I have brought one HP Compaq Presario Notebooks under Student Offer. As per the web based redemption program I registerd the Online Claim Form and selected Philips 2GB Video Music Player ( my redemption code is FC200872PN). Also i couriered all documents to HP Redemption Cell on 08-september-2009. They confirmed about the documents are received over there.But my claim not yet received here. Many times i informed HP support team about the same. But my issue not resolved yet.

              So am requesting you to kindly check with HP support team and resolve the issue asap.

              I have brought one HP pavillion laptop under hp notebook student offer.               History and Issue:

              We purchased a HP-Photosmart premium all in one printer; Model: HP PS C309A, Serial No. MY991H90RQ from Baba Computers on M.G-Road in Pune, MH in the month of May 2010.

              Print quality of the printer is great and no issues with the other features. The biggest issue we have is that the printer Cartridge (Black), Model #: Photosmart 862 Black yields about 69 pages (Counted and documented on our board). We are a small business house and print only normal documents needed for business transactions. We do not print documents with pictures or heavy ink consuming graphics.

              When we purchased this printer we were told that the cartridge would yield 200 - 250 prints for normal printing. I am not able to print even half the number of documents committed.

              Complaints:

              We kept changing the cartridges to move on with the printing to meet our customer needs. Fed up with the money we were spending on ink cartridges, we called the toll free HP Line on Feb 17, 2010 (Three times). We were directed our case to Redington India Ltd. - F.C Road in Pune.

              We were told by Redington that the cartridge would yield only 70 - 80 prints maximum. They had our printer for 4 days and returned it back stating that the printer has no issues and we have to live with low print yield.

              We contacted HP Toll free line back again on 5th April and the representative from HP (Anuradha) mentioned that the cartridge is supposed to yield 200 - 250 pages.

              On insistence representative from Redington was at our site on Apr 6, 2011. He inspected the printer and the print yield data that we had maintained. He had mentioned that he would go back to the office and get the necessary steps taken to resolve the issue.

              We insisted on getting a replacement for the printer. We did not hear back from Redington for at least 5 days. We called them back again and the representative mentioned the same old cock and bull story of getting only 70 - 80 prints per cartridge.


              We are spending about Rs 600 per cartridge to get 69 pages of print out. That's about nearly Rs 10 / page. This is un-economical for any business house and would request HP to take immediate action and replace the printer with either the same model which will give at least 200 - 250 prints or with a laser jet printer with higher yield.

              Please treat this as a serious issue and take action. We do not want to get into a legal battle with HP for bad support and service. Kindly have a representative sent immediately to pickup the printer and replace it with a new one. We do not want to deal with Redington any more for this specific issue.

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                Just want to put in front of you the truth of one of the worst service center i have ever visited. I was facing some display problem with my laptop Compaq Notebook V6211AU. Since my system was out of warranty so went to this service station (Elite Business Machines, B-106, Sector - 64, Noida). They guys told me that there is some display problem and mother board needs to be replaced which will cost me around 12, 500 INR. I said, okay please go ahead and do the needful. The very next day one of their executive Vinit Jha gave me a call and said that, we are giving you an option of replacing your mother board at around 10,500 INR at your home; you just take your system back and pay 850 INR and we will also give you extended warranty for 1 year.

                Shocked after listening these words from an authorized service center i decided not to go with the offer and opted for the first option with higher price (bcoz i thought in this i will get a new mother board from an authorized service center). After a week i got my laptop, but soon after one week i faced the same display problem. When i checked the mother board i found that they did not replace the mother board. It was the same one (i made some marks on graphic chip which were there as it is, couple of other signs were also there). I gave them (Elite) a call said these things; they refused to accept this.

                I raised a complaint on HP site. Then Mr. Harjineder (RT outsourcing) gave me a call and asked me about the problem. He immediately spoke to the owner of Elite and started creating pressure. Then after lots of hustle and tussle they replaced the mother board. At the time of replacement i made it sure that they should replace the mother board in front of me. They gave me a warranty of 3 months on the mother board.

                The story does not end here, after around 2 months i faced the same problem, visited Elite . Then one of their executive Nitin opened the system and said that, it's not the same mother board which they have replaced. The reason he gave is "the signature (he signed on MOB at the time of replacement) are not mine". Now they guys are refusing to accept that it is the same MOB which they replaced earlier.

                The interesting thing about the whole story is that on receipt they did not mention any serial number of the MOB. Though when i got replaced my battery from the same service station they mentioned serial number etc (when my system was in warranty period). That is the reason why these sick people are refusing to accept that this is the same MOB.

                Interestingly when i surfed related issues on net i found Elite's name every where. It is their normal way of serving HP customers. HP has become numb this time (i again submitted my complaint on HP site, and got no response as if now) so i decided to put this issue in front o[censored] all. And till my last breath i will leave no stone unturned in putting the real picture of Elite Business Machine on net. So that, if someone will search with this name they will get these results.

                Feel free to share your feedback/experiences with me. So that, together we will make the difference in putting the real picture of Elite Business Machine on net/friends/people and everywhere.

                    I bought a HP laptop in Feb. & at that time the free gift with every purchase of HP laptop was there. To get the same i.e Philips 5.1 home theater system i sent a check of RS.1499/- in favor to the desired in March month. At first in May they said that due to high buying we are unable to send your free gift on time, give us some time & your gift will reach to you within 20 days. Now it's more than 8 months still I'm waiting for the same. Whenever I call to HP redemptions they say that it is delivered & received by Vinay Kumar but there is no one named Vinay Kumar at my home, even in nearby houses. When I ask them to show the proof they say we will look in this matter & within 7 days we will send the receipt but they never sent that also & says it's your fault so you have to contact the courier company. They are leaving me with no option other than to go to consumer court.

                      SUB: Complaint for lost of my laptop during traveling in the train, Mumbai Mail 2810 up on 17.11.2009 in AC 1st Class, Coupe-E


                      I am sorry to lodge a complaint for the incident happened on 17th November evening while traveling from Howrah to Raipur by Mumbai Mail in H-1 Coupe - E, AC 1st Class. Ticket PNR No.is[protected]. I kept my laptop bag with laptop (HP make model No. 6910P of 2007, Sl. No. SGH 7430 PN8 with power cable and blackberry cable) and other valuables inside the bag and a luggage bag (containing clothes etc,) together in the coupe E and sitting in coupe F with my office colleagues who were also traveling to Raipur.

                      While the TTE came for examining the tickets, I came back to my coupe E and found my laptop bag theft. The other cloth bag was intact. Immediately I informed the TTE, Attendant and the police present in the compartment on duty. There was no cooperation from any of the above staffs and none of them even tried to search the same from the other coupes or at the luggage room within the compartment. I had a number of Credit Cards, Driving License, Voter's Identity Card, Company's Identity Card, TollyClub Membership Card and other valuables inside the laptop bag.

                      I have a very strong doubt on the staffs on duty at that time who were probably instrumental in stealing the bag from the coupe. Will you kindly advise concerned officials to investigate the case and try to locate the bag at the earliest? I have a belief and faith on efficiency of your department and therefore, I may expect that proper action will be taken in finding out the lost bag and the culprit will be punished.

                            hp Laptop dv2701TU — Laptop is very slow.

                            We have purchased the Laptop of HP looking towards its reputation.
                            From day one the laptop is working very slow.We have purchased almost the best Configuration. We have complained it twice. On their request we have also increased the capicity of RAM after paying Extra Amount, but it does not works.
                            Now they have changed the mother Board but it still very slow nor remote and others working properly.
                            They told us to take the backup of data, for which we have to appoint an engineer. they will not take the backup, they will just formart the laptop and will try if its get ok. My laptop is lying at their service Center from 28/11/08.
                            Suggest us what to do.

                            HP Pavilion 2000 Series — hardware problem

                            Dear Grevience Redressal Officer,

                            My laptop was sent to one of your service centres in Mumbai - i.e. Simtech Computronics Pvt. Ltd., as my laptop had display problem. The service centre had a look and revealed that the mother board had gone bad and under insurance scheme we paid cash of Rs. 7500/- and got the warranty for one year replacing the mother board.

                            We called our computer people and formatted the software as per advice from your service centre. After which we faced problem with internet not getting connected due to wirless display light not shown.

                            We informed the service centre for such problem and they said that the wireless dispaly light has to be replaced for which we will order out the part.

                            The order was placed and we have yet not received this part - its been 3 weeks and there is not sign of the same. We have called the service centre many a times but they say the part is not yet come and it will further take 1-2 weeks for the part to come.

                            We request you to kindly look into the matter on top priority as my work is suffering. I even went on an overseas trip and have returned after 10-12 days but till today I have not received the part, and now I am informed that this part will further consume time.

                            Request you to please arrange to send the part at the earliest so that I my work should not suffer.

                            I am (unfortunately) an HP consumer. 1.5 years back I bought an HP DV 2701TX laptop by spending an amount of Rs. 54, 274 trusting the so called HP brand name. Now, I have realised what a big mistake it was. My laptop always had problems such as overheating of battery.
                            I took some workarounds to avoid it. However, bow the VGA card has failed because of which there is no display on my laptop. I have been asked to spend Rs. 12000 to get the motherboard replaced by the HP support service personnel. However, after speaking to atleast 10 other people with the same model, I realised that all of them had faced similar problems and were wondering how my laptop survived even for a year.
                            Numerous online forums will let you know that this model is faulty - the battery, the vga card (which leads to display issues and finally mother board replacement).

                            If you cant make good products then stop advertising that you rather than making inferior products. The least you could have done for my laptop is giving a free replacement of motherboard of free servicing. Unless that happens I will make sure that noone in my friend circle buys from HP and would also publish the same on consumer forums. Don't underestimate the power of online media - an image once tarnished is gone forever.
                            I bought a HP dv2701tx 'Entertainment Notebook' in April'09. The Hard Disk failed during warranty and was replaced with a refurbished one(not a new one). The system had overheating problem from day one and the service people kept mum about that when enquired. Now the display does not come on even though the system boots. I checked with the HP Service Centre, who said that the VGA card needs replacement along with the motherboard, and said would cost around Rs.15000 !. He also added that this particular model had heating problems and as a result was phased out. He also advised me to go for a new system instead of repairing the old one. I want to know why HP makes and sells this sort of products which fail so prematurely. I use my system with utmost care, and inspite of that it fails!.
                            After selling a bad product which does not work properly, HP's service staff advice to buy a new system after throwing out my old HP dv2701tx which I bought for Rs.47000!.
                            MY REQUEST TO ALL - PLEASE DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS

                            Im another HP brand victim of fraud they do...I own a dv2701tu which has got number of problems like heating, slow booting, faulty touchpad n many more...ma laptops gets so much heated dat it bcomes impossible to even touch n same is the case wid charger...more i was fooled by HP as well.i got ma laptop in april08 n given warranty of 1 year period but during an offer period it was increased to november09 n i was informed ba a mail.i confirmed it wid the HP centre as well.but in oct09 when i approached them wid a faulty touchpad n dvd writer they denied the warranty n was made to call all over india untill nov09.n after dat they clearly denied any warrnty...
                            ma experience wid HP is horrible n will sugest ppl "DO NOT" trust this brand even a bit...ive never met such fraudulent ppl ever in ma life.im still using d same laptop wid multiple problems wid heating being major concern.
                            can sum1 plz suggest me smthng fr heating problem??

                            Repairing The Display Problem in HP dv2000/dv6000 series
                            PROBLEM
                            Last week when I turned on my laptop HP dv2701tx, there were multiple screens appearing on the display instead of one screen, and some times the screen even didn’t appear. I reinstalled and updated the nvidia drivers (as it has nvidia 8400GM) assuming something might be wrong with the drivers, but when the notebook restarted the multiple screens appeared right from the time it restarted, i.e. there were six boot screens, instead of one. I logged on to the HP website and updated my bios, but the problem didn’t solve. I ran the system restore, but that was also useless. I searched for the problem on the net and found that there is a die-packaging manufacturing defect in nvidia GPU of G84 and G86 which was officially announced by NVIDIA. These nvidia GPU are in most of dv2000/dv6000 series of HP pavilion laptops
                            Solution:
                            My laptop’s warranty expired last and was also not covered by HP Limited Warranty Service Enhancement. I talked to HP, they confirmed it as a hardware malfunctioning of nvidia GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), but refused to repair it free of cost (estimated cost by HP was $300+shipping charges). I being a student couldn’t afford that much. As I was out off options so I decided to get it repaired locally.
                            The local techinian immediately identified the problem. Actually the problem is in the Ball Grid Array (BGA) of Nvidia GPU. With the passage of time (approximately 1 year), the Ball Grid Array Soldering of the GPU gets damaged due to heating. When it gets damaged, some pins of the GPU loses the contact with the motherboard, and hence displays nothing. The local technician told that there are two methods to repair it
                            1. Temporary Repair
                            2. Permanent Repair
                            Temporary Repair
                            In temporary repair he would air heat the GPU, as a result the soldering balls in BGA would get settled and connections would be re-established, but the problem may show up again in a week or a month.
                            Permanent Repair
                            The permanent repair was more risky then the temporary one. There is 80% chance of getting it permanently repaired and 20% chance of permanent damage. I took the risk and finally the problem was resolved. In this repair the GPU was be detached (Desoldered) from the motherboard, and the new balls were made for BGA and the GPU was again fixed to the motherboard. When the laptop was turned on, the problem was actually resolved. The technician told that he has repaired many dv2000/dv6000 notebooks with the same problem, and none have reported the issue to him again.

                            Recently my charger got burned, before that my display started flickering, now i changed the charger with the brand new P share, my battery is almost dead, wish to replace that soon as well .but these days iam getting flickering of display often, i have dual operating system, i face this issue in xp and windows 7,

                            Now after the restart the boot screen displays as a split screen or some times more than 5 screens in the monitor,

                            the HP company and mainly the HP service center cheats you on the name of service and checking your laptops...

                              i am ravi shanker pandey i did purchase a laptop named hp compaq 510 in october 09 after the 2 or 3 days of purchasing laptop it comes in light that this is defected laptop which provided me it becomes autometically off (not shut down) and if i complaint to authorized vendor he neglected me from replace instead of doing my help. pls take necessory action and provide me new laptop

                              HP Compaq 510 — bad service & cheating

                              hp service center maha electronics not replaced battery .case no NB0904-027 on date 04/09/2010 reason over used and over cycle .but in case no NB1114-035 they replaced over cycled and over used battery on date 04/12/10 when warranty period over on 21/11/2010 after 2 time rejection finally the approved.

                              they have accepted my registration for that gift also & i sent all the proof of purchase..

                              what is this all
                              is it a way of selling product as good company?
                              if company like compaq (HP) do so then i never recomend others to purchase any product of such company...

                                Dear sir,
                                I had bought a All in one scanner/printer/copier from HP. F4288 . Right from da1, the software didnt work, as even the PDF files scanning option was not functioning. So on contact, they said due some problem, we have to manually selct the file and load it. After having done, it showed the option. But the scanner only scans in one colour 300 dpi mode. When black/white, or greay scale mode is selected or lesser DPI is selected, the scanner scans BUT when saving application hangs up, giving error message " Application MS Scan application has crashed. My delaer also tried it on his computer, Vista and Xp version, but same problem.

                                What has shocked me , is the total lack of any concern of HP to give solution to this. All have been hearing from them that the matter has been escaleted to higher team, its been nearly one month now.
                                My case with HP is:service ticket number [protected] /CCHSAP242211 /CCHSAP244819.

                                But each time call up its same answer. Tried calling thier headoffice in Gurgaon, the phone is not answered only.... The technical executives acknowledge that its a software problem and have had similar complaints, but its not in their hands to rectify/replace/refund my money, but higher team which never comes fwd.
                                Pls advise what action to take against such unprofesssional behaviour of this company.

                                Appreciate your kind response/action in this matter.

                                  sir/madam,

                                  I purchased Compaq 610 laptop just 3 months back, and now the keyboard not functiooning properly. i have press hardly. some of the keys are working hardly. I dont know what to do. with in 3 months how this problem coming in laptops. in india all laptops brands having hardware/ software problems. i dont know but sombody has look over this.

                                  i have purchased hp compaw laptop 610 modelin last month, the problem with the model is that scroll bar is not working at all

                                        I like to bring you the issues which i have faced all these years the major issues with my notebook at present are cardreader not functioning, Dvd r/w not working, Webcam not working. The last time i visited the HP service center situated at vizag(MAHA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD) they had replaced keyboard & touchpad .still iam not happy with the replaced parts which are not functioning properly. this is not the first time i have visited the service center at vizag it might be around 7-8 times. every time i am facing some or the other problem with the notebook & iam not happy with the service given by them. while every time they are replacing some or the other parts which iam not being intimated and after the service is done with in short period iam facing some other problem with the notebook.Recently i had problem with bluetooth. I even tried to speak to the manager at that service center for the issues related . iam really fed up with the service given by them ,& i want some person who is responsible to answer my problems which i have described above. I AM THINKING OF GOING LEGALY IF STILL MY NOTEBOOK IS NOT GIVEN IN CONDITION, WITH ALL MY PROBLEMS SOLVED.
                                        At last what i want say is HP being one of the best companys in the industry, i never expected this kind of response from HP.
