I had bought a All in one scanner/printer/copier from HP. F4288 . Right from da1, the software didnt work, as even the PDF files scanning option was not functioning. So on contact, they said due some problem, we have to manually selct the file and load it. After having done, it showed the option. But the scanner only scans in one colour 300 dpi mode. I purchased Compaq 610 laptop just 3 months back, and now the keyboard not functiooning properly. i have press hardly. some of the keys are working hardly. I purchased “HP pavalion 2815 TX laptop” on 25th Dec 08 from “PCDreams” shop at Singapore. As per my invoice I got international warranty of the laptop which should be valid upto 25th Dec 09.

Recently that Laptop got a Motherboard problem So I went to get it repaired from “MAHA Electronics” shop jayanager branch , Bangalore, INIDA, on[protected] which is a Authorized Servicing center of HP...

my laptop's display was not working which might be due to the motherboard , so i gave my laptop at ahmedabad HP authorized service station on 1st october and those guys forwarded the request for a part to HPindia on 6th october and today it is nearly 36-37 days, i had to live without my laptop .. but the most gruesome thing is this issue doesn't seems to be resolving soon.... forget soon every other person available on those call...

This is Santos from Bangalore. I have given my lap top at Indiranagar branch on monday dated 09/Nov/09. As a executive told me he will inform me by tomo but today is thursday still there is no feed back and they have not mentioned any contact number on receipt. Executives are not taking care of customers but chating with coligues making fun.

So let me know what kind of service is HP providing to their customers...!!

I think, nobody is there to take care of HP customers, because its already 7 days has been passed but no body had taken a little pain to respond or turned up for any support.

So shall I move legal for the same. Kindly let me know today itself.

One suggestion from my side is, kindly close your web support, there is no need to give your email ids at the same, because no body is responding...

The above HP Laptop 540/NL421PA was purchased on 6th April 2009. The Laptop is under Warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. Due to the subject complaint the Laptop was sent to HP Service Centre on 15th October 2009 vide their Complaint Sl. No. CNU90629HG dt. 15.10.2009. In spite of several follow up by telephone the same is still lying with them unrepairable.

I have HP laptop with Windows Vista Premium. The hard disk has recovery partition. I was also given the system recovery DVDs at the time of purchase.

Some days ago, the hard disk was giving problems. So it was formatted. When I tried to do the system recovery using the DVDs I got error "This PC is not supported by the system recovery DVDs".
