i purchased a hp-compaq desktop CQ3040IL some 4 months back with 3 years warranty. but from the first date the PC is having some specific problems.
1. the lcd monitor is having a green spot.
2. the monitor speaker is having very low sound.
3. the DVD drive is having abnormally long access time.

on calling the company helpline, the staff tried to make me understand that those are not problems but standard behaviour. after much discussion he agreed to send the service engineer.
the service engineer after checking the set also said the same word.
finally i contacted the company helpline & asked them to furnish which specification (ANSI, DIN, ISO )they are following for finished product, which he failed to forward me.
is they are covering all their shortcomings in their products as 'standard behaviour'? or they are making a farce of the 3 year warranty?

    I purchased a HP DV4 Pavilion from SANINFOTEK, NASIK on 26.10.2008 having serial no. CND83618DT. I am having problem with my laptop for battery backup. I have already given complaints several times regarding my laptop Complaint Nos : CCHSAP241924, CCHSAP242498. From the date of purchase I am having Battery backup problem 3 times. My laptop battery is not getting charged beyond 3%.

    First I gave the laptop to the Authorised Dealer. After 3days I got back my laptop saying that the problem have been solved. But after some months i.e. 3-4 months I got same problem again, then again I gave the laptop again to the Authorised Dealer who in turn gave the same to HP Service center at Nasik (SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD, Ph No.[protected] on 02/06/2009 vide their Token No 252 having battery problem. After one day they returned back the laptop after refixing the system board.

    The laptop worked properly upto 20/10/2009 and suddenly on 21/10/2009 the same problem started again. Again I handed over the Laptop on 23/10/2009 (within the warranty period) to HP Service Centre at Nasik ( SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD, Ph. No.[protected] vide their token no 966.

    Subsequently HP service Center have changed the battery and given back my laptop on 12.12.09. But after using the laptop for some days i.e. on 15.12.2009 it is seen that same problem again started. Then I immediately contacted Mr. Sanjay , HP Pune who was coordinating with me for the above problem.

    He immediately took back my laptop and asked me that the laptop will be taken to PUNE for further analysing. Now I would like to mention that I am fad up. It is already completed 3 months, but till date I am not able to get back my laptop. I think 3 month is sufficient time to solve any problem.

    As of date already one month completed after taking the laptop back to pune. That means that your experts are also not able to find out the cause of the problem.

    Now I am claiming the following from HP :

    • I want a new laptop of equal or higher configuration in replacement of the problematic existing laptop and you can make R & D (Research and Development) of the problem with that laptop. Because after getting back this laptop also I will not be confident that this laptop will not give any other problem. I purchased HP laptop taking into consideration that HP has good service network and their product is also of world class.

    • I purchased the laptop for my personal home use. Since last 3 months I am not able to use my own laptop. Of course I have been given a standby laptop, but standby laptop cannot be treated as own.

    HP — servicing problem

    i purchased HP pavilion1210in in 2004 from computer plus Ghatkopar-e, mumbai-83. now i had problem with my cpu/motherboard. they send engg. he make connection & tell me ok. after 1 day i check it was not worked. engg. come next day & tell me it is sparked. they told me your whole cpu is damage u have to replace it with more charges.

    HP Laptop — hp laptop battery problem

    Dear Sir,

    I am Astha Verma residing at Pune.On 29/7/08, I gave my laptop for battery changing at Vintech Electronic System which is a authorized Service Center of Hp in Pune, during that time my laptop was in warranty period.

    The last date of warranty was 1/08/08. But my Laptop battery has not changed yet, the people at service center are saying as you have given the laptop two days before the warranty period, so confusion is arising that whether the laptop is in warranty or not.

    As per my conversation with Mr.Alok Joshi at Vintech Electronic 15 days back, he said that till now the procedure is going on and within two days we will inform you but till today no reply has come from his side.The details regarding my laptop are

    HP — Problem in laptop

    I have got a HP Pavilion tx1000 notebook. I have been facing problems with the equipment since last nine months. In the past nine months the laptop was mostly with the service center people. Every time I give the laptop to service center people they will keep it for 10, 15 or even more days and then hand it over back to me. It works well for next 1 month or so and then again the same problem is there.

    The service center is 33 Km from my place and the working time of the service center coincides with my working hours. Though I have never faced any difficulty and the staff there is quite cooperative (they even stay back after their closing hour for attending me) but still going 30 Km after coming back from office and that too twice every month is quite a thing. And all that because of same problem.

    My notebooks serial no. is CNF711197G, product no. is RU886PA#ACJ.

    My friends who too have got the same model are having no problems at all., there notebooks are working fine. So I think this particular piece has got some problems which are being overlooked.
    I have even talked to HP call center people and they gave me case reference no. [protected], [protected], CCHSAP203196.
    They are big cheater please check the following link.

    HP Laptop — Problem with system board and HP Customer services

    To whomsoever it may concern



    This is with reference to a Laptop (HP Pavilion dv6000 series), purchased in October 2006 from US. Since May 2008, the wireless card of the laptop has not been functioning. When I consulted the HP Service Centre in Bangalore, I was told that the System Board needs to be replaced to fix the problem or, another alternate and cheaper solution would be, to use an external wireless card. So, I purchased an external wireless card accordingly.



    Further, on 25th July 2009, the laptop display stopped working. So, I gave my laptop to the HP Authorised Service Centre in Ahmedabad (Ashtech Technologies, Thaltej) and made an initial payment of Rs.1,200 for diagnosis. After a week, I was told that the System board needs to be replaced and it would cost Rs.12,000 (inclusive of taxes). So, on 2nd August 2009, I made the payment accordingly and I was told that the system board would be replaced in a week. But, I finally got my laptop( with the new system board) on 12th August 2009, with a 1 month warranty for the system board. After a week, the wireless stopped functioning and the display was not functioning frequently. So, I again complained to the Ashtech Service Centre on 29th August. They have told me that the system board would be replaced. It has been 15 days since I've asked for the replacement but I haven't got a single call from them.



    This being the situation, I'm regretting my purchase of the laptop in the first place, due to all the problems I've been facing. It is disturbing my work and acedemic scheduleand causing too many problems.

      I have already registered a complaint several times,but still there is no solution. I purchased the HP Compaq Presario desktop with the Printer offer on 3/4/2009 from AlphaTech Solutions,Alwarpet Chennai-18. I had also sent a DD numbered "969229" for Rs 999/- on 16/4/2009 to the Scheme Coordinator,HP Now Or Never Desktop offer,Chandigarh as per the company's instructions. But till today (29/1/2010) I have not received the Printer or any feedback from the company.
      I have made several complaints to the Dealer AlphaTech Solutions and to the HP company and also to the Consumer Complaints.in but there is no response regarding my complaint from any side. This seems ACT OF CHEATING by the HP company.
      Therefore I request you to take some proper action and see that I receive the Printer as soon as possible.

      HP Compaq Presario Desktop — dead

      i brought hp presario from ankamaly, ernakulam dt, kerala, warenty is tree years, with in one year got a probelem 3 times.nw its dead.i went the dealer he told me to call toll free noumber.this people are not responding, evan i sd somany mail to hp help .com even they r not responding.iam fed up with hp

        The consignment may be delivered somewhere else (There are so many S Paul in India).

        The courier company is lying . Actually they have not delivered the consignment. They are cheating with their customer. I am telling this because OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar Courier can deliver the consignment to the said receipent address via the OVERNITE EXPRESS chandannagar office (full address: OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar, Hooghly, Westbengal) only. And from the beginning I have kept in touch with OVERNITE EXPRESS chandennagar & Kolkata office regularly but till date they have not delivered any UPS under Consignment No.


        If OVERNITE EXPRESS not able to deliver any consignment to the proper receipent address then the full responsibility goes to OVERNITE EXPRESS or the SENDER.



        One thing you must note that for sending the proper document to HP India (or any concern office) for the gift claim the customer is responsible and for sending the full gift (in right condition) to the customer HP India is fully responsible. Customer should should not bother by which courier the gift is coming. HP India should take the responsibility till the customer is not receive the gift.


        If HP could deliver the gift the gift along with the desktop then the customer would not face this type harassment. Customer allows need hassle free service.

        In this case the method of gift claim and transfer is fully defined by HP India only. So HP is bound to take the responsibility of the deliver of the gift.


        So in this case I am totally innocent. I am not a customer of OVERNITE EXPRESS rather a value able customer of HP India. I have purchase Desktop from HP and I have send the cheque and proper document to HP for the gift claim accordingly. I should get my full gift.


        So once again you are requested to send my UPS with out any farther delay. I don't want to listen anything what OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandighar is telling. I need my UPS at any cost. If you don't send my UPS then HP will violet his promise which he made to his customer.


        In that case I am Unsatisfied customer and I would like to raise my voice to the top management of the HP India. One thing you mast remember HP India can't cheat there customer.


        So in this connection I request you if you can't satisfy your customer, please forward my all mail to the top management of the HP India as well as Innovative Support and also send me there contact details.

On last week of April -09, I received the HP ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER 4288 without the UPS through OVERNITE EXPRESS. After a couple of month I was informed through SMS from HP that the UPS has been sent through OVERNITE EXPRESS Docket Number is :[protected].         Then I contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar (Hooghly) office and asked them for the consignment and I was told that nothing had been received for the Docket Number[protected] and as soon as the consignment would come I will be informed accordingly. But I did not found any response for one month long.



        After waiting for a month, I again contacted to HP redemption cell over Ph no.[protected] and I was told that the issue would be fixed within a very short time and I’d be informed accordingly. On[protected] I’ve contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS, Kolkata, and have been told that nothing had been received for the Docket Number[protected] and I’m requested to contact with HP redemption support for this issue.



        On 9/12/09 I again called HP redemption cell over Ph no.[protected] and I was told that they verified the docket no. [protected] with OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandigarh, and they are telling the consignment was received on May-09 by Mr. S Paul. Then I again contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata and tell them the matter. According to OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata no consignment can be delivered at Hooghly District (near Kolkata) without receiving the same by OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata office. OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandigarh can't deliver the consignment directly at hooghly district (pin 712124). There is something wrong, the consignment may be delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India). And they asked me to get the manifest no.(can be provided by OE Chandigarh) And booking date to lodge the complain. But unfortunately I don’t have the booking date and manifest no. too.

        On 11/12/09 I again contacted HP redemption cell and asked them for the booking date and manifest No. too. But they gave me only the booking date is 29-May-09 and regarding manifest No. I was told that the same would be collected from OE Chandigarh office and the scan copy of DRS (Delivery Run Slip) will be send to my email. But I don’t understand how the DRS could help me if the consignment is delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India). Then I again contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata and tell them the matter with booking date. But unfortunately they made an U turn. Now they are telling the issue is more than three month old, why I have not contacted earlier, now they can’t help me any more. Then I told them I was continuously in touch with HP redemption cell as well as OVERNITE EXPRESS. After a lot of argument they gave me the email address of manger of OE Kolkata and asked me to write details to the mail address and also told me that he is the only person who can help me. Then I sent an email to OE Kolkata & OE head office ([protected]@kol.overnite-mail.com, [protected]@overnite-mail.com) but till today I have not get any reply. Today I again contacted OE Kolkata and talked to Mr.Arindam (Manager) regarding the issue and also asked for the reply of the mail. He refused to give the reply to the email and told me the issue is more than six month old so he can’t help me out I should contact HP redemption cell only. After that I contacted Ms. Payel of HP over Ph No. [protected] and told her regarding the issue and also asked that this is a long pending issue I am suffering for ten months. Already I have send two mail in your Email Section. There is no option for direct email. So always I send the mail via your Email Section, which is very much irritating and also I can’t have any proof except the ticket Ids KFI881306 & YFG181627. You don’t bother to give any update reply except auto reply, so how could I get the updates of the issue? Then she gave me a direct email address ([protected]@innovativemail.in). Then I asked her, when I should contact HP redemption cell and I was told that the consignment has been send and the same was received by Mr. S Paul and when I contacted to OVERNITE EXPRESS I was told the issue is six month old, they are not answerable to me for the issue. Now I don’t understand that where should I go for the issue.

        I would like to say you that there is something wrong, the consignment may be delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India).



        Now this is too much. I am sorry to say if the issue could not be fixed in very short time I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 and in which the irresponsible approach form your side will be highlighted. Apart from that, it causes a tremendous anxiety and mental agony and heavy expenses due to phone call.



        In this circumstance, I’d request you to intervene into the matter and I’ll be obliged if you resolve the issue as early as possible.

        JAGDISH PRODUTS — not received printer under scheme

        we have computer of hp in scheme of printer. in this scheme we have given cheque of Rs 1900. last two month we have not received printer.

        I have sent a laptop compaq presario whose Model No M 2000 on 06 Mar 2010 for Jammu to duke computers through overnight couriers from Aizawl. The parcel has received but laptop has fully broken i have packed laptop to myself. The packing had very good. Overnight courier has taken the responsibility of any breakage or loss but they have not given any positive response. Now i am attache the photographs of broken laptop please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am telling this because OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar Courier can deliver the consignment to the said receipent address via the OVERNITE EXPRESS chandannagar office (full address: OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar, Hooghly, Westbengal) only. And from the beginning I have kept in touch with OVERNITE EXPRESS chandennagar & Kolkata office regularly but till date they have not delivered any UPS under Consignment No.



        If OVERNITE EXPRESS not able to deliver any consignment to the proper receipent address then the full responsibility goes to OVERNITE EXPRESS or the SENDER.





        One thing you must note that for sending the proper document to HP India (or any concern office) for the gift claim the customer is responsible and for sending the full gift (in right condition) to the customer HP India is fully responsible. Customer should should not bother by which courier the gift is coming. HP India should take the responsibility till the customer is not receive the gift.



        If HP could deliver the gift the gift along with the desktop then the customer would not face this type harassment. Customer allows need hassle free service.

        In this case the method of gift claim and transfer is fully defined by HP India only. So HP is bound to take the responsibility of the deliver of the gift.



        So in this case I am totally innocent. I am not a customer of OVERNITE EXPRESS rather a value able customer of HP India. I have purchase Desktop from HP and I have send the cheque and proper document to HP for the gift claim accordingly. I should get my full gift.



        So once again you are requested to send my UPS with out any farther delay. I don't want to listen anything what OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandighar is telling. I need my UPS at any cost. If you don't send my UPS then HP will violet his promise which he made to his customer.



        In that case I am Unsatisfied customer and I would like to raise my voice to the top management of the HP India. One thing you mast remember HP India can't cheat there customer.



        So in this connection I request you if you can't satisfy your customer, please forward my all mail to the top management of the HP India as well as Innovative Support and also send me there contact details.

        Then I contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandannagar (Hooghly) office and asked them for the consignment and I was told that nothing had been received for the Docket Number[protected] and as soon as the consignment would come I will be informed accordingly. But I did not found any response for one month long.



        After waiting for a month, I again contacted to HP redemption cell over Ph no.[protected] and I was told that the issue would be fixed within a very short time and I’d be informed accordingly. On[protected] I’ve contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS, Kolkata, and have been told that nothing had been received for the Docket Number[protected] and I’m requested to contact with HP redemption support for this issue.



        On 9/12/09 I again called HP redemption cell over Ph no.[protected] and I was told that they verified the docket no. [protected] with OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandigarh, and they are telling the consignment was received on May-09 by Mr. S Paul. Then I again contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata and tell them the matter. According to OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata no consignment can be delivered at Hooghly District (near Kolkata) without receiving the same by OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata office. OVERNITE EXPRESS Chandigarh can't deliver the consignment directly at hooghly district (pin 712124). There is something wrong, the consignment may be delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India). And they asked me to get the manifest no.(can be provided by OE Chandigarh) And booking date to lodge the complain. But unfortunately I don’t have the booking date and manifest no. too.

        On 11/12/09 I again contacted HP redemption cell and asked them for the booking date and manifest No. too. But they gave me only the booking date is 29-May-09 and regarding manifest No. I was told that the same would be collected from OE Chandigarh office and the scan copy of DRS (Delivery Run Slip) will be send to my email. But I don’t understand how the DRS could help me if the consignment is delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India). Then I again contacted OVERNITE EXPRESS Kolkata and tell them the matter with booking date. But unfortunately they made an U turn. Now they are telling the issue is more than three month old, why I have not contacted earlier, now they can’t help me any more. Then I told them I was continuously in touch with HP redemption cell as well as OVERNITE EXPRESS. After a lot of argument they gave me the email address of manger of OE Kolkata and asked me to write details to the mail address and also told me that he is the only person who can help me. Then I sent an email to OE Kolkata & OE head office ([protected]@kol.overnite-mail.com, [protected]@overnite-mail.com) but till today I have not get any reply. Today I again contacted OE Kolkata and talked to Mr.Arindam (Manager) regarding the issue and also asked for the reply of the mail. He refused to give the reply to the email and told me the issue is more than six month old so he can’t help me out I should contact HP redemption cell only. After that I contacted Ms. Payel of HP over Ph No. [protected] and told her regarding the issue and also asked that this is a long pending issue I am suffering for ten months. Already I have send two mail in your Email Section. There is no option for direct email. So always I send the mail via your Email Section, which is very much irritating and also I can’t have any proof except the ticket Ids KFI881306 & YFG181627. You don’t bother to give any update reply except auto reply, so how could I get the updates of the issue? Then she gave me a direct email address ([protected]@innovativemail.in). Then I asked her, when I should contact HP redemption cell and I was told that the consignment has been send and the same was received by Mr. S Paul and when I contacted to OVERNITE EXPRESS I was told the issue is six month old, they are not answerable to me for the issue. Now I don’t understand that where should I go for the issue.

        I would like to say you that there is something wrong, the consignment may be delivered anywhere else (There are many S Paul in India).



        Now this is too much. I am sorry to say if the issue could not be fixed in very short time I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 and in which the irresponsible approach form your side will be highlighted. Apart from that, it causes a tremendous anxiety and mental agony and heavy expenses due to phone call.



        In this circumstance, I’d request you to intervene into the matter and I’ll be obliged if you resolve the issue as early as possible.

          Respected Sir,
          Above product was bought by me as on 13th Dec,2010. After few days It showed problem of non printing.When we put paper to print, it comes out properly but without print. When I reached to service center they refused to repair by saying that carriage unit damage and problem in carriage unit. They also said there is a paper jam. They further told me to mail company. Sir, I had mailed to company as on 18thJan.2010. But there was no response from the company.
          Kindly, look in to the matter and do the needful.

          Hewlett Packard — Refusal of after sales service of computer

          This is all about how Hewlet packered sells their computer and after that they refuse to give after-sales service to its customer. We in the Andheri ESIC Hospital and occupational disease centre, MIDC, Central Road, Andheri East-400 093 Tel no[protected]. purchased six computers last year. one of those computers' monitor is not working any more since last four months although it is not even one year that we purchased it. Twice we registered our complaints, complaint numbers are Case no-CA0796960, Case no-CA0804234 respectively. But they are not coming down to repair/replace the monitor. I firmly believe there are hundreds of people who purchased their computers, must be having similarly some or other trouble and it is also sure that their complaints are not being attended to. The company has devised a method for registering complaint through call centre which is itself a very difficult task, if you do not believe me just try for yourself at least once to register your complaint. If somehow you have successfully registered, I am sure they will not come finally to attend your problem. But don't get misled by. their empty sweet words.

          In view of the above, I think some consumer forum must take up the matter with the company and see that the company becomes more responsible to the needs of consumers. Thanking you,

          Hewlett-Packard — BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

          I purchased a Pavillion dv4 series laptop of HP 6 months back.Its warranty period is for 1 year.Now its monitor is flickering continuously.When I tried to contact their customer support which the company boast of as 'Total Care'.But to my dismay I could not find any online support for resolving my issue.The online support HP providing is just chating without any instruction to their local authorised center to behave professionaly.Unlike various other consumer products they do not have any website exclusively catering to the need of Indian Consumers.
          Again in online support once you chat with one person and if you chart for the second time then you will not find that person.I mean every time you chat with an online technician every time you will find a new person.So it is a case of everybody;s responsibility means nobody's responsibility.
          The most strange thing is that inspite of my aasking several time nobody is giving the contact e mail id of their Head of Indian Operation with regard to Customer Support.I want my plight to be presented before their Chief of Customer Support.
          Their Local Authorised Support Center at ROURKELA,ORISSA,INDIA is very very unprofessional in their attitude.As the machine is only 6months old I want it to be replaced with a new machine,instead of repairing the monitor of the Notebook.

          I am also having very bitter experience while went to Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd.2, Ripon Street, Kolkata - 700016. Mr. Ujjal Kumar Mazumder attended me with a very rough behaviour. I purchased the deskjet printer 2668 with sr. no. CM98C3F236. From the very beginning its black cartridge was empty and the complain was lodged against service ticket no. [protected]. The help desk engineer agreed that the said cartridge was defective and suggested me to visit the above mentioned HP service centre in Kolkata for a replacement. But Mr. Ujjal Kumar Majumder of the service centre just insulted me saying that the cartridge (Part No: CC640ZZ) is not of that printer and my intention was to get a new cartridge free of cost cheating him.

            Under Warrantee Within 1 Year Company not responding.
            In April,2009 I purchased a Compaq Laptop in Allahabad. A few Days ago the Flap of the DVD Drive is cameout. I went to Service Center and told about that.
            They examined and told that the Lock of your DVD drive is broken and it is not under warrantee. The flip came out is intact, And DVD is working. how the lock is broken. ( lock is hook to catch the flap as they told ).
            I cantacted every where even CEO of the comapny, nothing is happening.
            I even putup the case in their forum

            HP Compaq Laptop — working is normal but display problem

            The functioning of laptop is very normal, but the diplay is not proper. We can't see the light or any files or folders in the laptop but we can know that it't working by seeing the dim back light. Can I get any solution?
            This seems to be the problematic/worst series of compaq(V3000).In last six months, have come across more than six pieces with display problem or (one with) motherboard failure.
            I have had a pink line running vertically down my laptop monitor.

            i am a b.tech student in agra, having trade computer science. it is obvious to purchase a computer(either laptop or a desktop) and i did the same thing and purchased a compaq notebook(laptop). Although compaq is one of the most trustful brand in notebook range but i haven't found it so. its been 8 months till today, i have purchased it and i m suffering badly due to my laptop. It's keyboard has been repaired(still is not in fair conditions), speakers have been repaired, adaptor(charger)has been repaired. One can always senes current(very light electric shocks) while touching buttons of the keyboard. My life has totally been exhausted due to CQ60 COMPAQ NOTEBOOK .
            I dont know what to do at present stage, i belongs to a lower middle class family and 36,000 is a very big amount for a student like me. I completely trust my country's law and i am sure that you will take some serious decision and help me out to have a new laptop of same model, same amount and of same value from COMPAQ as soon as posible

            I Bought a laptop model CQ40-144TU compaq
            There was a promotion scheme wherin if we sent a DD for 1200/-rs u will receive a PHILIPS DVD with Home theater.
            I sent a DD for the same amt in the month of FEB 09.

            after a month i recd a call from ONDOT courier saying that a box has come in my name @ their coimbatore office and we have come and collect.I reside 40 kms away.I contacted my vendor and they in turn compelled the courier to deliver it to pollachi.

            after a week when we contacted they say that only list of persons have come and the parcel will be delivered as soon as they receive it.

            We were annoyed.After 10 months we have not recd.

            A reputed company doing like this is really surprising.

            Pls guide us how to get the problem resolved.

            I have bought HP Compaq Laptop from ADVANCE COMPUTER SHOPEE[protected], Address D-118, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi - 110018. The model number of Laptop is Compaq Cq62-112tu ci5 total cost Rs. 36120.00. Now I am facing problem in my Laptap. Bluetooth device is missing in it. I have submitted my Laptop at service center which is located at Moti Nagar(New Delhi), but I have not get any response from service center. It have been 12 days, I have submitted my laptop at service center but my problem could not be solved by your end at yet.

            Please contact me as soon as possible else I want my money back or replace my Laptop. I have no more trust on Compaq Laptops. Your service is so worst, no customer setisfaction is there.

                I purchased a laptop last year from Vijay Sales Andheri East.
                Before the warranty period completed some keys of the laptop started malfunctioning. I submitted the laptop for servicing and gave copy of invoice. When I called up about the status they asked me to come again with copy of invoice. This time the service centre (sakinaka Andheri East) scanned the copy.
                Again when I called up they kept me on hold. After several calls last week I got the information that my request for free service has been rejected because the service centre did not submit my invoice copy on time.
                My laptop is still with the service centre. I had been given a service number [protected] which they now inform me is in closed status.

                I request your help in getting my laptop rectified as it is now two months and pending with the service center
                I have lost all trust in HP products. I didnot expect it to malfunction. and such shabby service therafter.

                  I purchased the HP COMPAQ PRESARIO DESKTOP with the printer offer on 3/4/09 from ALPHATECH SOLUTIONS, Alwarpet, Chennai-600 018. I sent a DD numbered "969229" for Rs 999/- on 16/4/09 to Scheme Coordinator. HP NOW OR NEVER Desktop offer, CHANDIGARH-160019 UT,as per the company's instructions. Till today(22/1/2010) I have not received the printer or any feedback from the company. I have made several complaints to the Dealer - ALPHATECH SOLUTIONS. Alwarpet, Chennai and to the HP company ( HP.com/in ) and also to the ConsumerComplaints.in, but there is no response regarding my complaint from any side.

                  THIS SEEMS AN ACT OF CHEATING BY THE HP COMPANY. I request you to take some proper action and see that I receive the PRINTER as soon as possible.

                  I was promised and provided commitment by one of the senior Mr. Pratik and I believe, the manager for Andheri East authorised service center at Saki Naka on my 6th or 7th complaint. The case was highlighted and escalated n times and the last was done through Mr. Rehman from Kalina(vakola). There were several call logs at the service center which I can produce on request. Just because of the issue I changed the service center from M/s Infobahn to the one located in Sakinaka.

                  Where is that commitment? Where is the promise now? Where is customer satisfaction? I am not angry on any of you, it is the product that creates this dissatisfaction around me.

                  I am really surprised by the way HP is reacting to customer's concern by ignoring their cry. I have already posted 'n' number of complaints (refer the subject ) earlier which, I think, had the same result in terms of concrete resolution. My laptop, which is used for Home purpose & which is my bread & butter stays most of the time at the Service Center (Andheri East). My question to the company is who will feed my family if I am deprived of my livelihood. I feel I was cheated by the company when it came to buying the model V3225 (compaq).

                  Please, for GOD sake, try to rectify and resolve customer's concern and dont aggrevate it. Motherboard on the Laptop was replaced more than 6 times and to add insult to an injury again we are at the mercy of HP. The reason being, again today, the Display went off. I am sickin' tired of going to the Service Center again and again & there is no need shouting at those Customer Service/Support people, where the fault actually lies in the Product.

                  I really do not feel the need of keeping the laptop anymore. I demand either a replacement of the product or a refund of the entire amount which was paid in full. Enough is enough now. I believe the prodcut is testing my patience since last 9 months. It is high time for me to react appropriately. I, hereby, state that if either of this isn't provided then I am approaching legal way to ensure the end consumer isn't affected anymore.

But in may I recvd a letter from them noting that the application has reached them after the offer date, which was a big LIE. I've the recipt of courier service which delivered the contents within due date. Later i filed a case against them in consumer forum through a lawyer in june. I paid him Rs.2,500/- as fee. Now my lawyer is not responding properly and every time he is saying some other date for the final judgement to arrive. Now i'm not knowing what to do.Kindly advice

                                  Sir i have a hp dv5-1217 ax and the day i purchased the laptop was 26may 2009 and the thired day my os was down even my hd recovery was not working but then also i did a online chat and the issue was re solver after that my battery issue came up the battery was not lasting more than 2 hours and the issue was summited to the hp service center and they replaced my battry nut still the issue was there with the battry but then i come to know that the amd processors consumes more eletricty then any other.After that i came up with the display issue my display was not working properly so i have to give it again to the service center.Now the thing is that if a persone is purchasing a produt of hp his main consern is that it should be a quality produst but till date i have gone to the service center twice and more over i have to wast my time doing all this thing.Right now the laptop is under warrenty but after 3 months my warrenty will expire then after that if ne thing goes wrong who is responsible as the hp people will say the laptop is out of warrenty.So i told the account manager that pls gert me the lap top replaced with a new series laptop and im ready to pay the difference amount so he told me that he will not replace it no matter what so i said if im not getting the laptop replaced i will be going to consumere court so he said uc can i[censored] wnat to but i will just get u replaced the screen but not the whole laptop

                                    it has been almost 7 months that i have bought this laptop for Rs 47000 and till date i have had 3 major faults in the laptop. my hard drive had failed twice and the display has been changed once. i being an MBA student have lost important subject matter in the two hard drive failures and i am too worried that there will be some other issue with this product in the coming few months. although HP has had my parts replaced but i am very much frustrated with this product, after all it has cost me almost half a lakh rupees. and my warranty will be getting over in the next five months. i need your help in this regard.

                                      it is working but no display to operate printer

                                      i have l7380 hp office jet pro all in one printer. some time printing is coming even if cartridge is there and it is showing in the display change the Block cartridge we are changing by filling the cartridge and not the new one.

                                      kindly advice what to do

                                        My son namely Y.Pradeep a student pursuing Post Graduation in Bioinformatics in S. V. University, Tirupathi. has bought a HP PAVILION DV4-1319TU LAPTOP with serial number CND9223VM3 dated on[protected]. At that time, there was a student offer and applied for MOTO RKR U8 Mobile Phone. In this connection, my son Y Pradeep has already submitted the required DD No.563730, Serial No: CND9223VM3 for Rs. 5499/- (Rupees five thousand four hundred ninety nine only) alongwith xerox copy of his identity card, original bill with redemption number, Serial Number which was on the box (Original) through Courier Service to INNOVATIVE INCENTIVE AND EVENTS PVT LIMITED. The redemption code informed by INNOVATIVE INCENTIVE AND EVENTS PVT LIMITED is VMVOQY7G0N and the file number is 206971.

                                        2. But till date, neither Mobile Phone received nor any reply received by them. As the case is lying pending since September 2009, it is requested that please enquire into the matter and arrange to supply the Mobile Phone at the earliest.
