respected sir,
it is to inform you that i had purchased a hp pavillion desktop from the sigma it superstore, hazratganj, lucknow on 20.11.2008 the model No. of which is a 6511in and the serial no. INA 8290 FH-6 and the product no. is FK 957 AA ACJ on the purchase of which there were assured gift of a 8.2 mp Kodak camera and a noddy kit and for the same certain formalities were required to be done and those formalities were completed as per the reqirement and a demand draft of Rs 1500 was also sent as cartge charges i favour of Innovative incentives as informed by your aforesaid authorised dealer and thereafter so many complaints have been registered but all in vain and till date the gifts have not been sent which amount to cheating on the part of your company and also the harrasment ot the valuable purchasers of the products of the company and this time this complaint is being registered with the hope that the gift as asured will be sent within a period of 15 days from today otherwise a criminal case may be launched against the company for committing cheating and fraud upon me under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.it is also to inform you that though your company is a reputed company yet by the aforesaid act of your company officials shows the sorry state of affirs of such a reputed company causing harassment to the valuable customers of the company and one thing i alo to be taken note of that if your company is harrassing to an Advocate what about the general customers.

    Dear sir,
    with due respect,I have to say that i have not received my offer product.I received a letter on 12.01.2010 at 4 o'clock.In this letter you have informed that dd number is incomplete,i met with the B.M of the syndicate bank.he said there is no need of the dd no.for bank purpose,they have not provided this dd to the bank.
    resending date limit is 12 oct 2009.what is the solution of this problem.

      Sir i have a hp dv5-1217 ax and the day i purchased the laptop was 26may 2009 and the thired day my os was down even my hd recovery was not working but then also i did a online chat and the issue was re solver after that my battery issue came up the battery was not lasting more than 2 hours and the issue was summited to the hp service center and they replaced my battry nut still the issue was there with the battry but then i come to know that the amd processors consumes more eletricty then any other.After that i came up with the display issue my display was not working properly so i have to give it again to the service center.Now the thing is that if a persone is purchasing a produt of hp his main consern is that it should be a quality produst but till date i have gone to the service center twice and more over i have to wast my time doing all this thing.Right now the laptop is under warrenty but after 3 months my warrenty will expire then after that if ne thing goes wrong who is responsible as the hp people will say the laptop is out of warrenty.So i told the account manager that pls gert me the lap top replaced with a new series laptop and im ready to pay the difference amount so he told me that he will not replace it no matter what so i said if im not getting the laptop replaced i will be going to consumere court so he said uc can i[censored] wnat to but i will just get u replaced the screen but not the whole laptop

        it has been almost 7 months that i have bought this laptop for Rs 47000 and till date i have had 3 major faults in the laptop. my hard drive had failed twice and the display has been changed once. i being an MBA student have lost important subject matter in the two hard drive failures and i am too worried that there will be some other issue with this product in the coming few months. although HP has had my parts replaced but i am very much frustrated with this product, after all it has cost me almost half a lakh rupees. and my warranty will be getting over in the next five months. i need your help in this regard.

          i have l7380 hp office jet pro all in one printer. some time printing is coming even if cartridge is there and it is showing in the display change the Block cartridge we are changing by filling the cartridge and not the new one.

          kindly advice what to do

            My son namely Y.Pradeep a student pursuing Post Graduation in Bioinformatics in S. V. University, Tirupathi. has bought a HP PAVILION DV4-1319TU LAPTOP with serial number CND9223VM3 dated on[protected]. At that time, there was a student offer and applied for MOTO RKR U8 Mobile Phone. In this connection, my son Y Pradeep has already submitted the required DD No.563730, Serial No: CND9223VM3 for Rs. 5499/- (Rupees five thousand four hundred ninety nine only) alongwith xerox copy of his identity card, original bill with redemption number, Serial Number which was on the box (Original) through Courier Service to INNOVATIVE INCENTIVE AND EVENTS PVT LIMITED. The redemption code informed by INNOVATIVE INCENTIVE AND EVENTS PVT LIMITED is VMVOQY7G0N and the file number is 206971.

            2. But till date, neither Mobile Phone received nor any reply received by them. As the case is lying pending since September 2009, it is requested that please enquire into the matter and arrange to supply the Mobile Phone at the earliest.

                Dear Sir, I Purchased HP Touchsmart Desktop in October. As per company agreement Im eligible for free upgrade for Window7 Upgrade kit. I registerd my product online and sent Rs 700 DD as administration charge, along with my computer document and invoice reciept to HP Window7 upgrade cell in November 09, I reccived wrong kit (Win7 upgrade kit )in 3rd week of Dec.09, when I called them they asked me to returned this kit, I sent back this kit on 21st Dec.09, Since then no news from HP upgrade cell, I sent several mails to them, but no reply, I called them, they says, they'll despatch new kit within couple of days, Im hearing same answer from December, till now not reccived the new Win7 upgrade kit, kindly help me to get this kit as soon as possible

                hp note book — Not getting any response for WIndows7 upgrade

                For your kind information I have sent the documents for Windows7 upgradation to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. on 31 Dec'09 and it has been reached there on 4th Jan'10 through DTDC courier service (Consignment No.: B[protected]. But when I called to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, then someone is telling they didn't get the courier. Its really strange. I dont know how without inquiry that person is saying like this. But DTDC is saying that they delivered the letter on 4th Jan itself. Even they have the evidence also. Again I had sent the scanned document on[protected], but still not a single response form Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. I called many times per day in that help line number. but somebody picks the phone and suddenly disconnected everytime. I dont know how to contact these people.

                If possible then pls do something for me. My txn id is TN008154. Thanks!!

                i am also facing same kind of problem.As per HP upgrade program i am eligible to apply for it and i did made an online order for HP windows upgrade from Vista home premium to Windows 7 Home premium with the transaction number TN009361.I provided them with all the required documents within the time limit and called them also so many times but they always kept on repeating that my documents are being verified and its in process.This program of HP with a third party association seems to be totally fake and involved fraudulent activities and thus strict action is required to be taken.
                Well, I am now in the same, but probably a worse position with HP. I bought my laptop on October 12. They said I'd get a free Windows 7 upgrade. I was surprised when the laptop arrived and there was absolutely no literature ANYWHERE within the packaging regarding my free upgrade. Since Windows 7 hadn't been released yet (it was released on October 20, 8 days later), I assumed HP would just mail me the information as soon as it became available. Unfortunately, I put too much trust in HP, and I allowed too much time to pass by.
                So today, in June, I finally found the time to contact HP about the free upgrade. And now they're telling me it was a "promotion, " and that I had to upgrade by March 15. Both my husband and I have been on the phone all day with HP, fighting them about this. Never did I read anywhere that this was just a "promotion" that would end on March 15. Second, when you buy outdated software and are promised the new upgrade, I've never known any company to ever put a deadline on when you go about upgrading - that is ridiculous. Third, they told me I should have received an upgrade code in the packaging, which I didn't. Fourth, they told me I was informed on the website when I purchased the PC, which I wasn't. And, finally, they even went as far as to say that they sent all of their customers emails and phone calls about the upgrade, which I am certain they did not.
                So now they want me to pay $100+ for the Windows 7 upgrade that I purchased when I bought the laptop. Still fighting them about it, but it doesn't look like they're going to honor the free upgrade.
                I'm very disappointed in HP. I've bought HP all my life, and most of my students buy HPs because they get a recommendation from me. If HP can't do something as simple as honor this simple upgrade for free, then I will never purchase an HP again. It's not about the $100. It's about a company being honest and fair with you, and giving you what you deserve, and giving you what you paid for.
                Now I've read all of the complaints about Arvato, here and elsewhere, and I can't help but think that this whole upgrade is just not worth my time and energy. I can't believe the number of complaints I've just read online about Arvato. There should be a class action settlement against them and HP for this.

                    I had purchased a laptop during Nov 2007. I had been assured of Free gift of Head Phone and Web camara.
                    I had sent a mail regarding this.
                    But the repeated message from HP side is only the non availability of the Items. What shall I do further.

                      I,WASIM AHMED MULLICK,purchased a HP Pavilion Dv-4 1318TU notebook on 24 day of september,2009 from E-MALL,kolkata.The case memo no is T8/3158.The serial no of the notebook is CND9324FSC.The TRANSACTION ID is required for upgrading my operating system to WINDOWS 7 but i cannot find this.I don't know what is TRANSACTION ID.I am sure that the case memo no is not TRANSACTION ID.Please tell me in details where fom i get the TRANSACTION ID. Please inform me as early as possible.
                      i want to know where i can find the transaction id.pls let me know too.
                      how to find transaction id???

                          I had to collect my laptop from Hp service center, Bangalore. The customer service is rude, bitter, unpolite and unpleasant experience. I had not taken my job sheet but instead took the mail reference that was sent to me intimating about collection of laptop. It was not told to me anywhere in the mail that the job sheet is mandatory to collect the laptop. When I went there, I was first asked for the job sheet, when I informed them that I dont have it, they told me that I would still get my laptop if I give the serial number and product number. Once I told that, I was told to produce ANY id proof. Then, I produced my company id proof. As if that humiliation was not enough, some person who was sitting and working on a desktop made a terrible frowning face and told me that a government ID proof is required!! This is a good way to embarass genuine people. It was really sad to see customer care executives behaving in such rude manner. After that, another lady came in. She was even more rude than the person who was working on the desktop. She refused to accept my pleas and told me straightaway to get lost if I dont have a job letter. This is really uncalled for. This is the third time I was giving the laptop for service that too 3 times within 4 months. On top of that, they say company id card is not a good enough proof. Was it mentioned anywhere in their mail that job sheet has to be shown??? I am not sure if people sitting at the customer service desk are trained enough to handle different types of problems. If they would have told me in the beginnning itself that without job-sheet I will not be getting the laptop, I would have simply walked off! But they wasted 45 mins of mine, asking for all sorts of details!!

                          have a flickring problem in my HP laptop screen since dec 09.Initially i took my laptop to BHOPAL(INDIA) HP service center(MP Nagar) on 26th december with warranty ending on 9th jan. but due to some reasons service engineers couldn't identify the problem. and they returned my laptop on 5th saiying if problem still persists you can come up again and it'll be counted as warranty case.in two days i went back as the problem was not over this time they identified the problem and give me a "Yellow slip" saying "PART PENDING" but they have never replaced that.. I dont have time to come up again and again to HP care as my jobs timings are that way..thats why i am writing..

                          I have already registered complaint online with service request number-4439890. But giving some reasons no one is responding to my mails...plz. if you can i need to talk to some responsible person from HP!! I??

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is to inform you that since December 2007 when I have bought the HP-Pavilion-2601TX laptop from your shop, I have been facing the problems regarding hardware and software of this computer but today I would like to divert your attention towards the display system and related problems as well as the service provided by your centre.

                            Around 15 days before, the display system of my laptop was repaired by your shop- Krishna Agency, Patna, but unfortunately it again got damaged within 1 day. So, I brought it again and it was repaired and I was assured by the service provider that there won't be any problem but AGAIN AFTER 1 DAY THE SAME DISPLAY HAS GOT DAMAGED.

                            The worst part of all these experiences was that there were following changes in my laptop after it got repaired from your center:

                            1. The battery now is charged only 73% in 15 hours and the percent charging remains constant even after it is plugged in. Apart from this just after when it was plugged out once, the computer got it's power off and with this the display also went. but earlier the battery was charged 100% within only 1 hour.

                            2. The computer has got a breakage type scratch near touch pad above DVD player.

                            3. The DVD drive does not open now.

                            4. The computer is very slow now and hangs frequently.


                            With all these complaints and experiences with your service centre , I request you to kindly consider my difficulties and suggest me now what steps should be taken to make my laptop better again.

                            I would like to mention here that currently I am a student here in IIT Roorkee and I don't live in Patna.I would be highly thankful to your kind advices.

                              I bought a Compaq-Presario CQ40 Notebook laptop, its serial number is-CND9382D1M, from karnal ,along-with it , there was a offer, of MOTO ROKR E8 mobile, for which one has to register online, which delivers a code, which confirms of being registered online and then one has to send a draft of Rs. 5499/- to Hp Redemption cell, and then the mobile will be sent to the respective person address, The last date of being registered online was 20th October 2009, and the last date to send the draft of Rs.5499/- along with all details was 20th November 2009, till now , i haven't got any mobile, and when i try to call them, their phone is always unreachable, The redemption code, which they provided online is Redemption Code- Q4SREW504B.Please help me, as i feel that, i have been cheated by them, their address, to which i send my draft and other details is as follows

                              I had bought HPMpavilion laptop in the month of August-09 and i had sent the all the required documents along with the DD of Rs.5499/- infavour of Innovative Incentives & Solutons Pvt Ltd as they prescribed.Even afer 6 month, we could not trace the redemption online checking website.The website was built for enquire online abount the status of claim which is locked now..They have cheated us .

                              Why don't local guy who is applied for claim can visit personally to HP redemption cell.
                              Please let us know the fact.

                                Sir,
                                My name is B. Maurya.I purchased a new notebook of following details on 05/12/09.

                                Model & Product No.:CQ61-312TU/VV284PA
                                Serial No.:CNF9390L2B
                                Dealer,s Name:Axis Computer & Periferals,O-5 Lajpat Nagar-II.

                                I would like to draw your kind attention on the following points:-

                                1. After one week of purchasing, its operating system stopped working.
                                2. I went to the dealer on 15/12/09, but instead of solving my problem they directed me to Service center of Okhla Phase-I.
                                3.But the service center (vide complaint no.:Token No.-L-14 dated 15/12/09) asked me to order the recovery disk from the call center and told me that they cannot do any thing.
                                4.On the same date any how I contact the call center and ordered the recovery disk (vide complaint no.:[protected] dated 15/12/09).
                                5.I received the recovery disk and again went to above said service center at 10:00 AM on 19/12/09. After wasting my whole day, at 05:00 PM they told me that the recovery disks are corrupted(vide complaint no.:Token No.L06dated 19/12/09).
                                6.Their response was very unprofessional and asked me to again order the recovery disk and contact the call center.
                                7.Then I again cantact the call center for recovery disk,but they told me that until unless service engineer does not inform them, they will not send the disk again. I request them but they refused me. Even they didnot provide me the complaint number.
                                8.On 22/12/09 I again call the center (vide complaint No.-[protected] dated 22/12/09) and
                                and they told me that I will receive the disk within three days.
                                9.But till date and time I have not received any disk.My note book is still with the service center.
                                10. I have also sent the e-mails and many reminders to the following higher officials of the HP company some of which are mentioned below:
                                (a)Mr. Santokh Singh (singh.[protected]@hp.com) dated 28/12/09
                                (b)Mr. Taranjeet Bedi (taranjeet.[protected]@hp.com) dated 28/12/09

                                I am finding my self hopeless,helpless.Please look in to matter personally and help me.

                                  Hello, this is Zahoor Ahmed from Srinagar J&K. I feel very regret to inform you that HP's service is very poor and they are very irresponsible, I have never expected such kind of attitude of HP towards their customer. I have a complaint against HP compaq. I purchased a loptop HP Compaq CQ60-104TU in March-2009 with XP preloaded. After 19 days i faced a hardware software trouble and i formated my system. when i Installed again a licenced windows XP professional SP2 it gave me some errors and i was not able to install it. I visited to the dealer and he again installed windows XP and told me that this is Image copy which i got from the company and you can not install original licenced XP on it. It is not a XP compatible laptop it is a Vista compatible laptop. Although I can't use Vista in my office because our company software works only on Windows 98 and windows xp. But XP is not working properly in this laptop neither all drivers are available in the hp website. And now 2nd problem is that my DVD stopped working and I went to HP service center on[protected] and as on[protected] my laptop DVD is pending there because the part is not available there. I am helpless as i am not able to use my laptop in my office because again i had a problem with operating system which i was supposed to repair but DVD writer is not available. Now i can't hold, i need replacement of my laptop with a XP compatible laptop otherwise i am going to knock the doors of consumer court and will publish an article and press notice in every news paper regarding the poor service of HP.....

                                  practical, lawyer'll take money from u on every date that the Judge gives then opp
                                  party'll also hire a lawyer rather than to help u, then both party's argumnts n case
                                  runs don't know how much time. finally u won't get ur problem solved. So i suggest
                                  u to call/visit/mail the HP head office Delhi / chandigarh and complaint about ur

                                    Purchased laptop (HP Pavilion dv6-1204AU) on the month of november 2009 from 51-52, ground floor,Gedore House,Nehru Place New Delhi-110019.The E-drive stopped functioning so I went to HP Service Center. Address (Technoland Systems Ltd, A-2/77,Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029) there the man told me it will take 4to5 days for a new E-Drive and now it's almost a month still they say that the company has not sent them so this is not done i am not at all happy with the service. It would be great i[censored] do something regarding this and i hope that you will solve my query as soon as possible.

                                        A couple of months before there was a problem with my notebook charger(in warranty) so i got it replaced with HP Lucknow(RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD. , DAYAL CHAMBERS)..i was in rush(i had a train the next day) so they handed me a charger before my new charger(which was to be shipped from Chennai) reached... the new charger was a 90 WATTS with SPARE PART NUMBER[protected] was different from my previous charger which was a 65 WATT adapter...After about 2-3 weeks my laptop failed to boot and start....i inquired HP customer care and found that that the new charger is INCOMPATIBLE with my notebook (and extended use of it may cause damage to my motherboard) and they told me my notebook is compatible with charger with SPARE PART NUMBER [protected].. This was further CONFIRMED in HP site( http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01550108.pdf ) .

                                        The time being i was busy in my sems(my laptop went out of warranty by this time) and returned to Lucknow after 40-45 days..Now AS I WAS EXPECTING , HP Lucknow refuses to service my notebook and deny to accept that they handed me a wrong charger though i gave them various evidences and even showed them compatible list of chargers from HP site...

                                        I REALLY REGRET THAT I SPEND MY PRECIOUS 40,000 BUGS ON A CRAP COMPANY LIKE HP...AND NOW THEY ACCEPT ME TO SPEND MY MONEY AGAIN FOR THE FAULT THEY DID...IT SUCKS.........!!!!

                                        the worst case that i've ever seen...the screws of my hp laptop(pavilion dv6-cherry black) are becoming loose and some of them have already fallen down...similar cases have been found in my othr friends' laptops too(same model that has been mentioned)...i'm sure ther's something wrong with this model laptops that hav been sold last yr, i.e., oct, 2010.my laptop is stil under warranty period bt m nt able 2 get it serviced as i dnt want 2 rely on any other service centre other than that of lucknow as i've bought it from ther itself...not only this, the left hand side speakers hav also stopped working within 3 months of puchase...i'm not really satisfied with what i hav bought..ther is some or the other problem with this laptop as day are passing by n m nt being able 2 get it serviced becoz of my busy study schedule n also bcoz i stay out of lucknow...i hope i wil get a positive response from hp authorities for the case mentioned when i'm bak 2 lucknow in the coming month...
