I would like to state that i have deposited my laptop to the authorised service centre
in Guwahati on[protected] for correcting its problem. But till date i haven't received the laptop
or any call from the centre regarding it. I would like to state that my laptop was in warrenty.

It is purchase from “USA Computer Assemble Unit” in Midnapore town on dated- 12th Apr.2010. When this problem is creating in my laptop than I go to this shop, they give me this web address & tolled to register my complain.
(According to them my Laptop LCD is lost.)

    My self Atul Raman, gave my laptop HP Pavillion DV 2119TX, Product number RE137PA#ACJ, Serial Number 2CE6472WIS, purchased in India is under warranty. I was facing problem of overheating, screen flickering, system hanging and untimely system shut down.
    So i gave my laptop to HP Service Centre, Mangalore (Maha Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Door No B-3 & B-4, Upper Basement, Goldfinch Hotel, Bunts Hostel Road, Mangalore-575003)
    I gave my laptop to sevice centre for repairing in last week of august 2009, till 1st October 2009 they returned my laptop 5 times without repairing it.

    Again i gave my laptop of repairing on October 1, 2009. Service centre employee Suresh Shetty told me you will get your repaired laptop by 6th October 2009. Till October 10, 2009 they havent returned my laptop.
    God knows when they will repair it and return it to me.

    Not only the whole of hp service centre is existing to see where money is available. They don't have any concern for under warranty laptops. all in all in my opinion hp, compaq laptops are too delicate and almost useless for mobile use.
    yaaa.. i agree.. my ethernet port was damaged and took my laptop to this service centre in mangalore and they said that the ethernet was working fine. i went twice and they could not fix the problem so in the end i bought the USB-to-Ethernet converter..

      The above vendor is a fraud.
      I purchased a laptop of HP
      Model: TX1000 From the vendor about last year october.
      The laptop comes with a warranty of 1 year.
      Recently it developed a snag of overheating and the screen vanished .
      I contacted the vendor about it. he said its a known defect and he will get it corrected.
      I asked him whether i could send it to the service centre. to which he replied my laptop is not under the warranty as it has only limited warranty which does not covers hardware. I was really pissed of at this. Then i asked how could i get it repaired to which he replied i must send the laptop to him to pune. i currently reside in mumbai.
      and above of that he asked me a sum of Rs. 6500 to correct the defect. I argued that its not 1 year yet and it is supposed to be under warranty. but to no respite.
      He flatly told me about warranty which was not told on the date of purchase.

      So Please do take care and avoid this particular shop to purchase laptop or electronic goods.
      The vendor will try to lure you with attractive rates. and deliver you a product lacking in some or the other area. and in the end you will be left tearing your hairs.

      i got same laptop tx1000 from house of laptop, pune..
      i think the problem is with product manufacturer's defect only.
      as service engineer opened it in front of me he showed me the burnt cpu with black spots..
      and then e told me that as these laptops comes with"amd"cpus they can sutain indian temperatures..so i couldent get warranty as it was burnt...so changed whole mothrbord processor in rs.16000/-, , , so i will suggest u for go for it (repair cost 6500/- is negligible..)..as one of my friend is having same amd laptop f733au...it also hangs up within a hour...

        I have purchased a Lap top computer from Reliance Mart,Jamnagar,Gujarat on 2nd Sept who is an authorised vendor of HP and at the time of purchase Reliance Mart sales person assured to provide support from the mart, when ever I face problem, provided I will take the piece to him, as I am residing faraway from Mart(130 KMs).
        The product (hard disk) failed within 4-5 working hours as noticed on 15th Sept and after repeated calls to the vendor explaining the real problem, I taken the piece to him on 28th sep. as I was away by 130 Kms.
        After attempting, the Reliance Mart guy, refused to support and asked me to deal with HP service centre at Jamnagar away by another 30 Kms.
        Ultimately I had to carry my laptop to service centre, Jamnagar on 30th as 28th was a holiday, an additional travel of 300 KMs.
        Once taken possession of the Laptop and confirming Hard disk failure, the service centre has place order for replacement part, which has not arrived till 8th Oct 2009.
        The service centre guys neither give update on their own nor courteous in answering my call.
        The comapny website and customer care nos I tried to log in complaints at various timeshas given a complaint ref no: but never updated me on the status.

        The HP service centre at Jamnagar, replies that There is no stock of hard disks and I have to wait. There is no update of the compalint from the service centre at any time and I ahave to call up everyday to surprisingly understand HP runs out of stock and have not yet send.
        What is happening?
        what will happen with the warrenty period? I hardly could open the note book for 4-5 hours and the hard disk has failed.
        The authorised seller, Reliance Mart, refuses to support,
        The Service centre not bothered to respond,
        HP not bothered to send, replacement,
        and I am 160 Kms away from the nearest Service centre,

          I bought my HP DV5 2918-TX Laptop on 19th december 2008, and according to HP rules there is a home theatre of Philips 5.1 with the Laptop by a payment of Rs.1499. I send them the Demand Draft and other details on 30th December 2008. Bt today till 7th October 2009 , I didnt received my Gift. I call them many times but they told me that they will send it within 20 days, but the wait is now beyond the bearable time.

            Sir,
            My HP dv5-1104TU laptop is 8 months old with product id-F2730PA.

            For last one month its screen has become black with vertical stripes on it. When I contacted HP service centre in Dhanbad, they said its sreen is damaged. They placed the order but it has been a month they have not received the part. Whenever I am contacting tthem, they are answering shortage of parts and so why it has not been shipped yet.

            Kindly consider my problems of getting such poor product and poor service from the company like HP.

              This is regarding my HP laptop whose model is HP pavilion Notebook dv4-1318 TU, S. No. CND93257GQ, which I purchased from the official HP showroom Computer Land, at Nehru Place New Delhi-110019.
              The problem aroused at the very first time when I started the laptop at my home after purchasing. I was not able to start it even a single time and every time whenever i tried to start it the message flashed on the screen was “System Recovery Error”. Then I visited to one of the nearest HP service centre at Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi on 7th Sep 2009 and consulted my problems with the manager. At first he suggested that there are some recovery problems with my laptop and advised to get the recovery CDs from HP customer centre Bangalore. I got those recovery CDs and visited to the above mentioned service centre again on 19th Sep 2009. This time they tried to rectify the problems with those recovery CDs but couldn’t make it and finally they kept my laptop saying that they will thoroughly diagnose the problems. When i called them a day later they said that there was a problem with the DVD ROM and so they will replace it with new one and the problems will be sorted out but when i called on next day they again come up with a new problem i.e. the problem with the motherboard of my laptop, this time they said that they ordered the DVD ROM and Motherboard as well and assured me that the above mentioned parts will be available within 4-5 working days. After 4-5 days i have called them several times but they come up with the same answer that the part is still not available whenever I have called. I have been waiting for my laptop for a long time and this delay so far is more than expected time now.
              I am working in an organisation where I have to be connected with the official works almost always so the laptop is urgently required but I am not able to do anything now and you people are not at all understanding the seriousness of the problem.
              Any problem whether it is software or hardware related it shouldn’t take more then 7 working days and i don’t think that making those above mentioned parts available and replacing with the defective one should take such a long time.
              So if these problems takes still longer time to rectify then please replace my laptop with a new one
              So do the needful as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir,
                The above referred printer detected with a complaint o[censored]neven ink distribution causing non clarity of the printout matters at different places.
                Our Computer service agents – TITONI AUTOMATIONS PVT.LTD had handed over the printer to your authorized service centre – REDINGTON INDIA PVT.LTD at Calicut on 27.07.09 wide their receipt token number CLT/09/01760.
                After 54 days with numerous reminders they have returned the printer in not working condition. During this period we were given the information repeatedly by your service centre that the system is working ok and kept for “Monitoring”.
                It is unfortunate to note that we have serious doubts whether your local service centre is equipped with qualified men and proper tools to carry out the repairs.
                Our attempts to escalate the matter to higher authorities for a speedy solution were resisted by them without giving the name, e-mail address; phone no etc of the concerned authorities
                We have purchased several HP products, certainly considering the quality of your products and dependable after service.
                Please advise the means to resolve and rectify the defects of the printer at the earliest.

                  Sir,

                  One of the Hp DC7700 model purchased for our company shows continous break down and made it hardly usable. Within 6 months of purchase they had 1) Replaced the mother board
                  2) Replaced the hard disk
                  Still the problem persist. Kindly note that this is a fully Govt owned PSU company and we are using more than 250 computers of different brands.This is first time in our history that anewly purchased product showing this much problems. Also delay in service is much more than normal conditions.
                  So we are inviing attention of HP higher authority on this matter and resolve it by replacing the system at the earliest

                      There was no prior intimation & you are cheating the customers upfrontly by making a mockery of the Offers. As per Paper adv & offer, Under laptop scheme if a customer submits DD of 3999 for Moto Q8, he should have received the same mobile.
                      But to the surprise I got Motorocker E8, which is not as per offer.

                        as I am not satisfying with your product Printer F- 4288, which I bought last month from EDM mall Kaushambi Ghaziabad. From the first day I had facing a problem in my printer and I was registered my complaint again and again in HP. After that a technician was provided to me. He checked my printer to his level best. After that I received a D.O.A letter. With this letter, I went to the dealer Mr. Ajay Bhan, but he conducts me very badly. And a new printer which is given by him is not working properly as the problem is still there and two times I replace my cartridge n still they told me to replace my cartridges…..
                        As your one of the most reputed company world wide but I am sorry to say that your quality of products and this kind of behavior of dealer with customers getting worse day by day. So, if this quality of your product continues detoriod nobody can buy and it gives bad name to your Company.
                        This particular product I bought last month i.e. 21st August 2009,

                          i have laptop DV 2002tu series bearing serial number 2ce6310w23 which is comprehensively covered in the HP pack.The pack is just like a insurance for contengencies arising out o[censored]sage.that when on the last service i requestd them to change the dvd writer,hard disk and screen as they were malfunctioning.They changd dvd writer but the changed writer was without light scribe and corrupted hard disk was also changd but the screen remain unchangd inspite of fact that the panel was not closing perfectly their remaind a gap as they did not boltd the laptop properly.that on account of this fault the liquid inside the screen came out and it damaged internally.That their is no scratch on the screen itself.That my laptop is lying with the hp customer care centre A-200 okhla phase 1 and firstly they took the laptop to get it repaird and i was informed by mrs pratima desai working on behalf of HP Parts that my case ID [protected] IS under progress we have orderd the screen and the speakers as and when they will be recieved frm company it will be replaced into laptop under pack.but after 20 days whn i was informd to take my laptop.i got a rude shock that sir the speakers are replaced in the pack but the screen was left untouched.and they told me it is a physical damage and cant be covered in the pack for getting it done i have to spent 17000 rs ,i told them it is internal fault as thier is no physical injury on the screen but nothing was sorted out.i refusd to accept the laptop in that condition.that on account of not using the laptop i m not been able to acess my wireless internet for which i pay Rs 1200 pm to airtel,i am a member of jeevansaathi matrimonial for which i pay Rs 5000 to their services though the shaadi season is their and it is hampering me choosing my prospective bride matrimonial commitments besides their is loss of profeessional commitments for which the monetry loss can not be calculated.that i am entitled to Rs20,000 as damages for mental torture and agony besides other damages for which i m entitled.it is therefore prayd that my screen of laptop be replaced in the pack as only 2 mnths period. are left in the pack to finish

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had purchased HP Laptop on date of 19 may 2009, model no. is KS365PA and Product No. is dv3005Tx. The Laptop cracks are developing continues front side of LCD bottom and laptop’s plastic border color is fading. I have attached the file photos as proof.

                            That problem is not technical software & hardware but laptop LCD border is very poor quality and it is cracking automatically slowly slowly. The LCD inside edges cover mounting plastic is very poor quality. I was facing this problem last 5-6 months but I was out of India last days so I couldn’t contact at your service centre for this complaint.

                            I had shown this Laptop at your Hp authorized service centre G-3, G-4, Shree Gopal Tower, Krishna Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur on 7/9/09 and they communicated on phone and didn’t give good response. The telephonic caller told that they are not responsible. I had shown my laptop to other engineers and they told me, that LCD border plastic is used low quality. You can show my Laptop others.

                              On the first day i send my friend Mr. Milind Patil to deposite the cartridges to these center for replacement. He have to wait for 4 hours in that center because of their procedure is old style which is time consuming , they solve the problem of the customer one by one. Eg: First of all the customer has to wait for giving complaint out side the center entering details to the security guard first and he will forward the complaint inside the office with cartridge for checking and the checking procedure takes 40 min to 50 minutes for one customer and than after only the next customer will be served.

                              On the same day i got the call from the ARC Center for verfication call why i have send my friend for replacement and why i have not visited the center personally and they need verification of the serail number of the printer for vertification. I told the person i’m outside right now and i dont have Printer serail number with me right now and i dont have time to visit the center.

                              he ARC Center told me in a very bad tone that No You have to give the verification of the printer right now tell me what is the serial number of your printer nad i told him give the call to your manager i will explain. He told No tell me what is your printer serial number and what is your name and adresss. I explain him again i’m outside right now but he didn’t listened and i disconnected the call and I called to my friend who was already in the ARC Mr. Milind Patil i asked him to talk to the center manager and ask who has called me right now for verification than after..

                              I didnt’ got any calls from the center regarding the cartridge status in 10 days and than i got the call from the delhi hp center for informing approval for the replacement has been done and to know about that, i have received the cartridge from the ARC Center or Not.

                              Than i have called to check status again with the ARC Center, they said right now we are busy call back after some time and again called them they said call tommorrow i cant check the status right now and than tommorrow i called, i told about my complaint and they said your approval has been done and you can come and collect the cartridge from the center when i told them i will come till 16:30pm and the center closes at 17:00hrs they said dont come these time we will get late to go home if you come these time. Than i decided to visit the center on 25th September 2009 to collected the cartridge and i dont get much time to visit early morning and anyhow before going to my call center job in the evening i visited the center at 16:50hrs before the center close.

                              I was really surprise to see that, the center security man not ready to take my complaint and not allowing to enter the center and not allowed to speak direct to any person of the center. He told to call from outside and talk to them over the phone only. Somehow somebody name Mr.Chandra shekar came from inside at the door and i told him my problem why i have came these time to collect and requested to handover the replaced cartridges it will take only 5 to 10 minutes

                              He showed me finger and told me in the loud voice that, Dont argue with u security man and come on Monday 28th September in te morning for it and right now we dont have time for it. we have to go home at 17:00hrs and i request again to do favour once than he went inside and came back told that our system is down right now. I told him i’m came before the center closing time and you have to serve me than he went inside and Stamped my complaint paper with rejected stamp and i told you asked to come and colled the replaced cartridge and now you are rejecting my application because i came at 17:00hrs. I told i will complaint about you in HP Head Office about these issue. He said nothing will happen if you complaint anywhere in HP any person or any manager or Head office. I dont care send email or do anything what ever you want to do. Nothing will happen to us and laughed loud with center employees.

                              I tried to complaint about issue to customer care of HP at[protected] and talked Ms. Ranita between 17:10 – 17:30hrs she told i cant help you in these case and i cant log a complaint regarding these issue. if you want talk down accounts manager number[protected] Ms. Nafis may be she can help you and when i talk to Ms. Nafis she was careless too to listen my complaint carefully and than i decided to go other ARC Center for replacement finally

                              I really feel shame on me on that day why i had purchase HP printer to listen non sense from the service center people, their service is worst i ever had and uneducated people handling the ARC Center and they dont know to how handle the customers and how to make them happy and to make HP Proud.

                              I hope you will take some action against it to improve the customer experience in future and you have already lost one valuable customer of HP who has 4 printer of HP at home F4288, F380, F230, Color laser 1600.

                                Dear Sir,

                                just a month back i have purchased your HP DESKJET F4288 printer. I regret to state that now i cannot print the page because of the following reason -
                                while inserting the new black cartridge and as i close the cartridge cabinet "E" sign appears on the 'start copy' display. and the page cannot be printed. when i remove the black cartridge and close the cartridge cabinet then "0" appears on the start copy display. at this stage printer takes the paper to print but blank paper comes out of the paper.

                                please be kind to e mail me the solution or give me the address of your service station near to Ghatkopar for future problems. The place from where i ve purchased this product are not bothered and say you have 1 year warrenty and should contact hp service station only. please help me /

                                HP Deskjet F4288 — not working properly

                                My hp deskjet is not working properly .I have complaints regarding it .I expect that this consumer problem is solved as soon as possible . please try to consider our complaints and try to solve it . futher details can be found in the attachment

                                I also face the same issue and after analysis the service center confirmed that the scanner unit is gone. Which costs 80% of the printer cost. Mfg date of my printer is oct 2008. Probably it is a failure model in hp?.

                                    Hello All,

                                    My name is Apoorva & I am from Mumbai. Last year in June, 2008, I purchased HP 530 Laptop from my computer dealer from whom I used to buy my computer needs. At the time of purchase, all I received was a Delivery Challan but did not receive my Proof of Purchase copy. I questioned him about this but he said that this is all what you get (Delivery Challan).

                                    Also, he delivered this HP 530 Laptop at my house in an HP Carry Case (which is considered as "Product delivered in an Open Condition") and when I have seen all laptops being sold in a seal box at various shopping malls in Mumbai, I did question him about this open way of delivering the product to which he replied:

                                    " The place from where I receive this laptop, they open it at their end and supply the laptop in an HP Carry case". I was quiet surprised at his answer given back and was less matured and experienced at that point of time to understand what horrible trouble I will be getting into.

                                    This year, in the month of April, my LCD screen developed faults wherein the liquid from within started to spread around. I was shocked to see this horrible condition of my screen b'coz till last midnight at uptill 2:30 am, I was working on my HP 530 Laptop and than kept it in on bed in extremely safe area before going to sleep. Now, at 8:00 am, when I getup and looked at the LCD screen, liquid from within had spread. So, uptill 2:30am last mid-night, the screen was absolutely working fine and nobody touched my laptop between these few hours, I really wonder howcome did this issue arise?

                                    Therefore, I took this HP 530 Laptop along at my PC dealer's office which he further sent it to some small time service centre of HP known as: "Ashtech Infotech Pvt Ltd" for LCD screen replacement. They rejected my LCD screen issue and sent it back to my PC Dealer. I was extremely annoyed at my PC dealer b'coz he gave all big promises and hope that he will always be ready to provide me the best support & services thereby always ready as a backup whenever I face an issue only if I am ready to purchase laptop from him.

                                    However, when it came the actual time in the month of April to standby his promises made, he simply took "NO PAIN" & "NO EFFORTS OR HIS KNOWLEDGE" at all in convincing Ashtech Infotech with the actual reason for the issue to asrise in my HP 530 Laptop's LCD Screen.
                                    Like an ordinary worker's attitude or a "Delivery Man", all he did is forwarded my laptop to that Ashtech service centre who without any proper investigation or didn't felt the necessity to talk to the customer (That's me) who own this HP 530 Laptop to understand the reason for this issue to arise and plainly returned my HP 530 Laptop. This is seriously disgusting ! ! !

                                    Therefore, once I got to know of my case rejection, I talked to HP Bangalore that evening about the manner in which this issue has arise and I also sent them the pictures (via email) which I had captured earlier with my Nokia cell phone. Finally, HP Bangalore understood the actual reason and said that it is HP’s product fault and not of customer and they requested me to deposit my laptop with their HP Service Centre, Andheri (e). Next morning, I collected my HP 530 Laptop from my PC Dealer’s office (Since my PC Dealer wasn’t ready to deposit my HP 530 Laptop at the Andheri (e) Service Centre by himself & remain adamant) and took it to HP Service Centre at Andheri (e). Before admitting any case, they do thorough checking of the laptop and they found following issues with my HP 530 laptop:

                                    a) There were ball pen marks on the LCD screen body from the top at both the ends.
                                    b) The corner of the LCD body from the top was slightly scratched.

                                    Apart from all these issues, I also noticed that the Fan was not rotating at much higher speed then before. Also, double click doesn’t work anymore. My HP 530 laptop now starts to get heat up early which wasn’t the case before. Therefore, I understood that at time of sending this HP 530 laptop to my computer dealer, there weren’t all these faults at all but when I collected my HP 530 laptop back, I saw all these faults. That means that Ashtech Infotech Pvt Ltd located at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai didn’t only rejected my case but they further damage my HP 530 laptop and smartly like a culprit sent back the laptop to my Computer Dealer’s office. I did question my computer dealer on phone about these faults while waiting at the HP’s Andheri (e) service centre but he kept quiet and didn’t answer.

                                    Later, after a week’s time of depositing my HP 530 laptop with the HP’s Andheri (e) service centre, I got to know through HP Bangalore’s email that the product I purchased was supposed to be shipped to Dubai but if it is sold here in India, it is a grey market product thereby I am being cheated by my computer dealer. HP immediately cancelled all the warranties on this HP 530 laptop and declines to replace the LCD screen. I visited HP Service Centre and got my HP 530 laptop back home.

                                    My God - This evil computer dealer has left no stone unturned in harassing and torturing me. Neither did he provide any efforts in convincing Ashtech Infotech in getting my LCD screen replaced when my case was very genuine and beyond this, Ashtech Infotech damaged my laptop and not ready to take the blame and now this computer dealer has sold me the product of Grey Market thereby ending my last hope left of replacing the LCD Screen due to my effective, genuine and efforts put in convincing HP Bangalore team...all these went in vain only b’coz of this computer dealer.

                                    Now people all here kindly tell me, what I should do to achieve justice and teach this culprit computer dealer and that Ashtech Infotech an extremely strong lesson.

                                    I have an extreme strong point to ask HP and which HP is liable guilty for – Why none of their products sold in the market carry an HP Proof of Purchase copy Bill nor HP Warranty card than no matter if it is Printer, Desktop, Laptops, etc... You go to any possible small or big markets in India and checkout for HP products; I can guarantee that there’s no warranty card accompanying the product at all. B’coz this is the only possible way of identifying the actual genuineness of the product purchased. All you will get is the shop’s bill copy and that’s what I got from my Computer dealer therefore I couldn’t make out that this HP product I purchased is from Grey Market. But still, I did question my computer dealer about HP’s “Warranty Card” to which he said that there’s nothing as such Warranty card supplied by HP and the product registration has to be done online which he said will do it but he didn’t do that as well! ! ! !
                                    Now, I strongly believe that HP India has to take up the responsibility of replacing my LCD screen b’coz at first place, it is HP’s fault of “NOT PROVIDING WARRANTY CARD OR HP ORIGINAL BILL” which can become “Source of Identification for the genuineness of the HP product purchased.
                                    However, my computer dealer is culprit, so no point of approaching him, HP has backed out and now I as a poor helpless harassed customer is being expected to invest anywhere between Rs. 15’000 – Rs. 18’000/- to get the LCD screen replaced. That means if I do this, the final cost of my HP 530 Laptop will rise to 36’500 + 15’000O = Rs. 51500 (HP 530 Laptop Original Cost + LCD screen replacement cost).

                                    I am completely helpless ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

                                    My FINAL advice to you all going through this post:

                                    "STAY AWAY FROM HP PRODUCTS B'COZ YOU NEVER KNOW YOU MIGHT GET ONE - A GREY MARKET PRODUCT RESULTING INTO YOUR PRODUCT'S WARRANTY BEING CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NO OPTIONS OTHER THAN TO REPAIR IT AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE B"COZ HP WILL SIMPLY BACKOFF"

                                    And to talk about the Law of India, it is extremely slow, much worse and highly corrupted to approach for justice.

                                      I hav purchased a laptop HP530 notebook on september 2007. after 8 months it shows problem.i hav to replace a new battery.after that i got harddisk problem .i hav replaced it.after that i got 2 times dvd problem.the company has used recycled parts for use.now i am facing battery problem again.when i am calling a technical person to replace my processor fan . he broke something inside my laptop.and fix it through a adhesive tape.he also made some scratches on my laptop.when i talked to the customer care and talk to the service engineer in conference the service engineer argued with me that that part is not broken and not slacken.and i asked him why u forcefuly open my laptop.he told me that it is our procedure to open laptop like this.i hav called somany times the customer care for the service.some times engineer called me that it is raining outside i cant come.they hav fixed a meeting time to meet.but they dont come.i think Lalani Bhubaneswar has cheated me to sell me a defective product HP 530

                                      We have purchsed a HP 530 and given it for repair (battery) under warranty to HP on 5/1/09. Till today there is no response either from the mail sent to them below or thru phone. It is very frustrating that we have to make so many calls without any outcome. Till today we are told theat the part is awaited.

                                      below is the mail sent to them on 20/2/09. still no response from them. pls help

                                      I really do not know if there is any guarantee of any service level meant to be adhered to a customer after sale of your products if yes please let me know if no ..then you are actually fooling the customers and they should know about it, which then becomes our responsibility to bring to light cases like these.

                                      We have done a mistake by purchasing HP I think who has no intention or capability to service its customers after the sale is done – this is what the impression is till date on the above complaint of laptop repair with you .
                                      You are requested to please let us know the final outcome or intent so that we also move to an next course of action, if required the consumer cell only looks to be the last option.

                                      HP 530 — Dening change of faulty hardware

                                      Iam a student studying engineering in Salem, TN. I bought a HP 530 laptop. It's not even a year now that i brought the laptop, i am facing speaker compliants. The sound comming out of my laptop is very low. I took the the laptop to the HP service center in SALEM, TN, and they are saying that i used a software called "VLC Media Player" in my laptop and that they wont give me warrenty for this fault.

                                      What can I do??

                                        Hiii all
                                        I had a Compaq laptop( Serial No.- CND7352PV2) in oct2007 from Lucknow HP dealer during my PG study there. After one year I opted for one year additional warranty from Oct 08 to Oct 09 ,but it was terminated in Jan 09 on uncertain ground, I do't know why?????? before I had also deposited Rs. 6100(approx.) to RTE services, Lucknow for additional two year's care pack. Hence they did not give me my product care pack and assured me to rectify it within five days, but after that they are not responsing on my contiuous request from Jan09 to till yet. even these people are not contacting on phone and refusing to give my money back. In between my laptop is out of order and I am paying its cost from my pocket and company person are just putting the matter on one another.
                                        From Jan 2009 to till today I am very much mentally upset and spent reasonable sum of money to contact them on Phone, fax, Emails or by letters, they are not ready to answer on my any communication. In this situation what should I do, because I am presently working in panaji(Goa)in a PSU and have no time to go to Lucknow. Evenly depositing cash for these warranty I have not a single cover rightnow. please solve my problem at earliest as it is urgent.

                                        We thank you for bringing out the news regarding students who were failed up to class VIII. Although other Missionary schools have promoted the failed students but Lamartinier Girl’s College has not yet taken notice of the new rules. Failed students of Lamartinier Girl’s College have still been promoted. In fact some students have not been promoted because they have failed only in one sublect. We would be extremely grateful if you could help us in this matter.
