Dear Sir,

I would like to brief my problem as under for your further action:
I bought 1 notebook 2210b from M/s Vinjay Infortech, vide bill number 04 dtd 17th April, 2008 with serial number CNU8050FBD for an amount of Rs. 52300/-. On 9th May, 2008, the notebook was giving some trouble and was not working properly so longed a complaint vide complaint number [protected] for support and same was received by me in email.


Although, I was told that after some updation, it will be ok. But nothing happend and the problem was multipying. Then the battery and base was getting immense heat, the body of the notebook was generating shocks. Sundenly, I fine morning the whole system failed along with the battery and lost my all important data. I also found that the heat had damaged the outer part of the base case. I could realise that it must have damaged the internal system such as mother board, display system. I immediately complained the problem and was asked by one of customer care executive Mr. Sarbjeet singh to to stop using the same as it was generating shocks.

I put the notebook to Xcort Micro, Hp, s SVC Ahmedabad vide job sheet number 0208 on 20/11/2008. I was shocked to know from service centre people that the notebook was defective and needs to be replaced. Accordingly I demanded for the refund or replacement of the notebook. I called numerous time thru my STD cost to Bangalore Mr. Shekar, who did not anser properly any time. He wouldnot call me back even after 100 of mails. One Mr. Joshi who is a local guy, would talk as per his liesure. He is just very rude and do not take care of a customers problem.

Further, the whole issue was informed to theier Aisa Pacific office, Singapore via fax and called up them for several times. (I have all the call details). I was demanding for replacement. Now Mr. Joshi called me up, convincing me that my laptop of was repaired keeping for nearly two months in theier SVC. He assured me that there will not be any problem in future. He didnot give me that in writing, but as I smelt of something wrong, I wrote a mail on conditional acceptance of the laptop, since I knew its defective and I was facing problem in my work because without PC, I had to borrow the laptop on rent for two months.
I wrote mail on 21/01/2009 putting the verbal talk with Mr. Shekar who assured me that if future problem arise, I would be replaced with a new one.

After I receive the notebook, I found that the very reason of buying a light weight notebook, has viteated since they replaced a very heavy battery. Somehow, I started to get acqauinted with the product, but again I faced problem and maild the same on June 5, 2009. I must inform you that my warranty was getting over on 17, June 2009 and lodged the complaint on June 5, 2009. I was shocked to know that these people say, now I have to do with this defective product and I shot a mail that reply within some time or elase I will go in consumer court. As I said, the note book completely stopped working, then I put it to their SVC Simtech Computer vide receipt number 1706 on 27/07/2009.

Now these all people do not reply my mails. I have asked them what is the fault, they say the mother board failed. I said its a new pc and was serviced and guaranteed by you that there wont be any problem? They are not disclosing the facts as why the mother board has stopped working beacuse it was defective since begining and was not disclosed to me. They were waiting to trap me and waiting for getting over of guarantee period. Now they are on my back syaing the guarantee period is over. I have nearly spend amount of time in writing mails to this guys, spend money after std calls to Bngalore and phone calls and sms. I request all who see this mail, please please please do not ever buy HP or compaq product since they are merely omporting chinse chips and sticking their lables. Thyer have very bad respcet for customers.

HP — DEFECTIVE NOTEBOOK

I Wish to lodge a complaint against HP as a whole for giving me mental torture and kiling my precious time by not diagnosing issues related to my notebook and and every time i need to go to the service centre which is far from my place to submit this defective notebook...The serial No is CNF7090B4X AND THE PRODUCT NO IS RU886PA...I had bought this expensive laptop and since then i have been facing the same issues repeatdly after extending my warranties, I am not being given proper response and support from the service center..my records of warranty extension were not updated in the system for a long time, for which i had to go to the svc centre thrice to request them.. I had submited my laptop 2 days back again for the same issue for which i had gone there thrice earlier too, and this was the 4th time it was facing the same issue.The svc centre is R.T. OUTSOURCING..A-200 OKHLA PHASE -1, NEW DELHI .. I fail to understand that why the notebook has not been properly disgnose d by their engineers so many times and after having a word with the supervisors also...and that too when they deliver it after almost a month after submission of my notebook, to my place and soon after 2 days it starts creating the same problem again...I have a clear idea that this notebook is a DEFECTIVE piece which was giving me electric shocks too several times wen i touched it and now after long torture by the kind of service I have been getting I want to replace this defective notebook with not a REFURISHED one but with a NEW NOTEBOOK asap.Almost all the parts have been replaced number of times for the same issue which includes the main part being MOTHERBOARD replaced (4 TIMES), CD ROM W-LAN, BATTERY, LCD PANEL ALL THESE PARTS HAVE BEEN replced several times..and that too wen i have not been using my notebook much...n again the same issue is arrising everytime...The case logs reference nos are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and others too when asked, were re fused by the co-ordinators and the supervisors saying they h!

ted access an cannot tell, when I asked at the customer care centre at [protected].My frustation level has increased heights and I am in no mood to tolerate this anymore...I have lost all faith in HP service to customers and would not purchase any product from this brand and would not recommend to anyone too...I have been told by the supervisor at the svc centre that the parts are replaced by refurbished parts, as new parts are not coming and it will take around next 6 months more, for new parts...since now I have given a long time for them to detect the issue in my notebook and there is a fail in their support to repair this defective notebook, I am ready to go for a legal case against the svc centre as well as HP as a whole for giving me mental torture by their serices and killing my valuable time ...So I wish to get a new notebook in replacement of this defective one asap, as I am not going to pick my notebook back from the svc centre this time and even not going to ent ertain any calls for any more repairs in this defective notebook.

HP-compaq laptop — against customer service

I brought a compaq laptop less than a year back and is still under warranty period. Its cost me Rs21, 000 for the laptop.
The LCD screen is leaking from inside and there is no damage from the outside to the screen.
I went to Indiranagar service centre, Bangalore on 3/08/09. They are asking Rs15, 000-18, 000, which is highly inappropriate as i'm astudent and the laptop is still under warranty period.
I was forced to post this complaint on consumer forum as inspite of repeated request and pleading they would not listen.
Please ensure my voice reaches them and they appropriate action.

    I sent the following letter to HP and there were no replies.

    Hi HP,

    This is to inform you that my laptop was mishandled in the service center.

    I have taken my laptop for more than 20 times to the service center but after a week i have to go again.

    I am afraid many internal parts have been replaced without my knowledge. I have reasons to believe that the laptop shouldn't goto service center for more than 2-3 times.
    In total my whole internal parts have been replaced 2 times which means the quality of the new parts being put in is not at all guaranteed.

    I am claiming for a FULL NEW SIMILAR CONFIGURATION SEALED LAPTOP replacement altogether and not the parts anymore. Enough is enough.
    If this is not done, I will be filing a case against consumer court for the same. I am not going to have any excuses anymore.

    My latest disappointment was just yesterday I was given a laptop which when I bought home didn't work. This is very very frustrating.

Till date i had not received my gift. Also I had received an sms saying that my gift has been dispatched vide overnite express with docket number[protected].
      When I enquired the courier service he says that the gift has been delivered to someone else and it doesn't seem to be right from his side.
      So I request to look into this matter as soon as possible.

          Redington, located on Infantry road is HP and other major brand authorized service center. Gave HP laptop for service couple of days back. Despite repeated calling to find out what is wrong with my computer and what is being done about it, I am always told that Engineer will call you back, which has not happened so far. FRont desk staff and Engineer all are conveniently able to lie.

          I believe that it is HP which stands to lose and not Redington as they are unscruplous company like most local businesses which pretends to be professional but lack basic amenities and proffessional culture. In fact, getting some one to answer your call may be a miracle. I tried several times for hours on and I succeeded twice in all these days. They have only one Engineer to repair HP systems, what a bunch of jokers. I have escalated to HP India and hopefully someone will make a note of this. If not, at least common consumers will refrain from buying HP systems so as to avoid future interaction with Redington.

          I guess probably other service providers may be as bad as Redington, but so far my interaction is with Redington and hence this rant.

              I purchased an HP laptop, model no. dv 2910tx worth Rs 50000 on 21st October 2008 from E-Mart 4 u, Bhubaneswar.

              My Laptop’s Configuration:
              HP Pavilion dv 2910tx Entertainment Notebook, Centrino Core 2 duo 5750 2GHz processor, 3 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS Graphics, 320 GB Hard Disk, Windows Vista Home Premium.

              The laptop was working fine but it started becoming overheated within few minutes after turning on in first 15 days o[censored]se. I contacted E-Mart for you, the shop where I purchased the laptop. They told me that it is a hardware issue. And they told me to take it to HP Care. Then I took it to hp's authorized service centre Digital Care Pvt Ltd. located at Shahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. They kept my laptop for a month. Then after calling them so many times they told me that my entire motherboard will be changed and they replaced the entire motherboard and then when I got my laptop then again I faced the same problem after 5 days o[censored]sing. I was unable to play any games as the games were hanging in the middle and sometimes I got 6 displays on the LCD. Then this time I gave my laptop to another HP authorized Service Center R T Outsourcing, located at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar. There they kept my laptop for 17 days and again the motherboard was replaced. But again after 7 days o[censored]se I faced the same overheating problem. Still I am having the same problem. And now again I am not able to play any games on my laptop.
              When I searched the internet about this problem then I found some articles like "Defective NVIDIA chips in HP and Dell Laptops". There were many people who faced the similar problem regarding this NVIDIA chip. When I asked about it then they just told that it’s not true.
              Now my battery backup is just 35 minutes. Regarding this they told me that this is normal according to the results shown “HP battery check utility”.
              Whenever I take my laptop to the service centre they tell me to do the “Complete Recovery”. Because of this I lose my data. If this happens always then what is the use of 320GB harddisk!!!
              Now I have multiple problems with my laptop that are described below…
              1. Overheating and automatically shutting down. The left part, including the hard-drive, of the laptop becomes so hot that one cannot keep his hand on it.
              2. Battery backup is just 35 minutes even in power saver mode.
              3. Fingerprint sensor is not functioning properly.
              4. Inbuilt microphone is not functioning.
              5. DVD writing is very slow (it takes almost 25 minutes to write a 4.7GB DVD with max. speed selected) and sometimes some error message comes like “Power calibration error”.
              Again I contacted HP service centre “R T Outsourcing”, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar. They kept my laptop for observation for 3 days. Then after calling them they told me that there is no problem in the laptop. I am fully frustrated on HP’s service.

              Not only me but almost everyone who has purchased this model laptops is facing problems. I am just wondering what will I do after my limited warranty? Please help me.

              Finally I say, “HP’s SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY BAD”

              Warranty extension will not help because a consumer cannot go to the service center every time. The only solution is that HP should refund the money that I wasted on purchasing this laptop.

              Hewlett Packard — WORST PRODUCT EVER

              I bought HP Pavilion tx1000 note book in the july 2007 and after one and half year a had to change its motherboard. This has been a routine problem with the tx1*** series but the company is not willing to do anything about it. Above all service center in India refused to service saying this model is not serviceable in india. NEVER EVER OPT FOR HP. IT CAN NOT BE WORSE THAN THIS.
              HP is the most worst laptop in India... for its performance just use your laptop for more than 12 hrs nonstop daily...after 6 to 7 days you will find what is the quality of the laptop...

              your laptop speed will be reduced 3 times slower than new one...

              Hewlett-packard(HP) — very bad service of hp care

              I had submitted my laptop to HP service center at Service Center No.A-200;Okhla Phase-1,New Delhi for resolving my laptop problem not one time but four times . Its been a month haven't got my issues resolved and yet don't know when will the issues will get resolved . This caused me great problem,delayed me with my work and only i suffered because of the delay caused by HP. Since , i am physically hadicapped person , so it very difficult for me to go service centre again and again and i have to attend classes as well.
              Do not go for HP or Compaq products. These are worst.

                HP Compaq Presario Desktop — Keyboard not operating

                I purchased HPCompaq Presario Desktop Model No.37701L with Sl. No.INA 9120 H37 from M/s Sarin Enterprises,Dehradun on 30/03/2009.The said product had hardware warranty of three years.The keypad of the said model was not functioning properly, so I contacted the above shop who in turn advised me to call your Customer Care Centre.I had contacted your customer care centre at phone no.[protected],from which I was given the following phone nos.[protected] and [protected].                   I purchased an hp Pavilion notebook on 14th June 2009.

                  After the purchase, I inquired from hp-India about 2 years extended warranty. HP-India in turn asked me to contact M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi. I then received their quote fronm RT for the same.
                  Later, I paid additional amount for extension of warranty for another two years to M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi on 10th July 2009.
                  After a long wait (2 weeks), I received the warranty extension certificate that has errors like date of purchase mentioned as 25th April 2009. and validity of extended warranty as April 10, 2011 (this is not even an year after expiry of one year's original warranty i.e. June 13, 2010). When I brought these to the notice of RT Outsourcing, I was informed that mistakes were due to the reason that I had not sent them a copy of the purchase receipt. It is ridiculous. At no point did they ask me for it in first place even when their representative was calling me almost daily ever since I asked them for quotation. Even after sending them a scanned copy of the receipt on 25th July, I am yet to receive the correct warrany certificated / documents.

                  I HAD BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THE COMPANY.                   I purchased HP pavilion laptop in the month of Dec'06 and my warranty has been expired in the month of jan08.

                  Symptoms:
                  There is no video on the computer LCD panel or external monitor
                  The buttons light up blue, I hear some hard drive activity, but the screen stays black
                  while booting it is giving 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps.
                  I have been facing overheating problem since i bought this laptop and reported to HP so many times.But, I dint find any solution from HP end.
                  Just 2 months back, my notebook dead due to Nvidia graphics card failure.
                  I got repaired it and similar problem is appeared yesterday.I can assure that it is a problem with 2000dv series faulty motherboard.

                  I have been using IBM think pad from past few years. I have ever been faced any kind of problem.

                  HP - Laptop — Worst servcie by HP

                  Laptop got problem with its mother board. I have taken HP care pack to extend warranty. On December 16th 2008, I had given it to Dadar Servcie Station, Mumbai. I had been told that they would give it me after 5 days. But, after three weeks they have not repaired it. They say the part is not available with company.

                  I think i have to wait till company manufacture that part and send it service center.

                  HP India/ Laptop not being serviced — Laptop not being serviced despite under warranty

                  We have purchased a laptop of Brand HP in October 2008
                  It's warranty was of 1 yr.
                  It's DVD Drive starts malfunctioning.
                  We contact the service centre. They created a Case No. of [protected]
                  They took the DVD Drive with them and said it would be replaced.
                  After 2 weeks they informed us that the Drive cannot be replaced because the drive that was taken from the laptop do not belongs to them.
                  This is for the first time that this laptop is being serviced
                  We have never handed this laptop to any one who could have ever replaced the drive.
                  When we discussed this issue with many other dealers of HP as they that this problem often occurs as HP do nto have enough data to check which part they have installed in a particular ityem.
                  When we buy any computer no one usually asks the dealer to open it's Drive, hard disk and processor to check their serial numbers.
                  The only serial numbers we got was of laptop.
                  We request HP to replace the drive as early as possible.
                  It had been more than 2 months since we have given our laptop for the service

                  After the purchase, I inquired from hp-India about 2 years extended warranty. HP-India in turn asked me to contact M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi. I then received their quote fronm RT for the same.
                  Later, I paid additional amount for extension of warranty for another two years to M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi on 10th July 2009.
                  After a long wait (2 weeks), I received the warranty extension certificate that has errors like date of purchase mentioned as 25th April 2009. and validity of extended warranty as April 10, 2011 (this is not even an year after expiry of one year's original warranty i.e. June 13, 2010). When I brought these to the notice of RT Outsourcing, I was informed that mistakes were due to the reason that I had not sent them a copy of the purchase receipt. It is ridiculous. At no point did they ask me for it in first place even when their representative was calling me almost daily ever since I asked them for quotation. Even after sending them a scanned copy of the receipt on 25th July, I am yet to receive the correct warrany certificated / documents.

                  I have brought this to the notice of one Mr. Mohan D Kumar MDM-PSG Consumer Care Pack Services HP - India Chennai Office. (mohan-d.[protected]@hp.com) - Cell No. (91) [protected]. Inspite of my emails and phone call to him, Still I am yet to receive the documents.

                  Please note that M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi have been appointed by HP-India to provide after sales services for hp products. As per the warranty certificate (that has errors) that I had received, RT Outsourcing are using *HP Logo* to carryout their business. This proves that HP is directly responsible for any deficiency is services being provided by RT Outsourcing and non issue of correct extended warranty certificate after receipt of full payment even after a month of receiving full payment and two weeks after my providing the scanned copy of the purchase receipt is clearly a deficiency is services. Further, by not acknowledging and acting on my complaint sent through emails and by phone calls (on Aug 4 and 6 2009), HP-India has further erred me. I have started to loss my faith in HP./

                  This is regarding my HP notebook Dv5-1217AX / NU324PA. The serial number for the same is CNF91422G8

                  I have bought my HP Pavilion DV5 -1217AX on 6th of June 2009. From day one, I started noticing problem with Battery that does not charge and the unit gets heated up faster, which troubles me keeping my finger on keyboard.

                  I called up with this issue to HP service center 3-4 times on this No:[protected] but the issue is not resolved. Therefore, I went to Elite Business Machines (P) Ltd, Noida on 18th Aug 09 and deposit my notebook there. After long inspection, the engineer told me that the battery of my notebook is dead and they will change the battery as the notebook is under warranty.

                  Today is 15th day and they have not order the battery to the HP. The token number of the service call report is B-1504. Whenever I called Elite engineer he told me that they are in touch with HP but they are not able to give a proper solution on this problem.

                  Due to this problem all my work is stuck.

                  Hi, I thought I was the only one who was being cheated by RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi, but the list seems longer. Even I applied for a warranty extension for my Laptop Compaq Presario V3000 in May 2009. I did the payment for the same online Rs 4412 on 28th May 2009.I was told that I will be getting it in 3 -4 working days. But, it was a fat lie. They sent me a certificate with a wrong date mentioned (Date of purchase: 29th April 2009 to 29th April 2010) which should be 30th May 2009 to 30th May 2009. This wrong document deleivery also happened after writing long chains of mails to them. And I have yet to receive the correct document yet, after 6 months for applying to it. I have been mailing them several times, but they only respond after sending them around 10 mails. In the meantime, I have been getting calls from HP customer care stating that my laptop is out of warranty and I should apply for a warranty extension. This means that even applying for it in May, they have not updated it till november. I want to complain about it to any HP official. Please help if you have a email address for that. Or, the last option would be to approach a cunsumer court.

                  i have just recieved a reciept from this dealer.i have still not receieved any reply or the care pack till date.

                  i have contacted many concerned officers of Hp india, but they are giving vague replies..

                  I am really disappointed with the service hp is providing its customers.Just shows the lack of commitment they have.I can see only the smiling faces when they instill us into purchasing their products and once it's done, they hardly show any care. I purchased a dv6 pavilion laptop on Dec 20,2009. And now about 15-20 days back to be precise, it displayed " Consider replacing your battery" and the battery backup wont even hold 5 minutes of charge. On dec 16,2010 I take it to hp authorized service center,Maha Electonics-Pondicherry.They tell me they need to run a battery test and send the reports to a technical team. On Dec 17 around 5.45 pm I get a call from the service center telling me the technical team has passed my battery and it cannot be replaced.I clearly understood the credibility of their technical team then.When a battery cannot hold 5 minutes of charge what inaccurate tests has it passed. Is was clear to me then, that just to cut down on service costs they have a so called technical team. Then the service center blames me of inappropriate usage of the battery.When your company cannot manufacture a battery that could last for 1 year why the hell are they still in the business of manufacturing laptops.Adding to that they have given a year's warranty which their company is clearly not abiding to. 3 days I have been running around seeking a proper service.I made a complaint online through [protected]@hp.com and sent a scanned copy of my invoice to them.I repeatedly called customer services only to get no service.They might as well change their hp service center to hp training center.                     I am Aju kumar V. N., Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, T. K. M. College of Engineering, Kerala, currently doing Ph. D at IIT, Delhi. This letter I am sending to express my feelings regarding the nature of service I got from HP authorized service centre at Okhla, New Delhi.

                    I purchased a laptop Compaq Presario CQ40-425TU on 24/07/09. Its serial number is CND9222TP6. Right on the second day of operation the laptop started switching off abruptly occasionally. I handed over the system to service centre at Okhla on 01/08/09. Later I visited centre on 04/08/09 and I got the information from the service head that the problem is with the motherboard and they have ordered for motherboard on 03/08/09. I asked for the replacement of laptop as it is brand new, to which he replied it is not a showroom to replace. My repeated queries are not addressed properly which forced me to visit them again on 08/08/09. This time the reply was that motherboard is not available anywhere in India and they are trying it from Singapore. I was told to wait till 10/08/09 forenoon or otherwise they will take steps for replacement of laptop. Based on that information, I handed over to them the copy of the purchase bill which I am told that it will be send to HP Head Quarters, Bangalore.

                    Meanwhile enquiry through phone calls continued and mails requesting replacement of laptop fell in deaf ears. Finally I got a mail on 12/08/09 to come and collect your laptop as it is ready. I collected it back after getting the assurance that the problem is resolved. Now within three hours of operation in air-conditioned room, the problem started as it is switched off abruptly. After that it rebooted showing some error.

                    I am going through a critical phase of research at IIT and cannot spend extra time going after service people. Already I have spent lot of visits wasting time and money to esteemed service outlet. I have not expected this much trouble in purchasing reputed Compaq Presario laptop. IIT Delhi is currently having tie-up with DELL though which people are buying at somewhat subsidized price. Yet I have purchased Compaq based on the feedback I got from Compaq/HP users. Now I am forced to think in negative especially with HP service centre. The people there who handle phone calls are not able to connect to responsible persons. Till now my effort to speak with Head at Okhla has gone in vain.

                    Now as the trouble has returned on the first day of operation after replacement I do not know what to do? I immediately send a mail to Okhla centre, as I cannot get those people on line and their assurance of calling me back has not materialized so far. I request you to intervene in this matter and take steps to replace the system. My research work at IIT has gone in disarray and I am in tremendous amount of work pressure and have gone through lot of mental agony going after this laptop.

                    I once again request you to take steps to get my laptop replaced at the earliest. I am looking forward to your reply as I lost trust with Okhla service centre. My complaint number at service centre is [protected].

                    HP Compaq Pressario Laptop — Not returning Back my Laptop from HP Service centre

                    I've purchased one HP Compaq Laptop from one of the Gurgaon shop near Sec-14 and faced problem with the DVD Rom and Battery Charger. then i've submitted at the Gurgaon HP service centre as the product is still within the warranty period on 17th October. but now whenever I'm asking to get it back they are refusing by giving new excuses (e.g. spare parts not received etc). please help to get my Laptop back.                       This is with regard to my Employee Pension Scheme refund, that is still not credited to my account, The requiered documents are already filled with RPFC on 12th November 2008 by Hewlett Packard.
                      I have been informe by the company that my EPS will be credited to my account within 2 - 3 months of filing it with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner ( A Government Body). Now its more than 10 months please help me with this issue.

                      Please find the attached FILLED FORM 10C.

                      Please let me know by when this amount will be credited to my account.

                        this is to inform you that i brought a very expensive laptop for 45 thousand rs but i am not satisfied with this laptop as it is a damm slow so i recomend people plz dont go with hp laptops as while buying i was said that it would be one of the best laptop by perfomance but seriously saying this laptop gives nothing but a irritation only i fell like throwing thiss laptop .i m not able to understand wht to do with this .please do not do such fraud with ur customers by giving all false information if this dv6700 is so slow and is not compatible with vista then why do u people install vista in such slow laptops . i m not able to play any type of game or do any type of work on this blood sucking laptop

                              I have probelm with my Hp printer.
                              these basterdards have a compalint system which never works. i have been trying for last 1 .5 years
                              but there is no response.

                              some womenn calls nad said iut will be solved what might be she is a who never says true.

                              avoid HP printers
                              I bought a HP officejet 6500. I installed the software as required. I can not get the computer to find the printer on the network. I have been on this for 4 hours. Finally I called HP support. They will not offer any support unless I pay 139.00. That is what I paid for the printer. Absolutely no support unless I pay. I am taking it back then I will buy another brand. . OH yea, I cant understand PAKISTANISE.
                              I think HP India must quit India IMMEDIATELY as I have been writing to them continuously but no response for my own complaints. Pl. spread this to everybody in india not to buy HP products or at least original toner cartidges as they are charging huge while make shift tomers are available at 1/10th the price. Indian Pledge: Not to buy HP at any cost and be happy.
                              I think the people in HP should be more flexible than the movements of my body in my films. Or the peple should not be crazy to buy HP products, if they can't give good service. I am also the victim of their noon-response for over 3-4 years. Bollywood has already boycot buying any HP products. Will you support me and not buy any HP products.
                              I have brought HP Printer Model No.F-380 around two years back and used in my house very rarely and now the printer is not working. I called up their call center and according to them this is beocome now old model and advised me to buy another printer. I suggest everybody not buy any HP Proudut becouse of their negative attitude and no proper after sevice

                                I had purchased a HP Pavilion Dv4-1242Tx Laptop on 3rd April 2009 through Kapital IT, Shop No.-2, Ground floor, East Block, Archana Arcade, IT Complex, Off St. Jhons road, Secunderabad-500025
                                Tele[protected] for a sum of Rs 50600/- for the laptop and Rs 6000/- for the additional two year warranty total a sum of Rs 56800/- was paid to Kapital IT.The laptop was declared DOA by HP on 29th June 2009 hence the laptop was returned back to Kapital IT on 1st July 2009.After a long correspondence and request a sum of Rs 50000/- only was refunded on 17th july 2009. The balance of Rs 6800/- is still outstanding with Kapital IT for which I am regularly approaching Kapital IT as well as HP but they have not shown any action for refunding my balance amonut. In view of the above may I request your kind honour to help me out in getting my balance amount back.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  This has reference to the above mentioned HP product.

                                  Attached please find the scanned copy of the invoice for your ready reference and necessary actions.

                                  (See attached file: Bill.doc)

                                  This product has been purchased from India from HP dealer (Name appears in invoice).

                                  At the time of purchase the dealer has informed purchaser (my self) that he has taken two years Warranty at additional cost and product will have two years warranty for which he has shown us from the HP website that the product is having 2 year's warranty on my name.

                                  Now the laptop is having some problems and when enquired, we have found below things.

                                  1) The dealer from which we have purchased the laptop is no more in business.

                                  2) Laptop went to HP service center, where the following was out come

                                  A) Though laptop has been purchased form India, HP India service center has raised hands and confirms that they can not repair.
                                  B) Laptop is US make & purchaser needs to send the laptop to USA at his cost (approx 8000 INR) and risk.
                                  C) Since lap top is under extended warranty there will be no cost of repair.

                                  3) With the above findings laptop went to USA where below findings undersigned came across.

                                  a ) HP USA finds that the make is USA.
                                  b ) They can see the one year warranty but are not able to see the extended warranty.
                                  c ) they are ready to repair / replace the product if they can have on-line warranty document which HP India service center has to confirm.

                                  4)Now that, with the same finding undersigned has been to HP India service center and found the below things.

                                  I ) HP India can show the same (2 years) warranty in their system to me but they can not either forward it to undersigned or HP USA.
                                  II ) This warranty can be taken from toll free no[protected]

                                  5) Undersigned has then called up to Toll free no mentioned above and got the below findings which was informed.

                                  _1_) Complain taken for getting warranty card
                                  _2_) Warranty card snap shot or print out can be obtained from HP service center (which HP service center is denying now to give.)
                                  _3_) Customer care executive (Aparna and Chetan) have issued me the
                                  ticket no [protected].
                                  _4_) They were to come back within 2 days but never come back to
                                  undersigned.

                                  This is now high time for me to take up the things, since Warranty will get expired in moth of October 2009 and HP India service center, HP USA and Toll free Customer care all throws stones to each other and customer is suffering for getting the things done in time.

                                  Your prompt action in this regard shall be highly appreciated and customer will save loosing about 60000 INR as mentioned below

                                  38000 INR Purchase cost
                                  8000 INR (Approx) for sending the laptop to USA
                                  8000 INR (Approx) for bringing back to INDIA
                                  6000 INR (Approx) paid for this one year additional warranty.

                                  I am is presently passing through the really a bad face of my personal life and I have no time to run
                                  where ever HP INDIA & HP INTERNATIONAL people want me to run.

                                    there is a service centre of HP in Assam, Guwahati, Panbazar-781001 by the name of Digital Care, the problem is that every time I place my laptop there for repairing they replace my genuine parts with old degradable ones resulting in malfunctioning of my laptop...please help!!!

                                      It is informed to your good office that we are lodding our printer 3052 H.P Laserjet complaint sixth times. Your service engineers visit to remove the complaint and saying that if you face the problem again, contact us. As we contact the service engineer they suggest us to send the mail to the company. We are facing problem from a long time but nor the company and not your service engineer taking interest to remove the complaint. We are best customer of your company and have ten type of printers at this time. We always hope that this type of famous company will co-operate us. We have deposit the amount against care pack Rs 6, 787/- on dated 23rd Sep 2008 and the scan copy of the same already sent to you for ready reference. So, we are again requested to your good honour that consider the problem on priorty and give us relief to remove the fault.

                                        i perchased the hp laptop, dv2910tx on 19 jan, 2009 from chroma vashi(customer id[protected]. there's was an offer of philips home theatre 5.1 (web redepmtion). i sent the reuired draft as asked by the company ( DD no. 007174, axis bank, kharghar). i have been constantly enquiring about the product which was supposed to be delivered with in six weeks form the date of recieving. it has been three months and i have not recieved the due consignment yet. i was informed that it has been sent through pafex courier (consignment no.[protected]. which was supposed to be delivered before 28 may at the given address( abhishek kumar. h no. 5/563, near ghorpade natyagriha, ichalkaranji, kolhapur-416115 mobile no [protected]).

                                        i purchased an hp laptop and acc to the details have sent my dd worth rs 500 to the hp redemption cell and still have'nt recd my free gift......
