I purchased an hp Pavilion notebook on 14th June 2009.

After the purchase, I inquired from hp-India about 2 years extended warranty. HP-India in turn asked me to contact M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi. I then received their quote fronm RT for the same.
Later, I paid additional amount for extension of warranty for another two years to M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi on 10th July 2009.
After a long wait (2 weeks), I received the warranty extension certificate that has errors like date of purchase mentioned as 25th April 2009. and validity of extended warranty as April 10, 2011 (this is not even an year after expiry of one year's original warranty i.e. June 13, 2010). When I brought these to the notice of RT Outsourcing, I was informed that mistakes were due to the reason that I had not sent them a copy of the purchase receipt. It is ridiculous. At no point did they ask me for it in first place even when their representative was calling me almost daily ever since I asked them for quotation. Even after sending them a scanned copy of the receipt on 25th July, I am yet to receive the correct warrany certificated / documents.

I have brought this to the notice of one Mr. Mohan D Kumar MDM-PSG Consumer Care Pack Services HP - India Chennai Office. (mohan-d.[protected]@hp.com) - Cell No. (91) [protected]. Inspite of my emails and phone call to him, Still I am yet to receive the documents.

hewlett packard india sales pvt ltd — faulty products launched (compaq and HP PAVILLION LAPTOPS)

I HAD BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THE COMPANY. SINCE DAY I OF PURCHASE LAPTOP HAS BEEN GIVING PROBLEMS. the product has been launched by the company without proper R& D. the product is a total failure. the motherboard gets faulty every alternate day. kindly follow the link. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=in&docname=c0129633... the customer care people refuse to agree to what is given on website. the service centre people are ill trained.eevery alternate day the laptop is going to service center for repair. shameful company offiials do not respond and show utter disregard to customer satisfaction.
I agree with you . Dont go for HP products!!!

I purchased HP pavilion laptop in the month of Dec'06 and my warranty has been expired in the month of jan08.

Symptoms:
There is no video on the computer LCD panel or external monitor
The buttons light up blue, I hear some hard drive activity, but the screen stays black
while booting it is giving 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps.
I have been facing overheating problem since i bought this laptop and reported to HP so many times.But, I dint find any solution from HP end.
Just 2 months back, my notebook dead due to Nvidia graphics card failure.
I got repaired it and similar problem is appeared yesterday.I can assure that it is a problem with 2000dv series faulty motherboard.

I have been using IBM think pad from past few years. I have ever been faced any kind of problem.

After browsing internet, I found that many of these notebook users are suffering similar kind of problem.I can assure that it is a problem with 2000dv series faulty motherboard.HP has cheated customers by shipping faulty notebooks.

HP - Laptop — Worst servcie by HP

Laptop got problem with its mother board. I have taken HP care pack to extend warranty. On December 16th 2008, I had given it to Dadar Servcie Station, Mumbai. I had been told that they would give it me after 5 days. But, after three weeks they have not repaired it. They say the part is not available with company.

I think i have to wait till company manufacture that part and send it service center.

Sony VAIO — battery blast

last year i my computers battery was blased and break lcd and battery area, i spend more then 28000
for reparing, but i complainded to dealer but he didnt give me any reply,
so beware to buy sony products,

HP India — Faulty Product

I bought a Presserio laptop from HP in June 2008.
Since then the product is not working well and off and on one of the parts go dead.

I tried their help line nmber but no response.
Where should I go and wht should Ido.

HP India/ Laptop not being serviced — Laptop not being serviced despite under warranty

We have purchased a laptop of Brand HP in October 2008
It's warranty was of 1 yr.
It's DVD Drive starts malfunctioning.
We contact the service centre. They created a Case No. of [protected]
They took the DVD Drive with them and said it would be replaced.
After 2 weeks they informed us that the Drive cannot be replaced because the drive that was taken from the laptop do not belongs to them.
This is for the first time that this laptop is being serviced
We have never handed this laptop to any one who could have ever replaced the drive.
When we discussed this issue with many other dealers of HP as they that this problem often occurs as HP do nto have enough data to check which part they have installed in a particular ityem.
When we buy any computer no one usually asks the dealer to open it's Drive, hard disk and processor to check their serial numbers.
The only serial numbers we got was of laptop.
We request HP to replace the drive as early as possible.
It had been more than 2 months since we have given our laptop for the service

as you are very well aware of my complaint earlier when i got my laptop fixed from the service i had a problem of volume not getting low and i had no time to visit the service so i continued using it that way got it fixed last week but then on the laptop is heating up also as the earlier issue the upper beezel is now got somewhat melted like the plastic is melted so please do the needful as i cant live without this as everything from my business to personal is into the laptop also i cant get it fixed up again and again as i have no time for all this stupid stuff of getting it fixed on and on so my request to u is to replace this as i am not happy with its performance

Please note that M/s RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi have been appointed by HP-India to provide after sales services for hp products. As per the warranty certificate (that has errors) that I had received, RT Outsourcing are using *HP Logo* to carryout their business. This proves that HP is directly responsible for any deficiency is services being provided by RT Outsourcing and non issue of correct extended warranty certificate after receipt of full payment even after a month of receiving full payment and two weeks after my providing the scanned copy of the purchase receipt is clearly a deficiency is services. Further, by not acknowledging and acting on my complaint sent through emails and by phone calls (on Aug 4 and 6 2009), HP-India has further erred me. I have started to loss my faith in HP./

HP — HP Notebook

Hi,

This is regarding my HP notebook Dv5-1217AX / NU324PA. The serial number for the same is CNF91422G8

I have bought my HP Pavilion DV5 -1217AX on 6th of June 2009. From day one, I started noticing problem with Battery that does not charge and the unit gets heated up faster, which troubles me keeping my finger on keyboard.

I called up with this issue to HP service center 3-4 times on this No:[protected] but the issue is not resolved. Therefore, I went to Elite Business Machines (P) Ltd, Noida on 18th Aug 09 and deposit my notebook there. After long inspection, the engineer told me that the battery of my notebook is dead and they will change the battery as the notebook is under warranty.

Today is 15th day and they have not order the battery to the HP. The token number of the service call report is B-1504. Whenever I called Elite engineer he told me that they are in touch with HP but they are not able to give a proper solution on this problem.

Due to this problem all my work is stuck.

I have bought the laptop thinking HP is a good brand but now I feel I have done the biggest mistake choosing HP

I am Ravi Sharma from IIT-Roorkee.I booked HP Pavillion DV6 1152 in IT TECHNO FAIR on 22nd August at IIT-Roorkee that was organized by Strategic Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd.I was receipt HP Pavillion DV6 1152 S/NO.CNF9180ZNG on 29-Aug-2009 but that laptop has scratchs on the front side and locking system also not working properly.

I have shown this problem to concern dealer (Mr. Naveet Kumar).I want to change this laptop.
Please consider my problem as earlier as possible.

Hi, I thought I was the only one who was being cheated by RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. New Delhi, but the list seems longer. Even I applied for a warranty extension for my Laptop Compaq Presario V3000 in May 2009. I did the payment for the same online Rs 4412 on 28th May 2009.I was told that I will be getting it in 3 -4 working days. But, it was a fat lie. They sent me a certificate with a wrong date mentioned (Date of purchase: 29th April 2009 to 29th April 2010) which should be 30th May 2009 to 30th May 2009. This wrong document deleivery also happened after writing long chains of mails to them. And I have yet to receive the correct document yet, after 6 months for applying to it. I have been mailing them several times, but they only respond after sending them around 10 mails. In the meantime, I have been getting calls from HP customer care stating that my laptop is out of warranty and I should apply for a warranty extension. This means that even applying for it in May, they have not updated it till november. I want to complain about it to any HP official. Please help if you have a email address for that. Or, the last option would be to approach a cunsumer court.

I agree with you guys! I bought an HP computer from Shree Laptop Solutions at Nehru place and had them process the two year service pack extension before even taking the computer. They had all the right documents so there would have been no mistake about the date of purchase etc but my HP Care PackTM Services Certificate arrived showing a purchase date of 27.05.2005 when I bought the computer October 3, 2009. The warranty date is 27.07.2011 when it should be 4th October, 2011.

Last Year in June-09 i purchased Hp Pavillian Dv5-1217ax notebook.
From that day till now i facing overheating and slow performance problum with that notebook.I spent good 45,500 rupees on that thought i am investing in a right product but frm that day i am very much disspointed by HP. It has taken my all savings and now every time when i go to work on this laptop it start getting hot at the very begining. I have alredy sent it to servise center befor cause it was crash in the beggining and told them abt the battery life which poorest.I work in Max And Cad and in these two software when i use my notebook it get extremly hot after sometime.Now i am trng to manage with it but i can't take this anymore it is not at all solving my propse.Beacause My friend almost invested the same amt on sony vaio and he is more then happy till noe.Battery,performance everything is gr8 with vaio.But i dont know what is the problum with mine one.Your product has not grabb even a single appriciation from anyone till now.And i m very much dissopointed.
If in this complian you can really can do something please do that.Bacause i want to replay or refund my money from hp by any way if you want to diduct something for that please let me know.But dont give me any excuse for anything.Icant even place yr notebook on a bed sheet caouse it get more hotter on that seems like it will blast,i cant keep it running for more that two hour or in my absence cause i beleive it will completly damage if i do so.

I have Purchased HP Pavillion Laptop with s/n CNF0013ZPQ on march 3-3-10.

on 4-4-10 wen we want to use it, it restart with in 1 minutes den we contect service centre. we go to service centre 3-4 times but dere is no satisfaction. we think we purchase a dummy in 50, 000 rs. coz dere is no use of it from 3-3-10. our all time waste in going n going to service centre. so now we think to go to consumer court.
dere is no trained service engineer in centre coz we order 2 times 4 recovery cd's and tha engineer said they r faulty, why boyh times we received faulty cd's. plezzzzzzzzzzzzz so us any way or we go to consumer court !!!

We purchased a notebook bearing sr. no. CNU8481JLQ product no.: FR994UA from Best Buy USA, now its AC Adaptor has stopped working so we contacted to HP Customer care (RT Outsourcing) in Agra, according to them this notebook is not cover under warranty. However we have already get changed its parts previously also through Agra customer care. HP warranty status check website is also showing the warranty period till 01/15/2010, after that we have contacted on ph no.[protected]HP Case ID #: [protected]) and they advise to contact US technical support through chat, and US technical support clearly assured us to change our adaptor in India and provided the case number through a mail as below.

Waiting for your kind support. Kindly advise and change our adaptor ASAP, as our daily working is suffering due to the same.

I had Purchased a two year Additional warranty ( Care pack ) for my hp lap top from an Authorised dealer of Simtech computronics -- sagar tech plaza, ak road, sakinaka Andheri east mumbai in november 2008.
i have just recieved a reciept from this dealer.i have still not receieved any reply or the care pack till date.

i have contacted many concerned officers of Hp india, but they are giving vague replies..
please note the my 1 year warranty has expired on 13 november 2008 ..But i have paid for the care pack in september 2008.

hp pavilion laptops-India — Responsibility and indifference displayed by hp service centers to customers

I am really disappointed with the service hp is providing its customers.Just shows the lack of commitment they have.I can see only the smiling faces when they instill us into purchasing their products and once it's done, they hardly show any care. I purchased a dv6 pavilion laptop on Dec 20,2009. And now about 15-20 days back to be precise, it displayed " Consider replacing your battery" and the battery backup wont even hold 5 minutes of charge. On dec 16,2010 I take it to hp authorized service center,Maha Electonics-Pondicherry.They tell me they need to run a battery test and send the reports to a technical team. On Dec 17 around 5.45 pm I get a call from the service center telling me the technical team has passed my battery and it cannot be replaced.I clearly understood the credibility of their technical team then.When a battery cannot hold 5 minutes of charge what inaccurate tests has it passed. Is was clear to me then, that just to cut down on service costs they have a so called technical team. Then the service center blames me of inappropriate usage of the battery.When your company cannot manufacture a battery that could last for 1 year why the hell are they still in the business of manufacturing laptops.Adding to that they have given a year's warranty which their company is clearly not abiding to. 3 days I have been running around seeking a proper service.I made a complaint online through [protected]@hp.com and sent a scanned copy of my invoice to them.I repeatedly called customer services only to get no service.They might as well change their hp service center to hp training center. And I'm sure they will reply to only after my warranty period has expired and then give me a reason stating that "I am so sorry Sir, but your warranty has expired".I will provide you any details you want.My case id no:[protected] Product serial no:CNF9454GMW Product model No:VV271PA Product name:dv6-1319TX. Hewlett Packard — DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE

BOUGHT A HP TOUCHSMART PC UNDER 3 YEAR WARRANTY ( STILL UNDER WARRANTY). COMPUTER STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS WITHIN A FEW MONTHS. FINALLY THE COMPANY REPLACED IT. YET THE SECOND ONE ALSO STARTED HANGING AND IT FINALLY CRASHED. LODGED A COMPLAIN ON FEB 5 SERVICE PEOPLE SAID THE HARD DISC HAS CRASHED ...ALL MY PRECIOUS DATA, PHOTOGRAPHS ETC WERE TOTALLY LOST. AFTER THAT TODAY IS FEBRUARY 14 AND TILL NOW NO SUPPORT FROM HP IN SPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS.

i am also facing a problem with HP laptop they are not extending the warranty.It seems poor customer response.

I bought a computer at HOSUR Moreen computer. Know that computer was not working I was already give the complete to HOSUR Moreen computer. But when I was given complete that shop was still lock. Why they are come to sales. Please give me the solution.
i purchased HP 16-2016 TX before 10 months. and i have serviced it 4 times. every time its display panel gets damage. and now where i am currently living, here is no service centre.. i have mailed to hp also... but they always says that contact service centre. now what should i do. i never recommend any one to purchase HP notebooks.

    I am Aju kumar V. N., Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, T. K. M. College of Engineering, Kerala, currently doing Ph. D at IIT, Delhi. This letter I am sending to express my feelings regarding the nature of service I got from HP authorized service centre at Okhla, New Delhi.

    I purchased a laptop Compaq Presario CQ40-425TU on 24/07/09. Its serial number is CND9222TP6. Right on the second day of operation the laptop started switching off abruptly occasionally. I handed over the system to service centre at Okhla on 01/08/09. Later I visited centre on 04/08/09 and I got the information from the service head that the problem is with the motherboard and they have ordered for motherboard on 03/08/09. I asked for the replacement of laptop as it is brand new, to which he replied it is not a showroom to replace. My repeated queries are not addressed properly which forced me to visit them again on 08/08/09. This time the reply was that motherboard is not available anywhere in India and they are trying it from Singapore. I was told to wait till 10/08/09 forenoon or otherwise they will take steps for replacement of laptop. Based on that information, I handed over to them the copy of the purchase bill which I am told that it will be send to HP Head Quarters, Bangalore.

    Meanwhile enquiry through phone calls continued and mails requesting replacement of laptop fell in deaf ears. Finally I got a mail on 12/08/09 to come and collect your laptop as it is ready. I collected it back after getting the assurance that the problem is resolved. Now within three hours of operation in air-conditioned room, the problem started as it is switched off abruptly. After that it rebooted showing some error.

    I am going through a critical phase of research at IIT and cannot spend extra time going after service people. Already I have spent lot of visits wasting time and money to esteemed service outlet. I have not expected this much trouble in purchasing reputed Compaq Presario laptop. IIT Delhi is currently having tie-up with DELL though which people are buying at somewhat subsidized price. Yet I have purchased Compaq based on the feedback I got from Compaq/HP users. Now I am forced to think in negative especially with HP service centre. The people there who handle phone calls are not able to connect to responsible persons. Till now my effort to speak with Head at Okhla has gone in vain.

    Now as the trouble has returned on the first day of operation after replacement I do not know what to do? I immediately send a mail to Okhla centre, as I cannot get those people on line and their assurance of calling me back has not materialized so far. I request you to intervene in this matter and take steps to replace the system. My research work at IIT has gone in disarray and I am in tremendous amount of work pressure and have gone through lot of mental agony going after this laptop.

    I once again request you to take steps to get my laptop replaced at the earliest. I am looking forward to your reply as I lost trust with Okhla service centre. My complaint number at service centre is [protected].

    HP Compaq Pressario Laptop — Not returning Back my Laptop from HP Service centre

    I've purchased one HP Compaq Laptop from one of the Gurgaon shop near Sec-14 and faced problem with the DVD Rom and Battery Charger. then i've submitted at the Gurgaon HP service centre as the product is still within the warranty period on 17th October. but now whenever I'm asking to get it back they are refusing by giving new excuses (e.g. spare parts not received etc). please help to get my Laptop back. I've registered my Complaint to HP website also (Complaint No. CCHSAP174705), but not received any help.
    i have got my cq40-145TU on dec5th 2008 and i have an offer of dogital camera as gift and i have sent all the necessary papers and a d.d for amount of 1299.but i did not recieve the gift so far as i had already gone 3months so please send me the necessary details over that and send mt gift as soon as possible.
    I purchased one Compaq Desktop 3630 IL on 27.01.2009 and i have an offer of HP All-in-one printer F4288 & HP 600VA UPS and i have sent all the necessary papers and a cheque no.028875 dt.28.01.2009 of Axis Bank Ltd. payable at par at all the branches of India in favour of Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh. But till date i did not received the gift so far as it had already gone almost 3 months so please send me the necessary detals over that and send me my gift as soon as possible.

      This is with regard to my Employee Pension Scheme refund, that is still not credited to my account, The requiered documents are already filled with RPFC on 12th November 2008 by Hewlett Packard.

              I have probelm with my Hp printer.
              these basterdards have a compalint system which never works. i have been trying for last 1 .5 years
              but there is no response.

              some womenn calls nad said iut will be solved what might be she is a who never says true.

              avoid HP printers
              I bought a HP officejet 6500. I installed the software as required. I can not get the computer to find the printer on the network. I have been on this for 4 hours. Finally I called HP support. They will not offer any support unless I pay 139.00. That is what I paid for the printer. Absolutely no support unless I pay. I am taking it back then I will buy another brand. . OH yea, I cant understand PAKISTANISE.
              I think HP India must quit India IMMEDIATELY as I have been writing to them continuously but no response for my own complaints. Pl. spread this to everybody in india not to buy HP products or at least original toner cartidges as they are charging huge while make shift tomers are available at 1/10th the price. Indian Pledge: Not to buy HP at any cost and be happy.
              I think the people in HP should be more flexible than the movements of my body in my films. Or the peple should not be crazy to buy HP products, if they can't give good service. I am also the victim of their noon-response for over 3-4 years. Bollywood has already boycot buying any HP products. Will you support me and not buy any HP products.
              I have brought HP Printer Model No.F-380 around two years back and used in my house very rarely and now the printer is not working. I called up their call center and according to them this is beocome now old model and advised me to buy another printer. I suggest everybody not buy any HP Proudut becouse of their negative attitude and no proper after sevice

                I had purchased a HP Pavilion Dv4-1242Tx Laptop on 3rd April 2009 through Kapital IT, Shop No.-2, Ground floor, East Block, Archana Arcade, IT Complex, Off St. Jhons road, Secunderabad-500025
                Tele[protected] for a sum of Rs 50600/- for the laptop and Rs 6000/- for the additional two year warranty total a sum of Rs 56800/- was paid to Kapital IT.The laptop was declared DOA by HP on 29th June 2009 hence the laptop was returned back to Kapital IT on 1st July 2009.After a long correspondence and request a sum of Rs 50000/- only was refunded on 17th july 2009. The balance of Rs 6800/- is still outstanding with Kapital IT for which I am regularly approaching Kapital IT as well as HP but they have not shown any action for refunding my balance amonut. In view of the above may I request your kind honour to help me out in getting my balance amount back.

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  This has reference to the above mentioned HP product.

                  Attached please find the scanned copy of the invoice for your ready reference and necessary actions.

                  This product has been purchased from India from HP dealer (Name appears in invoice).

                  At the time of purchase the dealer has informed purchaser (my self) that he has taken two years Warranty at additional cost and product will have two years warranty for which he has shown us from the HP website that the product is having 2 year's warranty on my name.

                  Now the laptop is having some problems and when enquired, we have found below things.

                  1) The dealer from which we have purchased the laptop is no more in business.

                  2) Laptop went to HP service center, where the following was out come

                  A) Though laptop has been purchased form India, HP India service center has raised hands and confirms that they can not repair.
                  B) Laptop is US make & purchaser needs to send the laptop to USA at his cost (approx 8000 INR) and risk.
                  C) Since lap top is under extended warranty there will be no cost of repair.

                  3) With the above findings laptop went to USA where below findings undersigned came across.

                  a ) HP USA finds that the make is USA.
                  b ) They can see the one year warranty but are not able to see the extended warranty.
                  c ) they are ready to repair / replace the product if they can have on-line warranty document which HP India service center has to confirm.

                  4)Now that, with the same finding undersigned has been to HP India service center and found the below things.

                  I ) HP India can show the same (2 years) warranty in their system to me but they can not either forward it to undersigned or HP USA.
                  II ) This warranty can be taken from toll free no[protected]

                  5) Undersigned has then called up to Toll free no mentioned above and got the below findings which was informed.

                  _1_) Complain taken for getting warranty card
                  _2_) Warranty card snap shot or print out can be obtained from HP service center (which HP service center is denying now to give.)
                  _3_) Customer care executive (Aparna and Chetan) have issued me the
                  ticket no [protected].
                  _4_) They were to come back within 2 days but never come back to
                  undersigned.

                  This is now high time for me to take up the things, since Warranty will get expired in moth of October 2009 and HP India service center, HP USA and Toll free Customer care all throws stones to each other and customer is suffering for getting the things done in time.

                  Your prompt action in this regard shall be highly appreciated and customer will save loosing about 60000 INR as mentioned below

                  38000 INR Purchase cost
                  8000 INR (Approx) for sending the laptop to USA
                  8000 INR (Approx) for bringing back to INDIA
                  6000 INR (Approx) paid for this one year additional warranty.

                  I am is presently passing through the really a bad face of my personal life and I have no time to run
                  where ever HP INDIA & HP INTERNATIONAL people want me to run.

                              I have bought BRAND NEW LATEST MODEL of LAPTOP - HP pavilion DV6 1154 tx - Intel Duo Core which is 64 bit capable processor.
                              My problem is I can ONLY see is 3gb memory instead of 4gb memory, whilst you have provided me with Vista Home premium 32 bit OS and 4GB memory(RAM) and 1 GB dedicated graphic Card.

                              HP TOLL FREE number says that they can't do anything its bug, and couldn't point me to correct point of person who can handle this issue, shouldn't customer service be helping me to resolve my issue and not make customer go in LOOP which is never ending..

                              Also I visited Your SakiNaka service centre on 18th July 2009 with Token number 38 and they could only confirm the physical memory which is 4gb only through BIOS and SYSTEM INFORMATION utility available in VISTA OS. Even service centre agreed and informed that they can’t give support since they only support hardware.

                              FOR A NEWLY BOUGHT LAPTOP WHAT SHOULD BE the escalation and Resolution time?
                              There is no acknowledgement no definite time frame of resolution of above issue.

                              As per microsoft we can't see 4gb memory on Vista 32bit, this indicates this is poor product design.

                              Solution is HP should provide 64bit OS instead of 32bit OS and should not fool their customers by giving BUGGY configuration.
                              Even Dell understands that and provide VISTA 64bit OS for any system which has memory more than 3gb..

                              There is absolutely no problem with your system. Vista 32 bit reserves around 0.8gb of ram for its tasks.. And thus your system does indeed have 4gb ram.. As far as 64 bit os is concerned then hp has already stated it on its catalogues and website that it does not bundle a 64 bit os with this particular model and one cannot bind this on the company. It is entirely at the companys discretion to decide which os it will offer on which models
                              I completly agree on Mr. Manpreet Singh's statement. Your dv6 is having 4GB of RAM and is a cool product of Hewelet Packard (HP). Enjoy..

                                I have also not received the gift from HP Redemption Cell (Solutions Integra Systems Pvt Ltd ). I was entitled to receive Kodak Easy Share C913 Camera on purchase of Compaq Presario CQ60 209TU model. All my claim documents and demand draft of Rs. 1299/- were received by them on 5th March itself. After a week i called up Hp Redemption Cell at their Delhi office to know the status of my gift. I was told that all my documents has been verified and my claim is approved.They informed me that i will receive my gift in 6 weeks. But more than 15 weeks has passed since then and i am still waiting for the gift to arrive.
                                I have made several calls at their office in Delhi, sent them several emails but in reply i have only received assurances that the product will be delivered to me soon. This is something unexpected and especially from a company of good rapport.

                                As per company policy and terms & condition I must entitled to get the gift kodak c913 camera. When the DD and slno. Proof sent to A-2 ,first floor Okhla, Phanse-1 New Delhi-20, they returned saying that “documents received after due date of submission.”

                                What is the point in sending DD saying some excuse statements for not supplying the promised gift items. Because of the gift items we motivated to buy the HP product even though other brands are easily available in the Indian market.

                                I really feel pity for HP people not giving the gifts after purchasing their item which amount to cheat the customer instead of treat the customer as god ,as quoted by our father of nation. For HP people the gift which they are supposed to give to me is very negligible amount but for a customer like it is great loss.

                                Like this manner, I don’t know how many customer that HP company cheated by telling some excuse not to supply the gift.

                                By the way I want to return above said HP lap top HP company, the purchase price of Rs 39,500/- should be retuned back to me else supply the gift items. HP or this forum or some one could tell me what the procedure to get the gift items and to make a full stop for type of cheating.

                                I dont expect HP india to cheat the customer like this by giving some reason not to supply the gift items after purchase of the items.

                                    I have done all your procedure as you written in the last email and also we have attached some picture for your ready reference, such as

                                    TEST 1. This print page I have taken as per Window Xp Test page Print Procedure also note that, this print also pring only First Draft Option, I am trying another two Option also but, same blank pages are given.

                                    TEST 2. the printer has print test page after following your first step, please refer attachment of Test 2 for your ready reference.

                                    TEST 3: as per your 2nd step .i.e.

                                    (((pleae refer Print another diagnostic page.
                                    Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.
                                    Press and hold the Power button.
                                    Raise and lower the product cover four times while holding the Power buttonattachment, this for your ready reference.)))

                                    after the above procedure, the printer has given print one page, the pages is attached as TEST3 for your reference and your inspection.

                                    Last of all please note, my printer has given same problem as they started at the 1st day. I have taken all your sugession and follow all your step also note we have formated my windows Xp and again I re-installed Windows XP for getting better performance and trying to set OK my printer, but I faild and your all suggession and step I am tried but my Printer has not given me right result.

                                    Now I am requesting you to please do not continue the same step by step procedure further, my only request to you please send your Service Engineer for technical Inspection or send Replaced my Printer with a New Tested OK Printer.

                                    Click the Device Services tab.

                                    >If the print quality of the page is good, the issue is resolved.
                                    If the quality is still poor, continue to the next step.


                                    >Step two: Clean the electrical contacts

                                    >The print cartridge electrical contacts might be clogged with ink and residue. If cleaning the print cartridges using the automatic utility does not resolve the issue, then try cleaning the electrical contacts manually.

                                    >Use the following steps to clean the electrical contacts.

                                    >Gather the following materials:

                                    >Distilled water (tap water might contain contaminants that can damage the print cartridge)
                                    Cotton swabs or other soft, lint-free material that will not stick to the electrical contacts

                                    The print cartridge carriage moves to the center of the printer.
                                    Press down lightly on the end of the print cartridge to release it, and then slide the print cartridge out to remove it. Repeat this step for each print cartridge.
                                    Place the print cartridges on a sheet of paper with the copper strips facing up.

                                    CAUTION: Do not leave the print cartridges out of the product for more than 30 minutes.
                                    Lightly moisten a cotton swab with distilled water and squeeze any excess water from the swab.
                                    Gently wipe the print cartridge copper contacts with the cotton swab.

                                    >CAUTION: Do not touch the ink nozzles. Doing so results in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
                                    Repeat this process until no ink residue or debris appears on the swab.
                                    Lightly moisten another cotton swab with distilled water and squeeze any excess water from the swab.

                                        when i start the plotter one error massage is come on the display " I/O error, Restart the printer if the problem persists contact HP support". when i restart the printer once again the same massage come.

                                        we have hp design jet T610 ploter in bhopal (M.P. India). since last 1 month it is not woking, it having power supply problem.we are not able to complete our drawings without plotter.so please provide us service for the same .and provide the contact persons wokring in Bhopal.
