these basterdards have a compalint system which never works. i have been trying for last 1 .5 years
but there is no response.

some womenn calls nad said iut will be solved what might be she is a who never says true.

there is a service centre of HP in Assam, Guwahati, Panbazar-781001 by the name of Digital Care, the problem is that every time I place my laptop there for repairing they replace my genuine parts with old degradable ones resulting in malfunctioning of my laptop...please help!!!

Your service engineers visit to remove the complaint and saying that if you face the problem again, contact us. As we contact the service engineer they suggest us to send the mail to the company. i bought hp pavillion from saudi arabia on[protected].i gt board complaint on july 26th and i gave it to HP service center.they are not giving me warranty arguing that the board they have doesn't match with my laptop...so kindly reply me...

I have bought BRAND NEW LATEST MODEL of LAPTOP - HP pavilion DV6 1154 tx - Intel Duo Core which is 64 bit capable processor.
My problem is I can ONLY see is 3gb memory instead of 4gb memory, whilst you have provided me with Vista Home premium 32 bit OS and 4GB memory(RAM) and 1 GB dedicated graphic Card.

I gave my laptop at the service center in Pune(Vintech Electronics Private limited) last year, i.e 2008 in the month of May. I was told ther is some hardware issue and i need to leave my laptop there.
I left it there, but it was not returened to me even after a month. on continously following up with them, icould get it back after a month. By that time my warranty got expired. After receiving the laptop i found within two days only...

I have purchased HP pavilion notebook on 22nd Feb 2009 & had a scheme of Phillips home theater home delivery from Delhi office . The DD of Rs. 1499/- was sent to Solution Integrated marketing services pvt.ltd. on 26th Feb 2009 as the courier charges for the home delivery.
